1中药材上农药应用现状及其炮制加工过程对农药残留的影响显示文摘中医药是我国独特的医药资源,中药材作为中医药的重要组成部分,其质量安全广受关注。在中药材病虫草害防治过程中,由于农药不规范使用导致的农药残留问题直接影响着中药材产品质量安全甚至出口贸易。本文对我国中药材上农药登记情况及残留限量(maximum residue limit,MRL)标准进行了概述,并重点归纳了炮制加工过程对中药材中农药残留的影响,同时就中药材上农药使用和管理等方面的相关问题进行了讨论,提出了降低农药残留污染的相关措施。旨在明确中药材从采收到入口全过程中农药残留的变化规律,以期为加强对中药材中农药残留的控制,降低农药残留污染风险以及为我国中药材上农药使用和管理提供参考。郭璐瑶 董丰收 李远播 徐军 刘新刚 吴小虎 郑永权 2021农药学学报2021,23,4:17
2中药材中常见农药残留及其研究进展显示文摘中药材是我国传统的宝贵资源,因其天然、疗效确切的特点备受国内外青睐。在中药材种植和生长过程中常需要使用大量农药来预防和治理中药材中各类病虫害,以达到提高中药材产量、保证中药材质量的目的。作为一类用于防治病虫害及调节植物生长的化学药剂,大部分农药可通过内吸、胃毒、触杀、熏蒸等多种方式起到很好的除虫害效果,特别是内吸性农药,能够通过进入中药材体内从而杀灭隐藏害虫,虽然防虫效果良好,但残留在中药材中的内吸性农药也难以通过简单清洗去除,为中药材的安全埋下了较大的隐患。同时,若过量或不规范使用农药都将导致中药材中出现严重的农药残留问题,这不仅会影响中药材的质量和药效,危害人类健康,同时也影响了中药行业的国际化发展。当前中药材中的农药残留问题已经成为影响国内中药材行业发展的瓶颈,同样也阻碍着中药材的出口贸易。因此,研究对中药材中的农药残留如何进行快速、灵敏、精准检测和脱除具有重要意义。该文综述了近年来中药材中常见农药残留的特点、危害以及检测方法和脱除技术,并对其检测和脱除技术的发展进行展望,旨在为中药材中农药残留检测技术和质量控制提供参考,有效保证中药材质量安全,并进一步促进中药产业健康发展。任理雪 邓高琼 龙婉君 陈亨业 郭兰萍 杨健 付海燕 2022中国中药杂志2022,47,11:14
3基于网络药理学和分子对接技术的化湿败毒方抗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的潜在机制研究显示文摘目的:通过网络药理学研究化湿败毒方抗COVID-19的潜在作用机理并辅以分子对接验证。方法:基于TCMSP、GeneCard、String等数据库以及Cytoscape、AutoDockVina等软件,构建网络关系,通过分子对接计算活性成分与靶点蛋白的结合能力,进行生物功能富集分析。结果:与3CL水解酶(3CLpro)和血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)受体强亲和力的成分有槲皮素、黄芩素、黄芪甲苷、汉黄芩素等成分;筛选得到的25个活性成分与IL-6、IL-1β、NOS2、CCL2等靶点都有较强的亲和力。生物功能富集分析主要聚焦于Th17、Th1和Th2细胞分化、NF-κB、MAPK、TNF、IL-17等信号通路。结论:化湿败毒方活性成分可抑制SARS-CoV-2病毒的侵染与复制,调节RAS系统平衡、3抑制过激的免疫炎症反应,阻止炎症风暴出现来抗COVID-19。宋红新 王汉 马旭冉 王敦方 王彦礼 邹迪新 苗金雪 杨伟鹏 2020海南医学院学报2020,26,23:9
4Isochlorogenic acid(ICGA): natural medicine with potentials in pharmaceutical developments显示文摘Natural products have attracted a great deal of attention as significant resources in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and in chemical medicine, as well as in cosmetic ingredients, nutraceuticals and food products. Isochlorogenic acid(ICGA), which has medicinal value, has been discovered in various plants. As a widespread natural medicine, ICGA should be the subject of further research and development. However, there have been no systematic analyses of ICGA. According to our investigation, ICGA was initially isolated from green coffee extracts by Barnes et al. in 1950. To date, it has been discovered in a variety of tea, vegetables, medicinal diet and TCM materials. ICGA is used as a chemical marker for the quality control of these TCM materials. The metabolic process of ICGA has been studied in detail, conforming to be linear dynamics. Thus, the clear pharmacokinetics of ICGA offers a solid foundation for its research and development. ICGA has multiple biological and pharmacological effects, and studies have mainly focused on its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, hypoglycemic, neuroprotective, and cardiovascular protective effects, and hepatoprotective properties. 