| 1 | 稻曲病生防菌的筛选与鉴定显示文摘[目的]为获得优良、高效的稻曲病生防菌株。[方法]通过对峙培养法、菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,综合筛选对稻曲病菌具有拮抗作用的生防菌株,根据形态特征、生理生化特性和16S r DNA序列进行种类鉴定。[结果]筛选出2株抑菌活性较高的生防菌QYQN-3和ZHQN-6,抑菌圈直径分别为33.33、31.67 mm,30%发酵液的菌丝生长抑制率分别为56.06%和50.76%,孢子萌发抑制率分别为47.85%和74.85%。菌株QYQN-3具有广谱抑菌效果。QYQN-3为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),ZHQN-6为短小芽孢杆菌(B. pumilus)。[结论]2株生防菌对稻曲病菌均有较高的抑制效果,拓宽了稻曲病生防菌的种类。 | 李晶 魏松红 徐清云 孔令春 杨梦冉 王应玲 谷思涵 王海宁 | 2020 | 农药2020,59,9: | 6 |

| 5 | Comprehensive identification of lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylated proteins in Ustilaginoidea virens reveals the involvement of lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation in fungal virulence显示文摘Lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation(Khib) is a newly identified post-translational modification(PTM) that plays important roles in transcription and cell proliferation in eukaryotes. However, its function remains unknown in phytopathogenic fungi. Here,we performed a comprehensive assessment of Khibin the rice false smut fungus Ustilaginoidea virens, using Tandem Mass Tag(TMT)-based quantitative proteomics approach. A total of 3 426 Khibsites were identified in 977 proteins, sugg esting that Khibis a common and complex PTM in U. virens. Our data demonstrated that the2-hydroxyisobutyrylated proteins are involved in diverse biological processes. Network analysis of the modified proteins revealed a highly interconnected protein network that included many well-studied virulence factors. We confirmed that the Zn-binding reduced potassium dependency3-type histone deacetylase(UvRpd3) is a major enzyme that removes 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation and acetylation in U. virens. Notably, mutations of Khib sites in the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)UvSlt2 significantly reduced fungal virulence and decreased the enzymatic activity of UvSlt2. Molecular dynamics simulations demonstrated that 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation in UvSlt2 increased the hydrophobic solvent-accessible surface area and thereby affected binding between the UvSlt2 enzyme and its substrates. | 6 | Putative Phosphatase UvPsr1 Is Required for Mycelial Growth, Conidiation, Stress Response and Pathogenicity in Ustilaginonidea virens显示文摘Ustilaginoidea virens is the causal agent of rice false smut,which can be a highly destructive disease of rice.The plasma membrane phosphatase Psr1 proteins,which act as a regulator of the salinity stress response in yeast,are widely distributed across fungi,but their functional characterization