1Realizing over 10% efficiency in polymer solar cell by device optimization显示文摘The low band gap polymer based on benzodithiophene(BDT)-thieno[3,4-b]thiophene(TT)backbone,PBDT-TS1,was synthesized following our previous work and the bulk heterojunction(BHJ)material comprising PBDT-TS1/PC71BM was optimized and characterized.By processing the active layer with different additives i.e.1,8-diiodooctane(DIO),1-chloronaphthalene(CN)and 1,8-octanedithiol(ODT)and optimizing the ratio of each additive in the host solvent,a high PCE of 9.98%was obtained under the condition of utilizing 3%DIO as processing additive in CB.The effect of varied additives on photovoltaic performance was illustrated with atomic force microscopy(AFM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)measurements that explained changes in photovoltaic parameters.These results provide valuable information of solvent additive choice in device optimization of PBDTTT polymers,and the systematic device optimization could be applied in other efficient photovoltaic polymers.Apparently,this work presents a great advance in single junction PSCs,especially in PSCs with conventional architecture.Shaoqing Zhang Long Ye Wenchao Zhao Bei Yang Qi Wang Jianhui Hou 2015Science China Chemistry2015,58,2:12
2NMRCloudQ: a quantum cloud experience on a nuclear magnetic resonance quantum computer显示文摘Cloud-based quantum computing is anticipated to be the most useful and reachable form for public users to experience with the power of quantum. As initial attempts, IBM Q has launched influential cloud services on a superconducting quantum processor in 2016, but no other platforms has followed up yet. Here,we report our new cloud quantum computing service – NMRCloud Q(http://nmrcloudq.com/zh-hans/),where nuclear magnetic resonance, one of the pioneer platforms with mature techniques in experimental quantum computing, plays as the role of implementing computing tasks. Our service provides a comprehensive software environment preconfigured with a list of quantum information processing packages,and aims to be freely accessible to either amateurs that look forward to keeping pace with this quantum era or professionals that are interested in carrying out real quantum computing experiments in person. In our current version, four qubits are already usable with in average 99.10% single-qubit gate fidelity and 97.15% two-qubit fidelity via randomized benchmaking tests. 5Encapsulation of lyophilized platelet-rich fibrin in alginate-hyaluronic acid hydrogel as a novel vascularized substitution for myocardial infarction显示文摘Cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction(MI)are among the major causes of death worldwide.Although intramyocardial injection of hydrogels can effectively enhance the ventricular wall,this approach is limited because of its restriction to the poor vascularization in the infarcted myocardium.Here,we reported a new type of hydrogel composed of alginate(ALG)and hyaluronic acid(HA)with lyophilized platelet-rich fibrin(Ly-PRF)for releasing abundant growth factors to realize their respective functions.The results of in vitro studies demonstrated favorable mechanical property and release ability of ALG-HA with Ly-PRF.When injected into the infarcted myocardium,this composite hydrogel preserved heart function and the Ly-PRF within the hydrogel promoted angiogenesis and increased vascular density in both infarcted and border zone,which rescued the ischemic myocardium.These beneficial effects were also accompanied by macrophage polarization and regulation of myocardial fibrosis.Moreover,the autologous origin of Ly-PRF with ALG-HA hydrogel offers myriad advantages including safety profile,easiness to obtain and cost-effectiveness.Overall,this study demonstrated the versatile therapeutic effects of a novel composite hydrogel ALG-HA with Ly-PRF,which optimizes a promising vascularized substitution strategy for improving cardiac function after MI.Bei Qian Qi Yang Mingliang Wang Shixing Huang Chenyu Jiang Hongpeng Shi Qiang Long Mi Zhou Qiang Zhao Xiaofeng Ye 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,1:2

73D ordered macroporous sulfur-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)S-scheme photocatalysts for efficient H_(2)O_(2)production in pure water显示文摘Photocatalytic hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))production offers a clean and cost-efficient alternative to the traditional anthraquinone oxidation approach.Herein,a step-scheme(S-scheme)heterojunction photocat-alyst is fabricated by coupling TiO_(2)with three dimensionally ordered macroporous sulfur-doped graphitic carbon nitride(3DOM SCN/T)by electrostatic self-assembly.The optimized photocatalyst achieved a high photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)production activity with a yield of 2128μmol h^(−1)g^(−1)without the addition of hole scavengers.The remarkable performance was attributed to the synergy between the 3DOM framework and the S-scheme heterojunction.The former enhances light harvesting and provides abundant active sites for surface reactions,while the latter promotes the spatial separation of photogenerated carriers and enhances the redox power.Finally,the mechanism of photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)production over the 3DOM SCN/T S-scheme composite is proposed.This work provides novel insights into the development of effi-cient photocatalysts for H_(2)O_(2)production from water and O_(2).Zicong Jiang Qing Long Bei Cheng Rongan He Linxi Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,31:1

