Power Matching and Energy Efficiency Improvement of Hydraulic Excavator Driven with Speed and Displacement Variable Power Source显示文摘Mobile machinery energy efficiency and emission pollution are the national and worldwide issues. This paper contributes in solving these problems by applying a speed variable power source. Unfortunately, almost all of the speed variable systems have the dynamic response problem when the motor starts with full load or heavy load. To address this problem, a hydraulic accumulator is used to balance the load of the power source for assisting starting of the motor and a matching method combined with speed and displacement control of the pump is proposed to improve the energy efficiency and dynamic performance simultaneously under different working conditions. Also, the power source/valve combined control strategy of an independent metering system is designed to realize flow matching of the whole system. Firstly, a test system is established to study the dynamic performance and energy efficiency of the speed variable power source with an auxiliary accumulator. Working performance and energy consumption of the power source under different rotating speeds and different loads are studied. And then, the hydraulic excavator test rig with the proposed system is constructed. Furthermore, the working performance of the excavator with the speed-fixed and speed-variable strategy are studied comparatively. Results show that, compared with fixed-speed strategy, the electric power consumption during the idle period and partial load condition can be reduced about 2.05 kW and 1.37 kW. The energy efficiency of speed variable power source is about 40%-71%, which is higher than that of the fixed-speed power source by 3%–10%. | Lei Ge Long Quan Xiaogang Zhang Zhixin Dong Jing Yang | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,6: | 10
Dynamic blood single-cell immune responses in patients with COVID-19显示文摘The 2019 coronavirus disease(COVID-19)outbreak caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is an ongoing global health emergency. However, the virus'pathogenesis remains unclear, and there is no cure for the disease. We investigated the dynamic changes of blood immune response in patients with COVID-19 at different stages by using 5'gene expression,T cell receptor(TCR),and B cell receptors(BCR)V(D)J transcriptome analysis at a single-cell resolution. We obtained single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)data of 341,420 peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and 185,430 donotypic T cells and 28,802 donotypic B cells from 25 samples of 16 patients with COVID-19 for dynamic studies. In addition,we used three control samples. We found expansion of dendritic cells(DCs),CD14+monocytes,and megakaryocytes progenitor cells(MP)/platelets and a reduction of naive CD4+T lymphocytes in patients with COVID-19,along with a significant decrease of CD8+T lymphocytes, and natural killer cells(NKs)in patients in critical condition. The type I interferon(IFN-I),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and ferroptosis pathways were activated while the disease was active, and recovered gradually after patient conditions improved.Consistent with this finding, the mRNA level of IFN-I signal-induced gene IFI27 was significantly increased in patients with COVID-19 compared with that of the controls in a validation cohort that included 38 patients and 35 controls. The concentration of interferon-a(IFN-a)in the serum of patients with COVID-19 increased significantly compared with that of the controls in an additional cohort of 215 patients with COVID-19 and 106 controls, further suggesting the important role of the IFN-I pathway in the immune response of COVID-19.TCR and BCR sequences analyses indicated that patients with COVID-19 developed specific immune responses against SARS-CoV-2 antigens. Our study reveals a dynamic landscape of human blood immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection, providing clues for therapeutic potentials in treating COVID-19. | Lulin Huang Yi Shi Bo Gong Li Jiang Zhixin Zhang Xiaoqi Liu Jialiang Yang Yongquan He Zhilin Jiang Ling Zhong Juan Tang Chunfang You Qi Jiang Bo Long Tao Zeng Mei Luo Fanwei Zeng Fanxin Zeng Shuqiang Wang Xingxiang Yang Zhenglin Yang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4: | 4

Application of Wavelength Selection Combined with DS Algorithm for Model Transfer between NIR Instruments显示文摘This study aims to realize the sharing of near-infrared analysis models of lignin and holocellulose content in pulp wood on two different batches of spectrometers and proposes a combined algorithm of SPA-DS,MCUVE-DS and SiPLS-DS.The Successive Projection Algorithm(SPA),the Monte-Carlo of Uninformative Variable Elimination(MCUVE)and the Synergy Interval Partial Least Squares(SiPLS)algorithms are respectively used to reduce the adverse effects of redundant information in the transmission process of the full spectrum DS algorithm model. These three algorithms can improve model transfer accuracy and efficiency and reduce the manpower and material consumption required for modeling. These results show that the modeling effects of the characteristic wavelengths screened by the SPA,MCUVE and SiPLS algorithms are all greatly improved compared with the full-spectrum modeling,in which the SPA-PLS result in the best prediction with RPDs above 6.5 for both components. The three wavelength selection methods combined with the DS algorithm are used to transfer the models of the two instruments.Among them, the MCUVE combined with the DS algorithm has the best transfer effect. After the model transfer, the RMSEP of lignin is 0.701,and the RMSEP of holocellulose is 0.839,which was improved significantly than the full-spectrum model transfer of 0.759 and 0.918. | Honghong Wang Zhixin Xiong Yunchao Hu Zhijian Liu Long Liang | 2023 | Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,6: | 0