is sketchy.In this study,we characterized the functions of Psr1 protein,UvPsr1,in U.virens.Analyses of the AUvpsr1 and its complementation strain showed that UvPsr1 is required for normal mycelial growth,conidiation and tolerance to oxidative,osmotic and cell wall stresses.When rice panicles were inoculated with the AUvpsr1 strains,no symptoms of false smut disease developed,showing that UvPSR1 also contributes to the pathogenicity of the fungus.The deletion mutant of UvPSR1 also appeared to produce a smaller titer of toxic compounds able to inhibit elongation of the germinated seeds.In conclusion,our results indicated that UvPsr1 is a new pathogenic factor of U.virens. | Xiong Meng Meng Shuai Qiu Jiehua Shi Huanbin Shen Xiangling Kou Yanjun | 2020 | Rice science2020,27,6: | 2 |
| 7 | 2020—2021年江苏省稻曲病菌对三唑类杀菌剂的抗药性监测显示文摘前期研究发现江苏省稻曲病菌对三唑类杀菌剂存在抗药性风险,为进一步明确江苏省稻曲病菌对三唑类杀菌剂的抗药性发展规律,指导全省三唑类杀菌剂的科学使用,利用菌丝生长速率法,测定了2020年江苏省6个地区和2021年江苏省7个地区共计219个稻曲病菌单孢菌株对三唑类杀菌剂的敏感性,并通过测定抗性菌株的生长速率和对水稻的致病力对其适合度进行了分析。结果表明,2020年采集的84株稻曲病菌对丙环唑均敏感;2021年,在靖江市监测到1株抗药性菌株,该市抗性频率为6.7%,全省抗性频率为0.7%;抗性水平2.2倍。进一步对筛选到的稻曲病菌抗药性菌株适合分析发现,抗药性菌株生长和致病力与敏感菌株相比均无显著差异,表明在三唑类杀菌剂的田间选择压下,抗药性可能会进一步发展。本研究明确了江苏省稻曲病菌对三唑类杀菌剂存在低抗药性风险,目前在做好抗药性监测的前提下,三唑类杀菌剂可继续作为江苏省防治稻曲病的主要药剂。 | 潘夏艳 朱凤 周晨 于俊杰 俞咪娜 宋天巧 曹慧娟 刘永锋 | 2023 | 江苏农业科学2023,51,5: | 2 |
| 8 | 稻曲病菌转录因子UvZnFTF2参与稻曲病菌生长发育和致病性显示文摘转录因子通过调控生物体内不同基因的转录进而调控机体的生物学功能。ZnFTFs(Zn2Cys6class fungal-specific transcription factors)家族转录因子具有Zn_clus结构域和fungal_trans结构域,是一类真菌特异性转录因子。关于该转录因子在稻曲病菌中的作用及其机制报道较少。本研究分析了包含一个Zn_clus结构域和fungal_trans结构域的UvZnFTF2转录因子在稻曲病菌侵染不同时间点的转录表达模式,结果表明,在侵染3 d后,UvZnFTF2的表达开始上升,侵染7 d后下降。通过生物信息学分析发现,UvZnFTF2进化上与蝗缘殭菌(Metarhizium acridum)的ZnFTF2(KAG8424307.1)同源性最高。通过在稻曲病菌中沉默UvZnFTF2进行功能研究发现,UvZnFTF2沉默后,稻曲病菌菌丝生长和产孢量显著降低,并且致病性显著下降。RT-PCR分析表明,沉默UvZnFTF2后稻曲病菌中效应子SGP1的转录表达量显著低于野生型菌株。上述结果揭示了UvZnFTF2对稻曲病菌生长、发育和致病性的重要作用,为深入揭示稻曲病菌生长发育和致病分子机制奠定基础。 | 宋天巧 于俊杰 俞咪娜 曹慧娟 潘夏艳 齐中强 杜艳 梁栋 张荣胜 刘永锋 | 2022 | 植物病理学报2022,52,6: | 1 |
| 9 | 玉米蛋白粉DNA提取方法比较研究显示文摘饲料样本本身的复杂性给进出口产品转基因(genetically modified,GM)成分的检测工作带来了巨大的压力和挑战。玉米蛋白粉主要包含蛋白质、淀粉和脂类等成分,从中提取高品质的DNA比较困难,而高品质的DNA是转基因检测研究的关键,能够大大降低进出口检验中的“假阴性”结果。采用市售主流品牌常用的7种试剂盒(Promega公司、Biotecon公司、天根生化科技有限公司、Invitrogen公司、Qiagen公司、TaKaRa公司)、CTAB法以及改良SDS-CTAB法提取玉米蛋白粉中的DNA。通过对玉米内源基因进行实时荧光PCR检测,发现改良SDS-CTAB法提取的玉米蛋白粉DNA质量明显优于其他方法,改良SDS-CTAB法内源基因zSSⅡb的Ct值为28.14,较CTAB法提高了27%。研究建立的改良SDS-CTAB法在国内外尚属首次应用于饲料转基因产品中,并对7批次实验室送检样品进行转基因成分检测,成功检出2批次阳性样品。 | 甄珍 窦迎港 刘晓兰 | 2022 | 生物技术进展2022,12,1: | 1 |
