1Experimental exploration and research prospect of physical bases and functional characteristics of meridians显示文摘The physical basis of meridians and acupoints (acupuncture points) is in a complex system mainly of connective tissue and interwoven with the blood capillaries, nerves, lymph vessels,etc. Elements of Ca, P, K, Fe, Zn, Mn, etc are found concentrated in the deep connective tissue structures in locations corresponding to acupoints. On this physical basis, the specific waveband of high efficiency for transmission of infrared rays exists in the collagenous fibre in a liquid crystal state. 2Advances in statistical mechanics of rock masses and its engineering applications显示文摘To efficiently link the continuum mechanics for rocks with the structural statistics of rock masses,a theoretical and methodological system called the statistical mechanics of rock masses(SMRM)was developed in the past three decades.In SMRM,equivalent continuum models of stressestrain relationship,strength and failure probability for jointed rock masses were established,which were based on the geometric probability models characterising the rock mass structure.This follows the statistical physics,the continuum mechanics,the fracture mechanics and the weakest link hypothesis.A general constitutive model and complete stressestrain models under compressive and shear conditions were also developed as the derivatives of the SMRM theory.An SMRM calculation system was then developed to provide fast and precise solutions for parameter estimations of rock masses,such as full-direction rock quality designation(RQD),elastic modulus,Coulomb compressive strength,rock mass quality rating,and Poisson’s ratio and shear strength.The constitutive equations involved in SMRM were integrated into a FLAC3D based numerical module to apply for engineering rock masses.It is also capable of analysing the complete deformation of rock masses and active reinforcement of engineering rock masses.Examples of engineering applications of SMRM were presented,including a rock mass at QBT hydropower station in northwestern China,a dam slope of Zongo II hydropower station in D.R.Congo,an open-pit mine in Dexing,China,an underground powerhouse of Jinping I hydropower station in southwestern China,and a typical circular tunnel in Lanzhou-Chongqing railway,China.These applications verified the reliability of the SMRM and demonstrated its applicability to broad engineering issues associated with jointed rock masses.Faquan Wu Jie Wu Han Bao Bo Li Zhigang Shan Deheng Kong 2021Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,1:8
3Rapid intelligent evaluation method and technology for determining engineering rock mass quality显示文摘The evaluation of engineering rock mass quality is fundamental work for the engineering activities of rock mass.The increasing scale of rock mass engineering necessitates higher intelligence,timeliness,and accuracy in engineering rock mass quality evaluation.As the core aspects of engineering rock mass quality evaluation,the structural characteristics,mechanical characteristics,and quality classification of rock mass have been innovated in recent years.The non-contact measurement technology for rock mass structure and rapid interpretation of rock mass structure information enables the intelligent extraction and analysis of rock mass structure parameters.The modular backpack laboratory system of rock mechanics provides an effective means to acquire rock mechanical parameters on-site conveniently.The theory of statistical mechanics of rock mass(SMRM)integrates various factors such as the rock mass properties,geological environment,and engineering disturbance,providing a theoretical basis for accurately evaluating the weakening and anisotropy of rock mass.The cloud computing platform established based on SMRM can provide technical support for the rapid calculation of rock mass parameters and instant evaluation of the rock mass quality.The development of intelligent evaluation method and technology is altering the conventional technical state of qualitative and semi-quantitative evaluation of engineering rock mass quality,supporting the realization of rock mass engineering construction with intellectualization and informatization.Faquan Wu Jie Wu Han Bao Zhongxi Bai Lei Qiao Fang Zhang Bo Li Fuan Si Lei Yu Shenggong Guan Peng Sha Deheng Kong Zhenzhong Dai Kun Chen Yun Tian Changqing Liu 2023Rock Mechanics Bulletin2023,2,2:3
