1Diagnosis related group grouping study of senile cataract patients based on E-CHAID algorithm显示文摘AIM: To figure out the contributed factors of the hospitalization expenses of senile cataract patients(HECP) and build up an area-specified senile cataract diagnosis related group(DRG) of Shanghai thereby formulating the reference range of HECP and providing scientific basis for the fair use and supervision of the health care insurance fund.METHODS: The data was collected from the first page of the medical records of 22 097 hospitalized patients from tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from 2010 to 2012 whose major diagnosis were senile cataract. Firstly, we analyzed the influence factors of HECP using univariate and multivariate analysis. DRG grouping was conducted according to the exhaustive Chi-squared automatic interaction detector(E-CHAID) model, using HECP as target variable. Finally we evaluated the grouping results using non-parametric test such as Kruskal-Wallis H test, RIV, CV, etc.RESULTS: The 6 DRGs were established as well as criterion of HECP, using age, sex, type of surgery and whether complications/comorbidities occurred as the key variables of classification node of senile cataract cases.CONCLUSION: The grouping of senile cataract cases based on E-CHAID algorithm is reasonable. 2Research and application of flood detention modeling for ponds and small reservoirs based on remote sensing data显示文摘This paper proposes a method of small reservoir flood detention modeling that utilizes data from the American land resources satellite Landsat TM/ETM+. Precipitation and potential evapotranspiration are taken as the control conditions in this method on the basis of basin terrain classification. The objective of this method is to solve the question of a small-scale water conservancy project’s influence on flood forecasting precision, which can be used in the basin with multitudinous small reservoirs in the upstream region and can help estimate non-runoff data for small reservoir runoff. Taking the 20060826 flood as an example, the flood detention quantity of 19 small reservoirs is modeled. The results show that the absolute error of the total flood detention quantity is 0.2×10 4 m 3 , and the relative error is 0.12%. The flood detention quantity of small reservoirs in the entire basin is then modeled using this method, and the primary flood forecasting model is adjusted. 3Evidence on the causes of the rising levels of COD_(Mn) along the middle route of the South-to-North Diversion Project in China:The role of algal dissolved organic matter显示文摘As the biggest inter-basin water transfer scheme in the world,the South-to-North Water Diversion Project(SNWD) was designed to alleviate the water crisis in North China.The main channel of the middle route of the SNWD is of great concern in terms of the drinking water quality.In this study,we tested the hypothesis that the dissolved organic matter(DOM) derived from the planktonic algae causes the rising levels of COD_(Mn) along the middle route by monitoring data on water quality(2015-2019,monthly resolution).The results showed that algal density in the main channel increased along the channel and was significantly correlated with COD_(Mn)(p <0.01).Five fluorescent components of DOM,including tyrosine-like(14.85%),tryptophan-like(22.48%),microbial byproduct-like(26.34%),fulvic acid-like(11.41%),and humic acid-like(24.92%) components,were detected.The level of tyrosine-like components increased along the channel and was significantly correlated with algal density(p<0.01),indicating that algae significantly changed the level of DOM in the channel.Algal decomposition and metabolism were found to be the main mechanisms that drive the changes in COD_(Mn).Therefore,controlling algal density would be an important measure to prevent further increase in CODMn and for the guarantee of excellent water quality.Chao Wang Hong Zhang Pei Lei Xiaokang Xin Aijing Zhang Wei Yin 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3:4
4Rumination recognition method of dairy cows based on the change of noseband pressure显示文摘Rumination is closely related to ruminant’s health and welfare,so it is very important to monitor rumination.Rumination monitoring equipment based on chewing and swallowing audio is easy to be affected by ambient noise,equipment based on acceleration sensor is not easy to monitor number of cuds and other information,equipment based on video monitoring has high cost and is easy to be affected by weather and other cows,while equipment based on chewing pressure can accurately record the chewing pressure of dairy cows,and use related processing technology to obtain the number of cuds and other information.In the related research,the peak value and interval of masticatory pressure peak in time domain were used to identify rumination.In view of the problem that the standard of pressure peak was not well defined due to the different head size and masticatory strength of different age and different breed cows,this paper proposed a method to identify the number of rumination,duration of rumination and number of cuds of cows by using standard deviation and noseband pressure signal frequency spectrum.The accurate and stable frequency spectrum range of rumination noseband pressure signal was obtained by frequency spectrum analysis,and the interference of feeding noseband pressure signal to rumination noseband pressure signal was eliminated by using standard deviation.Compared with the direct observation,the results showed that the recognition accuracy of the method proposed in this paper were 100%,94.2%and 94.45%for the number of rumination,duration of rumination and number of cuds respectively,and the average absolute errors were 0,2.0029%and 2.5623%respectively,which showed that the method can accurately identify the rumination information of dairy cows.Weizheng Shen Aijing Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoli Wei Jian Sun 2020Information Processing in Agriculture2020,7,4:3