10A Novel Reassortant H3N8 Influenza Virus Isolated from Drinking Water for Duck in a Domestic Duck Farm in Poyang Lake Area显示文摘Objective To conduct a full genome sequence analysis for genetic characterization of an H3N8 influenza virus isolated from drinking water of a domestic duck farm in Poyang Lake area in 2011. Methods The virus was cultivated by specific pathogen free (SPF) chicken embryo eggs and was subtyped into hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) by real-time PCR method. Eight gene segments were sequenced and phylogenetic analysis was conducted. Results The NA gene of this virus belongs to North American lineage; other seven genes belong to Eurasian lineage. Compared with the viruses containing NA gene, the PB2 and PB1 gene came from different clades. And this indicates that the virus was a novel reassortant genotype. The HA receptor binding preference was avian-like and the cleavage site sequence showed a low pathogenic feature. There was no drug resistancemutation of M2 protein. Themutations of Asn30Asp, and Thr215Ala of the M1 protein implied the potential of pathogenicity increase in mice. 13Enhanced energy density and fast-charging ability via directional particle configuration显示文摘The limited energy density of lithium-ion capacitors poses a significant obstacle to their widespread application,primarily stemming from the inability of the electrodes to simultaneously fulfill both high energy density and rapid charging requirements.Experimental data demonstrate that a directional particle configuration can enhance charging speed while maintaining high-capacity density,but it is rarely discussed.Here,we have developed a particle-level electrochemical model capable of reconstructing an electrode with a directional particle configuration.By employing this method,an investigation was conducted to explore how the spatial morphology characteristics of particle configuration impact the energy storage characteristics of electrodes.Results demonstrate that rational particle configuration can effectively enhance the transport of lithium ions and create additional space for lithium-ion storage.With the same particle size distribution,the best electrode can increase the discharge capacity by up to132.4% and increase the charging SOC by 11.3% compared to the ordinary electrode under the condition of 6 C.These findings provide a further understanding of the energy storage mechanism inside the anisotropic particle distribution electrode,which is important for developing high-performance lithium-ion capacitors.Xiongwei Wu Shanguang lv Jiabao Li Xingrong Yin Xuewen Wu Jun Liu Jie Zhang Yuhan Yu Bei Long 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3:0
14Influences of CeO_(2)morphology on enhanced performance of electro-Fenton for wastewater treatment显示文摘As a kind of rare-earth oxide,CeO_(2)has been considered as a great potential material for its abundant oxygen vacancies and catalysis activity in wastewater treatment.In this study,three ceria samples with different morphological structure were prepared,and their effect on contaminates degradation in electro-Fenton(E-Fenton)system was investigated.It is found that the morphology of CeO_(2)has great influence on promoting the performance of E-Fenton process.The rod-like CeO_(2)(R-CeO_(2))induced EFenton system shows higher azo dye X3 B removal and mineralization rates than cubs(C-CeO_(2))and octahedrons(O-CeO_(2)),and the degradation kinetic rate constants are 0.28,0.169 and 0.181 min^(-1)respectively,already surpass that of the blank one(0.120 min^(-1)).The H_(2)O_(2)generation capacity of R-CeO_(2)induced E-Fenton system is also superior to the others,and the corresponding Faraday current efficiency even increases to 166.2%at 2.5 min.Characterizations by scanning-transmission electron microscopy(STEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),electron spin resonance(ESR),Raman spectroscopy were conducted to disclose the mystery behind this phenomenon.The results indicate that the difference of surface oxygen vacancy density in different shaped CeO_(2)acts as a magic driving force for the accelerated oxygen reduction,and then leads to the enhanced degradation efficiency of E-Fenton system.This work provides a new insight into the development and application of rare-earth elements based catalyst in E-Fenton technology.Jingjing Hu Bei Wu Lei Chen Chengcheng Song Huifang Yang Fei Long Jie Sun Ru'an Chi 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,12:0
15An aqueous BiI_(3)-Zn battery with dual mechanisms of Zn^(2+)(de)intercalation and I^(-)/I_(2)redox显示文摘The development of aqueous battery with dual mechanisms is now arousing more and more interest.The dual mechanisms of Zn^(2+)(de)intercalation and I^(-)/I_(2)redox bring unexpected effects.Herein,differing from previous studies using Zn I_(2)additive,this work designs an aqueous Bi I_(3)-Zn battery with selfsupplied I^(-).Ex situ tests reveal the conversion of Bi I_(3)into Bi(discharge)and Bi OI(charge)at the 1st cycle and the dissolved I^(-)in electrolyte.The active I^(-)species enhances the specific capacity and discharge medium voltage of electrode as well as improves the generation of Zn dendrite and by-product.Furthermore,the porous hard carbon is introduced to enhance the electronic/ionic conductivity and adsorb iodine species,proven by experimental and theoretical studies.Accordingly,the well-designed Bi I_(3)-Zn battery delivers a high reversible capacity of 182 m A h g^(-1)at 0.2 A g^(-1),an excellent rate capability with 88 m A h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1),and an impressive cyclability with 63%capacity retention over 20 K cycles at 10 A g^(-1).An excellent electrochemical performance is obtained even at a high mass loading of 6 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,a flexible quasi-solid-state Bi I_(3)-Zn battery exhibits satisfactory battery performances.This work provides a new idea for designing high-performance aqueous battery with dual mechanisms.Qi Deng Fangzhong Liu Xiongwei Wu Changzhu Li Weibin Zhou Bei Long 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,89,2:0
