1Electronic Skin from High-Throughput Fabrication of Intrinsically Stretchable Lead Zirconate Titanate Elastomer显示文摘Electronic skin made of thin,soft,stretchable devices that can mimic the human skin and reconstruct the tactile sensation and perception offers great opportunities for prosthesis sensing,robotics controlling,and human-machine interfaces.Advanced materials and mechanics engineering of thin film devices has proven to be an efficient route to enable and enhance flexibility and stretchability of various electronic skins;however,the density of devices is still low owing to the limitation in existing fabrication techniques.Here,we report a high-throughput one-step process to fabricate large tactile sensing arrays with a sensor density of 25 sensors/cm^(2) for electronic skin,where the sensors are based on intrinsically stretchable piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate(PZT)elastomer.The PZT elastomer sensor arrays with great uniformity and passive-driven manner enable highresolution tactile sensing,simplify the data acquisition process,and lower the manufacturing cost.The high-throughput fabrication process provides a general platform for integrating intrinsically stretchable materials into large area,high device density soft electronics for the next-generation electronic skin.Yiming Liu Huanxi Zheng Ling Zhao Shiyuan Liu Kuanming Yao Dengfeng Li Chunki Yiu Shenghan Gao Raudel Avila Pakpong Chirarattananon Lingqian Chang Zuankai Wang Xian Huang Zhaoqian Xie Zhengbao Yang Xinge Yu 2020Research2020,,1:11
2Behaviour of Hexagon Split Ring Resonators and Left-Handed Metamaterials显示文摘We used a rectangular waveguide system to measure the X-band (8-12 GHz) transmission of hexagon split ring resonators (SRRs) alone and the left-handed metamaterials (LHMs) consisting of hexagon SRR array and wire array. The experimental results show that for an individual SRR, the resonance frequency increases with the azimuthal gap, but decreases with the radial gap. For two identical SRRs, the resonance peak has a shift because of the electromagnetic interaction, and the resonance frequency and the strength decrease with the separation distance. 4^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar geochronology constraints on hydrocarbon accumulation and destruction periods in the Bankeng paleo-reservoir in the southern margin of the middle Yangtze block显示文摘The exact determination of isotopic ages of hydrocarbon accumulation,reconstruction and destruction periods using traditional isotopic dating methods is complex because of the small numbers of minerals that correlate with hydrocarbons.The quantitative and direct study of hydrocarbon geochronology is therefore an important scientific problem for isotope geochronology and petroleum geology.This study obtains two isotopic ages from a quartz vein sample associated with bitumen in a reverse fault located in the Bankeng paleo-reservoir on the southern margin of the middle Yangtze block (the northern margin of the JiangnanXuefeng uplift) by inclusion 40Ar/39Ar stepwise crushing in a vacuum.Two different and good linear inverse isochrons that correspond to two age plateaus were determined.The two ages correspond to primary inclusions of about 228 Ma and secondary inclusions of about 149 Ma.These inclusion groups represent two distinct kinds of fluids.Quartz veins associated with bitumen in faulted paleo-reservoirs,which have a strict response relationship with tectonization and hydrocarbon accumulation,are the unified products of tectonic processes,hydrocarbon accumulation and reconstruction.Therefore,they can be used to constrain the hydrocarbon accumulation,reconstruction and destruction periods that are controlled by multiphase and complicated tectonic actions.The evolutionary processes of hydrocarbon accumulation can be divided into two periods consisting of a primary oil and gas reservoir formation period in the late Indosinian epoch (about 228 Ma) and a period of oil and gas reservoir reconstruction in the early Yanshan epoch (about 149 Ma).This study quantitatively reconstructs the hydrocarbon accumulation and destruction chronological framework of a giant hydrocarbon accumulation belt along the southern margin of the middle Yangtze block (the northern margin of the Jiangnan-Xuefeng uplift) controlled by multiphase and complicated tectonism.The two ages associated with hydrocarbons here correspond to the special controlling actions of continental tectonics in the Jiangnan-Xuefeng uplift that affected the timeline of reconstruction and destruction in this giant marine hydrocarbon accumulation.This study shows the feasibility and usefulness of dating inclusions with the 40Ar/39Ar technique for hydrocarbon geochronology,especially in the marine hydrocarbon accumulation region of southern China within a geological setting of old strata,high thermal evolution hydrocarbons,and complex,multiphase and multicycle tectonization.LIU ZhaoQian MEI LianFu QIU HuaNing SHEN ChuanBo TANG JiGuang YUN JianBing 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,26:7