5Natural products as LSD1 inhibitors for cancer therapy显示文摘Natural products generally fall into the biologically relevant chemical space and always possess novel biological activities, thus making them a rich source of lead compounds for new drug discovery. With the recent technological advances, natural product-based drug discovery is now reaching a new era. Natural products have also shown promise in epigenetic drug discovery, some of them have advanced into clinical trials or are presently being used in clinic. The histone lysine specific demethylase1(LSD1), an important class of histone demethylases, has fundamental roles in the development of various pathological conditions. Targeting LSD1 has been recognized as a promising therapeutic option for cancer treatment. Notably, some natural products with different chemotypes including protoberberine alkaloids, flavones, polyphenols, and cyclic peptides have shown effectiveness against LSD1. These natural products provide novel scaffolds for developing new LSD1 inhibitors. In this review, we mainly discuss the identification of natural LSD1 inhibitors, analysis of the co-crystal structures of LSD1/natural product complex, antitumor activity and their modes of action. 9抗病毒药物治疗COVID-19的研究进展:临床试验的系统综述显示文摘目的:探讨抗病毒药物治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、medRxiv、中国知网、中国临床试验注册中心、Clinical trials.gov等数据库截止至2020年4月29日有关新型冠状病毒肺炎抗病毒治疗的临床试验,对试验结果进行系统综述。结果:共纳入20项研究,随机对照研究8项,非随机对照研究3项,回顾性队列研究3项,回顾性病例系列研究4项,观察性研究2项,合计2299例患者。评价的药物包括瑞德西韦、洛匹那韦/利托那韦、羟氯喹、法匹拉韦、阿比多尔、达诺瑞韦、疏风解毒胶囊和连花清瘟胶囊(颗粒)。所评价的抗病毒药物均未在临床试验中展现出对COVID-19的优越疗效。中成药疏风解毒胶囊和连花清瘟胶囊(颗粒)能明显改善轻型和普通型患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。安全性方面,需要特别关注洛匹那韦/利托那韦的胃肠道不良反应和瑞德西韦的严重不良反应。结论:目前暂无特效药,重型患者早期可试用瑞德西韦或采用2种以上抗病毒药物联合治疗,轻型和普通型患者可加用中成药辅助治疗。需要更高质量,大样本随机对照试验进一步验证瑞德西韦、羟氯喹、法匹拉韦等药物的疗效。吴燕子 周强 薛源 周国华 黄晓晖 2020中国医院药学杂志2020,40,20:3

155种清感饮系列制剂同时多成分表征与鉴定显示文摘[目的]分析清感饮系列制剂(春饮、夏饮、秋饮、冬饮与童饮)中化学成分,进行多成分同步表征。[方法]利用超高效液相色谱/离子淌度-四极杆-飞行时间质谱数据非依赖高分辨MSE采集技术(UHPLC/IM-QTOF-HDMS^(E)),在相同色谱-质谱条件下对清感饮系列制剂及其组方各单味药的色谱图进行比对分析,对复方中色谱峰进行单味药归属,并结合高分辨质谱数据和对照品信息,构建基于UNIFITM软件调用自建数据库的自动峰注解流程实现中药成分的智能化、高效鉴定。[结果]从清感饮5种制剂中共鉴定177种化学成分,包括73种黄酮类,32种有机酸类,18种单萜类,15种苯乙醇苷类,13种木脂素类,10种三萜皂苷类,6种醌类,5种糖类,3种生物碱类及2种二苯乙烯类化合物。[结论]本实验所建立的UHPLC/IM-QTOF-HDMS^(E)技术适合于鉴定中药复方清感饮系列制剂主要化学成分,为阐明该复方药效物质基础提供了科学依据。孙梦晓 丁辉 王跃飞 高秀梅 李雪 杨文志 2022天津中医药2022,39,6:1
