| 1 | The crustal structures of the central Longmenshan along and its margins as related to the seismotectonics of the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake显示文摘In 2010,a 500-km-long wide-angle reflection/refraction seismic profile was completed,running northwest from the central Sichuan Basin.This profile orthogonally crosses the meizoseismal area of great Wenchuan earthquake of 12 May 2008,which occurred in the central part of the Longmenshan.The profile also passes through the northwestern Sichuan Plateau,along which a new deep seismic sounding observation system was set up that was much improved over previous datasets and enabled abundant observations to be recorded.Seismic wave phase records that reflect the structural characteristics of different tectonic blocks,especially the complicated phase features associated with the Wenchuan earthquake,were calculated and analyzed in detail.A 2D crustal P-wave velocity model for the orogenic belt in the central Longmenshan and its margins was determined,and crustal structure differences between the stable Sichuan Basin and the thickened northwestern Sichuan Plateau were characterized.Lithological variations within the upper and lower crust in the interior of the plateau,especially a great velocity decrease and plastic rheological properties associated with strong lithologic weakening in lower crust,were detected.From west to east in the lower crust beneath the orogenic belt lying between the Sichuan Basin and the northwestern Sichuan Plateau,a giant shovel-like upwelling is observed that dips gently in the lower part and at higher angles in the upper part;this is inferred to be related to the fault systems in the central Longmenshan.An upwelling in the upper-middle crust along the eastern margin of the orogenic belt is associated with steeply dipping thrusts that strongly uplift the upper crust and crystalline basement beneath a central fault system in the Longmenshan.The data,combined with an understanding of the regional tectonic stress field and previous geological results,enable a discussion of basin-and-range coupling,orogenic tectonics,the crustal fault system,and the seismogenic tectonic environment of the central Longmenshan along the eastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. | JIA ShiXu LIU BaoJin XU ZhaoFan LIU Zhi FENG ShaoYing ZHANG JianShi LIN JieYan TIAN XiaoFeng LIU QiaoXia GUO WenBin | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,4: | 26 |
| 2 | 2-D P-wave velocity structure of lithosphere in the North China tectonic zone: Constraints from the Yancheng-Baotou deep seismic profile显示文摘We obtained the 2-D P-wave velocity structure of the lithosphere in the eastern North China Craton, Shanxi fault subsidence zone, and Yinchuan-Hetao fault subsidence zone by ray tracking technology based on six groups of clearly identified crustal phases and one group of lithospheric interface reflection phases from seismic recording sections of 21 shots along the 1300-km-long Yancheng-Baotou deep seismic wide-angle reflection/refraction profile. The results indicate significant differences between the lithospheric structure east and west of the Taihang Mountains, which is a gravity-gradient zone as well as a zone of abrupt change in lithospheric thickness and a separation zone of different rock components. East of the Taihang Mountains, the Mesozoic and Cenozoic lithospheric structure of the North China Craton has undergone strong reformation and destruction, resulting in the lithosphere thickness decreasing to 70–80 km. The North China Basin has a very thick Cenozoic sedimentary cover and the deepest point of crystalline basement is about 7.0 km, with the crustal thickness decreasing to about 31.0 km. The crystalline basement of the Luxi uplift zone is relatively shallow with a depth of 1.0–2.0 km and crustal thickness of 33.0–35.0 km. The Subei Basin has a thicker Cenozoic sedimentary cover and the bottom of its crystalline basement is at about 5.0–6.0 km with a crustal thickness of 31.0–32.0 km. The Tanlu fault is a deep fracture which cuts the lithosphere with a significant velocity structure difference on either side of the fault. The Tanlu fault plays an important role in the lithospheric destruction in the eastern part of the North China Craton. West of the Taihang Mountains, the crustal thickness increases significantly. The