1Distributed intelligent self-organized mission planning of multi-UAV for dynamic targets cooperative search-attack显示文摘This article studies the cooperative search-attack mission problem with dynamic targets and threats, and presents a Distributed Intelligent Self-Organized Mission Planning(DISOMP)algorithm for multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(multi-UAV). The DISOMP algorithm can be divided into four modules: a search module designed based on the distributed Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) algorithm, an attack module designed based on the Parallel Approach(PA)scheme, a threat avoidance module designed based on the Dubins Curve(DC) and a communication module designed for information exchange among the multi-UAV system and the dynamic environment. A series of simulations of multi-UAV searching and attacking the moving targets are carried out, in which the search-attack mission completeness, execution efficiency and system suitability of the DISOMP algorithm are analyzed. 2Engineering Broad-Spectrum Bacterial Blight Resistance by Simultaneously Disrupting Variable TALE-Binding Elements of Multiple Susceptibility Genes in Rice显示文摘Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo),the causal agent of bacterial blight of rice,employs the transcription activator-like effectors(TALEs)to induce the expression of the OsSWEET family of putative sugar transporter genes,which function in conferring disease susceptibility(S)in rice plants.To engineer broadspectrum bacterial blight resistance,we used CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing to disrupt the TALEbinding elements(EBEs)of two S genes,OsSWEETH and OsSWEET14,in rice cv.Kitaake,which harbors the recessive resistance allele of Xa25/OsSWEET13.The engineered rice line MS14K exhibited broadspectrum resistance to most Xoo strains with a few exceptions,suggesting that the compatible strains may contain new TALEs.We identified two PthXo2-like TALEs,Tal5LN18 and Tal7PX061,as major virulence factors in the compatible Xoo strains LN18 and PX061,respectively,and found that Xoo encodes at least five types of PthXo2-like effectors.Given that PthXo2/PthXo2.1 target OsSlVEETf3 for transcriptional activation,the genomes of 3000 rice varieties were analyzed for EBE variationsin the OsSWEET13 promoter,and 10Xa25-like haplotypes were identified.We found that Tal5LN18 and Tal7PX〇6i bind slightly different EBE sequences in the OsSWEET13 promoter to activate its expression.CRISPR/Cas9 technology was then used to generate InDels in the EBE of the OsSWEET13 promoter in MS14K to creat a new germplasm with three edited OsSWEET EBEs and broad-spectrum resistance against all Xoo strains tested.Collectively,our findings illustrate how to disarm TALE-S co-evolved loci to generate broad-spectrum resistance through the loss of effector-triggered susceptibility in plants.Zhengyin Xu Xiameng Xu Qiang Gong Ziyang Li Ying Li Sai Wang Yangyang Yang Wenxiu Ma Longyu Liu Bo Zhu Lifang Zou Gongyou Chen 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,11:29
3Primary exploration of nonlinear information fusion control theory显示文摘By introducing information fusion techniques into a control field, a new theory of information fusion control (IFC) is proposed. Based on the theory of information fusion estimation, optimal control of nonlinear discrete control system is investigated. All information on control strategy, including ideal control strategy, expected object trajectory and dynamics of system, are regarded as measuring information of control strategy. Therefore, the problem of optimal control is transferred into the one of information fusion estimation. Firstly, the nonlinear information fusion estimation theorems are described. Secondly, an algorithm of nonlinear IFC theory is detailedly deduced. 7Characterization of refuse landfill leachates of three different stages in landfill stabilization process显示文摘Landfill leachates with different ages(mature leachate,11 years;semi-mature leachate,5 years;fresh leachate,under operation) were collected from Laogang Refuse Landfill,Shanghai to characterize the colloid size distribution and variations of leachate.These leachates were separated using micro-filtration and ultra-filtration into specific size fractions,i.e.,suspended particles(SP)(>1.2μm) ,coarse colloids(CC)(1.2-0.45μm) ,fine colloids(FC)(0.45μm,5 kDa/1 kDa molecular weight(MW) ) ,and dissolved organic matters(DM,<5 kDa/1 kDa MW) .The specific colloids in each size fraction were quantified and characterized through chemical oxygen demands(COD) ,total solid(TS) ,pH,NH4+-N,total organic carbon(TOC) and fixed solid(FS) .It was found that COD,NH4+-N and TS in leachate decreased significantly over ages,while pH increased.The dissolved fractions(<5 kDa/1 kDa) dominated(over 50%) in three leachates in terms of COD,and the organic matter content in dissolved fraction of leachates decreased and the inorganic matter increased as the disposal time extended,with the TOC/COD ratio 30%-7%.Dissolved fractions decreased from 82%to 40%in terms of TOC as the disposal time extended,suggested that the organic matter remained in leachate would form into middle molecular weight substances during the degradation process.LOU Ziyang DONG Bin CHAI Xiaoli SONG Yu ZHAO Youcai ZHU Nanwen 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,9:9
