1Sub-femtometer-resolution absolute spectroscopy with sweeping electro-optic combs显示文摘Optical frequency comb with evenly spaced lines over a broad bandwidth has revolutionized the fields of optical metrology and spectroscopy.Here,we propose a fast interleaved dual-comb spectroscopy with sub-femtometer-resolution and absolute frequency,in which two electro-optic frequency combs are swept.Electrically-modulated stabilized laser enables ultrahigh resolution of 0.16 fm(or 20 k Hz in optical frequency)and single-shot measurement in 90 ms.Total 20 million points are recorded spanning 3.2 nm(or 400 GHz)bandwidth,corresponding to a spectral sampling rate of 2.5×10^(8)points/s under Nyquist-limitation.Besides,considering the trade-off between the measurement time and spectral resolution,a fast single-shot measurement is also realized in 1.6 ms with 8 fm(or 1 MHz)resolution.We demonstrate the 25-averaged result with 30.6 d B spectral measurement signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)by reducing the filter bandwidth in demodulation.The results show great prospect for precise measurement with flexibly fast refresh time,high spectral resolution,and high SNR.Bingxin Xu Xinyu Fan Shuai Wang Zuyuan He 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,12:2

3Transcriptome analysis reveals a potential regulatory mechanism of the lnc-5423.6/IGFBP5 axis in the early stages of mouse thymic involution显示文摘Age-related thymic involution is one of the significant reasons for induced immunity decline.Recent evidence has indicated that lncRNAs are widely involved in regulating organ development.However,the lncRNA expression profiles in mouse thymic involution have not been reported.In this study,we collect mouse thymus at the ages of 1 month,3 months,and 6 months for sequencing to observe the lncRNA and gene expression profiles in the early stages of thymic involution.Through bioinformatics analysis,a triple regulatory network of lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA that contains 29 lncRNAs,145 miRNAs and 12 mRNAs that may be related to thymic involution is identified.Among them,IGFBP5 can reduce the viability,inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis of mouse medullary thymic epithelial cell line 1(MTEC1)cells through the p53 signaling pathway.In addition,miR-193b-3p can alleviate MTEC1 cell apoptosis by targeting IGFBP5.Notably,lnc-5423.6 can act as a molecular sponge of miR-193b-3p to regulate the expression of IGFBP5.In summary,lnc-5423.6 enhances the expression of IGFBP5 by adsorption of miR-193b-3p,thereby promoting MTEC1 cell apoptosis.Bingxin Li Yaqiong Ye Longsheng Hong Wanyan Li Qingru Wu Wenjun Liu Yongjiang Ma Danning Xu Yugu Li 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,4:0
4Exploring the Pyrolysis Mechanism towards OER Performance Optimization of Salophen-ligated Binuclear Cobalt Complex显示文摘Exploring pyrolysis process is an efficient way to study the relationship between molecular level of the precursor structure and electrocatalytic functional materials in practice.Here,the unique semi-enclosed sector structure of Salophen ligands with highly symmetric N,N,0,0 mode was introduced to construct binuclear Co complex[Co2(salophen)(CI)2(C2H3N)](compound 1),which provides pre-liminary theoretical basis for the efficient coreshell structure electrocatalysts obtained by pyrolysis regulation.Moreover,we adopted TG-MS to real-time track the pyrolysis process from precursors of binuclear Co complexes with Salophen ligand to efficient catalytic materials with core-shell nano structures.As expected,the 1-600 sample achieves ultra-low overpote ntial of 256 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and high catalytic stability within 10 h in 1 mol/L KOH solution.This work highlights salophen-ligated complex as excellent precursor material system for the an alysis of pyrolysis evoluti on process,and provides an opport unity for targeted preparati on of efficie nt oxy-gen evoluti on reacti on(OER)nano catalysts.Qi An Bingxin Pan Li Li Xu Peng Ming-Hua Zeng 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,9:0

