| 1 | 胃肠道癌:中国、美国和欧洲显示文摘胃肠道癌包括结直肠癌、胃癌和食管癌,给全球带来了沉重的医疗和经济负担,无论是每年新发病例数还是死亡例数,均居癌症首位。食管癌和胃癌多见于发展中国家,而结直肠癌则是西方国家的主要胃肠道恶性肿瘤。然而,一些经济转型的发展中国家,其胃肠道癌谱正在发生巨大转变,同时,在西方国家,由于某些危险因素的暴露增加,食管癌和胃癌也有抬头的趋势。所有胃肠道癌的发生发展均与生活习惯密切相关,而且都能通过癌前病变予以识别。因此,这些胃肠道癌都非常适宜早期筛查。本文中,我们综述了胃肠道癌在中国、美国、欧洲的流行病学特点,总结其主要危险因素以及这些危险因素在上述地区的分布情况,并对当前的筛查策略进行了探讨。 | Yumo Xie Lishuo Shi Xiaosheng He Yanxin Luo | 2021 | Gastroenterology Report2021,9,2: | 16 |
| 2 | Controlling the Properties of Solvent-free Fe_3O_4 Nanofluids by Corona Structure显示文摘We studied the relationship between corona structure and properties of solvent-free Fe3O4 nanofluids. We proposed a series of corona structures with different branched chains and synthesize different solvent-free nanofluids in order to show the effect of corona structure on the phase behavior, dispersion, as well as rheology properties. Results demonstrate novel liquid-like behaviors without solvent at room temperature. Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles content is bigger than 8% and its size is about 23 nm. For the solvent-free nanofluids,the long chain corona has the internal plasticization, which can decrease the loss modulus of system, while the short chain of corona results in the high viscosity of nanofluids. Long alkyl chains of modifiers lead to lower viscosity and better flowability of nanofluids. | 7 | Mammary cell proliferation and catabolism of adipose tissues in nutrition-restricted lactating sows were associated with extracellular high glutamate levels显示文摘Background: Persistent lactation,as the result of mammary cellular anabolism and secreting function,is dependent on substantial mobilization or catabolism of body reserves under nutritional deficiency.However,little is known about the biochemical mechanisms for nutrition-restricted lactating animals to simultaneously maintain the anabolism of mammary cells while catabolism of body reserves.In present study,lactating sows with restricted feed allowance(RFA)(n = 6),24% feed restriction compared with the control(CON) group(n = 6),were used as the nutrition-restricted model.Microdialysis and mammary venous cannulas methods were used to monitor postprandial dynamic changes of metabolites in adipose and mammary tissues.Results: At lactation d 28,the RFA group showed higher(P < 0.05) loss of body weight and backfat than the CON group.Compared with the CON group,the adipose tissue of the RFA group had higher(P < 0.05) extracellular glutamate and insulin levels,increased(P < 0.05) lipolysis related genes(HSL and ATGL) expression,and decreased(P < 0.05) glucose transport and metabolism related genes(VAMP8,PKLR and LDHB) expression.These results indicated that under nutritional restriction,reduced insulin-mediated glucose uptake and metabolism and increased lipolysis in adipose tissues was related to extracellular high glutamate concentration.As for mammary glands,compared with the CON group,the RFA group had up-regulated(P < 0.05) expression of Notch signaling ligand(DLL3) and receptors(NOTCH2 and NOTCH4),higher(P < 0.05) extracellular glutamate concentration,while expression of cell proliferation related genes and concentrations of most metabolites in mammary veins were not different(P > 0.05) between groups.Accordingly,piglet performance and milk yield did not differ(P > 0.05) between groups.It would appear that activation of Notch signaling and adequate supply of glutamate might assist mammogenesis.Conclusions: Mammary cell proliferation and catabolism of adipose tissues in nutrition-restricted lactating sows were associated with extracellular high glutamate levels. | Heju Zhong Peng Wang Yumo Song Xiaoling Zhang Lianqiang Che Bin Feng Yan Lin Shengyu Xu Jian Li De Wu Qiaofeng Wu Zhengfeng Fang | 2019 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Agronomic and Economic Evaluation for Intercropping between Chewing Cane and Peanut显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the proper intercropping pattern between chewing cane and peanut.[Methods]A field experiment was carried out to investigate the yield and economic benefit of chewing cane and peanut,as well as the changes in soil properties under different chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns.Three chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns were designed,in which with every row of chewing cane intercropping one row of peanut(CP_(1)),intercropping two rows of peanut(CP_(2))and chewing cane mono-cropping(MC).