1Deep water bottom current deposition in the northern South China Sea显示文摘There are some active bottom currents on the northern continental slope of the South China Sea (SCS). Reflection seismic profiles show that the bottom current channels occur in the water depth range of 1000 to 2700 m,extending from the NE to the SW,leading to accumulation of discontinuous drifts with higher sedimentation rates on the eastern side of the channel. The stacking pattern of the layers sug-gests that these drifts propagated southwestward,following the direction of the bottom currents. One sedimentary drift to the southeast of the Dongsha Islands has the highest sedimentation rate of 97cm/ka in the last 12 ka. The sedimentary characteristics of the sediment layers indicate that these bottom currents are most likley caused by the water movement of a branch of the West Pacific Ocean Current,which enters the northern SCS via the Bashi Strait. Once formed,the bottom currents trans-port sediments along the northern slope of SCS southwestward and finally disappear into the central basin of the SCS. 3两种根管预备器械根管清洁能力的扫描电镜观察显示文摘目的 :比较Profile机用根管预备器械与手用K锉预备根管后 ,根管内壁清洁度的差异。方法 :选择 4个无龋、因牙周病而拔除的恒磨牙的弯曲根管 (弯曲度 15°左右 ) ,随机分为两组 ,分别以Profile机用根管器械与手用K锉预备根管 ,预备完成后纵向剖开根管 ,常规制备扫描电镜标本 ,观察比较根管壁的残屑和玷污层。结果 :Profile组根管壁的残屑多为Ⅱ级标准 ,玷污层多为Ⅲ级标准 ;手用K锉组根管壁的残屑多为Ⅲ级标准 ,玷污层多为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级标准。结论 :Profile机用根管预备器械根管清洁能力优于手用K锉。沙鑫家 林媛 吴补领 2003牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志2003,13,6:22
4Gear geometry of cycloid drives显示文摘According to differential geometry and gear geometry, the equation of meshing for small teeth difference planetary gearing and a universal equation of conjugated profile are established based on cylindrical pin tooth and given motion. The correct meshing condition, contact line, contact ratio, calculating method for pin tooth's maximum contact point are developed. Investigation on the theory of conjugated meshing is carried out when the tooth difference numbers between pin wheel and cycloidal gear are 1, 2, 3 and ?1, respectively. A general method called enveloping method to generate hypocycloid and epicycloid is put forward. 5Modification Design Method for an Enveloping Hourglass Worm Gear with Consideration of Machining and Misalignment Errors显示文摘The influences of machining and misalignment errors play a very critical role in the performance of the anti-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm gear(ADEHWG).However,a corresponding efficient method for eliminating or reducing these errors on the tooth profile of the ADEHWG is seldom reported.The gear engagement equation and tooth profile equation for considering six different errors that could arise from the machining and gear misalignment are derived from the theories of differential geometry and gear meshing.Also,the tooth contact analysis(TCA) is used to systematically investigate the influence of the machining and misalignment errors on the contact curves and the tooth profile by means of numerical analysis and three-dimensional solid modeling.The research results show that vertical angular misalignment of the worm wheel(Δβ) has the strongest influences while the tooth angle error(Δα) has the weakest influences on the contact curves and the tooth profile.A novel efficient approach is proposed and used to minimize the effect of the errors in manufacturing by changing the radius of the grinding wheel and the approaching point of contact.The results from the TCA and the experiment demonstrate that this tooth profile design modification method can indeed reduce the machining and misalignment errors.This modification design method is helpful in understanding the manufacturing technology of the ADEHWG.DENG Xingqiao WANG Jinge HORSTEMEYER Mark F 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,5:16

8Preliminary Study on weathering and pedogenesis of carbonate rock显示文摘South China is the largest continuous distribution area of carbonate rock in the world. The origin of the soils over the bedrock carbonate rock has long been a controversial topic. Here further exploration is made by taking five soil profiles as examples, which are developed over the bedrock dolomitite and limestone and morphologically located in upland in karst terrain in the central, west and north Guizhou as well as west Hunan, and proved to be the weathering profiles of carbonate rock by the research results of acid-dissolved extraction experiment of bedrock, mineralogy and trace element geochemistry. Field, mineralogical and trace element geochemical characteristics of weathering and pedogenesis for carbonate rock are discussed in detail. 