1Simultaneous determination of amino acids in different teas using supercritical fluid chromatography coupled with single quadrupole mass spectrometry显示文摘Tea is a widely consumed beverage and has many important physiological properties and potential health benefits. In this study, a novel method based on supercritical fluid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (SFC-MS) was developed to simultaneously determine 11 amino acids in different types of tea (green teas, Oolong tea, black tea and Pu-erh tea). The separation conditions for the analysis of the selected amino acids including the column type, temperature and backpressure as well as the type of additive, were carefully optimized. The best separation of the 11 amino acids was obtained by adding water (5%, v/v) and trifluoroacetic acid (0.4%, v/v) to the organic modifier (methanol). Finally, the developed SFC-MS method was fully validated and successfully applied to the determination of these amino acids in six different tea samples. Good linearity (r ≥ 0.993), precision (RSDs≤ 2.99%), accuracy (91.95%-107.09%) as well as good sample stability were observed. The limits of detection ranged from 1.42 to 14.69 ng/mL, while the limits of quantification were between 4.53 and 47.0 ng/mL. The results indicate that the contents of the 11 amino acids in the six different tea samples are greatly influenced by the degree of fermentation. 2Design principles and parameters of rice ideal panicle type显示文摘On the basis of many years of research at the laboratory, and by making reference to the related literature published at home and abroad, in this paper the concept of rice ideal panicle type was introduced, and the principles of rice ideal panicle type design were elucidated. The parame-ters of rice ideal panicle type for Liaoning were preliminarily established as follows: Panicle length <17 cm, neck-panicle curvature <40°, neck panicle length 3―4 cm, neck diameter >2 mm, large vascular bundle and primary branch >15 pieces/panicle, primary branch grain >80 grains/panicle, secondary branch grains concentrating in the middle and upper parts of panicle axis, and panicle type index >0.5. 3Ion exchange membranes from poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide) and related applications显示文摘Ion exchange membranes(IEMs) play a significant role in fields of energy and environment, for instance fuel cells, diffusion dialysis, electrodialysis, etc. The limited choice of commercially available IEMs has produced a strong demand of fabricating IEMs with improved properties via facile synthetic strategies over the past two decades. Poly(phenylene oxide)(PPO) is considered as a promising polymeric material for constructing practical IEMs, due to its advantages of good physicochemical properties, low manufacturing cost and easy post functionalization. In this review, we present the accumulated efforts in synthetic strategies towards diverse types of PPO-based IEMs. Relation between polymer structures and the resulted features is discussed in detail. 4Characterization and Proteomic Analysis of Novel Rice Lesion Mimic Mutant with Enhanced Disease Resistance显示文摘Lesion mmic mutants(LMMs)are plants that spontaneously form lesions without pathogeninfection or external stimulus and exhibit resistance to pathogens.Here,a rice LMM was created by ethylmethane sulfonate mutagenesis,named as hpil(hydrogen peroxide induced lesion).Diaminobenzidineand trypan blue staining showed that large amounts of H_(2)O_(2) were produced and cell death was occurredat and around the parts of lesion mimic in the rice leaves.The phenotype of hpil is controlled by a singlerecessive gene,localized at a 2 Mb interval on chromosome 2.The data suggested that hpil is a novelLMM with enhanced bacterial and fungal disease resistance,and multiple pathogenesis-related proteins(PRs)were up-regulated.The proteomes of leaves at three positions(different degrees of lesion mimicseverity)were characterized in hpil compared with its wild type plant.Differentially expressed proteinswere detected by two dimensional difference gel electrophoresis and 274 proteins were identified byMALDITOF/TOFTM.These proteins were related to metabolic process,cellular process and response tostimulus,with mostly down-regulated in hpil leaves.Many of these proteins were related to the Calvincycle,photosynthetic electron transport chain,glycolysis/gluconeogenesis and phosphonates pathways.Some resistance-related proteins including 14-3-3 proteins,OsPR10 and antioxidases such asperoxidase,superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase were up-regulated in leaves with lesionmimic.These results provide the foundation for cloning of the target gene and shed light on themechanism involved in autaimmunity of rice.Yang Yong Lin Qiujun Chen Xinyu Liang Weifang Fu Yuwen Xu Zhengjin Wu Yuanhua Wang Xuming Zhou Jie Yu Chulang Yan Chengqi Mei Qiong Chen Jianping 2021Rice science2021,28,5:2

9Neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pingyangmycin can inhibit the amplification and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the short-term effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pingyangmycin(PYM)in the treat-ment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:24 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were treated with PYM before the operation,and the surgeries were undergone within one week after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.PCNA,p53,Bcl-2 and CD44v6 were detected in the specimens of tumor,retreated tumor and normal tissue using immunohistochemical methods.Results:Apoptosis could be detected more often in specimens with tumor and retreated tumor after chemotherapy than that before.The expression of PCNA,p53,Bcl-2 and CD44v6 in tumor tissue after neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM was weaker than that before the chemotherapy.There was significant difference in the positive ratio of PCNA,p53,Bcl-2 and CD44v6 be-tween retreated tumor and tumor.Conclusion:After neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM,a large number of tumor cells died.The amplification and metastasis of tumor were suppressed by neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM.Xiaolong Li Ming Gao Haifeng Yu Benyi Xu Zhengjin Ge Yang Yu Songfeng Wei Shuling Li 2006The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2006,5,6:1

11Mimotope peptide modified pompon mum-like magnetic microparticles for precise recognition,capture and biotransformation analysis of rituximab in biological fluids显示文摘Due to low immobilized ligand density,limited binding capacity,and severe interference from serum proteins,developing ideal peptide-based biomaterials for precise recognition and in vivo analysis of biopharmaceuticals remains a huge challenge.In this study,mimotope peptide modified pompon mum-like biomimetic magnetic microparticles(MMPs,3.8μm)that mimic the specific functionalities of CD20 on malignant B cells were developed for the first time.Benefit from the numerous ligand binding sites(Ni^(2+))on the pompon mum-like MMPs,these novel materials achieved≥10 times higher peptide ligand densities(>2300 mg/g)and antibody binding capacities(1380 mg/g)compared to previous reported biomaterials.Leveraging the high specificity of the mimotope peptide,rituximab can be precisely recognized and enriched from cell culture media or serum samples.We also established an LC-MS/MS method using the MMPs for tracking rituximab biotransformation in patient serum.Intriguingly,deamidation of Asn55 and Asn33,as well as oxidation of Met81 and Met34 were observed at the key complementarity determining regions of rituximab,which could potentially influence antibody function and require careful monitoring.Overall,these versatile biomimetic MMPs demonstrate superior recognition and enrichment capabilities for target antibodies,offering interesting possibilities for biotransformation analysis of biopharmaceuticals in patient serum.Jiawen Yang Aixuan Zhou Minyi Li Qiaoxian He Jingwei Zhou Jacques Crommen Wentao Wang Zhengjin Jiang Qiqin Wang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,3:0
12Swell induced stress in a hydrogel coating显示文摘A hydrogel can be coated on various substrates to enable multiple functions.Potential applications include biomedical devices,anti-fouling surfaces and microfluidics.In practical use,hydrogel coatings are often submerged in fluids.The swell of hydrogel coating deteriorates the interfacial bonding with the substrate.This paper presents a stress analysis of a hydrogel coating on a cylindrical metal substrate.We adopt the thermodynamic theory coupling large deformation and water migration and formulate two boundary value problems for the coating-substrate system with and without an interfacial crack.The inhomogeneous stress fields in the hydrogel coating are obtained.The influences of modulus,thickness of the hydrogel coating on the maximum radial stress at the interface are analyzed.These results may guide the design of hydrogel coating to avoid interfacial failure.Shuyang Wang Zhengjin Wang Yan Yang Tongqing Lu 2021Acta Mechanica Sinica2021,37,5:0
13Eu-based anolytes for high-voltage and long-lifetime aqueous flow batteries显示文摘Aqueous flow batteries(AFBs) are among the most promising electrochemical energy storage solutions for the massive-scale adoption of renewable electricity because of decoupled energy and power, design flexibility, improved safety and low cost. The development of high-voltage AFB is, however, limited by the lack of stable anolytes that have low redox potential. Here we report Eu-based anolytes for high-voltage p H-neutral AFB applications. Eu^(3+) has a reduction potential of -0.39 V vs. SHE, which can be dramatically lowered when forming stable complex with inexpensive organic chelates. A typical complex, Eu DTPA,features a low redox potential of -1.09 V vs. SHE, fast redox kinetics, and a high water solubility of 1.5 M. When paired with ferrocyanide, the battery had an open-circuit voltage of 1.56 V and demonstrated stable cell cycling performance, including a capacity retention rate of 99.997% per cycle over500 cycles at 40 m A cm^(-2), a current efficiency of >99.9%, and an energy efficiency of >83.3%.
