2智能路面发展与展望显示文摘为了促进智能路面的发展,综述了智能路面各项技术的研究进展和发展趋势。首先提出了智能路面的定义,在此基础上明确了智能路面的体系架构,包括路面信息感知获取层、信息集成处理层、综合服务层和能量供给层;重点介绍了智能路面信息采集技术、信息管理与分析技术、能量收集与利用技术、自我调节技术和基于智能路面的车路协同技术等关键技术的发展现状,讨论了智能路面的设计和建造方法;最后提出了智能路面现有研究存在的问题和不足,并对其今后的发展做出展望。研究结果表明:智能路面是由特定的结构材料、感知网络、信息中心、通信网络和能源系统组成,具有多种智能,并且能够为人、车、环境提供服务的道路路面;智能路面的发展将有助于充分发挥道路自身潜力和适应未来的交通工具;在路面信息的采集过程中,传感器在耐久性和实用性等方面存在的技术难题仍需进一步解决;智能路面的各种能量收集和自我调节技术应着重解决低成本和高性能的问题;物联网、大数据、云计算和各种人工智能方法在智能路面的监测和管理过程中具有广阔的应用前景;智能路面作为一种新型的道路路面,其设计和施工可以结合建筑信息模型(BIM)、模块化施工、3D打印和智能压实技术,集合成一套新的建造工艺。WANG Linbing 王含笑 赵千 杨海露 赵鸿铎 HUANG Baoshan 2019中国公路学报2019,0,4:43
3Reactive oxygen species signaling and stomatal movement in plant responses to drought stress and pathogen attack显示文摘Stomata, the pores formed by a pair of guard cells, are the main gateways for water transpiration and photosynthetic CO_2 exchange, as well as pathogen invasion in land plants. Guard cell movement is regulated by a combination of environmental factors, including water status, light, CO_2 levels and pathogen attack, as well as endogenous signals, such as abscisic acid and apoplastic reactive oxygen species(ROS). Under abiotic and bioticstress conditions, extracellular ROS are mainly produced by plasma membrane-localized NADPH oxidases, whereas intracellular ROS are produced in multiple organelles. These ROS form a sophisticated cellular signaling network, with the accumulation of apoplastic ROS an early hallmark of stomatal movement. Here, we review recent progress in understanding the molecular mechanisms of the ROS signaling network,primarily during drought stress and pathogen attack. We summarize the roles of apoplastic ROS in regulating stomatal movement, ABA and CO_2 signaling, and immunity responses.Finally, we discuss ROS accumulation and communication between organelles and cells. 5A new way to generate seismic waves for continental crustal exploration显示文摘An airgun experiment was conducted in a reservoir,with the total volume of the airgun array being 6000 cubic inch. The energy released by one excitation was estimated to be 6.68×106 J,which corresponded to a 3.4 kg TNT explosion. A 180 km long profile composed of 100 portable short period seismometers was deployed as a receiver system of the airgun signals. Two remarkable results can be drawn from the experiment: (1) the airgun explosion is harmless to the dam and the fish,and this kind of airguns can be regarded as a green and environmental protection seismic source on land; (2) seismic wave gener-ated by this airgun source can be recorded by permanent stations with offset larger than 200 km. And the wave amplitudes recorded by nearby and remote stations are equivalent to the wave generated by 800 kg dynamite explosion. 6Effect of sub-acute exposure to TiO_2 nanoparticles on oxidative stress and histopathological changes in Juvenile Carp (Cyprinus carpio)显示文摘Increasing application of nanotechnology highlights the need to clarify and understand nanotoxicity. Mammalian and in vitro studies have raised concerns about the toxicity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2-NPs), but there are limited data on ecotoxicity to aquatic organisms. In this work, the sub-acute toxicity of TiO2-NPs to carp (Cyprinus carpio) was assessed. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) activities and lipid peroxidation (LPO) levels in liver, gill and brain tissues of carps varied with concentration of TiO2-NPs suspensions and exposure time (up to 8 d). As a result, 100 and 200 mg/L TiO2-NPs caused statistically significant decrease in SOD, CAT and POD activities and significant increase in LPO levels in tissues (P < 0.05), suggesting that the fish exposed to these two concentrations of TiO2-NPs suffered from the oxidative stress. The extent of depletion of antioxidant enzymes activities and the elevation of LPO in the liver was the greatest, indicating that the liver might be the most susceptible organ to TiO2-NPs exposure. In addition, carps had gill pathologies including edema and thickening of gill lamellae as well as gill filaments, and liver pathologies including necrotic and apoptosis hepatocytes after exposed to 100 and 200 mg/L TiO2-NPs for 20 d. 7Cavitation flow simulation for a centrifugal pump at a low flow rate显示文摘A computational model on the basis of the combination of the full cavitation model and the modified re-normalization group (RNG) k-ε turbulence model are used to simulate the cavitating flow in a centrifugal pump at a low flow rate. A filter function is introduced for the RNG k-ε turbulence model in order to consider the compressibility in the cavitating flow. The calculated values of the net positive suction head available (H NPSHa ) agree well with the experimental measurements. 