| 1 | Minimal invasive microscopic tooth preparation in esthetic restoration: a specialist consensus显示文摘By removing a part of the structure,the tooth preparation provides restorative space,bonding surface,and finish line for various restorations on abutment.Preparation technique plays critical role in achieving the optimal result of tooth preparation.With successful application of microscope in endodontics for>30 years,there is a full expectation of microscopic dentistry.However,as relatively little progress has been made in the application of microscopic dentistry in prosthodontics,the following assumptions have been proposed:Is it suitable to choose the tooth preparation technique under the naked eye in the microscopic vision?Is there a more accurate preparation technology intended for the microscope?To obtain long-term stable therapeutic effects,is it much easier to achieve maximum tooth preservation and retinal protection and maintain periodontal tissue and oral function health under microscopic vision?Whether the microscopic prosthodontics is a gimmick or a breakthrough in obtaining an ideal tooth preparation should be resolved in microscopic tooth preparation.This article attempts to illustrate the concept,core elements,and indications of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation,physiological basis of dental pulp,periodontium and functions involved in tool preparation,position ergonomics and visual basis for dentists,comparison of tooth preparation by naked eyes and a microscope,and comparison of different designs of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation techniques.Furthermore,a clinical protocol for microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation based on target restorative space guide plate has been put forward and new insights on the quantity and shape of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation has been provided. | Haiyang Yu Yuwei Zhao Junying Li Tian Luo Jing Gao Hongchen Liu Weicai Liu Feng Liu Ke Zhao Fei Liu Chufan Ma Juergen MSetz Shanshan Liang Lin Fan Shanshan Gao Zhuoli Zhu Jiefei Shen Jian Wang Zhimin Zhu Xuedong Zhou | 2019 | International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,4: | 25 |
| 2 | Analysis of factors related to non-sentinel lymph node metastasis in 296 sentinel lymph node-positive Chinese breast cancer patients显示文摘Objective: Axillary lymph node dissection(ALND) may be unnecessary in 20%–60% of breast cancer patients with sentinel lymph node(NSLN) metastasis. The aim of the present study was to review the medical records of Chinese patients with early-stage breast cancer and positive NSLN metastasis to identify clinicopathological characteristics as risk factors for non-NSLN metastasis.Methods: The medical records of 2008 early-stage breast cancer patients who received intraoperative sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) between 2006 and 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. These patients were clinically and radiologically lymph nodenegative and had no prior history of receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy or endocrinotherapy. The clinicopathological characteristics of patients with positive NSLN metastasis who underwent ALND were investigated.Results: In the present study, 296 patients with positive NSLN metastases underwent ALND. Positive non-NSLN metastases were confirmed in 95 patients(32.1%). On univariate analysis, ≥ 3 positive NSLN metastases(P <0.01), NSLN macrometastases(P =0.023), and lymphovascular invasion(P = 0.04) were associated with non-NSLN metastasis(P <0.05). In multivariate analysis, the number of positive SLNs was the most significant predictor of non-SLN metastasis. For patients with 0, 1, 2, or 3 associated risk factors, the non-SLN metastatic rates were 11.5%, 22.5%, 35.2%, and 73.1%, respectively.Conclusions: The number of positive NSLNs, NSLN macrometastases, and lymphovascular invasion were correlated with nonSLN metastasis. The number of positive SLNs was an independent predictor for non-NSLN metastasis. | 3 | Microstructure evolution,texture and mechanical properties of a Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr alloy fabricated by cyclic expansion extrusion with an asymmetrical extrusion cavity:The influence of passes and processing route显示文摘In the present work,two processing routes(A and B)with 3 CEE-AEC passes are performed on Mg-13 Gd-4 Y-2 Zn-0.4 Zr alloys,and the resultant microstructure evolution,texture analysis and mechanical properties are investigated systematically.The core difference between the two processing routes is the orientation between the expansion and extrusion steps,i.e.,they are parallel to each other for on route A and perpendicular to each other for route B.The results show that a remarkable grain refinement is achieved via both processing routes due to dynamic recrystallization(DRX).Fine equiaxed grains are observed in the samples processed with route B with a final size of 3.6±0.4μm compared to the grain size of 4.5±0.5μm with route A.With an increasing number of CEE-AEC passes,the overall texture intensity decreases,and the basal texture gradually changes to the mixed texture components.The shear deformation introduced by the asymmetrical extrusion cavity promotes a broad angular distribution of the basal planes on routes A and B,leading to an obvious increase in the Schmid factor for the activation of the basal a slip system.The tensile test at ambient temperature reveals that the comprehensive mechanical properties are improved,and the conventional mechanical anisotropy of as-received alloys is alleviated by successive CEE-AEC processing,which is mainly derived from the competitive balance relation between the grain refinement and texture modification. | Zhaoming Yan Xubin Li Jie Zheng Zhimin Zhang Qiang Wang Kaihua Xu Hongzhi Fan Guanshi Zhang Jiaxuan Zhu Yong Xue | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,3: | 2 |