16Elementary study on the antigenicity of SARS-CoV Mc region显示文摘To test the antigenic activity of M protein (Mc protein) in the inner membrane of SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV Mc protein's bases locating inside the membrane were cloned, the His-fusion protein was expressed in E. coli and analyzed for its antigenic activity. Among those 7 clinically diagnosed patients' sera , there were 5 positive and 2 negative in reaction with His-fusion protein. All of the 20 healthy persons' sera and rabbit anti-OC43 and 229E were of negative reaction with His-fusion protein. The animals immunized with His-fusion protein have produced multi-clonal antibody. 18New Cassane Diterpenoids from the Seed Kernels of Caesalpinia cucullata, Exhibit Anti-inflammatory Effect in vitro by Inhibiting iNOS Enzymatic Activity显示文摘Inflammation is a complex biological response to stimulation.Natural cassane diterpenoids from Caesalpinia genus exhibit significant anti-inflammation activity.Eight new cassane diterpenoids(1-8)along with seven known ones(9-15)were obtained from the seed kernels of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb.This is the first report on chemical investigation of the seed kernels of C.cucullata,and the cassane diterpenes were found in this plant for the first time.Their structures were elucidated based on the extensive spectroscopic analyses,and the absolute configurations were identified by ECD calculation and X-ray crystallography.All compounds were evaluated for their anti-inflammation activity by inhibiting NO production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells.Compounds 1-2 and 9-11 exhibited effective inhibitory activity with inhibition rate more than 50%.The iNOS enzyme activity and molecular docking experiments were performed to explore the preliminary mechanism.Eventually,a potential anti-inflammatory mechanism revealed that the bioactive cassane inhibited overproduction of NO by targeting key residues in the iNOS active cavity to reduce iNOS enzymatic activation.Miao Wang Yi-Ren Yang Yan Yin Kai-Ru Song Li-Ping Long Xian-Zhe Li Bei Zhou Hui-Yuan Gao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,6:0
19Sn-doped BiOCl nanosheet with synergistic H^(+)/Zn^(2+)co-insertion for“rocking chair”zinc-ion battery显示文摘The development of insertion-type anodes is the key to designing“rocking chair”zinc-ion batteries.However,there is rare report on high mass loading anode with high performances.Here,{001}-oriented Bi OCl nanosheets with Sn doping are proposed as a promising insertion-type anode.The designs of cross-linked CNTs conductive network,{001}-oriented nanosheet,and Sn doping significantly enhance ion/electron transport,proved via experimental tests and theoretical calculations(density of states and diffusion barrier).The H^(+)/Zn^(2+)synergistic co-insertion mechanism is proved via ex situ XRD,Raman,XPS,and SEM tests.Accordingly,this optimized electrode delivers a high reversible capacity of 194 m A h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)with a voltage of≈0.37 V and an impressive cyclability with 128 m A h g^(-1)over 2500 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).It also shows satisfactory performances at an ultrahigh mass loading of 10 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,the Sn-Bi OCl//MnO_(2)full cell displays a reversible capacity of 85 m A h g^(-1)at 0.2 A g^(-1)during cyclic test.Yuzhu Qian Hongrui Wang Xinni Li Ting Song Yong Pei Li Liu Bei Long Xiongwei Wu Xianyou Wang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6:0
20Ultrathin organic polymer with p-πconjugated structure for simultaneous photocatalytic disulfide bond generation and CO_(2)reduction显示文摘Combining photocatalytic organic reactions with CO_(2)reduction is an efficient solar energy utilization mode,but it is still limited by the organic species that can be matched and the low conversion.Herein,ultrathin organic polymer with p-πconjugated structure(TPP)was rationally designed and prepared,and showed a high yield of CO(15.2 mmol g^(-1))and conversion of SAS coupled products(100%),far exceeding the organic polymer with P=O structure.The enhanced photoredox activity of TPP is ascribed to the orbital interaction between the p-orbital on phosphorus and theπ-orbitals of aromatic,which can accelerate the photoinduced charge carrier separation and improve the CO_(2)adsorption capacity.TPP can also be used for the dehydrocoupling of various benzyl mercaptans to the corresponding SAS bond products.This work provides a new concept for the efficient synthesis of disulfide bonds combined with CO_(2)reduction in a photoreaction system.Linquan Hou Zhunyun Tang Guojiang Mao Shiheng Yin Bei Long Tao Ouyang Guo-Jun Deng Atif Ali Ting Song 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1:0