5Enzymatic biosynthesis of benzylisoquinoline alkaloid glycosides via promiscuous glycosyltransferases from Carthamus tinctorius显示文摘Enzymatic glycosylation catalyzed by glycosyltransferases (GTs) has great potential in creating diverse novel and bioactive glycosides. Herein, three new GTs (UGT84 A33, UGT71 AE1 and UGT90 A14) from Carthamus tinctorius exhibited robust catalytic promiscuity to benzylisoquinoline alkaloids, and were used as enzymatic tools in glycosylation of bioactive benzylisoquinoline alkaloids. Seven novel benzylisoquinoline alkaloids O-glycosides were synthesized with high efficiency. 12An exceptionally well-preserved herbaceous eudicot from the Early Cretaceous(late Aptian–early Albian)of Northwest China显示文摘A fossil eudicot, Gansufructus saligna gen. et sp. nov., is reported from the Early Cretaceous(late Aptian–early Albian) of the Gansu Province, Northwest China, based on numerous well-preserved axes with attached leaves and infructescences. The leaves are alternate, short petiolate and linear-lanceolate with low rank pinnate to reticulate venation. The infructescences are loose panicles bearing fruits in different stages of maturity, each containing four partly free carpels borne in a whorled arrangement. Each carpel has three to five seeds borne along its ventral margin. The nature of the leaves and axes indicates a terrestrial,herbaceous habit. 13Self-supporting and hierarchically porous Ni_(x)Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4) heterostructure as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for fluctuating overall water splitting显示文摘Stable non-noble metal bifunctional electrocatalysts are one of the challenges to the fluctuating overall water splitting driven by re-newable energy.Herein,a novel self-supporting hierarchically porous Ni_(x)Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4) heterostructure as bifunctional electrocatalyst was constructed based on porous Ni-Fe electrodeposition on three-dimensional(3D)carbon fiber cloth,in situ oxidation,and chemical sulfuration.Results showed that the Ni_(x)Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4) heterostructure with a large specific surface area exhibits good bifunctional activity and stability for both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)because of the abundance of active sites,synergistic effect of the heterostructure,superhydrophilic surface,and stable,self-supporting structure.The results further confirmed that the Ni_(x)Fe-S phase in the heterostructure is transformed into metal oxides/hydroxides and Ni_(3)S_(2) during OER.Compared with the commercial 20wt%Pt/C||IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5) electrolyzer,the self-supporting Ni1/5Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4)||Ni1/2Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4) electrolyzer exhibits better stability and lower cell voltage in the fluctu-ating current density range of 10-500 mA/cm^(2).Particularly,the cell voltage of Ni1/5Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4)||Ni1/2Fe-S/NiFe_(2)O_(4) is only approximately 3.91 V at an industrial current density of 500 mA/cm^(2),which is lower than that of the 20wt%Pt/C||IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5) electrolyzer(i.e.,approximately 4.79 V).This work provides a promising strategy to develop excellent bifunctional electrocatalysts for fluctuating overall water splitting.Wenjing Yan Jintao Zhang Aijing Lü Songle Lu Yiwei Zhong Mingyong Wang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,5:1

19Establishment of an astronomical time scale for the Shizigou Formation in the Qaidam Basin,Inner Asia and orbital forced evolution of lakes during The Pliocene显示文摘The Qaidam Basin,as the largest inland basin within the Tibetan Plateau,has accumulated more than 10,000 m of Cenozoic continental sediments.It serves as a crucial research area for documenting Cenozoic climate changes and plateau uplift processes in the Asian interior.Additionally,the basin holds vast reserves of oil and gas resources,making high-resolution drilling data invaluable for studying paleoclimate.In this study,the longsequence lacustrine deposits of JS1 drill core across the Shizigou Formation in the Yiliping Depression at the western center of the basin were studied,aiming to establish an astronomical timescale for the Shizigou Formation and investigate the characteristics of paleoclimatic changes during the late Miocene to the Pliocene for the Asian interior.The analysis was carried out using high-resolution natural gamma ray(GR)data sequences,employing techniques such as spectral analysis,filtering,and wavelet analysis in cyclostratigraphy.The results indicated the presence of a stable Milankovitch orbital signal was perfectly recorded in the Shizigou Formation,primarily influenced by eccentricity cycles,with weaker obliquity and precession cycles.Using the stable and continuous 405 ka eccentricity cycle in astronomical tuning,a'floating'astronomical timescale with a duration of 6.1 Ma for the Yiliping depression's Shizigou Formation has been established.With reference to previously established stratigraphic age anchor points,an absolute astronomical timescale(2.5–8.6 Ma)has been ultimately provided for the Shizigou Formation.Simultaneously,a clear 100 ka short eccentricity cycle record has been identified during the Pliocene(5.3–2.5 Ma),which corresponds in time with the aridification within the basin during this Pliocene period.In addition,a comparison of the Pliocene natural gamma ray curve of the Qaidam Basin with global ice volume variations indicated that the basin's aridification was influenced by global cooling,with eccentricity-modulated precession cycles controlling solar radiation and subsequently affecting the evolution of lakes in the arid region of Inner Asia.DunZhu JiaoBa MingZhen Zhang GuoLong Liu JianGuo Hui ShaoHua Lin AiJing Li Jing Zhang Jing Peng YiQiao Fu 2023Research in Cold and Arid Regions2023,15,5:0
20Parameters and performance analysis of quantum wireless sensor network for monitoring the activities of tibetan antelope in Hoh Xil显示文摘Hoh Xil is the national nature reserve in China, and Tibetan antelope is a research hotspot of wildlife protection in this area. In order to track the population and activity of Tibetan antelope in Hoh Xil, a quantum wireless sensor monitoring network(QWSMN) based on the quantum satellite wide-area communication networks was proposed. This network consists of quantum wireless sensors installed on the Tibetan antelope, small quantum base stations, quantum satellite signal transmitting stations, quantum satellite and quantum satellite signal receiving stations. The simulation results show that under the interference of the sandstorm, a quantum satellite signal transmitting station can cover the monitoring area of 20 106 km^2, and the network throughput reaches 40 KB/s.