Cloud-Edge Intelligent Collaborative Computing Model Based on Transfer Learning in IoT显示文摘The deep neural network is a reliable technical support for cloud com-puting and edge computing. It has excellent nonlinear approximation and gener-alization capabilities, making it suitable for classifying and predicting Internet of Things data in cloud computing and edge computingfields. However, the increas-ing size of neural networks poses a challenge for their deployment on devices with limited computing and storage resources.Traditional cloud computing ser-vices also suffer from high latency, which hinders real-time tasks. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a cloud-side cooperation model for deep learning based on migration learning technology. This model used migration learning tech-nology to reduce the size of deep neural networks.Specifically,it deployed the deep neural network model(CDLM)in the cloud and the shallow neural network model(EDLM)at the edge.CDLM is used to help train EDLM and improve its performance, enabling it to run independently on edge devices with high accu-racy and respond to real-time tasks. This approach reduced the amount of user data transmitted to the cloud, alleviated bandwidth pressure, and protected user privacy.Experimental results show that the proposed model improved the accu-racy of EDLM by 19.58% compared with traditional neural network models.Thesefindings provide a theoretical and experimental foundation for the study of cloud-edge collaborative models. | Yang Long Zhixin Li | 2023 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2023,,1: | 0
The role of O-GlcNAcylation in innate immunity and inflammation显示文摘O-linkedβ-N-acetylglucosaminylation(O-GlcNAcylation)is a highly dynamic and widespread post-translational modification(PTM)that regulates the activity, subcellular localization, and stability of target proteins.O-GlcNAcylation is a reversible PTM controlled by two cycling enzymes:O-linked N-acetylglucosamine transferase and O-GlcNAcase.Emerging evidence indicates that O-GlcNAcylation plays critical roles in innate immunity, inflammatory signaling, and cancer development.O-GlcNAcylation usually occurs on serine/threonine residues, where it interacts with other PTMs,such as phosphorylation. Thus,it likely has a broad regulatory scope. This review discusses the recent research advances regarding the regulatory roles of O-GlcNAcylation in innate immunity and inflammation.A more comprehensive understanding ofO-GlcNAcylation could help to optimize therapeutic strategies regarding inflammatory diseases and cancer. | Yongqiang Wang Xiuwu Fang Shuai Wang Bin Wang Feng Chu Zhixin Tian Long Zhang Fangfang Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2022,14,9: | 0
Effects of Moxibustion at Complementary Acupoints on Synovial Tissue Inflammation of CIA Rats显示文摘[Objectives] This study aimed to explore the effects of moxibustion at the Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan points on thickness of the left foot and synovial tissue inflammation of collagen-induced arthritis( CIA) rats, and to explore the therapeutic effect of moxibustion at complementary acupoints on rheumatoid arthritis( RA). [Methods] Total 32 Wistar rats were selected. Among them,8 rats were selected randomly using the randomized digital method as the blank control( K),and the remaining were subjected to modeling. After the successful establishment of the CIA model, the 24 rats were randomly and evenly divided into model group( M),Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan group( AB) and Shenshu and Zusanli group( CD). The rats in the moxibustion groups were subjected to bilateral synchronous moxibustion once every two days( 2 mg refined moxa/cone,5 cones/( point·d)),for total 10 times. The left plantar thickness of each rat was measured before modeling, after modeling, and after the last intervention, respectively. After the last intervention, the situation of synovial tissue inflammation in each rat of the treatment group was inspected. [Results] Compared with that of the control group, the left foot thickness of each group of rats that were modeled all increased significantly( P < 0. 05). And the synovial tissue showed different degrees of inflammatory infiltration, fibrous hyperplasia, and angiogenes. After the intervention ended, compared with that in the M group, the left foot thickness in the AB and CD treatment groups reduced significantly( P < 0. 05). The inflammatory infiltration, fibrous hyperplasia, and angiogenes of the synovial tissue decreased. Between the two moxibustion groups, the thickness of the left foot in group AB decreased compared with group CD( P < 0. 05). The inflammatory infiltration, fibrous hyperplasia and angiogenes in group AB decreased compared with those in group CD. [Conclusions] Moxibustion at the complementary acupoints of Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan,Shenshu and Zusanli both showed good improvement effect on CIA rats. In terms of left foot thickness and synovial tissue inflammation, the treatment group AB was superior to the group CD,and the specific mechanism needs further study. | Yaying CUI Zhixin YANG Zefan LONG | 2018 | Medicinal Plant2018,9,5: | 0