[Results]It had no significant effect on the agronomic characters of chewing cane and peanut in CP_(1)and CP_(2),compared with MC.The soil properties before the planting(BP)and after the harvest(AH)indicated that the chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns significantly increased soil organic matter and soil available nitrogen contents,but decreased soil available potassium contents,and CP_(2)had better effect on soil structure than CP_(1).The total production value and economic benefit were increased significantly on the CP_(1)and CP_(2),comparing the MC,and the benefit of CP_(2)was higher significantly than that of CP_(1).The land equivalent ratios(LER)for CP_(1)and CP_(2)were 1.94 and 1.72,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of MC(0.83).Although planting cost was increased in chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns partly,the production value and the profits were enhanced significantly.[Conclusions]CP_(2)could be significantly advantageous for the yield and benefits of chewing cane and peanut and soil properties.The favorable intercropping pattern for economic return would be one row of 120 cm width for chewing cane with two rows of peanut. | Yufeng LIU Yumo TAN Dan LIANG Yongming LAI | 2022 | Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Survey and Study of Soil Nutrients of Sugarcane Field in Southern Guangxi显示文摘To survey and analyze soil nutrients of sugarcane field in southern Guangxi and provide basic data for reasonable land use and scientific fertilization,combining GIS technology,a total of 498 samples of topsoil of typical soil types in southern Guangxi sugarcane planting areas were collected and soil nutrients were measured. Survey results indicate that the p H value of 95% soil in southern Guangxi is lower than 6. 5;acid soil is major soil type of sugarcane planting areas in southern Guangxi; the organic matter content is 6. 03- 44. 58 g / kg; alkali-hydrolyzable N is 14. 0- 175. 0 mg / kg; available P is 1. 7- 95. 0 mg / kg; available K is 11. 0- 358. 0 mg / kg; the content of most nutrients remains at medium level,and there is still a large gap with high-yield soil condition. In various trace elements,the average content of B is 0. 24 mg / kg,- 98% soil lacks B; the average content of available Mg is 62. 34 mg / kg and 69. 08% soil lacks Mg; the average content of active Ca is 592.68 mg / kg and the active Ca is relatively low in 54. 84% soil; the average content of available Zn is 0. 93 mg / kg,and 19. 08% soil lacks Zn;the average content of available Cu is 0. 65 mg / kg,and 7. 02% soil lacks Cu. | 11 | Tongue diagnosis based on hue-saturation value color space: controlled study of tongue appearance in patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease显示文摘Objective To analyze the characteristics of tongue imaging color parameters in patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and non-PCI for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD),and to observethe effects of PCI on the tongue images of patients as a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patientswith CHD.Methods This study used a retrospective cross-sectional survey to analyze tongue photographs and medicalhistory information from 204 patients with CHD between November 2018 and July 2020.Tongue images ofeach subject were obtained using the Z-BOX Series traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intelligent diagnosisinstruments,the SMX System 2.0 was used to transform the image data into parameters in the HSV color space,and finally the parameters of the tongue image between patients in the PCI-treated and non-PCI-treated groupsfor CHD were analyzed.Results Among the 204 patients,112 were in the non-PCI treatment group(38 men and 74 women;average age of(68.76±9.49)years),92 were in the PCI treatment group(66 men and 26 women;average age of(66.02±10.22)years).In the PCI treatment group,the H values of the middle and tip of the tongue and the overall coating of thetongue were lower(P<0.05),while the V values of the middle,tip,both sides of the tongue,the whole tongueand the overall coating of the tongue were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The color parameters of the tongue image could reflect the physical state of patients treated withPCI,which may provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with CHD. | Yumo Xia Qingsheng Wang Xiao Feng Xin’ang Xiao Yiqin Wang Zhaoxia Xu | 2023 | Intelligent Medicine2023,3,4: | 0 |