5Pharmacogenetic Correlates of Antipsychotic-Induced Weight Gain in the Chinese Population显示文摘Antipsychotic-induced weight gain(AIWG) is a common adverse effect of this treatment, particularly with second-generation antipsychotics, and it is a major health problem around the world. We aimed to review the progress of pharmacogenetic studies on AIWG in the Chinese population to compare the results for Chinese with other ethnic populations, identify the limitations and problems of current studies, and provide future research directions in China. Both English and Chinese electronic databases were searched to identify eligible studies. We determined that [ 25 single-nucleotide polymorphisms in19 genes have been investigated in association with AIWG in Chinese patients over the past few decades. HTR2 C rs3813929 is the most frequently studied single-nucleotide polymorphism, and it seems to be the most strongly associated with AIWG in the Chinese population. However, many genes that have been reported to be associated with AIWG in other ethnic populations have not beenincluded in Chinese studies. 7Progress of Chinese research in physical oceanography of the Southern Ocean显示文摘Oceanographic surveying has been one of the key missions of the Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition since 1984. Using the field data obtained in these surveys and the results from remote sensing and numerical models, Chinese physical oceanographers have investigated the water masses, fronts and circulation patterns in the Southern Ocean. The results of nearly 30 years of research are summarized in this paper. Most oceanographic observations by Chinese researchers have been conducted in Prydz Bay and the adjacent seas. CTD (Conductivity Temperature and Depth) data, collected during the past 20 years, have been applied to study several features of the water masses in this region: The spatial variation of warm summer surface water, the northward extension of shelf water, the flow of ice shelf water from the cavity beneath the Amery Ice Shelf, the upwelling of the Circumpolar Deep Water, and the formation of the Antarctic Bottom Water. The circulation and its dynamic factors have been analyzed with dynamic heights calculated from CTD data as well as by numerical models. The structure and strength of the fronts in the southeast Indian Ocean and the Drake Passage were investigated with underway XBT/XCTD (Expendable Bathythermograph/Expendable CTD) and ADCP (Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler) data. Their interannual variations have been determined and the factors of influence, especially the atmospheric forcing and mesoscale oceanic processes, were studied using remote sensing data. The dynamic mechanism of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current (ACC) was analyzed by theoretical models. The transport and pattern of the ACC have been well reproduced by coupled sea ice-ocean models. Additional details of ACC variability were identified based on satellite altimeter data. The response of the ACC to climate change was studied using reanalysis data. 8Microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of cube-like Ag-Ag_2MoO_4 with visible-light photocatalytic activity显示文摘Cube-like Ag-Ag2MoO4 composite has been successfully prepared in the presence of PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone) via a facile microwave-assisted hydrothermal process. Studies of its photocatalytic performance in the decomposition of RhB indicate that the cube-like Ag-Ag2MoO4 composite exhibits good catalytic activities under visible-light irradiation. The face that Ag promotes the absorption of visible light may be attributed to the surface plasmon resonance. Further XRD characterization after recycle photocatalytic tests confirms that partial Ag + ions in Ag2MoO4 have been reduced to metallic Ag. 9Scalable salt-templated directed synthesis of high-quality MoS_(2) nanosheets powders towards energetic and environmental applications显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)have