1Charge Transport in Oil Impregnated Paper Insulation Under Temperature Gradient Using Transient Upstream FEM显示文摘Charge transport in oil impregnated paper impacts the insulation performance of a transformer.This paper proposes a simulation method for the charge transport in oil impregnated paper insulation.The transient upstream finite element method(FEM)is applied to the transport equations of bipolar charges for establishing a numerical simulation model of charge transport in oil impregnated paper insulation.The method is validated by experimental results.The charge transport and electric field distribution in single-layer oil impregnated paper insulation under different temperature gradients is simulated.The trends of the simulation results are seen to agree with the corresponding experimental results.This paper conducts exploratory research into the simulation of charge transportation phenomenon in oil impregnated paper,and is of importance to the design of oil impregnated paper insulation.Shuo Jin Jiangjun Ruan Zhiye Du Zhifei Yang Taotao Zhou Guodong Huang Lin Zhu 2015CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015,1,3:10
2Transferrin plays a central role in coagulation balance by interacting with clotting factors显示文摘Coagulation balance is maintained through fine-tuned interactions among clotting factors,whose physiological concentrations vary substantially.In particular,the concentrations of coagulation proteases(pM to nM)are much lower than their natural inactivator antithrombin(AT,〜3μM),suggesting the existence of other coordinators.In the current study,we found that transferrin(norm plasma concentration〜40 μM)interacts with fibrinogen,thrombin,factor Xlla(FXlla),and AT with different affinity to maintain coagulation balance.Normally,transferrin is sequestered by binding with fibrinogen(normal plasma concentration〜10 μM)at a molar ratio of 4:1.In atherosclerosis,abnormally up-regulated transferrin interacts with and potentiates thrombin/FXlla and blocks ATs inactivation effect on coagulation proteases by binding to AT,thus inducing hypercoagulability.In the mouse model,transferrin overexpression aggravated atherosclerosis,whereas transferrin inhibition via shRNA knockdown or treatment with antitransferrin antibody or designed peptides interfering with transferrin-thrombin/FXlla interactions alleviated atherosclerosis.Collectively,these findings identify that transferrin is an important clotting regulator and an adjuster in the maintenance of coagulation balance and modifies the coagulation cascade.Xiaopeng Tang Zhiye Zhang Mingqian Fang Yajun Han Gan Wang Sheng Wang Min Xue Yaxiong Li Li Zhang Jian Wu Biqing Yang James Mwangi Qiumin Lu Xiaoping Du Ren Lai 2020Cell Research2020,30,2:2

9Improved Method of Power Loss and Electric Field Calculations of HVAC Transmission Lines显示文摘An improved method for calculating the corona power loss and the ground-level electric field on HVAC transmission lines induced by corona is proposed.Based on a charge simulation method combined with a method of successive images,the proposed method has the number and location of the simulated charges not arbitrary.When the surface electric field of a conductor exceeds the onset value,charges are emitted from corona into the space around,and the space ions and the surface charges on each sub-conductor are simulated by using the images of the other sub-conductors.The displacements of the space ions are calculated at every time step during corona periods in both the positive and the negative half cycles.Several examples are calculated by using the proposed method,and the calculated electric field at the ground level and the corona power loss agree well with previous measurements.The results show that simulating 12 charges in each conductor during 600 time steps in one cycle takes less time while guarantees the accuracy.The corona discharge from a 220 kV transmission line enhances slightly(less than 2%) the electric field at the ground level,but this effect is little from a 500 kV line.The improved method is a good compromise between the time cost and the accuracy of calculation.DU Zhiye RUAN Jiangjun JIN Shuo HUANG Guodong ZHU Lin 2013高电压技术2013,39,10:0
