| 1 | Effects of process parameters on pore structure of semi-coke prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation显示文摘The semi-coke was prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation in single factor method. The pore structures of raw coal and semi-coke were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the adsorption and desorption isotherm of semi-coke are not coincident. There was a wide pore distribution on the semi-coke, in which mesopores and micropores account for a considerable proportion. Also there are many more secondary pores. With the increase of the final temperature of heat carrier and constant temperature, as well as the decrease of volume ratio of coal and hot carrier reactor, specific surface area and pore volume of semi-coke increased rapidly first and then decreased and finally increased, along with the rapidly reduction of average pore size. | 2 | Enhancement of acellular cartilage matrix scaffold by Wharton’s jelly mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes to promote osteochondral regeneration显示文摘Articular cartilage defect repair is a problem that has long plagued clinicians.Although mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have the potential to regenerate articular cartilage,they also have many limitations.Recent studies have found that MSC-derived exosomes(MSC-Exos)play an important role in tissue regeneration.The purpose of this study was to verify whether MSC-Exos can enhance the reparative effect of the acellular cartilage extracellular matrix(ACECM)scaffold and to explore the underlying mechanism.The results of in vitro experiments show that human umbilical cord Wharton’s jelly MSC-Exos(hWJMSC-Exos)can promote the migration and proliferation of bone marrow-derived MSCs(BMSCs)and the proliferation of chondrocytes.We also found that hWJMSC-Exos can promote the polarization of macrophages toward the M2 phenotype.The results of a rabbit knee osteochondral defect repair model confirmed that hWJMSC-Exos can enhance the effect of the ACECM scaffold and promote osteochondral regeneration.We demonstrated that hWJMSC-Exos can regulate the microenvironment of the articular cavity using a rat knee joint osteochondral defect model.This effect was mainly manifested in promoting the polarization of macrophages toward the M2 phenotype and inhibiting the inflammatory response,which may be a promoting factor for osteochondral regeneration.In addition,microRNA(miRNA)sequencing confirmed that hWJMSC-Exos contain many miRNAs that can promote the regeneration of hyaline cartilage.We further clarified the role of hWJMSC-Exos in osteochondral regeneration through target gene prediction and pathway enrichment analysis.In summary,this study confirms that hWJMSC-Exos can enhance the effect of the ACECM scaffold and promote osteochondral regeneration. | Shuangpeng Jiang Guangzhao Tian Zhen Yang Xiang Gao Fuxin Wang Juntan Li Zhuang Tian Bo Huang Fu Wei Xinyu Sang Liuqi Shao Jian Zhou Zhenyong Wang Shuyun Liu Xiang Sui Quanyi Guo Weimin Guo Xu Li | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,9: | 11 |

| 4 | Construction of a macromolecular structural model of Chinese lignite and analysis of its low-temperature oxidation behavior显示文摘The aim of this paper is to analyze the change in the active structure of lignite during the process of lowtemperature oxidation by constructing a molecular structure model for lignite. Using quantum computation combined with experimental results of proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), a structural model for the large molecular structure was constructed. By analyzing the bond lengths in the model molecule, the evolution law for the active structure of lignite was predicted for the process of low-temperature oxidation. In low-temperature oxidation,alkanes and hydroxyls are the primary active structures observed in lignite, though ether may also react. These active functional groups react with oxygen to release heat, thereby speeding up the reaction between coal and oxygen. | 6 | Experimental study on the effects of drying methods on the stabilities of lignite显示文摘The drying processes are always applied prior to the transportation or utilization of lignite, and result in notable changes in the stabilities of lignite. In this paper, the study on the effects of nitrogen and MTE drying process on the physico-chemical properties and stabilities of Zhaotong lignite was carried out. The briquettes produced by MTE drying in this study were 150 mm in dimension, and so had a much larger particle size than nitrogendried samples. Nitrogen adsorption, mercury intrusion porosimetry and scanning electron microscopy all suggested that drying was accompanied by the transformation of larger pores into smaller ones. Compared to nitrogen drying, the pore structures could be stabilized by the MTE process. The soluble salts were removed during MTE drying which resulted in the decrease in ash and the concentrations of some of the major metals.The removal of water enhanced the hydrophilicity of nitrogen dried samples, but did not affect the hydrophilicity