emerged as perfect platforms for developing applications in nano-electronics,catalysis,energy storage and environmental-related fields due to their superior properties.However,the low-cost,batch production of high-quality 2D TMDCs remains a huge challenge with the existing synthetic strategies.Herein,we present a scalable chemical vapor deposition(CVD)approach for the batch production of high-quality MoS_(2) nanosheet powders,by using naturally abundant,water-soluble and recyclable NaCl crystal powders as templates.The high-quality MoS_(2) nanosheets powders are achieved by a facile water dissolution-filtration process,by virtue of the excellent dispersibility of the as-grown products in water.The internal mechanism for the scalable synthesis strategy is explored.The applications of the MoS_(2) nanosheets powders are also demonstrated as catalysts or adsorbents in hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and organic dyes adsorption,respectively.This work should hereby pave ways for the mass production and application of powdery TMDCs in energetic and environmental related fields.Lijie Zhu Pengfei Yang Yahuan Huan Shuangyuan Pan Zhaoqian Zhang Fangfang Cui Yuping Shi Shaolong Jiang Chunyu Xie Min Hong Jiatian Fu Jingyi Hu Yanfeng Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,11:4
10Marine hydrographic spatial-variability and its cause at the northern margin of the Amery Ice Shelf显示文摘Conductivity,temperature and depth(CTD) data collected along a zonal hydrographic section from the northern margin of the Amery Ice Shelf on 25-27 February 2008 by the 24th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition (CHINARE) cruise in the 2007/2008 austral summer are analyzed to study thermohaline structures.Analysis reveals warm subsurface water in a limited area around the east end of the northern margin,where the temperature,salinity and density have east-west gradients in the surface layer of the hydrographic section.The localization of the warm subsurface water and the causes of the CTD gradients in the surface layer are discussed.In addition,the results from these CTD data analyses are compared with those from the 22nd CHINARE cruise in the 2005/2006 austral summer.This comparison revealed that the thermoclines and haloclines had deepened and their strengths weakened in the 2007/2008 austral summer.The difference between the two data sets and the cause for it can be reasonably explained and attributed to the change in ocean-ice-atmosphere interactions at the northern margin of the Amery Ice Shelf.GE RenFeng DONG ZhaoQian CHEN HongXia LIU Na SHI JiuXing PU ShuZhen 2011Advances in Polar Science2011,22,2:3
11Fronts and surface zonal geostrophic current along 115°E in the southern Indian Ocean显示文摘Altimeter and in situ data are used to estimate the mean surface zonal geostrophic current in the section along 115°E in the southern Indian Ocean,and the variation of strong currents in relation to the major fronts is studied.The results show that,in average,the flow in the core of Antarctic Circumpolar Current(ACC) along the section is composed of two parts,one corresponds to the jet of Subantarctic Front(SAF) and the other is the flow in the Polar Front Zone(PFZ),with a westward flow between them.The mean surface zonal geostrophic current corresponding to the SAF is up to 49 cm · s-1 at 46°S,which is the maximal velocity in the section.The eastward flow in the PFZ has a width of about 4.3 degrees in latitudes.The mean surface zonal geostrophic current corresponding to the Southern Antarctic Circumpolar Current Front(SACCF) is located at 59.7 °S with velocity less than 20 cm · s-1.The location of zonal geostrophic jet corresponding to the SAF is quite stable during the study period.In contrast,the eastward jets in the PFZ exhibit various patterns,i.e.,the primary Polar Front(PF1) shows its strong meridional shift and the secondary Polar Front(PF2) does not always coincide with jet.The surface zonal geostrophic current corresponding to SAF has the significant periods of annual,semi-annual and four-month.The geostrophic current of the PFZ also shows significant periods of semi-annual and four-month,but is out of phase with the periods of the SAF,which results in no notable semi-annual and fourmonth periods in the surface zonal geostrophic current in the core of the ACC.In terms of annual cycle,the mean surface zonal geostrophic current in the core of the ACC shows its maximal velocity in June.HE Zhigang DONG Zhaoqian 2010Acta Oceanologica Sinica2010,29,5:3
