3The Ghd7 transcription factor represses ARE1 expression to enhance nitrogen utilization and grain yield in rice显示文摘The genetic improvement of nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)of crops is vital for grain productivity and sustainable agriculture.However,the regulatory mechanism of NUE remains largely elusive.Here,we report that the rice Grain number,plant height,and heading date7(Ghd7)gene genetically acts upstream of ABC1 REPRESSOR1(ARE1),a negative regulator of NUE,to positively regulate nitrogen utilization.As a transcriptional repressor,Ghd7 directly binds to two Evening Element-like motifs in the promoter and intron 1 of ARE1,likely in a cooperative manner,to repress its expression.Ghd7 and ARE1 display diurnal expression patterns in an inverse oscillation manner,mirroring a regulatory scheme based on these two loci.Analysis of a panel of 2656 rice varieties suggests that the elite alleles of Ghd7 and ARE1 have undergone diversifying selection during breeding.Moreover,the allelic distribution of Ghd7 and ARE1 is associated with the soil nitrogen deposition rate in East Asia and South Asia.Remarkably,the combination of the Ghd7 and ARE1 elite alleles substantially improves NUE and yield performance under nitrogen-limiting conditions.Collectively,these results define a Ghd7–ARE1-based regulatory mechanism of nitrogen utilization,providing useful targets for genetic improvement of rice NUE.Qing Wang Qingmei Su Jinqiang Nian Jian Zhang Meng Guo Guojun Dong Jiang Hu Rongsheng Wang Changshuo Wei Guanwen Li Wan Wang Hui-Shan Guo Shaoyang Lin Wenfeng Qian XianzhiXie Qian Qian Fan Chen Jianru Zuo 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,6:10
4Von Clauss法与PT衍生法测定纤维蛋白原在全自动血凝仪的应用比较显示文摘目的:比较ACL ELITE PRO全自动血凝分析仪上Von Clauss法与PT衍生法(PT-der法)测定纤维蛋白原(FIB)的准确性及其临床应用价值。方法:用Von Clauss法与PT衍生法分别对新鲜混合血浆,20份正常质控品,301例临床样本和15例D-D二聚体阳性标本进行检测。结果:两种方法测定FIB的重复性良好;对20份正常质控品的测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对临床样本按PT-der法检测结果分阶段做分析,FIB在1.51~3.50 g/L时,两种方法测定结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),FIB>3.50 g/L时,PT-der法结果偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);15例D-D二聚体阳性标本用PT-der法测定结果明显高于Von Clauss法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在ACLELITE PRO全自动血凝分析仪上,当PT-der法测出的FIB值在1.51~3.50 g/L时,直接报告结果,当PT-der法测出的FIB值>3.50 g/L时,以Von Clauss法复查的结果发出报告,两者结合应用可确保工作质量,提高实际工作效益。彭裕辉 方裕森 许镒洧 罗育豪 林雪琼 2011中国医药导报2011,8,12:9

7Development of nutritious rice with high zinc/selenium and low cadmium in grains through QTL pyramiding显示文摘Enriching zinc(Zn) and selenium(Se) levels,while reducing cadmium(Cd) concentration in rice grains is of great benefit for human diet and health.Large natural variations in grain Zn, Se, and Cd concentrations in different rice accessions enable Zn/Sebiofortification and Cd-minimization through molecular breeding. Here, we report the development of new elite varieties by pyramiding major quantitative trait loci(QTLs) that significantly contribute to high Zn/Se and low Cd accumulation in grains. A chromosome segment substitution line CSSLGCC7 with the PA64s-derived GCC7 allele in the 93-11 background, exhibited steadily higher Mn and lower Cd concentrations in grains than those of 93-11. This elite chromosome segment substitution line(CSSL) was used as the core breeding material to cross with CSSLs harboring other major QTLs for essential mineral elements, especially CSSLGZC6 for grain Zn concentration and CSSLGSC5 for grain Se concentration. The CSSLGCC7+GZC6 and CSSLGCC7+GSC5 exhibited lower Cd concentration with higher Zn and Se concentrations in grains, respectively. 10Modeling and simulation of recurrent phenotypic and genomic selections in plant breeding under the presence of epistasis显示文摘Recurrent selection is an important breeding method for population improvement and selecting elite inbreds or fixed lines from the improved germplasm.Recently,a computer simulation tool called QuMARS has been developed,which allows the simulation and optimization of various recurrent selection strategies.Our major objective in this study was to use the QuMARS tool to compare phenotypic recurrent,marker-assisted recurrent,and genomic selections(abbreviated respectively as PS,MARS and GS)for both short-and long-termbreeding procedures.ForMARS,twomarker selection models were considered,i.e.,stepwise(Rstep)and forward regressions(Forward).For GS,three prediction models were considered,i.e.,genomic best linear unbiased predictors(GBLUP),ridge regression(Ridge),and regression by Moore-Penrose general inverse(InverseMP).To generate genotypes and phenotypes for a given individual during simulation,one additive and two epistasis genetic models were considered with three levels of heritability.Results demonstrated that selection responses from GBLUP-based GS and MARS(Forward)were consistently greater than those from PS under the additive model,particularly in early selection cycles.In contrast,selection response from PS was consistently superior over MARS and GS under epistatic models.For the two epistasis models,total genetic variance and the additive variance component were increased in some cases after selection.Through simulation,we concluded that GS and PS were effective recurrent selection methods for improved breeding of targeted traits controlled by additive and epistatic quantitative trait loci(QTL).QuMARS provides an opportunity for breeders to compare,optimize and integrate new technology into their conventional breeding programs.Mohsin Ali Luyan Zhang Ian DeLacy Vivi Arief Mark Dieters Wolfgang H.Pfeiffer Jiankang Wang Huihui Li 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,5:4