7Effectiveness of Shenshu Guanxin recipe granules(参术冠心方颗粒)for improving exercise tolerance in patients with stable angina pectoris:a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effectivess of Shenshu Guanxin recipe granules(参术冠心方颗粒,SGR)in improving exercise tolerance and the quality of life in patients with Stable Angina Pectoris(SAP).METHODS:A total of 189 patients were consecutively enrolled between December 2012 and December 2014.The included patients were randomly assigned to SGR and placebo groups.The primary endpoints included mainly the results of treadmill exercise test and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)during 12 weeks of treatment.RESULTS:After 12 weeks of treatment,SGR extended the time of exercise-induced ST-segment depression of 0.1 MV,lowered the maximum ST-segment depression,and shortened the duration of ST-segment depression in patients with SAP in southern China.Besides,the study also proved that SGR could improve the quality of life and functional status of patients with SAP.CONCLUSIONS:SGR showed a positive effect on exercise tolerance compared with the placebo besides optimal medical therapy.Also,the study proved that SGR could improve the SAQ score of the patients.JIN Xiao WU Bingxin WU Huanlin XU Danping 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,6:0
8Biallelic variants in RBM42 cause a multisystem disorder with neurological,facial,cardiac,and musculoskeletal involvement显示文摘Here,we report a previously unrecognized syndromic neurodevelopmental disorder associated with biallelic loss-of-function variants in the RBM42 gene.The patient is a 2-year-old female with severe central nervous system(CNs)abnormalities,hypotonia,hearing loss,congenital heart defects,and dysmorphic facial features.Familial whole-exome sequencing(WEs)reveals that the patient has two compound heterozygous variants,c.304C>T(p.R102*)and c.1312G>A(p.A438T),in the RBM42 gene which encodes an integral component of splicing complex in the RNA-binding motif protein family.The p.A438T variant is in the RRM domain which impairs RBM42 pro-tein stability in vivo.Additionally,p.A438T disrupts the interaction of RBM42 with hnRNP K,which is the causa-tive gene for Au-Kline syndrome with overlapping disease characteristics seen in the index patient.The human R102*or A438T mutant protein failed to fully rescue the growth defects of RBM42 ortholog knockout△FgRbp1 in Fusarium while it was rescued by the wild-type(WT)human RBM42.A mouse model carying Rbm42 compound heterozygous variants,c.280C>T(p.Q94*)and c.1306_1308delinsACA(p.A436T),demonstrated gross fetal develop-mental defects and most of the double mutant animals died by E13.5.RNA-seq data confirmed that Rbm42 was involved in neurological and myocardial functions with an essential role in alternative splicing(As).Overall,we present clinical,genetic,and functional data to demonstrate that defects in RBM42 constitute the underlying etiology of a new neurodevelopmental disease which links the dysregulation of global AS to abnormal embryonic development.Yiyao Chen Bingxin Yang Xiaoyu Merlin Zhang Songchang Chen Minhui Wang Liya Hu Nina Pan Shuyuan Li Weihui Shi Zhenhua Yang Li Wang Yajing Tan Jian Wang Yanlin Wang Qinghe Xing Zhonghua Ma Jinsong Li He-Feng Huang Jinglan Zhang Chenming Xu 2024Protein & Cell2024,15,1:0
9Correlation between the Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Molecular Types of Breast Cancer in Perichemotherapy Period显示文摘Objectives The objective of this study was to explore the correlation between the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and molecular types of breast cancer in the perichemotherapy period.Methods A total of 325 cases with perichemotherapy breast cancer was classified according to syndrome differentiation in TCM,and R×C table x2 test was used to examine and analyze the relationship between TCM syndromes and molecular types of breast cancer in the perichemotherapy period.Results(1)In the early stage of chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in the distribution of different TCM syndromes among molecular types,mainly liver depression syndrome and liver depression and phlegm coagulation syndrome(p>0.05).(2)In the middle stage of chemotherapy,there were significant differences in the distribution of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome among HER-2 positive(HR positive),HER-2 positive(HR negative),and Luminal Atype,Luminal B type(HER-2 negative),and triple-negative type(p<0.01).(3)After chemotherapy,there were significant differences in the distribution of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and marrow sea insufficiency syndrome among HER-2 positive(HR negative),triple-negative type,and HER-2 positive(HR positive),Luminal A type,Luminal B type(HER-2 negative),and triple-negative type(p<0.01).Conclusion(1)In the middle stage of chemotherapy,HER-2 positive(HR positive)and HER-2 positive(HR negative)are more likely to show spleen deficiency and phlegmdampness syndrome than other molecular types.(2)In the late stage of chemotherapy,the HER-2 positive(HR negative)and triple-negative type is more likely to show spleenkidney yang deficiency syndrome than other molecular types,and the triple-negative type is more likely to show marrow sea insufficiency syndrome than other molecular types.Bingxin Meng Xufeng Cheng Qi Liu Huiduo Zhao Beibei Wang Liuyan Xu 2023Chinese Medicine and Natural Products2023,3,4:0
