1Fluoro-Hydroxylation of gem-Difluoroalkenes:Synthesis of 18O-labeled α-CF3 Alcohols显示文摘in this paper,a fluoro-hydroxylation of gem-difluoroalkenes is demonstrated.This protocol uses sequential electrophilic fluorination with Selectfluor and nucleophilic hydroxylation with H218o,which can be used to prepare 18Oo-labeled α-CF3 alcohols from gem-difluorostyrenes.The reaction is typically carried out at room temperature within 4h in good to excellent yields.Other nucleophiles (besides H218o),such as alcohols,carboxylic acid, acetonitrile and N,N-dimethylformamide,are also suitable for this difunctionalization of gem-difluoroalkenes.Jingyu Hu Yide Yang Zhengzhao Lou Chuanfa Ni Jinbo Hu 2018Chinese Journal of Chemistry2018,36,12:3

16Unusual Single Electron Transfer Reactions between Alkenes and Iodine Electrophiles显示文摘The electrophilic addition to an alkene with an electrophile has been widely studied and applied in organic synthesis.The organic chemistry textbook describes the classical reaction between an alkene and an iodine electrophile(such as elemental iodine and N-iodosuccinimide(NIS))as a typical ionic reaction,in which an iodonium ion is formed and then attacked by a nucleophile.However,in this article,we report a new and unusual reaction mode between an alkene and NIS;that is,a single electron transfer(SET)process occurs between these two reactants by forming an electron-donor acceptor complex.Not only does this unusual single electron transfer reaction between an alkene and NIS add fundamentally important knowledge to organic chemistry,it also provides a valuable synthetic method as the new SET reaction mode with opposite regioselectivity as compared with the traditional ionic mode.Zhengzhao Lou Jingyu Hu Chuanfa Ni Xiu Wang Jinbo Hu 2024Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,5:0
17Induction of diabetes in cynomolgus monkey with one shot of analytical grade streptozotocin显示文摘Backgrounds:Streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic monkey is a wide used preclinical animal model for the investigation of diabetes such as islet transplantation and development of diabetic drugs.There are serious side effects of this method,including nausea,emesis,weight loss,liver damage,renal failure,and metabolic acidosis.In order to reduce the side effects,diabetic monkeys were induced using clinicalgrade STZ.However,clinical-grade STZ is not available in China.Here,we establised a method by using 100 mg/kg analytical-grade STZ to induce complete diabetes in cynomolgus monkey without generating adverse effects to liver and renal.Methods:Three cynomolgus monkeys were used in this study.100 mg/kg STZ dissolved in normal saline and infused through vein line in 5 minutes after indwelling catheter in the carotid artery and jugular vein.After the STZ administration,blood glucose levels were examined every 1 or 2 hours in the first 48 hours.Then,blood glucose levels were examined twice per day during the first week after the STZ injection.Insulin and C-peptide levels were measured by ELISA.Blood chemistry of hepatic and renal function tests were performed.Insulin and glucagon expression in the islet of diabetic monkey and normal monkey were examined by immunohistochemistry assays.Results:The stimulated C-peptide level(Intravenous glucose tolerance test)which is less than 0.5 ng/mL,the triphasic blood glucose response and the destroyed β cell suggested the complete induction of diabetes model.No apparent adverse effects were observed including no signs of vomiting and toxicity after STZ injection.Conclusion:In summary,we established a safe and reproducible STZ-induced diabetic cynomolgus monkey model for islet transplantation which will be used to develop novel approaches for the treatment of diabetes.Zhengzhao Liu Ying Lu Wenbao Hu Hidetaka Hara Yifan Dai Zhiming Cai Lisha Mou 2020Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2020,3,1:0

19Mechanism of Bupleurum and Asarum in Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking Technology显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the active components and mechanism of Bupleurum and Asarum in the treatment of traumatic brain injury(TBI).[Methods]All the active components and potential action targets of Bupleurum and Asarum pairs were collected by online platform Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)database and literature search.Target genes related to traumatic brain injury were obtained by Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMMI),Therapeutic Target Database(TTD),PharmGKB,Genecards and Drugbank.The'drug-ingredient-target'network diagram was constructed by using Cytoscape software.Venny 2.1.0 was used to integrate the intersection targets of drug targets and disease targets,and the String platform was used to construct a target protein-protein interaction network(PPI).Topological analysis and core target screening of the constructed PPI network were performed using the'CytoNCA'plug-in in Cytoscape software.Gene Ontology(GO)annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed on the intersection targets using the DAVID database.Finally,Autodock and Pymol software were used to simulate the binding activity of key candidate active components and core genes.[Results]25 active components were screened from Bupleurum-Asarum and 111 potential targets involved in the disease process.GO analysis and KEGG results showed that potential therapeutic targets were mainly enriched in biological processes such as inflammatory response,oxidative stress,cell membrane repair,and cytokine regulation.Network analysis and molecular docking showed that the key compounds of Bupleurum and Asarum were kaempferol and quercetin,which were well docked with the active pockets of four core genes of traumatic brain injury.[Conclusions]Bupleurum and Asarum may be involved in the regulation of inflammatory response,oxidative stress,cell membrane repair through multiple targets and multiple pathways in the treatment of traumatic brain injury.Lianshan GUO Yanqiu JIANG Jihua FENG Huimin ZHAO Xiaomei TANG Guang ZENG Zhengzhao LI 2022Medicinal Plant2022,13,3:0
20A design method for booster motor of brake-by-wire system based on intelligent electric vehicle显示文摘The brake-by-wire(BBW)system is an essential part of the intelligent electric vehicle,which is determination of the braking safety and recovery efficiency.To design a safe and efficient booster motor,the design of booster motor for BBW system is discussed in this paper.Through comparative analysis,experimental simulation and assessment argument,the scheme of designing a booster motor for brake-by-wire system is completely described.First,the mainstream structure of the BBW system and the main challenges it faces in the assisted motor are discussed.Second,comparing the motors of different types and structures,the motor body and control system scheme suitable for the characteristics of the booster motor system are determined.Then,through the simulation analysis of the ansoft and matlab,the optimization scheme of the motor and performance improvement are proposed.Further,through the actual design of a set of the booster motor system,the safe and efficient motor designing are verified,and the problems involving functional safety are discussed.Finally,focus on the problem while simulation and experiment,some important countermeasures to improve current technology and prospect of in-depth study are pointed out.Bumin Meng Zhengzhao Zhou Congyue Zhang Feifan Yang 2023Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2023,2,4:0