of MTE dried samples. The moisture holding capacity of MTE dried samples reduced faster than nitrogen dried samples with the decrease of residual moisture content. The moisture readsorption processes of MTE dried samples were strongly inhibited due to the much larger particle size of sample produced by MTE drying than nitrogen drying. The susceptibility to spontaneous combustion, indicated by cross point temperature and self-heating tests, of nitrogen and MTE dried samples increased with the decrease of residual moisture content. The MTE dried samples are more liable to spontaneous combustion than nitrogen dried samples with the same residual moisture and particle size. | 7 | Characteristics of mineral elements in shoots of three annual halophytes in a saline desert, Northern Xinjiang显示文摘Halophytes are valuable salt-, alkali-and drought-resistant germplasm resources. However, the characteristics of mineral elements in halophytes have not been investigated as intensively as those in crops. This study attempted to investigate the characteristics of mineral elements for annual halophytes during their growth period to reveal their possible physiological mechanisms of salt resistance. By using three native annual halophytes (Salsola subcrassa, Suaeda acuminate and Petrosimonia sibirica) distributed in the desert in Northern Xinjiang of China, the dynamic changes in the mineral element contents of annual halophytes were analyzed through field sampling and laboratory analyses. The results demonstrated that the annual halophytes were able to absorb water and mineral nutrients selectively. In the interaction between the annual halophytes and saline soil, the adaptability of the annual halophytes was manifested as the accumulation of S, Na and Cl during the growth period and maintenance of water and salt balance in the plant, thus ensuring their selective absorption of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and other mineral nutrients according to their growth demand. | 8 | Characteristics of coal sludge slurry prepared by a wet-grinding process显示文摘Coal sludge slurry(CSS) is an alternative fuel and a potential competitive method for sludge reduction.Based on the researches of coal water slurry, we studied CSSs by using a wet-grinding process with different types of regional municipal sludge(sludge) in an orthogonal experiment. The sludge type,sludge mixing proportion, dosage of dispersant, and grinding time were tested in this study. The results show that water content and its occurrence characteristics in the sludge have primary hindering influences on slurry ability. The range of fixed-viscosity concentrations with raw wet sludge is from 50.78%to 44.40%(by weight), while the range is from 53.35% to 51.51%(by weight) with dry sludge. All of the CSSs exhibit shear-thinning behaviors with different variation trends, especially the CSSs with more than 15%(by weight) raw wet sludge in it. Adding the same proportion of raw wet sludge increases the thixotropic properties of CSSs and the highest area of thixotropy loop is 3065 Pa/s, while the highest value of dry sludge is 1798 Pa/s. | 9 | Cross-layer design of LT codes and LDPC codes for satellite multimedia broadcast/multicast services显示文摘According to large coverage of satellites,there are various channel states in a satellite broadcasting network.In order to introduce an effcient rateless transmission method to satellite multimedia broadcasting/multicast services with fnite-length packets,a cross-layer packet transmission method is proposed with Luby transform(LT) codes for effciency in the network layer and low density parity check(LDPC) codes for reliability in the physical layer jointly.The codewords generated from an LT encoder are divided into fnite-length packets,which are encoded by an LDPC encoder subsequently.Based on noise and fading effects of satellite channels,the LT packets received from an LDPC decoder either have no error or are marked as erased,which can be modeled as a binary erasure channels(BECs).By theoretical analysis on LT parameters and LDPC parameters,the relationships between LDPC code rates in the physical layer and LT codes word lengths in the network layer are investigated.With tradeoffs between the LT codes word lengths and the LDPC code rates,optimized cross-layer solutions are achieved with a binary search algorithm.Verifed by simulations,the proposed solution for cross-layer parameters design can provide the best transmission mode according to satellite states,so as to improve throughput performance for satellite multimedia transmission. | Wang Zhenbang Wang Zhenyong Gu Xuemai Guo Qing | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,5: | 3 |