| 6 | Effect of arotinolol on right ventricular function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy显示文摘Objective Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) is generally considered to be accompanied by both left and right ventricular dysfunction,but most studies only analyze the left ventricular function. In this study,we evaluated the effect of arotinolol on right ventricular function in patients with DCM. Methods Right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF) and right ventricular diameter(RVD) were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography(2-DE) in 33 DCM patients;RVEF measured by first-pass radionuclide angiography(FPRA) was compared with that by 2-DE. Results The treatment with arotinolol for one year resulted in a reduction in the right ventricular diameter(baseline,23.0 ± 8.3 mm vs after one-year treatment,20.7 ± 5.4 mm;P=0.004 ) and an associated increase in ejection fraction(baseline,36.9 ± 10.3% vs after one-year treatment,45.8 ± 9.6%;P < 0.001 ) ;there is a high correlation between the 2-DE method and radionuclide ventriculographic method. The correlation coefficient is 0.933(P<0.001) . | 10 | Oil Film Stiffness of Double Involute Gears Based on Thermal EHL Theory显示文摘Lubrication failure is one of the main failure forms of gear failure.Time varying meshing stiffness is an important factor affecting the dynamic behavior of gears.However,the influence of oil film stiffness is usually ignored in the research process.In this paper,according to the meshing characteristics of double involute gears,based on the non-Newtonian thermal EHL theory,a new calculation method of normal and tangential oil film stiffness for double involute gears is established by the idea of subsection method.The oil film stiffness difference between double involute gears and common involute gears is analyzed,and the influence of tooth waist order parameters,working conditions,and thermal effect on the oil film stiffness are studied.The results reveal that there are some differences between normal and tangential oil film stiffness between double involute gears and common involute gears,but there is little difference.Compared with the torque,rotation speed and initial viscosity of the lubricating oil,the tooth waist order parameters have less influence on the oil film stiffness.Thermal effect has a certain influence on normal and tangential oil film stiffness,which indicates that the influence of thermal effect on the oil film can not be ignored.This research proposes a calculation method of normal and tangential oil film stiffness suitable for double involute gears,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the stability of the transmission. | Zhaoming Yin Zhimin Fan Feng Jiang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,3: | 1 |

| 12 | New Energetic Complexes as Catalysts for Ammonium Perchlorate Thermal Decomposition显示文摘In this study,four new energetic complexes(1)[Cu(vimi)_(4)]DCA_(2),(2)[Co(vimi)_(4)]DCA_(2),(3)[Ni(vimi)_(4)]DCA_(2),and(4)[Cu(vimi)_(4)]CBH_(2)(vimi:1-vinylimidazole,DCA:dicyanamide anion,CBH:cyanoborohydride anion)were prepared,and their structures were characterized via single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy.The catalytic effects of the complexes on ammonium perchlorate thermal decomposition were studied via thermal analysis methods,including differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Among the complexes,complex 2 showed the best catalytic performance.The two decomposition peaks in the DSC curve of the pure ammonium perchlorate-low-temperature decomposition(LTD)peak:2950C and high-temperature decomposition(HTD)peak:418℃-were merged into a lower decomposition peak(325℃)in the curve of AP with complex 2.Moreover,the heat released by ammonium perchlorate with complex 2(1661.7 J g^(-1))was significantly higher than that released by the pure ammonium perchlorate(814.5 J g^(-1)).The kinetic parameters calculated using Kissinger's method revealed that the complexes had a significant effect on the activation energy of ammonium perchlorate decomposition(223.5 kJ mol^(-1)),and complex 2 lowered the activation energy to 115.6 kJ mol^(-1).The results indicate that complex 2 is a potential energetic additive for ammonium perchlorate-based solid propellants. | Guorong Lei Ye Zhong Yiqiang Xu Fan Yang Jiandong Bai Zhimin Li Jianguo Zhang Tonglai Zhang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,5: | 1 |
