3A genome-wide analysis of SWEET gene family in cotton and their expressions under different stresses显示文摘Background: The SWEET(Sugars will eventually be exported transporters) gene family plays multiple roles in plant physiological activities and development process. It participates in reproductive development and in the process of sugar transport and absorption, plant senescence and stress responses and plant-pathogen interaction. However,thecomprehensive analysis of SWEET genes has not been reported in cotton.Results: In this study, we identified 22, 31, 55 and 60 SWEET genes from the sequenced genomes of Gossypium arboreum, G. raimondii, G. hirsutum and G. barbadense, respectively. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the SWEET genes could be divided into four groups, which were further classified into 14 sub-clades. Further analysis of chromosomal location, synteny analysis and gene duplication suggested that the orthologs showed a good collinearity and segmental duplication events played a crucial role in the expansion of the family in cotton. Specific MtN3_slv domains were highly conserved between Arobidopsis and cotton by exon-intron organization and motif analysis. In addition, the expression pattern in different tissues indicated that the duplicated genes in cotton might have acquired new functions as a result of sub-functionalization or neo-funtionalization. The expression pattern of SWEET genes showed that the different genes were induced by diverse stresses. The identification and functional analysis of SWEET genes in cotton may provide more candidate genes for genetic modification.Conclusion: SWEET genes were classified into four clades in cotton. The expression patterns suggested that the duplicated genes might have experienced a functional divergence. 5Trithiocyanuric acid derived g-C3N4 for anchoring the polysulfide in Li-S batteries application显示文摘Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries have great potential as an electrochemical energy storage system because of the high theoretical energy density and acceptable cost of financial and environment.However,the shuttle effect leads to severe capacity fading and low coulombic efficiency.Here,graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) is designed and prepared via a feasible and simple method from trithiocyanuric acid (TTCA) to anchor the polysulfides and suppress the shuttle effect.The obtained g-C3N4 exhibits strong chemical interaction with polysulfides due to its high N-doping of 56.87 at%,which is beneficial to improve the cycling stability of Li-S batteries.Moreover,the novel porous framework and high specific surface area of g-C3N4 also provide fast ion transport and broad reaction interface of sulfur cathode,facilitating high capacity output and superior rate performance of Li-S batteries.As a result,Li-S batteries assembled with g-C3N4 can achieve high discharge capacity of 1200 mAh/g at 0.2 C and over 800 mAh/g is remained after 100 cycles with a coulombic efficiency more than 99.5%.When the C-rate rises to 5 C,the reversible capacity of Li-S batteries can still maintain at 607mAh/g.Ziyang Jia Hongzhang Zhang Ying Yu Yuqing Chen Jingwang Yan Xianfeng Li Huamin Zhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:4

9Optimization of Process Parameters for in High-Energy Ball Milling of CNTs/Al2024 Composites Through Response Surface Methodology显示文摘The mathematical models are developed to evaluate the ultimate tensile strength( UTS) and hardness of CNTs / Al2024 composites fabricated by high-energy ball milling. The effects of the preparation variables which are milling time,rotational speed,mass fraction of CNTs and ball to powder ratio on UST and hardness of CNTs / Al2024 composites are investigated. Based on the central composite design( CCD),a quadratic model is developed to correlate the fabrication variables to the UST and hardness. From the analysis of variance( ANOVA),the most influential factor on each experimental design response is identified. The optimum conditions for preparing CNTs / Al2024 composites are found as follows: 1. 53 h milling time,900 r / min rotational speed,mass fraction of CNTs 2. 87% and Ball to powder ratio 25 ∶ 1. The predicted maximum UST and hardness are 273.30 MPa and 261.36 HV,respectively. And the experimental values are 283.25 MPa and256.8 HV,respectively. 