11Laser-pulsed MIG hybrid welding technology of A6N01S aluminum alloy显示文摘Welding research of A6N01S-T5 aluminum alloy profile for high-speed train was done by using laser-MIG hybrid welding and MIG welding individually. And the weld appearance,welding distortion,mechanical properties of the joints and microstructures were analyzed. The test results demonstrated that high-efficient welding for the profile can be achieved by using laser-MIG hybrid welding,the speed of which can be over 3. 0 m/min. The processing had a good gap bridging ability,even if the gap of the butt joint was up to 2. 0 mm,a good weld appearance can also be got. While the hybrid welding speed was greater than 2. 5 m/min,the welding distortion of the laser-tandem MIG hybrid joints was just about 33% of that of the MIG joints,but the welding efficiency was over 3 times of MIG welding. And tensile strength of the hybrid joints was 85% of that of A6N01S-T5 base metal,9% higher than that of the MIG joints. Fatigue properties was tested individually with pulsed tensile fatigue method in the condition of 1 × 10~7 lifetime. The test results demonstrated that the fatigue strength of the joints was a little lower than that of base material,which could be up to 115 MPa. 12补偿膜下空腔间隙对浅表组织剂量影响显示文摘目的 研究补偿膜下空腔厚度、面积及相邻间隔对浅表组织剂量的影响。方法 应用Geant4构建加速器模型,将计算数据与测量数据对比验证模型正确性。构建上表面位于加速器等中心的30 cm×30 cm×30 cm水模体及30 cm×30 cm×1 cm水膜,分别设计水膜与水模体紧密贴合和有不同空腔的模型,计算6 MV X线10 cm × 10 cm射野下不同模型水模体中心轴深度剂量分布和0.1 cm深度侧向剂量profile (profile1),对比各空腔模型与紧密贴合模型所计算数据。结果 厚度≤0.5 cm时,空腔对最大剂量深度(Dmax)和浅表剂量影响较小,随厚度增加,Dmax增加,0.1 cm深度处PDD (PDD1)迅速减小,profile1自空腔中心至边缘逐渐增加;随面积增加,Dmax先增大后减小,PDD1先减小后增大,面积较小时,自空腔中心至边缘profile1逐渐增加,面积较大时profile1则先减小后增加;空腔间隔≥0.2 cm时基本满足临床要求,≥1.0 cm时影响消失;远离空腔处profile1基本不受影响。结论 摆位时尽量减少补偿膜下空腔,使空腔足够薄、面积尽量小、相距间隔不宜太近。孔栋 惠琳 魏贤顶 孔燕 丁阳 孔旭东 钱丹琪 金建荣 杨波 2018中华放射肿瘤学杂志2018,27,11:12
13Element geochemistry of weathering profile of dolomitite and its implications for the average chemical composition of the upper-continental crust——Case studies from the Xinpu profile, northern Guizhou Province, China显示文摘Geochemical behavior of chemical elements is studied in a dolomitite weathering profile in upland of karst terrain in northern Guizhou. Two stages can be recognized during the process of in situ weathering of dolomitite: the stage of sedentary accumulation of leaching residue of dolomitite and the stage of chemical weathering evolution of sedentary soil. Ni, Cr, Mo, W and Ti are the least mobile elements with reference to Al. The geochemical behavior of REE is similar to that observed in weathering of other types of rocks. Fractionation of REE is noticed during weathering, and the two layers of REE enrichments are thought to result from downward movement of the weathering front in response to changes in the environment. 14Testing Serial Correlation in Partially Linear Additive Models显示文摘As an extension of partially linear models and additive models, partially linear additive model is useful in statistical modelling. This paper proposes an empirical likelihood based approach for testing serial correlation in this semiparametric model. The proposed test method can test not only zero first-order serial correlation, but also higher-order serial correlation. Under the null hypothesis of no serial correlation, the test statistic is shown to follow asymptotically a chi-square distribution. 15A Study on Retrieving Atmospheric Profiles from EOS/AIRS Observations显示文摘The paper presents the algorithms for retrieving atmospheric temperature and moisture profiles and surface skin temperature from the high-spectral-resolution Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) with a statistical technique based on principal component analysis. The synthetic regression coefficients for the statistical retrieval are obtained by using a fast radiative transfer model with atmospheric characteristics taken from a dataset of global radiosondes of atmospheric temperature and moisture profiles. Retrievals are evaluated by comparison with radiosonde observations and European Center of Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) analyses. 