| 10 | Ustilaginoidea virens modulates lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation in rice flowers during infection显示文摘The post-translational modification lysine 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation(K_(hib))plays an important role in gene transcription,metabolism,and enzymatic activity.K_(hib)sites have been identified in rice(Oryza sativa).However,the K_(hib)status of proteins in rice flowers during pathogen infection remains unclear.Here,we report a comprehensive identification of K_(hib)-modified proteins in rice flowers,and the changes in these proteins during infection with the fungal pathogen Ustilaginoidea virens.By using a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we identified 2,891 K_(hib)sites on 964 proteins in rice flowers.Our data demonstrated that 2-hydroxyisobutyrylated proteins are involved in diverse biological processes.K_(hib)levels were substantially reduced upon infection with U.virens.Chromatin immunoprecipitation polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and reverse transcription quantitative PCR analyses revealed that histone K_(hib)is involved in the expression of disease-resistance genes.More importantly,most quantified sites on core histones H3 were downregulated upon U.virens infection.In addition,the histone deacetylases HDA705,HDA716,SRT1,and SRT2 are involved in the removal of K_(hib)marks in rice.HDA705 was further confirmed to negatively regulate rice disease resistance to pathogens U.virens,Magnaporthe oryzae,and Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo).Our data suggest that U.virens could modulate K_(hib)in rice flowers during infection. | Xiaoyang Chen Qiutao Xu Yuhang Duan Hao Liu Xiaolin Chen Junbin Huang Chaoxi Luo Dao-Xiu Zhou Lu Zheng | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,10: | 1 |

| 13 | 基于深度学习的水稻稻曲病图像识别与分级鉴定显示文摘【目的】为了实现田间复杂背景下水稻稻曲病的智能识别与病情分级鉴定,本研究提出了一种基于深度学习的水稻稻曲病图像识别和分级鉴定的方法。【方法】在水稻田间采集不同背景下的水稻稻曲病图像412张,对图像数据集进行人工标注,然后将其图像数据集划分为训练集和测试集。用Yolov5算法对图像数据集中的训练集进行模型训练,以准确率(Precision)、召回率(Recall)和平均准确率(mean Average Precision,mAP)作为评价标准;再用训练好的模型检测测试集中稻曲病图像中的目标。【结果】试验表明,准确率、召回率的值靠近坐标轴(1,1)位置,mAP的值为0.995;目标检测的平均准确率都在0.89以上,且该模型可根据单穗稻曲病病粒数的识别来判定稻曲病病情级别。【结论】基于深度学习的Yolov5模型可以识别水稻稻曲病图像和病情级别鉴定,为开发水稻稻曲病的智能化识别系统奠定了基础。 | 伏荣桃 王剑 陈诚 李洪浩 赵黎宇 卢代华 | 2022 | 四川农业科技2022,,10: | 0 |
| 14 | 水稻病害孢子多光谱衍射识别与病害源定位方法研究显示文摘水稻真菌病害主要依赖真菌孢子在空气中进行传播。然而各种水稻病害孢子的形态相近,传统孢子捕捉仪和显微图像法难以对其进行区分。为了能够准确识别目标病害孢子并进行病害源定位,提出了一种水稻病害孢子多光谱衍射识别与病害源定位方法。为了解决传统衍射方法无法识别形态相似的缺点,设计了一种大视场、无透镜的多光谱衍射成像传感器。通过分析病害孢子衍射指纹图谱,解析稻瘟病菌、稻曲病菌孢子多光谱衍射成像特征规律。融合孢子的形态特征和吸收特性,提出指纹分离强度和相对峰差两个特征参数,建立孢子的多光谱衍射识别模型。通过仿真计算实验分析孢子传播规律,耦合环境信息建立孢子传播过程中的扩散模型。在无定向风及有定向风条件下分析孢子的空间分布情况,提出病害爆发源迭代质心定位算法。实验结果表明,本文方法对水稻病害孢子的识别率达到98.5%,对无定向风条件下的定位误差最低为4.9%,对有定向风条件下的定位误差最低为7.1%。 | 杨宁 张天纬 张钊源 张晓东 毛罕平 袁寿其 | 2023 | 农业机械学报2023,54,4: | 0 |
