2Fast-Suppressor Screening for New Components in Protein Trafficking,Organelle Biogenesis and Silencing Pathway in Arabidopsis thaliana Using DEX-Inducible FREE1-RNAi Plants显示文摘Membrane trafficking is essential for plant growth and responses to external signals.The plant unique FYVE domain-containing protein FREE1 is a component of the ESCRT complex(endosomal sorting complex required for transport).FREE1 plays multiple roles in regulating protein trafficking and organelle biogenesis including the formation of intraluminal vesicles of multivesicular body(MVB),vacuolar protein transport and vacuole biogenesis,and autophagic degradation.FREE1 knockout plants show defective MVB formation,abnormal vacuolar transport,fragmented vacuoles,accumulated autophagosomes,and seedling lethality.To further uncover the underlying mechanisms of FREE1 function in plants,we performed a forward genetic screen for mutants that suppressed the seedling lethal phenotype of FREE1-RNAi transgenic plants.The obtained mutants are termed as suppressors of free1(sof).To date,229 putative sof mutants have been identified.Barely detecting of FREE1 protein with M3plants further identified 84 FREE1-related suppressors.Also145 mutants showing no reduction of FREE1 protein were termed as RNAi-related mutants.Through next-generation sequencing(NGS)of bulked DNA from F2mapping population of two RNAi-related sof mutants,FREE1-RNAi T-DNA inserted on chromosome 1 was identified and the causal mutation of putative sof mutant is being identified similarly.These FREE1-and RNAi-related sof mutants will be useful tools and resources for illustrating the underlying mechanisms of FREE1 function in intracellular trafficking and organelle biogenesis,as well as for uncovering the new components involved in the regulation of silencing pathways in plants.Qiong Zhao Caiji Gao PoShing Lee Lin Liu Shaofang Li Tangjin Hu Jinbo Shen Shuying Pan Hao Ye Yunru Chen Wenhan Cao Yong Cui Peng Zeng Sheng Yu Yangbin Gao Liang Chen Beixin Mo Xin Liu Shi Xiao Yunde Zhao Silin Zhong Xuemei Chen Liwen Jiang 2015Journal of Genetics and Genomics2015,42,6:4

18Improving Data Utility Through Game Theory in Personalized Differential Privacy显示文摘Due to dramatically increasing information published in social networks,privacy issues have given rise to public concerns.Although the presence of differential privacy provides privacy protection with theoretical foundations,the trade-off between privacy and data utility still demands further improvement.However,most existing studies do not consider the quantitative impact of the adversary when measuring data utility.In this paper,we firstly propose a personalized differential privacy method based on social distance.Then,we analyze the maximum data utility when users and adversaries are blind to the strategy sets of each other.We formalize all the payoff functions in the differential privacy sense,which is followed by the establishment of a static Bayesian game.The trade-off is calculated by deriving the Bayesian Nash equilibrium with a modified reinforcement learning algorithm.The proposed method achieves fast convergence by reducing the cardinality from n to 2.In addition,the in-place trade-off can maximize the user's data utility if the action sets of the user and the adversary are public while the strategy sets are unrevealed.Our extensive experiments on the real-world dataset prove the proposed model is effective and feasible.Lei Cui Youyang Qu Mohammad Reza Nosouhi Shui Yu Jian-Wei Niu Gang Xie 2019Journal of Computer Science & Technology2019,34,2:0
19Hyperbranched magnetic polymer:highly efficient removal of Cr(Ⅵ)and application in electroplating wastewater显示文摘By using a two-step hydrothermal method and trithiocyanuric acid(TTCA),2,4,6-trihydrazino-1,3,5-triazine(THT),and Fe_(3)O_(4)as raw materials,a spherical magnetic adsorbent polymer(TTCA/THT@Fe_(3)O_(4))was synthesized to achieve the efficient removal of Cr(VI)from wastewater.Under optimal adsorption conditions,the maximum adsorption capacity of TTCA/THT@Fe_(3)O_(4)for Cr(VI)can reach 1340 mg∙g‒1.Notably,the removal efficiency can approach 98.9%,even at the lower concentration of 20 mg∙L^(‒1)Cr(VI).For actual wastewater containing Cr(VI),the Cr(VI)concentration was reduced from 25.8 to 0.4 mg∙L^(‒1),a remarkable 20%lower than the current industry discharge standard value.A mechanism for the high adsorption performance of Cr(VI)on TTCA/THT@Fe_(3)O_(4)was investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and density functional theory.It can be plausibly attributed to the formation of Cr/N and Cr/S coordination bonds.Additionally,surface electrostatic adsorption,reduction effects,and the spherical polymer structure increase the contact area with Cr(VI),maximizing adsorption.The synergistic effect of adsorption and reduction enhances the adsorption performance of TTCA/THT@Fe_(3)O_(4)for Cr(VI)and total chromium in water.The resultant polymer has a simple preparation process,excellent adsorption performance,easy magnetic separation,and promising application for actual wastewater.Nan Sun Qing Wu Lifang Jin Zichen Zhu Jianhui Sun Shuying Dong Haijiao Xie Chunyan Zhang Yanrui Cui 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,10:0
20Regulation of hydrogen evolution performance of titanium oxide-carbon composites at high current density with a Ti-O hybrid orbital显示文摘Rational design and controllable synthesis of practical electrodes with high sta bility and activity at high current density for a hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)are critical for renewable and sustainable energy conversion.However,high-performance TiO_(2)-based electrocatalysts for HER are quite limited,and the cat alytic active centers still remain elusive.Herein,a simple strategy is demonstrated for the synthesis of TiO_(2)-carbon composite(TiO_(2)/C)with high HER performance and stability.The remarkable HER performance of TiO_(2)/C can be ascribed to the doping of carbon atoms,which leads to stronger hybridization of Ti 3d and O 2p orbitals,thus substantially improving the electrocatalytic efficiency.This study elucidates that the hydrogen evolution activity of oxide electrocatalysts can be largely improved by regulating their electronic structures by doping carbon atoms and also provides an effective strategy for designing heterostructured electro catalysts with high catalytic activity and stability at high current density for HER.Meichen Liu Zhiping Lei Qingping Ke Peixin Cui Jiancheng Wang Jingchong Yan Zhanku Li Hengfu Shui Shibiao Ren Zhicai Wang Ying Kong Shigang Kang 2022Carbon Energy2022,4,3:0