11A highly selective catalyst of Co/La_(4)Ga_(2)O_(9) for CO_(2) hydrogenation to ethanol显示文摘A new catalyst of Co/La_(4)Ga_(2)O_(9) for CO_(2) hydrogenation to produce ethanol was prepared by reducing LaCo^(0).5 Ga0.5 O3,which showed excellent selectivity to ethanol(%35 C-mol%)at mild reaction conditions(270°C,3.5 MPa,3000 m L g-1 h-1).The catalysts were characterized by N_(2) adsorption/desorption,XRD,XAFS,CO and CO_(2)-TPD,H2 chemisorption,XPS and TEM techniques.The interaction between Co nanoparticles(NPs)and La2+4 Ga_(2)O_(9) oxide resulted in Co^(0)-Coon the surface of Co NPs.It was proposed that La_(4)Ga_(2)O_(9) could catalyze reverse water gas shift reaction(r-WGS),which converted CO_(2) to CO.Then,the CO migrated to Co^(0)-Co^(2+)on Co NPs,where it was hydrogenated to form ethanol like higher alcohols synthesis from syngas.The results suggest that by controlling the oxidation state of cobalt,and combined with a kind of active site for activating CO_(2) to form CO,a catalyst with excellent selectivity to ethanol could be obtained for CO_(2) hydrogenation,which means that the complex reaction may be proceed with high selectivity using only one active metal component.Kang An Siran Zhang Jiaming Wang Qiang Liu Ziyang Zhang Yuan Liu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5:3
12Small G Rac1 is involved in replication cycle of dengue serotype 2 virus in EAhy926 cells via the regulation of actin cytoskeleton显示文摘Bleeding is a clinical characteristic of severe dengue and may be due to increased vascular permeability. However, the pathogenesis of severe dengue remains unclear. In this study, we showed that the Rac1-microfilament signal pathway was involved in the process of DENV serotype 2(DENV2) infection in EAhy926 cells. DENV2 infection induced dynamic changes in actin organization, and treatment with Cytochalasin D or Jasplakinolide disrupted microfilament dynamics, reduced DENV2 entry, and inhibited DENV2 assembly and maturation. Rac1 activities decreased during the early phase and gradually increased by the late phase of infection. Expression of the dominant-negative form of Rac1 promoted DENV2 entry but inhibited viral assembly, maturation and release. Our findings demonstrated that Rac1 plays an important role in the DENV2 life cycle by regulating actin reorganization in EAhy926 cells. 13A Novel Depression Rehabilitation Game Framework Using VR Based on Neurofeedback显示文摘At present,depression is treated with antidepressant drugs and assisted with psychotherapy and physical therapy,and these expensive and time-consuming treatment methods often end prematurely and result in a prolonged course w ithout effective symptom relief. Therefore,based on the neurofeedback therapy,a novel depression rehabilitation method using a Virtual-Reality(VR) game framew ork is proposed. In this VR game framew ork,an innovative threeelectrode Electroencephalography(EEG) collector is used to record patients' EEG data. The data are processed and converted into feedback features,and the feedback w ill be displayed to patients in real time through a VR headset. Patients can adjust their psychological activity based on the feedback,and relieve their physiological dysfunction effectively. 16Insight into the adsorption of tetracycline onto amino and amino–Fe^(3+) gunctionalized mesoporous silica: Effect of functionalized groups显示文摘In order to study the influences of functionalized groups onto the adsorption of tetracycline,we prepared a series of amino and amino–Fe^(3+)complex mesoporous silica adsorbents with diverse content of amino and Fe^(3+)groups(named N,N-SBA15 and Fe-N,N-SBA15).The resulting mesoporous silica adsorbents were fully characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and N_2adsorption/desorption isotherms.Furthermore,the effects of functionalized groups on the removal of TC were investigated.The results showed that the periodic ordered structure of SBA-15 was maintained after modification of amino/Fe^(3+)groups.The functionalized amino groups decreased the adsorption capacity while the coordinated Fe^(3+)increased the adsorption capacity.The adsorption kinetics of TC fitted pseudo-second-order model well and the equilibrium