12PKM2-dependent glycolysis promotes the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells during atherosclerosis显示文摘Increased glycolysis is involved in the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs).Pyruvate kinase isoform M2(PKM2),a key rate-limiting enzyme in glycolysis,accelerates the proliferation and migration of tumor cells.Although the intracellular mecha nisms associated with oxidized low-density lipoprotein(oxLDL)-stimulated VSMC proliferation and migration have been extensively explored,it is still unclear whether oxLDL promotes the proliferation and migration of VSMCs by enhancing PKM2-dependent glycolysis.In the present study,we detected PKM2 expression and pyruvate kinase activity in oxLDL-treated VSMCs and explored the regulation of PKM2 in oxLDL-treated VSMCs and apoE^-/-mice.The results showed that PKM2 expression in VSMCs was higher in the intima than in the media in plaques from atherosclerotic rabbits.Moreover,PKM2 level in VSMCs was increased during atherosclerosis progression in apoE^-/-mice.Both PKM2 expression and pyruvate kinase activity were found to be upregulated by oxLDL stimulation in VSMCs.Shikonin(SKN),a specific inhibitor of PKM2,was found to inhibit the oxLDL-induced proliferation and migration in VSMCs,in addition to delaying the atherosclerosis progression in apoE^-/-mice.More importantly,oxLDL increased glucose uptake,ATP and lactate production,and the extracellular acidification rate in VSMCs,which could be reversed by SKN.Meanwhile,oxygen consumption rate was unchanged after oxLDL stimulation,suggesting that glycolysis is the main contributor to the energy supply in oxLDL-treated VSMCs.Our results suggest that oxLDL induces VSMC proliferation and migration by upregulating PKM2-dependent glycolysis,thereby contributing to the atherosclerosis progression.Thus,targeting PKM2-dependent glycolysis might provide a novel therapeutic approach for the treatment of atherosclerosis.Xuezhu Zhao Fancheng Tan Xiaoru Cao Zhengyu Cao Bicheng Li Zhaoqian Shen Ye Tian 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,1:3

14Reflection and phase of left-handed metamaterials at microwave frequencies显示文摘We experimentally investigated the reflection and phase of the left-handed metamaterials (LHMs) in a rectangular waveguide for the normally incident microwave. The samples are constructed by periodically arraying the copper split ring resonators (SRRs) and wires. It is found that for the LHMs with one-layered SRRs, a reflection peak with a depth of -3.3 dB (i.e. with the reflectivity of 47%) occurs in the left-handed range. The dependence of reflection phase on the frequency is different from that of the transmission phase, and the reflection phase has an inflexion at the reflection peaks. For the LHMs with three-layered SRRs, the depth of reflection peak increases with the row number, i.e. reflection is weakened, and the reflection peak has a shift with respect to the left-handed transmission peak. 16A metal-electrode-free, fully integrated, soft triboelectric sensor array for self-powered tactile sensing显示文摘The dramatic advances in flexible/wearable electronics have garnered great attention for touch sensors for practical applications in human health monitoring and human–machine interfaces.Self-powered triboelectric tactile sensors with high sensitivity,reduced crosstalk,and simple processing routes are highly desirable.Herein,we introduce a facile and low-cost fabrication approach for a metal-electrode free,fully integrated,flexible,and self-powered triboelectric tactile sensor array with 8-by-8 sensor units.Through the height difference between the sensor units and interconnect electrodes,the crosstalk derived from the electrodes has been successfully suppressed with no additional shielding layers.The tactile sensor array shows a remarkable sensitivity of 0.063VkPa^(–1) with a linear range from 5 to 50kPa,which covers a broad range of testing objects.Furthermore,due to the advanced mechanical design,the flexible sensor array exhibits great capability of pressure sensing even under a curved state.The voltage responses from the pattern mapping by finger touching demonstrate the uniformity of the sensor array.Finally,real-time tactile sensing associated with light-emitting diode(LED)array lighting demonstrates the potential application of the sensor array in position tracking,self-powered touch screens,human–machine interfaces and many others.Lingyun Wang Yiming Liu Qing Liu Yuyan Zhu Haoyu Wang Zhaoqian Xie Xinge Yu Yunlong Zi 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:2