17Herb-partitioned moxibustion alleviates colon injuries in ulcerative colitis rats显示文摘AIM To observe the effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion(HPM) on expression of colonic cytokines in ulcerative colitis(UC) rats.METHODS A UC rat model was established by protein immunization in combination with topical chemical stimulation.Rats in the HPM group(n = 8) received HPM at bilateral Tianshu(ST25) points.The gross injury and pathological scores of the colon were recorded.The expression profile of colonic cytokines was assayed using the protein microarray technique.Specific differential cytokines were selected and verified by ELISA.The corresponding Uni Prot Accessions of the differentially expressed cytokines were retrieved in the Uni Prot database.The pathways involved were analyzed with the help of the KEGG PATHWAY database.The DAVID database was used for functional cluster and pathway analysis.RESULTS HPM improved colon injuries in UC rats,manifested by accelerated repair of ulcers and alleviation of inflammation,and the gross injury and pathological scores both significantly decreased(P < 0.01).Fold change > 1.3 or < 0.77 was taken as the screening standard.There were 77 down-regulated and 9 up-regulated differentially expressed colonic cytokines in the HPM group compared with the model group,and expression of 20 differed significantly(P < 0.05).Twelve of the 20 significantly differentially expressed cytokines [β-catenin,interleukin-1 receptor 6(IL-1 R6),IL-1β,B7-1,nerve growth factor receptor,AMP-activated protein kinase-α1,neuropilin-2,orexin A,adipocyte differentiation-related protein,IL-2,Fas and Fas L] were up-regulated in the model group(n = 3,compared with the normal group) but downregulated in the HPM group(n = 3,compared with the model group).Functional cluster analysis showed that the differentially expressed colonic cytokines in the HPM group regulated apoptosis and protein phosphorylation.KEGG pathway analysis showed that 52 down-regulated and 7 up-regulated differentially expressed colonic cytokines in the HPM group had pathways.The pathways that interacted between the cytokines and their receptors accounted for the largest proportion(28 of the downregulated and 5 of the up-regulated cytokines).CONCLUSION HPM promotes the repair of colon injuries in UC rats,which is related to the regulation of several abnormally expressed cytokines.Dan Zhang Yan-Bo Ren Kai Wei Jue Hong Yan-Ting Yang Li-Jie Wu Ji Zhang Zheng Shi Huan-Gan Wu Xiao-Peng Ma 2018World Journal of Gastroenterology2018,24,30:11

19Heavy metals contents in soil profiles of typical agricultural lands in Yixing,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘The effect of land use pattern on the heavy metals(HMs)distribution in soil profiles was investigated in Yixing City,China,for the four typical types of land utilization,i.e.vegetable fields on the plain,paddy fields,tea gardens on hilly lands and bamboo groves.The variance of HMs concentration in the depth of 0-15 cm,15-30 cm,30-60 cm of soil profiles was compared among the different tillage ages. Results showed there was a notable accumulation of Cd,Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn and Cr in the soil profiles of vegetable fields and paddy fields causing a pollution of Cu,Hg and Cd in some profiles,while no remarkable accumulation of HMs in the soil profiles of the tea gardens and bamboo groves was found. The accumulation extent of HMs in the soil profiles of the four kinds of land use followed a sequence of vegetable fields>paddy fields>tea gardens>bamboo groves.The accumulation of HMs was mainly due to the industry,transportation,other urban human activities,and intensive use of fertilizers and pesticides.The downward leaching of HMs was relatively remarkable in the soil profiles of vegetable fields. There was an accumulation in surface and subsurface layers for Cd,Hg,Pb,Zn in the soil profiles of paddy fields and tea gardens,and for Cd,Hg in those of bamboo groves.Serious pollution effects of Hg, Pb,and Zn have been shown in the soil of vegetable fields.All the four kinds of agricultural land are basically free from the pollution of the external sources of As and Ni.With the increase of tillage time, the soil of vegetable and paddy fields will face the potential risk of HMs pollution,which mainly comes from Hg,Cd and Cu,whereas that of tea gardens and bamboo groves faces a relatively small risk.Zhou ShengLu Liao FuQiang Wu ShaoHua Zhang HongFu Ren Kui 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,S1:11
20A modal theory and recursion RTCM algorithm for gratings of deep grooves and arbitrary profile显示文摘A modal theory for gratings of deep grooves and arbitrary shape is developed. The theory is implemented with an algorithm of recursion reflection-transmission coefficient matrix (RTCM). Several cases of plane wave with arbitrary polarization and arbitrary angle of incidence diffracted from gratings of deep grooves and arbitrary profile are calculated.
