| 1 | Discovery of ultrahigh-pressure magnesite-bearing garnet lherzolite (>3.8 GPa) in the Altyn Tagh, Northwest China显示文摘Magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite from the Altyn Tagh, associated with garnet pyroxenite, and garnet-bearing felsic gneiss, crops out as lenses in Proterozoic gneiss about 100 km east of the Jianggelasayi River. The garnet Iherzolite, together with the eclogite in western Jianggelasayi, composes a high-pressure to ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt in the southern margin of the Altyn Tagh. Parageneses of minerals from magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite indicate that the rock evolved a multi-stage metamorphism. The peak-stage metamorphism produces an assemblage of Grt+Ol+Opx+Cpx±Mgs, in which A12O3 content of Opxis very low (0.30-0.66wt%). The calculated P-T condition of the peak stage is 3.8-5.lGPa and 880-970°C, some exsolution rods of clinopyroxene and rutile occur in the Grt and magnesite is rimed by dolomite and orthopyroxene, all implying that the peak stage was a UHP metamorphic process. | 3 | A new compensation current real-time computing method for power active filter based on double linear construction algorithm显示文摘Considering the detection principle that “when load current is periodic current, the integral in a cycle for absolute value of load current subtracting fundamental active current is the least”, harmonic current real-time detection methods for power active filter are proposed based on direct computation, simple iterative algorithm and optimal iterative algorithm. According to the direct computation method, the amplitude of the fundamental active current can be accurately calculated when load current is placed in stable state. The simple iterative algorithm and the optimal iterative algorithm provide an idea about judging the state of load current. On the basis of the direct computation method, the simple itera- tive algorithm, the optimal iterative algorithm and precise definition of the basic concepts such as the true amplitude of the fundamental active current when load current is placed in varying state, etc., the double linear construction idea is proposed in which the amplitude of the fundamental active current at the moment of the sample is accurately calculated by using the first linear construction and the condition which disposes the next sample is created by using the second linear construction. On the basis of the double linear con- struction idea, a harmonic current real-time detection method for power active filter is proposed based on the double linear construction algorithm. | 6 | High-precision uranium-series dating of lacustrine carbonates from Daihai Lake显示文摘Ages of small aragonite samples retrieved from sediments from the Daihai Lake are determined by using the Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry (TIMS) technique. The ages of the samples range from (8740±601) to (10446±489) a, with a precision of 2%-3% for non-corrected dating ages and 4.7%-9.8% for corrected ages respectively, and are consistent within the deviation range. At about 10.5 ka BP, the grain-size of the sediments coarsens sharply, the frequency curves of grain-size distribution show coarse grain dominated single-double kurtosis, indicating cooling, decreased hydrodynamic conditions and increased wind influence procedure. This is in good agreement with previous results obtained from the Daihai Lake, which suggests that the climate was cold and the lake surface was shrinking. An estimation is made of the contents of the major elements and some of the trace elements in the primitive mantle source region of the area, from which the authors have obtained MgO/Al2O3= 7.86. | 15 | Chondroitin Polymerizing Factor (CHPF) promotes cell proliferation and tumor growth in human osteosarcoma by inhibiting SKP2's ubiquitination while activating the AKT pathway显示文摘Osteosarcoma is a common malignant tumor occurring in children and young adults. Chondroitin sulfate (CS) participates in cell adhesion, cell division, and the formation of neural networks in the body, the biosynthesis of which requires the participation of glycosyltransferases. CHPF, a glycosyltransferase, plays a role in the extension of CS. Recently, CHPF's biological roles and functional importance in human diseases including malignant tumors have been widely discussed. However, whether CHPF is involved in osteosarcoma development and growth has not been revealed. The present work aimed to investigate the expression levels, functional significance and molecular mechanism of CHPF in osteosarcoma progression. Our results revealed that CHPF is strongly expressed in osteosarcoma tissues and cells. Furthermore, CHPF serves as a tumor promoter in the development and progression of osteosarcoma through enhancing cell proliferation and migration while suppressing apoptosis. Exploration of the mechanism by which CHPF promotes osteosarcoma indicated that CHPF promotes osteosarcoma through counteracting SKP2's ubiquitination and activating the Akt signaling pathway. | 16 | Study on Effect of Performance on Excess Sludge Disintegration by Ozone显示文摘In order to study the effect of excess sludge ozonation,a continuous experiment in lab scale process was carried out. During the treatment process,a high level of ozone was produced by the electrolysis-type ozone generator,and various parameters,such as Soluble Chemical Oxygen Demand ( SCOD) ,Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids ( MLSS) ,Mixed Liquor Volatile Suspended Solids ( MLVSS) ,pH and so on,which characterize sludge were investigated. A substantial reduction in the volume of sludge and the release of intracellular materials were observed: SCOD proliferated as a consequence of extending the ozone feeding time; MLSS and MLVSS,especially the ratio of MLVSS to MLSS,dwindled as the action time rose. Through analyzing the effluent quality and excess sludge activity,the sludge-water volume mixture ratio of 1∶ 20 with 50-60 minutes' oxidation treatment was found to be the optimal condition for ozonic disintegration of excess sludge.
