2Unique characteristics of the genetics epidemiology of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in China显示文摘Continual discoveries of new genes and unraveling the genetic etiology in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) have provided greater insight into the underlying pathogenesis in motor neuron degeneration, as well as facilitating the disease modeling and the testing of targeted therapeutics. While, the genetic etiology accounted for two-thirds of FALS and approximately 11% of SALS in Caucasians. However, the contributions of these causative genes to ALS vary among different populations. Furthermore, the prominent difference between Chinese population and other ethnics remains a source of ongoing debate. We systemically reviewed genetics literature of Chinese ALS populations and updated the mutation frequencies of the main ALS-implicated genes aiming to determine the genetic features of ALS in Chinese population. We also reviewed the associations between ALSimplicated single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and the risk of ALS in Chinese population. A total of 116 studies were included in this analysis(86 gene mutation study articles and 30 SNPs study articles). The results showed that the overall gene mutation rates of ALS-related causative genes were 55.0% in familial ALS(FALS) and 11.7% in sporadic ALS(SALS) in Chinese population. In Chinese FALS, the highest mutation frequency was found in SOD1 gene(25.6%), followed by FUS(5.8%), TARDBP(5.8%), DCTN1(3.6%) and C9 orf 72(3.5%). In Chinese SALS, the highest mutation frequency was also identified in SOD1 gene(1.6%), followed by ANXA11(1.4%), FUS(1.3%), SQSTM1(1.0%), OPTN(0.9%) and CCNF(0.8%).The associations between several SNPs and risk of ALS were also reported in Chinese population. The genetic features of ALS in Chinese population are significantly different from those in Caucasian population, indicating an association between genetic susceptibility and origin of population. 3Exchange-coupling interaction and effective anisotropy in nanocomposite permanent materials显示文摘Taking Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe as example, the exchange-coupling interactions between magnetically soft and hard grains in nanocomposite permanent materials and their effects on the effective anisotropy of materials were investigated. The calculation results expressed that the exchange-coupling interactions are enhanced with the reduction of grain size, and the effective anisotropy of materials decreases with the reduction of gram size and the increase of magnetically soft phase component. The remanence and the effective anisotropy of materials possess the opposite variation trend with the change of grain size and phase ratio. 4Nanosecond-pulsed, dual-wavelength, passively Q-switched ytterbium-doped bulk laser based on few-layer MoS2 saturable absorber显示文摘A compact saturable absorber mirror(SAM) based on few-layer molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) nanoplatelets was fabricated and successfully used as an efficient saturable absorber(SA) for the passively Q-switched solid-state laser at 1 μm wavelength. Pulses as short as 182 ns were obtained from a ytterbium-doped(Yb:LGGG) bulk laser Q-switched by the MoS2 SAM, which we believe to be the shortest one ever achieved from the MoS2 SAs-based Q-switched bulk lasers. A maximum average output power of 0.6 W was obtained with a slope efficiency of 24%,corresponding to single pulse energy up to 1.8 μJ. In addition, the simultaneous dual-wavelength Q-switching at 1025.2 and 1028.1 nm has been successfully achieved. 5Trace Amounts of Triple-Functional Additives Enable Reversible Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries from a Comprehensive Perspective显示文摘Although their cost-effectiveness and intrinsic safety,aqueous zinc-ion batteries suffer from notorious side reactions including hydrogen evolution reaction,Zn corrosion and passivation,and Zn dendrite formation on the anode.Despite numerous strategies to alleviate these side reactions have been demonstrated,they can only provide limited performance improvement from a single aspect.Herein,a triple-functional additive with trace amounts,ammonium hydroxide,was demonstrated to comprehensively protect zinc anodes.The results show that the shift of electrolyte pH from 4.1 to 5.2 lowers the HER potential and encourages the in situ formation of a uniform ZHS-based solid electrolyte interphase on Zn anodes.Moreover,cationic