8Influencing factors of seismic signals generated by un-tuned large volume airgun array in a land reservoir显示文摘Un-tuned large volume airgun array in a water reservoir is recently proposed as a new way to generate seismic waves on land. It can be used to explore the earth velocity structure and its temporal variations as well.However, the characteristics of seismic signals(especially far-field signals) from an airgun array in a reservoir and its affecting factors(firing pressure, airgun towing depth,water level of the reservoir, etc.) has not been adequately studied. 9Effects of Meridional Flow Passage Shape on Hydraulic Performance of Mixed-flow Pump Impellers显示文摘During the process of designing the mixed-flow pump impeller, the meridional flow passage shape directly affects the obtained meridional flow field, which then has an influence on the three-dimensional impeller shape. However, the meridional flow passage shape is too complicated to be described by a simple formula for now. Therefore, reasonable parameter selection for the meridional flow passage is essential to the investigation. In order to explore the effects of the meridional flow passage shape on the impeller design and the hydraulic performance of the mixed-flow pump, the hub and shroud radius ratio (HSRR) of impeller and the outlet diffusion angle (ODA) of outlet zone are selected as the meridional flow passage parameters. 25 mixed-flow pump impellers, with specific speed of 496 under the design condition, are designed with various parameter combinations. Among these impellers, one with HSRR of 1.94 and ODA of 90° is selected to carry out the model test and the obtained experimental results are used to verify accuracies of the head and the hydraulic efficiency predicted by numerical simulation. Based on SIMPLE algorithm and standard k-ε two-equation turbulence model, the three-dimensional steady incompressible Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved and the effects of different parameters on hydraulic performance of mixed-flow pump impellers are analyzed. The analysis results demonstrate that there are optimal values of HSRR and ODA available, so the hydraulic performance and the internal flow of mixed-flow pumps can be improved by selecting appropriate values for the meridional flow passage parameters. 11Imaging 3-D crustal P-wave velocity structure of western Yunnan with bulletin data显示文摘Western Yunnan is a region with intensive tectonic activity and serious earthquake risk.It is of significant importance to study three dimensional crustal structure of this region to understand the tectonic setting and disaster mechanism.Densification and digitalization of seismic networks in this region provides an opportunity to study the velocity structure with bulletin data.In this study,we collect P-wave data of 10 403 regional earthquakes recorded by 79 seismic stations from January 2008 to December 2010.In addition to first arrivals data (Pg with epicentral distance less than 200 km and Pn),the Pg (or P) data with epicentral distance more than 200 km are also considered as later direct arrivals in the tomographic inversion.We also compare the quantity and the quality of the seismic data before 2010 and after 2010.The test results show that adding the follow-up Pg phase can effectively improve the inversion ability of crustal imaging,and quantity and the data quality are significantly improved since 2010.The tomographic results show that:(1) The Honghe fault zone,which is the major fault systems in this region,may cut through the entire crust,and the velocity contrasts between two sides at lower crust beneath the Honghe fault are estimated at higher than 10%,while the velocity difference below Nujiang fault zone extends only in the upper crust;(2) Most of the earthquakes in the region occurred at the interface of high-velocity media and low-velocity media,i.e.,the areas with high velocity gradient,which has been validated in other areas.Jing Huang Xuejun Liu Youjin Su Baoshan Wang 2012Earthquake Science2012,25,2:16

Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses has become critical for developing and breeding climate-resilient crops. 14Influence of Blade Wrap Angle on Centrifugal Pump Performance by Numerical and Experimental Study显示文摘The existing research on improving the hydraulic performance of centrifugal pumps mainly focuses on the design method and the parameter optimization.The traditional design method for centrifugal impellers relies more on experience of engineers that typically only satisfies the continuity equation of the fluid.In this study,on the basis of the direct and inverse iteration design method which simultaneously solves the continuity and motion equations of the fluid and shapes the blade geometry by controlling the wrap angle,three centrifugal pump impellers are designed by altering blade wrap angles while keeping other parameters constant.The three-dimensional flow fields in three centrifugal pumps are numerically simulated,and the simulation results illustrate that the blade with larger wrap angle has more powerful control ability on the flow pattern in impeller.The three pumps have nearly the same pressure distributions at the small flow rate,but the pressure gradient increase in the pump with the largest wrap angle is smoother than the other two pumps at the design and large flow rates.The pump head and efficiency are also influenced by the blade wrap angle.The highest head and efficiency are also observed for the largest angle.An experiment rig is designed and built to test the performance of the pump with the largest wrap angle.The test results show that the wide space of its efficiency area and the stability of its operation ensure the excellent performance of the design method and verify the numerical analysis.The analysis on influence of the blade wrap angle for centrifugal pump performance in this paper can be beneficial to the optimization design of the centrifugal pump.TAN Lei ZHU Baoshan CAO Shuliang BING Hao WANG Yuming 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,1:10
15Grassland degradation in Northern Tibet based on remote sensing data显示文摘This study selected vegetation cover as the main evaluation index, calculated the grassland degradation index (GDI) and established the remote sensing monitoring and evaluation system for grassland degradation in Northern Tibet, according to the National Standard (GB19377-2003), based on the remote sensing data such as NDVI data derived from NOAA/AVHRR with a spatial resolution of 8 km of 1981-2000, from SPOT/VGT with a spatial resolution of 1 km of 2001 and from MODIS with a spatial resolution of 0.25 km of 2002-2004 respectively in this area, in combination with the actual condition of grassland degradation. The grassland degradation processes and their responses to climate change during 1981-2004 were discussed and analyzed in this paper. The result indicated that grassland degradation in Northern Tibet is very serious, and the mean value of GDI in recent 20 years is 2.54 which belongs to the serious degradation grade. From 1981 to 2004, the GDI fluctuated distinctly with great interannual variations in the proportion of degradation degree and GDI but the general tendency turned to severe-grade during this period with the grassland degradation grade changed from light degraded to serious degraded in Northern Tibet. The extremely serious degraded and serious degraded grassland occupied 1.7% and 8.0% of the study area, the moderate and light degraded grassland accounted for 13.2% and 27.9% respectively, and un-degraded grassland occupied 49.2% of the total grassland area in 2004. The grassland degradation was serious, especially in the conjunctive area of Naqu, Biru and Jiali counties, the headstream of the Yangtze River lying in the Galadandong snow mountain and glaciers, the area along the Qinghai-Tibet highway and railway, and areas around the Tanggula and Nianqingtanggula snow mountains and glaciers. 16盐渍化土壤中土著菌的石油烃降解潜力研究显示文摘自盐渍化地区(黄河三角洲)采集4种不同石油污染程度的土壤样品,从中筛选出高效降解石油烃的4个菌系和8个单菌株。分别以原油、柴油、烷烃和多环芳烃(PAHs)为底物进行培养,测定降解菌的生物量和降解率,研究其对不同底物的耐受浓度和降解潜力。结果表明,获得的石油烃降解菌为轻度嗜盐菌;不同菌株对不同底物的耐受浓度不同,混合菌系对不同底物的降解能力强于单菌株,对单一组分底物的降解优于复杂组分的底物;单菌株I-2、3、5、7能较好地降解PAHs并且对原油的降解能力高于柴油,单菌株I-1、4、6、8能够利用烷烃且对柴油的降解能力要比原油高;降解菌对柴油和原油的最高降解率分别可达78.4%和70.7%,对正十六烷和菲的生物降解率分别高达87.7%和88.1%,表现出较强的降解能力。研究结果表明黄河三角洲盐渍化土壤中土著菌对石油烃污染土壤具有较强的生物修复潜力。王震宇 赵建 李锋民 Baoshan Xing 高冬梅 2009农业环境科学学报2009,28,7:10