4Event-triggered attitude tracking for rigid spacecraft显示文摘This study aims to investigate the problem of attitude control for a spacecraft with inertial uncertainties, external disturbances, and communication restrictions. An event-triggered active disturbance rejection control approach is proposed for attitude tracking of the spacecraft. An event-triggered mechanism is introduced together with an extended state observer to jointly monitor the system states and total disturbances. The observation error is proved to be uniformly bounded. Based on the proposed control scheme,the integrated tracking system is shown to be asymptotically stable, implying successful attitude tracking of the spacecraft for the desired motion. 5Model-Based Network Scheduling and Control for Systems over the IEEE 802.15.4 Network显示文摘The scheduling and control of a class of wireless networked control system is investigated,whose control loop is closed via a shared IEEE 802.15.4 wireless network. By using a gain scheduler within the packet-based control framework and fitting the delay-dependent gains into a time-delay system model, a less conservative self-triggered approach is proposed to determine the sampling update,which consequently enables the design of two network scheduling algorithms to reduce the communication usage. 7Fabrication and photoluminescence of GaN nanowires prepared by ammoniating GaeO3/BN films on Si substrate显示文摘GaN nanowires were successfully pre-pared on Si(111) substrate through ammoniating Ga2O3/BN films deposited by radio frequency mag-netron sputtering system. The synthesized nanowires were confirmed as hexagonal wurtzite GaN by X-ray diffraction, selected-area electron diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectra. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy revealed that the grown GaN nanowires have a smooth and clean surface with diameters ranging from 40 to 160 nm and lengths typically up to several tens of micrometers. The representative photolumi-nescence spectrum at room temperature exhibited a strong UV light emission band centered at 363 nm and a relative weak purple light emission peak at 422 nm. 8Influence of Sea Surface Temperature on Outbreak of Ulva prolifera in the Southern Yellow Sea,China显示文摘In this study,using Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)satellite images and environmental satellite CCD images,the spatio-temporal distribution of Ulva prolifera in the southern Yellow Sea during the period of 2011–2018 was extracted and combined with MODIS Level3 Photosynthetically Active Radiation(PAR)product data and Earth System Research Laboratory(ESRL)Sea Surface Temperature(SST)data to analyze their influences on the growth and outbreak of Ulva prolifera.The following conclusions were drawn:1)comprehensive analysis of Ulva prolifera distribution during the eight-year period revealed that the coverage area of Ulva prolifera typically exhibited a gradually increasing trend.The coverage area of Ulva prolifera reached a maximum of approximately 1714.21 km^2 during the eight-year period in late June 2015.The area affected by Ulva prolifera fluctuated.In mid-July 2014,the area affected by Ulva prolifera reached a maximum of approximately 39020.63 km^2.2)The average growth rate of Ulva prolifera was positive in May and June but negative in July.During the outbreak of Ulva prolifera,the SST in the southern Yellow Sea tended to increase each month.The SST anomaly and average growth rate of Ulva prolifera were positively correlated in May(R^2=0.62),but not significantly correlated in June or July.3)The variation trends of PAR and SST were approximately the same,and the PAR during this time period maintained a range of 40–50 mol/(m^2·d),providing sufficient illumination for the growth and outbreak of Ulva prolifera.In addition,the abundant nutrients and suitable temperature in the sea area near northern Jiangsu shoal resulted in a high growth rate of Ulva prolifera in May.In summary,the outbreak of Ulva prolifera was closely related to the environmental factors including SST,nutrients,and PAR.Sufficient nutrients and suitable temperatures resulted in a fast growth rate of Ulva prolifera.However,under poor nutrient conditions,even more suitable temperatures were not sufficient to trigger an outbreak of Ulva prolifera.ZHANG Guangzong WU Mengquan ZHANG Anding XING Qianguo ZHOU Min ZHAO Deheng SONGXiaodong YU Zhilu 2020Chinese Geographical Science2020,30,4:2

10Conduction Properties and Scattering Mechanisms in F-doped Textured Transparent Conducting SnO_2 Films Deposited by APCVD显示文摘Transparent conducting F-doped texture SnO2 films with resistivity as low as 5× 10-4 Ω ·cm,with carrier concentrations between 3.5 × 1020 and 7× 1020 cm-3 and Hall mobilities from 15.7 to 20.1 cm2/(V/s) have been prepared by atmosphere pressure chemical vapour deposition (APCVD). These polycrystalline films possess a variable preferred orientation, the polycrystallite sizes and orientations vary with substrate temperature. The substrate temperature and fluorine flow rate dependence of conductivity, Hall mobility and carrier conentration fOr the resultingfilms have been obtained. The temperature dependence of the mobiity and carrier concentrationhave been measured over a temperature range 16~400 K. A systematically theoretical analysis on scattering mechanisms for the highly conductive SnO2 films has been given. Both theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that for these degenerate, polycrystalline SnO2 :F films in the low temperature range (below 100 K), ionized impurity scattering is main scattering mechanism. However, when the temperature is higher than 100 K, the lattice vibration scattering becomes dominant.
