1V2O5 Nanospheres with Mixed Vanadium Valences as High Electrochemically Active Aqueous Zinc-Ion Battery Cathode显示文摘AV4+-V2O5 cathode with mixed vanadium valences was prepared via a novel synthetic method using VOOH as the precursor,and its zinc-ion storage performance was evaluated.The products are hollow spheres consisting of nanoflakes.The V4+-V2O5 cathode exhibits a prominent cycling performance,with a specific capacity of 140 mAhg-1 after 1000 cycles at 10 A g.1,and an excellent rate capability.The good electrochemical performance is attributed to the presence of V4+,which leads to higher electrochemical activity,lower polarization,faster ion diffusion,and higher electrical conductivity than V2O5 without V4+.This engineering strategy of valence state manipulation may pave the way for designing high-performance cathodes for elucidating advanced battery chemistry.Fei Liu Zixian Chen Guozhao Fang Ziqing Wang Yangsheng Cai Boya Tang Jiang Zhou Shuquan Liang 2019Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,2:12
2Simultaneous regulation of cations and anions in an electrolyte for high-capacity, high-stability aqueous zinc–vanadium batteries显示文摘Safe,inexpensive aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are regarded as promising energy storage devices.However,they still face issues,including dissolution and collapse of the cathode as well as H_(2)evolution and the growth of Zn dendrites on the Zn anode.Herein,we simultaneously regulate the cations and anions in the electrolyte for high-capacity,high-stability aqueous zinc–vanadium(Zn–V)batteries based on a bimetallic cation-doped Na_(0.33)K_(0.1)V_(2)O_(5)·nH_(2)O cathode.We demonstrate that Na^(+) cations suppress cathode dissolution and restrain Zn dendrite growth on the anode via an electrostatic shield effect.We also illustrate that ClO_(4)^(-) anions participate in energy storage at the cathode and are reduced to Cl^(-),generating a protective layer on the Zn anode surface and providing a stable interface to decrease Zn dendrites and H_(2)evolution during long-term cycling.When Na^(+) and ClO_(4)^(-) are introduced into an aqueous ZnSO_(4) electrolyte,a Zn/Zn symmetric cell shows durable and reversible Zn stripping/plating for 1500 h at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2) and with an area capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2).Zn/Na_(0.33)K_(0.1)V_(2)O_(5)·nH_(2)O full batteries exhibit a high capacity of 600 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1) and long-term cycling performance for 5000 cycles,with a capacity of 200 mAh g^(-1) at 20 Ag^(-1).Ziqing Wang Miao Zhou Liping Qin Minghui Chen Zixian Chen Shan Guo Liangbing Wang Guozhao Fang Shuquan Liang 2022eScience2022,2,2:8

It can be induced by a variety of events such as hypoxia, nutrient-starvation, and mechanical damage. Many neurological disorders such Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, cerebral ischemia, and acute spinal cord injury (ASCI), are closely related to autophagy. 41.3 GHz E-O bandwidth GaN-based micro-LED for multi-gigabit visible light communication显示文摘The data rate of a visible light communication(VLC) system is basically determined by the electrical-to-optical(E-O) bandwidth of its light-emitting diode(LED) source. In order to break through the intrinsic limitation of the carrier recombination rate on E-O bandwidth in conventional c-plane LEDs based on In Ga N quantum wells,a blue micro-LED with an active region of nano-structured In Ga N wetting layer is designed, fabricated, and packaged to realize a high-speed VLC system. The E-O bandwidth of the micro-LED can reach up to 1.3 GHz. Based on this high-speed micro-LED, we demonstrated a data rate of 2 Gbps with a bit error rate(BER) of 1.2×10^(-3) with simple on-off keying signal for a 3-m real-time VLC. In addition, a 4-Gbps VLC system using quadrature phase shift keying-orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing with a BER of 3.2×10^(-3) is also achieved for the same scenario. 5Effects of metal ions and heat shock on the expression of a metallothionein-like gene htMT2 in Helianthus tuberosus显示文摘The expression of htMT2 in tissues of Helianthus tuberosus treated with metal ions and heat shock is studied by Northern blot hybridization. The results indicate that htMT2 is not expressed in roots. The expression in leaves and stems can be reduced by Cu2+ and induced by low concentration of Zn2+. However, the expression of htMT2 can be suppressed by Zn2+ when its concentrations are above 500 μmol/L. The effects of Ca2+ on the expression of htMT2 in leaves are similar to that of Zn2+. But Ca2+ induces the expression of htMT2 in stems. The expression levels of htMT2 in various tissues are not significantly affected by heat shock. 13Grading method of soybean mosaic disease based on hyperspectral imaging technology显示文摘Soybean is a crop with a long cultivation history that occupies an important position in agricultural production.Soybean mosaic virus disease(SMV)has caused a rapid decline in soybean yields,causing huge losses to the soybean industry,wherefrom its early detec-tion is particularly important.This study proposes a new classification method for the early SMV,dividing its severity into grades 0,1 and 2.In the case of a small number of experi-mental samples of soybeans,this study proposes a combined convolutional neural network and support vector machine(CNN-SVM)method for the early detection of SMV.Experimen-tal results showed that the accuracy of the training set of the CNN-SVM model reached 96.67%,and the accuracy rate of the test set reached 94.17%.The experiment proved the feasibility of using the proposed CNN-SVM model to classify early SMV under the new clas-sification method,and provided a new direction for early SMV detection based on hyper-spectral images.Jiangsheng Gui Jingyi Fei Zixian Wu Xiaping Fu Alou Diakite 2021Information Processing in Agriculture2021,8,3:1

15Molecular design towards two-dimensional electron acceptors for efficient non-fullerene solar cells显示文摘Non-fullerene polymer solar cells(NF-PSCs) have gained wide attention recently. Molecular design of non-fullerene electron acceptors effectively promotes the photovoltaic performance of NF-PSCs. However,molecular electron acceptors with 2-dimensional(2 D) configuration and conjugation are seldom reported.Herein, we designed and synthesized a series of novel 2 D electron acceptors for efficient NF-PSCs. With rational optimization on the conjugated moieties in both vertical and horizontal direction, these 2 D electron acceptors showed appealing properties, such as good planarity, full-spectrum absorption, high absorption extinction coefficient, and proper blend morphology with donor polymer. A high PCE of 9.76%was achieved for photovoltaic devices with PBDB-T as the donor and these 2 D electron acceptors. It was also found the charge transfer between the conjugated moieties in two directions of these 2 D molecules contributes to the utilization of absorbed photos, resulting in an exceptional EQE of 87% at 730 nm.