18Fluorescence regional integration and differential fluorescence spectroscopy for analysis of structural characteristics and proton binding properties of fulvic acid sub-fractions显示文摘Structural characteristics and proton binding properties of sub-fractions(FA3–FA13) of fulvic acid(FA), eluted stepwise by pyrophosphate buffer were examined by use of fluorescence titration combined with fluorescence regional integration(FRI) and differential fluorescence spectroscopy(DFS). Humic-like(H-L) and fulvic-like(F-L) materials, which accounted for more than 80% of fluorescence response, were dominant in five sub-fractions of FA. Based on FRI analysis, except the response of F-L materials in FA9 and FA13, maximum changes in percent fluorescence response were less than 10% as pH was increased from 2.5 to 11.5.Contents of carboxylic and phenolic groups were compared for fluorescence peaks of FA sub-fractions based on pH-dependent fluorescence derived from DFS. Static quenching was the dominant mechanism for binding of protons by FA sub-fractions. Dissociation constants(p Ka) were calculated by use of results of DFS and the modified Stern-Volmer relationship. The p Kaof H-L, F-L, tryptophan-like and tyrosine-like materials of FA subfractions exhibited ranges of 3.17–4.06, 3.12–3.97, 4.14–4.45 and 4.25–4.76, respectively, for acidic pHs. At basic pHs, values of p Ka for corresponding materials were in ranges of 9.71–10.24, 9.62–10.99, 9.67–10.31 and 9.33–10.28, respectively. At acidic pH, protein-like(P-L)materials had greater affinities for protons than did either H-L or F-L materials. The dicarboxylic and phenolic groups were likely predominant sites of protonation for both H-L and F-L materials at both acidic and basic pHs. 19Eco-environmental water requirement for wetlands in Huang-Huai-Hai Area, China显示文摘Based on the related literature and the analysis of the relationship between wetland ecosystem and hydroperiod, the estimating and classifying methods of eco-environmental water requirement for wetlands are established. The data collected from Huang-Huai-Hai Area are from the electronic map (1∶250000) of China National Topographical Database of 1997 and the historical statistics since the 1980s.The results indicate that the minimum eco-environmental water requirement for wetlands is 16.98×109 m3 and the optimal one is 38.38×109 m3 in the studied area. For the five wetland nature reserves covered in the area, the values are 1.47×109 m3 and 3.31×109 m3 respectively. The comparisons of the mentioned minimum water requirement with the status water use, which is 17.05×109 m3 for wetland ecosystem (1997 as the status year), suggest that the water use has not met the minimum eco-environmental water requirement in the Haihe and Huanghe Basins of the studied area. However, the status water use guarantees and exceeds the minimum eco-environmental water requirement in the Shandong Peninsula and the Huaihe Basin. Based on the eco-environmental programming and water resource planning of the studied area, the study establishes the water requirement of the year of 2010, 2030, 2050, when the eco-environmental water requirement for wetlands is 18.30×109 m3, 21.64×109 m3 and 26.76×109 m3, respectively.GUI Baoshan and YANG Zhifeng(1. 20基于GPC和FTIR的再生混合料新旧沥青融合程度研究显示文摘伴随着沥青路面回收料(RAP)在沥青路面修筑和维护中的逐步推广应用,有关RAP对再生路面结构及其力学性能的影响已有了大量的研究,但对RAP旧沥青和新沥青的融合问题还尚不清楚。工程应用中通常假定RAP旧沥青与新沥青发生了完全融合。但如果两者没有完全融合,路面的使用寿命将小于预期水平。该文中,假定再生沥青混合料中集料表面各沥青层可独立完全地分离出来,在此前提下,研究中对再生沥青混合料进行了分层萃取,并利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)对分层萃取出的各层沥青进行定量检测,经对比分析后确定RAP旧沥青和新沥青的融合程度。研究结果表明:再生沥青混合料中RAP表面各层旧沥青与新沥青均发生了一定程度的融合。张德鹏(编译) 徐金枝(编译) 郝培文(编译) benjamin f.bowers baoshan huang xiang shu brad c.miller 2016中外公路2016,36,6:8