NH^(4+)can preferentially adsorb on the Zn anode surface to shield the“tip effect”and homogenize the electric field.Benefitting from this comprehensive protection,dendrite-free Zn deposition and highly reversible Zn plating/stripping behaviors were realized.Besides,improved electrochemical performances can also be achieved in Zn//MnO_(2)full cells by taking the advantages of this triple-functional additive.This work provides a new strategy for stabilizing Zn anodes from a comprehensive perspective.Ruwei Chen Wei Zhang Quanbo Huang Chaohong Guan Wei Zong Yuhang Dai Zijuan Du Zhenyu Zhang Jianwei Li Fei Guo Xuan Gao Haobo Dong Jiexin Zhu Xiaohui Wang Guanjie He 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,6:2

11Magnetism and Its Dependence on Annealing Temperature for Sputtered Co/Cu Multilayers显示文摘Magnetism and its dependence on annealing temperature for r.f. sputtered Co/Cu multilayers have been investigated. It was found that the easy magnetization axes of the films are paralIel to the substrate and the magnetic properties of both as-sputtered and annealed multilayers are isotropic in the film plane. The coercive field Hc is 4.8 kA/m and the ratio of remanence-tosaturation magnetization Mi/M is about 0.73 for as-sputtered samples. Both Hc and Mr/Ms increase with increasing annealing temperatures, especially when annealing temperatures are higher than 400℃. 12Effects of the grain alignment on the coercivity and its angular dependence for NdCoFeB permanent magnets显示文摘The dependence of the macroscopic magnetism for NdCoFeB permanent magnet on the degree of grain alignment has been studied. With an increase in grain alignment degree, the coercivity of the permanent magnet decreases and the remanence increases. The decrease rate of the coercivity is smaller than the increase rate of the remanence. The coercivity H c(θ) increases with increasing angle θ between the applied field and the texture axis, and for the permanent magnets with good grain alignment the increase rate of H c(θ) is large. 15Clinical study of apatinib in the treatment of stage IV osteogenic sarcoma after failure of chemotherapy显示文摘Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety o f apatinib in the treatment of stage IV osteogenic sarcoma after chemotherapy failure through a single-arm,prospective,and open clinical phase II study.Methods:Information on 34 patients with stage IV osteogenic sarcoma treated with apatinib after failure o f chemotherapy in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital between September 2015 and December 2019 was collected and analyzed.The participants included 23 males and 11 females,with an average age of 35.24 years(11-73 years).The objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),PFS rate(PFR),and overall survival(OS)were evaluated.The treatmentrelated adverse events(AEs)and safety of apatinib were also evaluated.Results:O f the 34 patients,33 were able to be evaluated for efficacy.One patient received apatinib treatment for less than one cycle;therefore,only safety analysis was performed.The 12-week clinical evaluation showed that 2 patients had a partial response(PR),24 patients had stable disease(SD),and 7 patients had progressive disease(PD).The ORR,DCR,and PFR at 12 weeks were 6.06%(2/33),78.79%(26/33),and 82%,respectively.By the end of the follow-up,6 patients had SD(18.18%,6/33),27 patients had PD(81.82%,27/33),and 15 patients died because of disease progression(45.45%,15/33).The ORR was 0(0/33),the DCR was 18.18%(6/33),and the median PFS(mPFS)was 7.89 months(95%Cl:4.56-11.21).The median OS(mOS)was 17.61 months(95%Cl:10.85-24.37).The most common treatment-related AEs were hand-foot syndrome(35.29%,12/34),proteinuria(32.35%,11/34),and hypertension(32.35%,11/34).Zhichao Liao Ting Li Chao Zhang Xinyue Liu Ruwei Xing Sheng Teng Yun Yang Gang Zhao Xu Bai Jun Zhao Jilong Yang 2020Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,2:0

18Demagnetization Process and Coercivity for Anisotropic HDDR NdFeB Bonded Magnets显示文摘The demagnetization process and the coercivity mechanism for anisotropic HDDR Nd(Fe,Co)B bonded magnets were studied by comparing the dependence of coercivity on the alignment field applied while the powders were pressed. The results showed that both the remanence and the coercivity of magnet increased with increasing alignment field. The demagnetization process of the magnet can be classified as the nucleation process inside the grains and the domain-wall motion between the grains.
