| 1 | 动力性心理治疗联合帕罗西汀对抑郁症的临床效果及心理状态分析显示文摘目的观察抑郁症应用帕罗西汀、动力性心理疗法联合治疗的效果。方法选取2017年7月-2018年7月在新乡医学院第二附属医院就诊的90例抑郁症患者临床资料,按不同治疗方案分两组,每组45例。对照组行帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在其基础上联合动力性心理治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后HADM评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心理、生理、社会、环境评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症通过帕罗西汀、动力性心理疗法联合治疗后,抑郁心态明显改善,且生活质量提升,疗效显著。 | 张红胜 孙丽新 LI Huilin CHEN Zuoming | 2019 | 临床研究2019,27,11: | 8 |
| 2 | ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT for malignant small intestinal neoplasms显示文摘In this paper, 18F-FDG PET/CT data of 19 malignant SINs (small intestinal neoplasms) were consecutively reviewed. Nnine patients accepted PET/CT scan for preoperative diagnosis and staging, while ten patients presented follow-up after treatment and restaging. The results were correlated with abdomen enhanced CT and surgical pathological findings. Abdominal pain and weight loss were the most common findings. About 16% SINs located in the duodenum, 52% in the jejunum and 32% in the ileum. Lymphoma was the most frequent neoplasms. PET/CT revealed residual or recurrent malignant SINs in 5 patients who had negative or non-definite findings by abdomen CT and demonstrated extra-abdomen metastasis in 3 patients. Clinical decisions of treatment were changed for 6 patients after PET/CT examinations. The 18F-FDG PET/CT were better than CT in accuracy, negative predictive value and positive predictive value (89.5% vs 68.4%, 100% vs 66.7%, and 81.8% vs 69.2%, respectively). | 5 | Clinical value of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in evaluation of hepatic vein,inferior vena cava and right atrium tumor thrombi in hepatocellular carcinoma:Initial results显示文摘In this paper,eleven consecutive hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients with an embolus in the hepatic vein(HV),inferior vena cava(IVC)and right atrium(RA) were studied with 18F-FDG PET/CT and contrast enhanced CT.When correlated with final diagnosis,18F-FDG PET/CT and contrast enhanced CT was positive in 11 patients(100%),7 patients(63.6%),respectively.The accuracy of PET/CT and contrast-enhanced CT were 100%,63.6%.Three cases with secondary blood thrombi in the distant IVC,which were confirmed by PET/CT,cannot be identified by contrast enhanced CT.The average survival was 3 months(range,1-12mo).The 12 months survival rate was 9.1%.Our results suggest that highly metabolic tumor thrombus in the HV,IVC and RA may be depicted on 18F-FDG PET/CT in HCC patients.It may discriminate between malignant and secondary benign blood thrombi. | SUN Long ZHAO Long LUO Zuoming JIANG Maoqing WU Hua | 2012 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,3: | 1 |

| 20 | Switch of substrate specificity of hyperthermophilic acylaminoacyl peptidase by combination of protein and solvent engineering显示文摘The inherent evolvability of promiscuous enzymes endows them with great potential to be artificially evolved for novel functions.Previously,we succeeded in transforming a promiscuous acylaminoacyl peptidase(apAAP)from the hyperthermophilic archaeon Aeropyrum pernix K1 into a specific carboxylesterase by making a single mutation.In order to fulfill the urgent requirement of thermostable lipolytic enzymes,in this paper we describe how the substrate preference of apAAP can be further changed from p-nitrophenyl caprylate(pNP-C8)to p-nitrophenyl laurate(pNP-C12)by protein and solvent engineering.After one round of directed evolution and subsequent saturation mutagenesis at selected residues in the active site,three variants with enhanced activity towards pNP-C12 were identified.Additionally,a combined mutant W474V/F488G/R526V/T560W was generated,which had the highest catalytic efficiency(kcat/Km)for pNP-C12,about 71-fold higher than the wild type.Its activity was further increased by solvent engineering,resulting in an activity enhancement of 280-fold compared with the wild type in the presence of 30%DMSO.The structural basis for the improved activity was studied by substrate docking and molecular dynamics simulation.It was revealed that W474V and F488G mutations caused a significant change in the geometry of the active center,which may facilitate binding and subsequent hydrolysis of bulky substrates.In conclusion,the combination of protein and solvent engineering may be an effective approach to improve the activities of promiscuous enzymes and could be used to create naturally rare hyperthermophilic enzymes. | Chang Liu Guangyu Yang Lie Wu Guohe Tian Zuoming Zhang Yan Feng | 2011 | Protein & Cell2011,2,6: | 0 |