15Philips Brilliance iCT Elite冠状动脉CTA低剂量扫描的研究与探讨显示文摘目的 :评价冠状动脉CT血管成像(CT angiography,CTA)低剂量扫描结合i Dose重建与常规剂量扫描结合滤波反投影(filtered back-projection,FBP)重建图像的图像质量,探讨Philips Brilliance i CT Elite冠状动脉成像中降低k Vp对减低辐射剂量的影响程度。方法:筛选73例行门控轴位扫描的患者,分为A、B、C、D 4组。其中A组采用常规剂量120 k Vp,B、C、D组均采用100 k Vp,应用软件i Dose4分别降噪,观察降低剂量的效果。结果 :应用Philips Brilliance i CT Elite的i Dose4迭代重建可以显著改善图像的质量,在CT剂量指数(CT dose index,CTDI)较常规剂量降低50%的条件下仍可以得到与常规剂量FBP重建相当甚至更好的图像,在非选择性人群中,其冠状动脉CTA辐射剂量降至55%是可行的。结论 :通过降低k Vp可以显著降低冠状动脉成像扫描的辐射剂量。胡安宁 辛小燕 朱斌 2016医疗卫生装备2016,37,5:3
16ELITE PRO血凝仪2种测定纤维蛋白原方法结果的比较显示文摘目的:研究贝克曼库尔特ACL ELITE PRO全自动血凝仪,简称ELITE PRO。用凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin time,PT)衍算法(PT-Fib)测定纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fib)含量的精密度及其与凝血酶法(Clauss法)检测结果的相关性。方法:用Clauss法及PT-Fib法同时测定232例标本的Fib含量,对其结果的相关性进行分析,得出PT-Fib法测定Fib在ELITE PRO上的可信范围。结果:PT-Fib法检测结果精密度高,当Fib含量在1.5~4.5 g/L时,PT-Fib法与Clauss法的结果接近,两者测定结果正相关;当Fib<1.5 g/L或>4.5 g/L时,PT-Fib法的结果高于Clauss法。结论:当PT-Fib法测定的Fib含量在1.5~4.5 g/L时结果可靠,可直接用于临床报告;当PT-Fib法测定的Fib结果<1.5 g/L或>4.5 g/L时结果不稳定,应用Clauss法进一步复查。2种方法结合使用既可保证Fib检测速度的迅速、结果的准确,也可达到节约试剂的目的。徐承来 周彦 刘小林 2012重庆医科大学学报2012,37,9:3

19Auxin regulation and MdPIN expression during adventitious root initiation in apple cuttings显示文摘Adventitious root(AR)formation is critical for the efficient propagation of elite horticultural and forestry crops.Despite decades of research,the cellular processes and molecular mechanisms underlying AR induction in woody plants remain obscure.We examined the details of AR formation in apple(Malus domestica)M.9 rootstock,the most widely used dwarf rootstock for intensive production,and investigated the role of polar auxin transport in postembryonic organogenesis.AR formation begins with a series of founder cell divisions and elongation of the interfascicular cambium adjacent to vascular tissues.This process is associated with a relatively high indole acetic acid(IAA)content and hydrolysis of starch grains.Exogenous auxin treatment promoted this cell division,as well as the proliferation and reorganization of the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi membrane.In contrast,treatment with the auxin transport inhibitor N-1-naphthylphthalamic acid(NPA)inhibited cell division in the basal region of the cuttings and resulted in abnormal cell divisions during the early stage of AR formation.In addition,PIN-FORMED(PIN)transcripts were differentially expressed throughout the whole AR development process.We also detected upregulation of MdPIN8 and MdPIN10 during induction;upregulation of MdPIN4,MdPIN5,and MdPIN8 during extension;and upregulation of all MdPINs during AR initiation.This research provides an improved understanding of the cellular and molecular underpinnings of the AR process in woody plants.Ling Guan Yingjun Li Kaihui Huang Zong-Ming(Max)Cheng 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2
