| 2 | The combination of chidamide with the CHOEP regimen in previously untreated patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma: a prospective, multicenter, single arm, phase 1b/2 study显示文摘Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of the novel histone deacetylase inhibitor,chidamide,in combination with cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,etoposide,and prednisone(Chi-CHOEP)for untreated peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL).Methods:A prospective,multicenter,single arm,phase 1 b/2 study was conducted.A total of 128 patients with untreated PTCL(18–70 years of age)were enrolled between March 2016 and November 2019,and treated with up to 6 cycles with the Chi-CHOEP regimen.In the phase 1 b study,3 dose levels of chidamide were evaluated and the primary endpoint was determination of the maximumtolerated dose and recommended phase 2 dose(RP2 D).The primary endpoint of the phase 2 study was 2-year progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Fifteen patients were enrolled in the phase 1 b study and the RP2 D for chidamide was determined to be 20 mg,twice a week.A total of 113 patients were treated at the RP2 D in the phase 2 study,and the overall response rate was 60.2%,with a complete response rate of 40.7%.At a median follow-up of 36 months,the median PFS was 10.7 months,with 1-,2-,and 3-year PFS rates of 49.9%,38.0%,and 32.8%,respectively.The Chi-CHOEP regimen was well-tolerated,with grade 3/4 neutropenia occurring in approximately two-thirds of the patients.No unexpected adverse events(AEs)were reported and the observed AEs were manageable.Conclusions:This large cohort phase 1 b/2 study showed that Chi-CHOEP was well-tolerated with modest efficacy in previously untreated PTCL patients. | Wei Zhang Liping Su Lihong Liu Yuhuan Gao Quanshun Wang Hang Su Yuhuan Song Huilai Zhang Jing Shen Hongmei Jing Shuye Wang Xinan Cen Hui Liu Aichun Liu Zengjun Li Jianmin Luo Jianxia He Jingwen Wang O.A.O’Connor Daobin Zhou | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3: | 4 |

| 6 | Immobilization of urease in metal–organic frameworks via biomimetic mineralization and its application in urea degradation显示文摘Enzyme immobilization has been accepted as an efficient technique for improving the stability and recyclability of enzymes.Herein,biomimetic mineralization strategy was employed to achieve the immobilization of urease in a type of metal–organic frameworks(zeolite imidazolate framework-8,ZIF-8),and the immobilized enzyme urease@ZIF-8 was systematically evaluated for its structure,activity,stability and recyclability,using the hydrolysis of urea as a model.The entrapment of urease was found to be realized in a synchronous manner with the formation of ZIF-8 crystal.The loading of urease in ZIF-8 was measured to be ca.10.6%through the bicinchoninic acid(BCA)protein assay.The encapsulated urease could efficiently maintain its native conformation,which endowed the immobilized urease with excellent activity and stability,even in harsh conditions(e.g.,in the presence of trypsin,acidic or alkali conditions,or at high temperature).Further,urease@ZIF-8 exhibited good recyclability during the degradation of urea,in which it could keep 58.86%of initial activity after being used for 5 cycles.Thus,biomimetic mineralization could be potentially utilized as a promising method to prepare immobilized ureases with superior activity,stability and recyclability,thereby facilitating the construction of efficient catalysts for industrial biocatalysis and biosensing. | Xiao Liang Qing Li Zhiyuan Shi Shaowei Bai Quanshun Li | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,8: | 1 |

| 18 | Microstructural Characteristics and Mechanical Properties of Low-Alloy, Medium-Carbon Steels After Multiple Tempering显示文摘The microstructure and mechanical properties of NiCrMoV-and NiCrSi-alloyed medium-carbon steels were investigated after multiple tempering. After austenitising, the steels were hardened by oil quenching and subsequently double or triple tempered at temperatures from 250 to 500 °C. The samples were characterised using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, while the mechanical properties were evaluated by Vickers hardness testing, V-notched Charpy impact testing and tensile testing. The results showed that the retained austenite was stable up to 400 °C and the applied multiple tempering below this temperature did not lead to a complete decomposition of retained austenite in both steels. It was also found that the microstructure, hardness and impact toughness varied mainly as a function of tempering temperature,regardless of the number of tempering stages. Moreover, the impact toughness of NiCrMoV steel was rather similar after single/triple tempering at different temperatures, while NiCrSi steel exhibited tempered martensite embrittlement after single/double tempering at 400 °C.
