1阜新程沟辽墓清理简报显示文摘The tomb lies 3 kilometre from the east of Cheng Gou village of Mantang hong Town of Zhang Wu County of Fuxin city. A farmer of the village found the top of the windward side of the tomb 0. 5 metre under the surface of the ground when he built a wau in 1982. Fuxin Cultrural Relics Office, Archaeological Team. and Zhang Wu Cultrural Relics office rescued and ercavated. The tomb is a single room tomb which is made of long and square bricks. The tomb is 2. 6 metet long and 2.5 mere wide. There are deceased frescoes around the coffin platform, a skeleon ornamented with copper wire-weaving net was kept very well. The things left behind by the deceased are as follows: glazed bowl 、gilded cop per ornament、jade bird and amber decorative bead. The inferences of the time of the Liao tomb in Cheng Gou is the later period of liao Dynasty. The status of the host of the tomb is common aristocrat according to archaeological materials. and document(Relics Management Institute of Zhangwu County and Museum of Fuxin City ) 1998北方文物1998,,2:4

7Juvenile hormone receptor Met regulates sleep and neuronal morphology via glial-neuronal crosstalk显示文摘Juvenile hormone(JH)is one of the most important hormones in insects since it is essential for insect development. The mechanism by which JH affects the central nervous system still remains a mystery. In this study,we demonstrate that one of the JH receptors,Methoprene-tolerant(Met),is important for the control of neurite development and sleep behavior in Drosophila. With the identification of Met-expressing glial cells, the mechanism that Met negatively controls the mushroom body(MB)b lobes fusion and positively maintains pigment-dispersing factor s LNvs projection pruning has been established.Furthermore, despite the developmental effects,Met can also maintain nighttime sleep in a developmentindependent manner through the a/b lobe of MB.Combining analyses of neuronal morphology and entomological behavior, this study advances our understanding of how the JH receptor regulates the nervous system.Binbin Wu Lei He Yutong Xiao Juan Du Xiaoxiao Wang Zhangwu Zhao 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,8:1

11Fluorescence quenching effect of metal ions for α,α'-diamine containing conjugated polymers in solid films显示文摘The fluorescence quenching effect of the conjugated polymers P1 and P2 (the molecular recognitions are twisted 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and planar 1,10-phenanthrolin(phen), respectively) films upon the addition of metal ions has been studied. And the results showed that P2 exhibited stronger fluorescence quenching ability upon the addition of both transition metal ions and main group metal ions compared with that of P1. The 20° twist angle between the two consecutive pyridine rings of bpy unit in the P1 main chain is the reason for the weaker fluorescence quenching ability compared with P2, in which the planar phen unit can chelate with metal ions relatively freely without the conformational transition. So P2 is a kind of material with better properties for solid film devices, such as sensors for metal ions recognition.TIANLeilei ZHANGMing LUPing ZHANGWu YANGBing MAYuguang 2004Chinese Science Bulletin2004,49,3:0
12Proton-induced Conversion from Non-Aufbau to Aufbau Electronic Structure of an Organic Radical with Turn-on Fluorescence显示文摘We report a donor-acceptor(D-A)type non-luminescent neutral radical,tris-2,4,6-trichlorophenylmethyl-N,N-dimethyl-9H-carbazol-3-amine(TTM-Cz-DMA).The results of cyclic voltammetry and quantum chemistry calculation confirm TTM-Cz-DMA has the non-Aufbau electronic structure, which means the singly occupied molecular orbital(SOMO)lies below the highest doubly occupied molecular orbital(HOMO).The non-Aufbau electronic structure changes to the Aufbau electronic structure after protonation and exhibits proton-responsive turn-on fluorescence, which is totally reversible by deprotonation. The dihedral angle between donor and acceptor moieties of TTM-Cz-DMA in excited state reduces from 88°to 62°after protonation, causing the turn-on fluorescence. Our results offer a viewing angle to understand the luminescence of radicals and provide a possible application of proton detection.CHEN Zhangwu LI Feng 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,3:0
13The Impact of Human Resource Management on University Development显示文摘As competition in the education industry intensifies and the knowledge economy evolves, the significance of Human Resource Management(HRM)in university institutions. This study aims to explore how HRM affects the sustainable development and competitiveness improvement of universities. This article begins with a theoretical analysis to define the concept of HRM and its particular relevance within university education. The subsequent analysis examines the multi-dimensional framework of university development, encompassing its connotation, goals, and key influencing factors. The article further elaborates on the positive effects of HRM on university teaching quality, scientific research capabilities, organizational culture, and social services. On this basis, the main challenges currently faced by university HRM are discussed, such as talent mobility, institutional constraints, resource limitations, and internationalization pressure. Finally, optimization strategies are proposed, including building a scientific human resources system, enhancing talent training and development, fostering diversity among teaching staff, and improving decision-making efficiency and transparency. The conclusions of this study aim to provide strategic insights for university education managers to better utilize human resource advantages and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of universities.Zhangwu Tian Roberto M.Arguelles 2024Proceedings of Business and Economic Studies2024,7,1:0
14Analysis of sleep in individual Drosophila melanogaster reveals a self-regulatory role for cuticular hydrocarbons pheromones显示文摘It is well established that pheromones are used by insects to transmit infor-mation between individuals. However, research has revealed that individual insects can be both the sender and the receiver of some pheromonal signals. It is therefore interesting to consider whether the pheromonal state of an individual insect can exert an effect on itself. In this study,we monitored the sleep activity of single flies exhibiting a mutation that leads to pheromonal deficiency and found that cuticular hydrocarbons(CHs)exerted self-regulatory effects on the amount of sleep experienced by these flies. To identify the physiological significance of this mechanism,we compared the amounts of sleep in in-dividual young flies and individual old flies(flies are known to sleep less as they get older)and compared this data with young and old flies exhibiting mutations that lead to CH reception defects. The differences in the amount of sleep experienced by young and old mutant flies were significantly lower than those of the control flies. Our data show that hydrocarbon signals produced by the cuticle in Drosophila can be self-perceived and regulate the amount of sleep acquired in a maturation-dependent manner.Xiaoyu Wu Su Wang Xianguo Zhao Jing Wen Yahong Li Zhangwu Zhao Juan Du 2022Insect Science2022,29,6:0