8Observer-based backstepping longitudinal control for carrier-based UAV with actuator faults显示文摘The paper presents the longitudinal control for the carrier-based unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) system with unmeasured states, actuator faults, control input constraints, and external disturbances. By combining output state observer, adaptive fuzzy control, and constraint backstepping technology, a robust fault tolerant control approach is proposed. An output state observer with fuzzy logic systems is developed to estimate unmeasured states,and command filters rather than differentiations of virtual control law are used to solve the computational complexity problem in traditional backstepping. Additionally, a robust term is introduced to offset the fuzzy adaptive estimation error and external disturbance,and an appropriate fault controller structure with matching conditions obtained from fault compensation is proposed. Based on the Lyapunov theory, the designed control program is illustrated to guarantee that all the closed-loop signals of the given system are bounded, and the output errors converge to a small neighborhood of zero. 9MoS_(2) wrapped MOF-derived N-doped carbon nanocomposite with wideband electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘Designing electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)materials with wide bandwidth,strong absorption,and light weight is still a great challenge for practical applications.Herein,the novel nitrogen doped carbon(NDC)/MoS_(2) composite with rationally designed composition and structure was developed.The NDC particles were introduced into MoS_(2) nanosheets through the calcination of ZIF-8 precursor and consequent hydrothermal process.A series of characterizations were carried out to investigate the physical properties of the as-prepared nanocomposites.The NDC particles exhibited the shape of rhombic dodecahedron with the size of about 500 nm,which were decorated on flower-shaped MoS_(2) with the size of about 3μm.With the increasing NDC content,the absorbing properties of NDC/MoS_(2) composites increased firstly and then decreased.The features of NDC/MoS_(2) composite including interconnected porous structure,nitrogen dopant,and appropriate electrical conductivity gave rise to the polarization,multiple reflection,multiple scattering,and impedance matching,resulting in the outstanding EMWA performance.With a filler loading ratio of 30 wt.%,the optimized EMWA property can be achieved when the mass ratio of NDC to MoS_(2) was adjusted to be 1:1.At a coating thickness of 3.0 mm,the effective EMWA bandwidth(<−10 dB)reached 6.08 GHz(8.56–14.64 GHz).These satisfactory achievements provide a way for the reasonable design of high-performance EMWA and new ideas for future research on wideband EMWA.Juhua Luo Mengna Feng Ziyang Dai Chenye Jiang Wei Yao Naixin Zhai 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:8
10Automatic Carrier Landing Control for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Based on Preview Control显示文摘For carrier-based unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),one of the important problems is the design of an automatic carrier landing system(ACLS)that would enable the UAVs to accomplish autolanding on the aircraft carrier.However,due to the movements of the flight deck with six degree-of-freedom,the autolanding becomes sophisticated.To solve this problem,an accurate and effective ACLS is developed,which is composed of an optimal preview control based flight control system and a Kalman filter based deck motion predictor.The preview control fuses the future information of the reference glide slope to improve landing precision.The reference glide slope is normally a straight line.However,the deck motion will change the position of the ideal landing point,and tracking the ideal straight glide slope may cause landing failure.Therefore,the predictive deck motion information from the deck motion predictor is used to correct the reference glide slope,which decreases the dispersion around the desired landing point.Finally,simulations are carried out to verify the performance of the designed ACLS based on a nonlinear UAV model.Zhen Ziyang Ma Kun Bhatia Ajeet Kumar 2017Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2017,34,4:8
11Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 45 vol.%SiC_p/7075Al Composite显示文摘Microstructure and mechanical behavior of high volume content Si Cp/7xxx Al composites have not been explored yet. Therefore, in the present work, 45 vol.% SiC p/7075 Al composite has been prepared by pressure infiltration method. High density dislocations were found around Si C/Al interface in SiC p/7075 Al composite after water-quenching and aging treatment. Fine dispersed nano-η′ phases were observed after the aging treatment. Adverse to other Si Cp/Al composites prepared by the pressure infiltration method,an interface layer was observed between SiC particles and Al matrix. Furthermore, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) observation indicated that this interface layer was coherent/semicoherent with that of the SiC particles. 45 vol.% SiC p/7075 Al composite demonstrated high tensile strength(630 MPa) and micro-ductility. 13A genome-wide analysis of SWEET gene family in cotton and their expressions under different stresses显示文摘Background: The SWEET(Sugars will eventually be exported transporters) gene family plays multiple roles in plant physiological activities and development process. It participates in reproductive development and in the process of sugar transport and absorption, plant senescence and stress responses and plant-pathogen interaction. However,thecomprehensive analysis of SWEET genes has not been reported in cotton.Results: In this study, we identified 22, 31, 55 and 60 SWEET genes from the sequenced genomes of Gossypium arboreum, G. raimondii, G. hirsutum and G. barbadense, respectively. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the SWEET genes could be divided into four groups, which were further classified into 14 sub-clades. Further analysis of chromosomal location, synteny analysis and gene duplication suggested that the orthologs showed a good collinearity and segmental duplication events played a crucial role in the expansion of the family in cotton. Specific MtN3_slv domains were highly conserved between Arobidopsis and cotton by exon-intron organization and motif analysis. In addition, the expression pattern in different tissues indicated that the duplicated genes in cotton might have acquired new functions as a result of sub-functionalization or neo-funtionalization. The expression pattern of SWEET genes showed that the different genes were induced by diverse stresses. The identification and functional analysis of SWEET genes in cotton may provide more candidate genes for genetic modification.Conclusion: SWEET genes were classified into four clades in cotton. The expression patterns suggested that the duplicated genes might have experienced a functional divergence. 14Mechanical Properties of C_f/Mg Composites Fabricated by Pressure Infiltration Method显示文摘The carbon fibers and the woven reinforced magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration method.Effects of fiber species,fiber arrangement,hybrid particles and environment temperature on microstructures and properties of the composite were studied.Results showed that the mechanical properties at ambient temperature were affected by interfacial reaction.The magnesium matrix composites reinforced with graphite fibers showed higher strength and elastic modulus due to less interfacial reaction.During loading,the fibers were pulled out and the load was transferred through the interfaces,then the fiber bundles were fractured,finally the whole specimen failed.The introduction of hybrid SiC particles during fabrication can improve the mechanical properties of the magnesium matrix composites.Moreover,taking orthogonal carbon fiber woven as reinforcement can modify the anisotropy and reliability of materials.Meihui Songt Gaohui Wu Wenshu Yang Wei Jia Ziyang Xiu Guoqin Chen 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,10:6

16Distributed Cooperative Control Algorithm for Multi-UAV Mission Rendezvous显示文摘Multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)cooperative operation is the main form for UAVs fighting in battlefield,and multi-UAV mission rendezvous is the premise of cooperative reconnaissance and attack missions.We propose a rendezvous control strategy,which divides the rendezvous process into two parts:The loose formation rendezvous and the close formation rendezvous.In the first stage,UAVs are supposed to reach the specific target locations simultaneously and form a loose formation.A distributed control strategy based on first-order consensus algorithm is presented to achieve this goal.Then the second stage is designed based on the second-order consensus algorithm to complete the transition from the loose formation to the close formation.This process needs the speeds and heading angles of UAVs to reach an agreement.Besides,control algorithms with a virtual leader are proposed,by which the formation states can reach a specific value.Finally,simulation results show that the control algorithms are capable of realizing the mission rendezvous of multi-UAV and the consistence of UAVs′final states,which verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed control strategy.Liu Guoliang Xing Dongjing Hou Jianyong Jin Guting Zhen Ziyang 2017Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2017,34,6:5