was achieved quickly.The adsorption isotherms fitted the Langmuir model well and with the Fe^(3+)content increased from 3.93%to 8.26%,the Q_(max)of the adsorbents increased from 102 to 188 mmol/kg.The solution p H affected the adsorption of TC onto amino complex adsorbents slightly while influenced the adsorption onto Fe-amine complex adsorbents greatly.The adsorption of TC on SBA15 and N,N-SBA15 may be related to the formation of outer-sphere surface complexes,while the adsorption of TC onto Fe-N,N-SBA15 was mainly attributed to the inner-sphere surface complexes.This study could offer potential materials that have excellent adsorption behavior for environmental remediation and suggested useful information for the preparing other adsorbents in environmental applications.Ziyang Zhang Haiyan Li Huijuan Liu 2018Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,3:2

18Subwavelength-diameter silica wire for light in-coupling to silicon-based waveguide显示文摘Coupling between subwavelength-diameter silica wires and silicon-based waveguides is studied using the parallel three-dimensional (3D) finite-different time-domain method.Conventional butt-coupling to a silica-substrated silicon wire waveguide gives above 40% transmission at the wavelength range from 1300 to 1750 nm with good robustness against axial misalignments.Slow light can be generated by counter- directional coupling between a silica wire and a two-dimensional (2D) silicon photonic crystal slab waveg- uide.Through dispersion-band engineering,82% transmission is achieved over a coupling distance of 50 lattice constants.The group velocity is estimated as 1/35 of the light speed in vacuum.Ziyang Zhang Min Qiu Ulf Andersson 童利民 2007Chinese Optics Letters2007,5,10:2
19Zn-based metal organic framework derivative with uniform metal sites and hierarchical pores for efficient adsorption of formaldehyde显示文摘A Zn-containing graphite carbon(Zn-GC)with uniform Zn metal sites and hierarchical pore structure was obtained by pyrolysis of Zn-based metal organic framework(MOF).Zn-GC exhibited excellent adsorption capacity and reproducibility for formaldehyde.The adsorption capacity of Zn-GC was 736 times that of commercial activated carbon and 5.6 times that of ZSM-5 adsorbents.The characterization and experimental results showed that the surface chemical characteristics of the adsorption material play an important role in the adsorption performance.The superior performance was attributed to Zn metal sites and oxygen-containing functional groups on the MOF derivative as well as hierarchical pore structure.The material showed a great potential in the field of organic pollutant removal.Junjie Yang Junxian Qin Ziyang Guo Yun Hu Xia Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,5:2
20Rate compatible reconciliation for continuous-variable quantum key distribution using Raptor-like LDPC codes显示文摘In the practical continuous-variable quantum key distribution(CV-QKD)system,the postprocessing process,particularly the error correction part,significantly impacts the system performance.Multi-edge type low-density parity-check(MET-LDPC)codes are suitable for CV-QKD systems because of their Shannon-limit-approaching performance at a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).However,the process of designing a low-rate MET-LDPC code with good performance is extremely complicated.Thus,we introduce Raptor-like LDPC(RL-LDPC)codes into the CV-QKD system,exhibiting both the rate compatible property of the Raptor code and capacity-approaching performance of MET-LDPC codes.Moreover,this technique can significantly reduce the cost of constructing a new matrix.We design the RL-LDPC matrix with a code rate of 0.02 and easily and effectively adjust this rate from 0.016 to 0.034.Simulation results show that we can achieve more than 98%reconciliation efficiency in a range of code rate variation using only one RL-LDPC code that can support high-speed decoding with an SNR less than-16.45 d B.This code allows the system to maintain a high key extraction rate under various SNRs,paving the way for practical applications of CV-QKD systems with different transmission distances.Chao Zhou Xiang Yu Wang ZhiGuo Zhang Song Yu ZiYang Chen Hong Guo 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,6:2