| 11 | MicroRNA-7-5p Inhibits Migration,Invasion and Metastasis of Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma by Inhibiting MyD88显示文摘Background and Aims:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a malignant tumor derived from intrahepatic bile duct epithelial cells.Accumulating studies report that microRNAs are widely involved in tumor migration and metastasis by regulation of target genes.miR-7-5p has been confirmed to inhibit tumor metastasis and to be related to prognosis for several malignant tumors.Our study investigated the underlying functions of miR-7-5p in ICC.Methods:The expression of miR-7-5p in ICC tissues but also in ICC cell lines was analyzed by real-time PCR.By analyzing the relationship between the clinicopathological parameters of 60 ICC patients and the expression level of miR-7-5p,the effect of miR-7-5p on the prognosis was clarified.After transfected with miR-7-5p mimics or miR-7-5p inhibitor,cell counting kit-8 assay was applied to evaluate the cells proliferation,flow cytometry was applied to analyze the cells apoptosis,wound healing assay and transwell chamber assay were applied to analyze the cell invasion and migration.A luciferase reporter assay was identified the relationship of miR-7-5p and myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88).Western blotting was used to analyze the proteins expression.And immunochemistry was performed to determine the expression of MYD88 in ICC tissues.Results:Our data showed the expression of miR-7-5p was down-regulated not only in ICC tissues but also in ICC cell lines compared with normal controls.Low expression of miR-7-5p was notably associated with poor prognosis in ICC patients.miR-7-5p negatively regulated cell proliferation,migration,invasion and apoptosis in ICC cells.We further verified that MyD88 was a novel target of miR-7-5p and was significantly overexpressed in ICC tissues.Overexpression of MyD88 counteracted the effects of miR-7-5p in ICC cells.Conclusions:The present findings suggest that miR-7-5p plays a pivotal role in ICC invasion by regulating MyD88.Ampliative insight into the key factors of ICC invasion may result in the development of new treatment options for ICC. | Yi Tang Zhenyong Tang Jianrong Yang Tianqi Liu Yuntian Tang | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,6: | 3 |
| 12 | Critical state to achieve a giant electric field-induced strain with a low hysteresis in relaxor piezoelectric ceramics显示文摘Due to the extrinsic contribution of domain wall motions to electro-strains,the incompatibility of the large electro-strain with a low hysteresis in piezoelectric ceramics is a stumbling block for designing high-performance piezoelectrical actuators.Herein,we report a critical state in relaxor ferroelectric systems enables to enhance the electro-strain and to reduce the hysteresis simultaneously.A room temperature ergodic relaxor state dominated by nanodomains with different local symmetries can be obtained by introducing Bi(Zn_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))TiO_(3) into 0.73 Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-0.27PbTiO_(3) matrix.Like the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)in ferroelectrics,the coexistence of different local symmetries is capable of facilitating the transition from the ergodic relaxor state to the ferroelectric under the applied field due to the ease of polarization rotation,thereby leading to a giant electro-stain(0.24%)under an electric field of 50 kV/cm.Furthermore,the field-induced ferroelectric state with the long-range ferroelectric order can spontaneously reverse back to the initial ergodic relaxor state during unloading the electric field,which contributes to a low hysteresis(15.4%).The present work not only introduces a solid solution system with excellent electro-strain properties but also affords a guidance for manipulating the electro-strain behavior by modulating phase structures and domain configurations of piezoelectric ceramics. | Xiang Xia Xingan Jiang Jiangtao Zeng Liaoying Zheng Zhenyong Man Huarong Zeng Guorong Li | 2021 | Journal of Materiomics2021,7,5: | 2 |

| 14 | Novel distributed UEP rateless coding scheme for data transmission in deep space networks显示文摘In deep space data transmission systems, deep space networks can be constructed on different orbits, and the data from each orbit are always associated with the different reliability requirements. In this study, a novel UEP(unequal error protection) transmission scheme based on distributed LT codes is proposed in order to ensure that all the data can be transmitted according to their own reliability requirements and obtain high transmission efficiency property. In the proposed scheme, the sub-codes on each node(orbits) were performed by a classic LT encoding process. By assigning different degree distributions to the sub-codes, all types of data can be transmitted with better transmission efficiency in comparison to the traditional scheme,and can be recovered at the destination with their own reliability requirements. Moreover, the design of the proposed scheme is much easier than that of the traditional scheme, and is also suitable to the strictly limited processing capacity property of deep space networks. By carrying out asymptotic analysis on the proposed scheme, and by obtaining the numerical and simulation results, it can be seen that the proposed scheme can approximately achieve the same UEP property and much better transmission efficiency than the traditional scheme.