17Ensemble deep transfer learning driven by multisensor signals for the fault diagnosis of bevel-gear cross-operation conditions显示文摘The existing intelligent fault diagnosis techniques of bevel gear focus on single-sensor signal analysis under the steady operation condition.In this study,a new method is proposed based on ensemble deep transfer learning and multisensor signals to enhance the fault diagnosis adaptability and reliability of bevel gear under various operation conditions.First,a novel stacked autoencoder(NSAE)is constructed using a denoising autoencoder,batch normalization,and the Swish activation function.Second,a series of source-domain NSAEs with multisensor vibration signals is pretrained.Third,the good model parameters provided by the source-domain NSAEs are transferred to initialize the corresponding target-domain NSAEs.Finally,a modified voting fusion strategy is designed to obtain a comprehensive result.The multisensor signals collected under the different operation conditions of bevel gear are used to verify the proposed method.The comparison results show that the proposed method can diagnose different faults in an accurate and stable manner using only one target-domain sample,thereby outperforming the existing methods.DI ZiYang SHAO HaiDong XIANG JiaWei 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,3:5
18Trithiocyanuric acid derived g-C3N4 for anchoring the polysulfide in Li-S batteries application显示文摘Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries have great potential as an electrochemical energy storage system because of the high theoretical energy density and acceptable cost of financial and environment.However,the shuttle effect leads to severe capacity fading and low coulombic efficiency.Here,graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) is designed and prepared via a feasible and simple method from trithiocyanuric acid (TTCA) to anchor the polysulfides and suppress the shuttle effect.The obtained g-C3N4 exhibits strong chemical interaction with polysulfides due to its high N-doping of 56.87 at%,which is beneficial to improve the cycling stability of Li-S batteries.Moreover,the novel porous framework and high specific surface area of g-C3N4 also provide fast ion transport and broad reaction interface of sulfur cathode,facilitating high capacity output and superior rate performance of Li-S batteries.As a result,Li-S batteries assembled with g-C3N4 can achieve high discharge capacity of 1200 mAh/g at 0.2 C and over 800 mAh/g is remained after 100 cycles with a coulombic efficiency more than 99.5%.When the C-rate rises to 5 C,the reversible capacity of Li-S batteries can still maintain at 607mAh/g.Ziyang Jia Hongzhang Zhang Ying Yu Yuqing Chen Jingwang Yan Xianfeng Li Huamin Zhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:4
19Tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of an as-cast Ni-based K417G polycrystalline superalloy显示文摘The Ni-based K417 G superalloy is extensively applied as aeroengine components for its low cost and good mid-temperature(600–900?C) properties. Since used in as-cast state, the comprehensive understanding on its mechanical properties and microstructure evolution is necessary. In the present research,the tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of the as-cast K417 G superalloy under different conditions were investigated. The results exhibit that tensile cracks tend to initiate at MC carbide and γ/γ' eutectic structure and then propagate along grain boundary. As the temperature for tensile tests increases from 21?C to 700?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of K417 G superalloy decreases slightly, while the elongation to failure decreases greatly because of the intermediate temperature embrittlement. When the temperature rises to 900?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength would decrease significantly. The creep deformation mechanism varies under different testing conditions. At 760?C/645 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at MC carbides and γ/γ' eutectic structures,and propagate transgranularly. While at 900?C/315 MPa and 950?C/235 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at grain boundary and propagate intergranularly.
