| 2 | NLRP3-dependent pyroptosis is required for HIV-1 gp120- induced neuropathology显示文摘The human immunodeficiency virus-1(HIV-1)envelope protein gp120 is the major contributor to the pathogenesis of HIVassociated neurocognitive disorder(HAND).Neuroinflammation plays a pivotal role in gp120-induced neuropathology,but how gp120 triggers neuroinflammatory processes and subsequent neuronal death remains unknown.Here,we provide evidence that NLRP3 is required for gp120-induced neuroinflammation and neuropathy.Our results showed that gp120-induced NLRP3-dependent pyroptosis and IL-1βproduction in microglia.Inhibition of microglial NLRP3 inflammasome activation alleviated gp120-mediated neuroinflammatory factor release and neuronal injury.Importantly,we showed that chronic administration of MCC950,a novel selective NLRP3 inhibitor,to gp120 transgenic mice not only attenuated neuroinflammation and neuronal death but also promoted neuronal regeneration and restored the impaired neurocognitive function.In conclusion,our data revealed that the NLRP3 inflammasome is important for gp120-induced neuroinflammation and neuropathology and suggest that NLRP3 is a potential novel target for the treatment of HAND. | Xiaolong He Weijun Yang Zhijie Zeng Yi Wei Jie Gao Bao Zhang Li Li Liqun Liu Yu Wan Qing Zeng Zelong Gong Liting Liu Hanyun Zhang Yubin Li Shaojie Yang Tongtong Hu Lixian Wu Eliezer Masliah Shenghe Huang Hong Cao | 2020 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,3: | 11 |

| 5 | Study on Forced Convective Heat Transfer of Non-Newtonian Nanofluids显示文摘This paper is concerned with the forced convective heat transfer of dilute liquid suspensions of nanoparticles(nanofluids) flowing through a straight pipe under laminar conditions. Stable nanofluids are formulated by usingthe high shear mixing and ultrasonication methods. They are then characterised for their size, surface charge,thermal and theological properties and tested for their convective heat transfer behaviour. Mathematical modellingis performed to simulate the convective heat transfer of nanofluids using a single phase flow model and consideringnanofluids as both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid. Both experiments and mathematical modellingshow that nanofluids can substantially enhance the convective heat transfer. | 6 | Classification method of cultivated land based on UAV visible light remote sensing显示文摘The accurate acquisition of the grain crop planting area is a necessary condition for realizing precision agriculture.UAV remote sensing has the advantages of low cost use,simple operation,real-time acquisition of remote sensor images and high ground resolution.It is difficult to separate cultivated land from other terrain by using only a single feature,making it necessary to extract cultivated land by combining various features and hierarchical classification.In this study,the UAV platform was used to collect visible light remote sensing images of farmland to monitor and extract the area information,shape information and position information of farmland.Based on the vegetation index,texture information and shape information in the visible light band,the object-oriented method was used to study the best scheme for extracting cultivated land area.After repeated experiments,it has been determined that the segmentation scale 50 and the consolidation scale 90 are the most suitable segmentation parameters.Uncultivated crops and other features are separated by using the band information and texture information.The overall accuracy of this method is 86.40%and the Kappa coefficient is 0.80.The experimental results show that the UAV visible light remote sensing data can be used to classify and extract cultivated land with high precision.However,there are some cases where the finely divided plots are misleading,so further optimization and improvement are needed. | Weicheng Xu Yubin Lan Yuanhong Li Yangfan Luo Zhenyu He | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,3: | 3 |
| 7 | CircRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a novel class of endogenous noncoding RNAs that play important roles in gene expression regulation.This study aimed to evaluate the potential role of circRNAs in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage(RM).We constructed circRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue using microarray data.A total of 123 differentially expressed circRNAs,including 78 upregulated and 45 downregulated circRNAs were detected in the early RM group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis also revealed the enrichment of specific circRNAs.The verified circRNA-targeted miRNA-mRNA network was constructed,most of the circRNAs harbored miRNA binding sites.The network involved 3 circRNAs,27 microRNAs and 82 mRNAs.Hsa_circRNA_103092-miR-224-PRLR network was selected to verify by qRT-PCR.These results showed that circRNAs are aberrantly expressed in the decidual tissue in early RM patients and play potential roles in the development of early RM.It gives new insights into the mechanism of recurrent miscarriage. | Chunli Li Xuemei Chen Xueqing Liu Xiaoli Liu Junlin He Yubin Ding Chao Tong Chuan Peng Yingxiong Wang Rufei Gao | 2020 | Genes & Diseases2020,7,3: | 3 |
| 8 | Preparation of click-driven cross-linked anion exchange membranes with low water uptake显示文摘Significant advancement in anion exchange membrane(AEM)fuel cell(AEMFC)technology is important in the field of renewable energy.AEMs with comb-shaped architectures have attracted considerable research interest because of some unique features,including high anion conductivity,low swelling,and high alkaline stability.Here,we report preparation,characterization,and performance evaluation of a novel comb-shaped cross-linked AEM synthesized by the thiol-ene click and Menshutkin reactions.The prepared ionomer decreases the trade-off between the water uptake and the conductivity.The thiol-ene click reaction was used to synthesize the 1,14-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-6,9-dioxa-3,12-dithiatetradecane(IDDT)cross-linker.IDDT was then introduced into the brominated poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)backbone by the Menshutkin reaction.The prepared ionomers show high thermomechanical stability,which is needed in AEMFC technology.The CLINK-15-100 membrane(ion exchange capacity 1.23 mmol/g)shows relatively good conductivities of 19.66 and 34.91 mS/cm at 30 and 60℃,respectively.Interestingly,the membrane shows water uptake of only 14.22%at room temperature,which is considerably lower than many previously reported membranes.After 16 days of alkaline treatment in 1 M NaOH solution at 60℃,the CLINK-15-100 membrane retains 77%of its initial conductivity,which is much better than the traditional quaternized poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)membrane. | Abhishek N.Mondal Jianqiu Hou Yubin He Liang Wu Liang Ge Tongwen Xu | 2020 | Particuology2020,18,1: | 2 |
| 9 | The associated killing of hepatoma cells using multilayer drug-loaded mats combined with fast neutron therapy显示文摘Chemotherapeutic and radiation therapy have emerged as two most important treatment strategies to treat cancer in clinical practice;however,to improve anticancer efficacy,combination chemotherapy still remains challenge.Dichloroacetate(DCA)could produce significant cytotoxic effects in certain tumor cells through its distinct mechanism.Radiation therapy with fast neutrons(FNT)has high relative biolgical effectiveness compared to other radiotherapeutics.Herein,we reported the combination chemotherapy with FNT for effective tumor growth inhibition with the assistance of a multilayered nanofiber loading DCA and DCA derivatives.We first synthesized a biodegradable polylysine to condense DCA with negative charge,or to conjugate DCA by condensing synthesis,to obtain Ion-DCA and Co-DCA,respectively.DCA,Ion-DCA or Co-DCA was then loaded into fibers to form multilayer drug-loaded mats.Upon adhesion on the surface of subcutaneous and orthotopic liver tumors,the multilayer drug-loaded mats realized a controllable release of DCA,which reversed the Warburg effect and inhibited cancer cell proliferation.Meantime,irradiation of fast neutrons could seriously damage DNA structure.Combination of the controllable release of DCA and FNT resulted in synergistic cell apoptosis in vitro,and the tumor inhibition in vivo.This study thus provides a new approach to integrate chemotherapy and FNT with the assistance of biocompatible nanofiber for synergistic tumor therapy. | Yanxin Qi Shiwei Jing Shasha He Hejian Xiong Guohua Yang Yubin Huang Ningyi Jin | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,3: | 2 |
| 10 | Design and anti-sway performance testing of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs显示文摘Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tanks were developed,which could facilitate the design and application of pesticide tank.The detection device mainly comprises a testing stand,a mounting and testing part,and a driving and control part.In the testing method,P(maximum pressure)measured by a barometer and t(fluctuation recovery time)measured by a high-speed camera were used as evaluation indexes.With the aim to determine the optimal position of the pressure detection device and the optimal filling ratio,four representative pesticide tanks were involved in this study.The results showed that the optimal position of the pressure detection device was at the middle position on the tank wall,halfway up from the bottom,and the optimal filling ratio was 0.8.Using P and t as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation formula was developed based on these tests:S=0.7Pi+0.3ti.Anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks was evaluated by a comprehensive score.A disk pesticide tank with a baffle was determined to be the best among the four types of pesticide tanks,showing a score of 1.The scores of the other three pesticide tanks were 0.500,0.428 and 0.612,respectively.These results indicated that the baffle structure in the pesticide tank and the radian design of the tank wall can effectively improve the anti-sway performance of a pesticide tank.The proposed detection device and test method are simpler and more intuitive compared to other approaches in evaluating the anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs,and they can be used as a reference to guide the design of pesticide tanks and the stability evaluation of spraying UAVs. | Yu Zang Ying Zang Zhiyan Zhou Xiuyan Gu Rui Jiang Lingxi Kong Xingang He Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1: | 2 |