crust thickness beneath the Shanxi fault depression zone is about 46 km, and there is a low-velocity structure with a velocity of less than 6.1 km s?? in the upper part of the middle crust. Combined with other geophysical study results, our data shows that the lithospheric destruction at the Shaanxi-Shanxi fault depression zone and the Yinchuan-Hetao rift surrounding the Ordos block is non-uniform. The lithosphere thickness is about 80–90 km in the Datong-Baotou area, 75–137 km at the Dingxiang-Shenmu region, and about 80–120 km in the Anyang-Yichuan area. The non-uniform lithospheric destruction may be related to the ancient tectonic zone surrounding the Ordos block. This zone experienced multi-period tectonic events in the long-term process of its tectonic evolution and was repeatedly transformed and weakened. The weakening level is related to the interactions with the Ordos block. | 4 | Bathymetric mapping and estimation of water storage in a shallow lake using a remote sensing inversion method based on machine learning显示文摘Accurate lake depth mapping and estimation of changes in water level and water storage are fundamental significance for understanding the lake water resources on the Tibetan Plateau.In this study,combined with satellite images and bathymetric data,we comprehensively evaluate the accuracy of a multi-factor combined linear regression model(MLR)and machine learning models,create a depth distribution map and compare it with the spatial interpolation,and estimate the change of water level and water storage based on the inverted depth.The results indicated that the precision of the random forest(RF)was the highest with a coefficient of determination(R2)value(0.9311)and mean absolute error(MAE)values(1.13 m)in the test dataset and had high reliability in the overall depth distribution.The water level increased by 9.36 m at a rate of 0.47 m/y,and the water storage increased by 1.811 km3 from 1998 to 2018 based on inversion depth.The water level change was consistent with that of the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission(SRTM)method.Our work shows that this method may be employed to study the water depth distribution and its changes by combining with bathymetric data and satellite imagery in shallow lakes. | Hong Yang Hengliang Guo Wenhao Dai Bingkang Nie Baojin Qiao Liping Zhu | 2022 | International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1: | 1 |

| 6 | Introgression of chromosome 6PL terminal segment from Agropyron cristatum to increase both grain number and grain weight in wheat显示文摘Agropyron cristatum(2n=4x=28,PPPP),which harbours many high-yield and disease-resistance genes,is a promising donor for wheat improvement.Narrow genetic diversity and the trade-off between grain weight and grain number have become bottlenecks for increasing grain yield in wheat.In this study,a novel translocation line,WAT650l,was derived from the chromosome 6P addition line 4844–12,which can simultaneously increase both grain number per spike(GNS)and thousand-grain weight(TGW).Cytological analysis and molecular marker analysis revealed that WAT650l was a 5BL.5BS-6PL(bin 12–17)translocation line.Assessment of agronomic traits and analysis of the BC4F2 and BC5F2 populations suggested that the 6PL terminal chromosome segment in WAT650l resulted in increased grain number per spike(average increased by 14.07 grains),thousand-grain weight(average increased by 4.31 g),flag leaf length,plant height,spikelet number per spike and kernel number per spikelet during the two growing seasons of 2020–2021 and 2021–2022.Additionally,the increased GNS locus and high-TGW locus of WAT650l were mapped to the bins 16–17 and 12–13,respectively,on chromosome 6PL by genetic population analysis of three translocation lines.In summary,we provide a valuable germplasm resource for broadening the genetic base of wheat and overcoming the negative relationship between GNS and TGW in wheat breeding. | Yida Lin Shenghui Zhou Xuezhong Liang Bing Han Junli Yang Baojin Guo Jinpeng Zhang Haiming Han Weihua Liu Xinming Yang Xiuquan Li Lihui Li | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,3: | 1 |
| 7 | In Vitro Study of Ultrasound on Multidrug Resistance in MDR Human Hepatoma HepG_2 Cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to examine the reversal effects of ultrasound(US) on the MDR in HepG2/ADM,a HepG2 cell line resistant to Adriamycin(ADM),and to study the mechanism of US action.METHODS Using the MTT assay,the effects of US on MDR in HepG2/ADR cells were studied.Before and after the treatment with 0.5W/cm2 low intensity ultrasound(LIUS),the expression of the MDR-related genes,mdr1,mrp and lrp was assayed with the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and the levels of their respective protein expression determined by flow cytometry.By using confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM),we examined the intracellular daunorubicin (DNR) distribution,and the effects on the cells of treatment with US or DNR. RESULTS LIUS significantly reversed MDR in HepG2/ADR cells.A er treatment with LIUS at 0.5W/cm2,chemosensitivity to ADM and DNR increased 3.35-fold and 2.81-fold,respectively.The reversal activity by LIUS plus verapamil(VER) was stronger than with either US or VER alone.A er treatment with 0.5W/cm2 ,the expression of both the MDR1 and the MRP mRNA genes began to decline(P<0.01 and P<0.05,respectively);the expression of LRP showed no significant changes.Changes in the expression of the P-glycoprotein(P-gp) and MRP were similar to those of their mRNA expressions.Results of the CLSM showed that administration of US(0.5W/cm2) or VER(15.7μM) with DNR to HepG2/ADM cells showed a significant change in the distribution of DNR in the cells. CONCLUSION Our results show that LIUS can reverse MDR. | 8 | Atmospheric stable and fexible Sn-based perovskite solar cells via a bioinspired antioxidative crystal template显示文摘Sn-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)demonstrate a potential development in eco-friendly devices due to their hypotoxicity.However,poor stability and crystalline quality are still the challenges for achieving high-performance and long-term operating devices.In this work,inspired by biological protein,nickelporphyrin(Ni-P)with electron cloud on conjugate ring is applied into Sn-based perovskite to prevent perovskite from being eroded.The synergistic effect of water and oxygen is broken in grain boundaries and surface so that the stability of PSCs can be improved obviously,despite there is hardly any barrier for water to erode.Simultaneously,the electron-rich molecules can passivate the defects of perovskite such as iodine vacancy.Moreover,the ester group in Ni-P molecule can bind with SnI;to form complex and then restrain nucleation.Combining with the template effect of 2D molecular,the crystallization of perovskite films is optimized.Therefore,the Sn-based PSCs with Ni-P achieve a stabilized power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 7.79%with negligible hysteresis in fexible devices,respectively.Moreover,the PSCs can maintain 80%of the pristine PCE after 300 h under air environment. | Rui Guo Li Rao Qianjin Liu Hongyu Wang Chenxiang Gong Baojin Fan Zhi Xing Xiangchuan Meng Xiaotian Hu | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3: | 0 |
| 9 | Experimental Study of Ultrasound on MDR in a Human Tumor in Vivo显示文摘OBJECTIVE To evaluate the potential efficacy of low-intensity ultrasound(US)in combination with anticancer drugs to reverse multidrug resistance(MDR)in nude mice. METHODS A total of 40 male and female athymic nude mice were inoculated subcutaneously with 5x106 HepG 2 /ADM and HepG 2 cells.Ultrasound with pulsed irradiation at an average intensity of 0.5 W/cm2 was given to the tumor area 10 min after administration of adriamycin(ADM).The tumor 3 dimensional diameters were measured by calipers before and after treatment, and the tumor growth indexes(TGI)calculated.RT-PCR was used to detect the gene levels of the HepG 2 /ADM cells.Immunohistochemical analyses for MDR proteins were conducted on the tumor tissues. RESULTS The ultrasonic treatment resulted in an average reduction in the tumor volume of 62%one month later.The relative mRNA levels of MDR1 and MRP were significantly different among the folowing 4 groups: untreated group as control,ADM treated;US treated;and ADM plus US treated.The mRNA levels of mdr1 and mrp were down-regulated in the US groups compared to those of the non-ultrasound groups by multiple com- parisons.The relative mRNA levels of lrp expression were not significantly changed.The results of immunohistochemistry indicated that tumor tissue from animals treated with US had remarkably low mdr1 and mrp expression.