| 13 | Chain-shattering Pt(IV)-backboned polymeric nanoplatform for efficient CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing to enhance synergistic cancer therapy显示文摘CRISPR/Cas9 system has become a promising gene editing tool for cancer treatment.However,development of a simple and effective nanocarrier to incorporate CRISPR/Cas9 system and chemotherapeutic drugs to concurrently tackle the biological safety and packaging capacity of viral vectors and combine gene editing-chemo for cancer therapy still remains challenges.Herein,a chain-shattering Pt(IV)-backboned polymeric nanoplatform is developed for the delivery of EZH2-targeted CRISPR/Cas9 system(NPCSPt/pEZH2)and synergistic treatment of prostate cancer.The pEZH2/Pt(II)could be effectively triggered to unpack/release from NPCSPt/pEZH2 in a chain-shattering manner in cancer cells.The EZH2 gene disruption efficiency could be achieved up to 32.2%of PC-3 cells in vitro and 21.3%of tumor tissues in vivo,leading to effective suppression of EZH2 protein expression.Moreover,significant H3K27me3 downregulation could occur after EZH2 suppression,resulting in a more permissive chromatin structure that increases the accessibility of released Pt(II)to nuclear DNA for enhanced apoptosis.Taken together,substantial proliferation inhibition of prostate cancer cells and further 85.4%growth repression against subcutaneous xenograft tumor could be achieved.This chain-shattering Pt(IV)-backboned polymeric nanoplatform system not only provides a prospective nanocarrier for CRISPR/Cas9 system delivery,but also broadens the potential of combining gene editing-chemo synergistic cancer therapy. | Qingfei Zhang Gaizhen Kuang Shasha He Sha Liu Hongtong Lu Xiaoyuan Li Dongfang Zhou Yubin Huang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,3: | 1 |

Then series of 99mTcO3+ complexes are prepared through adding different halide anions, followed by tests of physical chemistry qualities and biodistribution experiments. And results of these experiments show that complexes formed with MPTDA and MPDAA have better lipophilicity than those formed with MPBDA, still maintain the good brain retention ability of this type of compounds, but radioactivity uptake in blood is higher than that of 99m TcO-MPBDA and ratios of brain/blood are reduced. Obvious affections are fetched out on brain uptake and retention if fluoride, bromide or iodide anions are added. Results of experiments can be explained in reason with theoretic computation.
