| 1 | New insights into gibberellin signaling in regulating flowering in Arabidopsis显示文摘In angiosperms,floral transition is a key developmental transition from the vegetative to reproductive growth,and requires precise regulation to maximize the reproductive success.A complex regulatory network governs this transition through integrating flowering pathways in response to multiple exogenous and endogenous cues.Phytohormones are essential for proper plant developmental regulation and have been extensively studied for their involvement in the floral transition.Among various phytohormones,gibberellin(GA)plays a major role in affecting flowering in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.The GA pathway interact with other flowering genetic pathways and phytohormone signaling pathways through either DELLA proteins or mediating GA homeostasis.In this review,we summarize the recent advances in understanding the mechanisms of DELLA-mediated GA pathway in flowering time control in Arabidopsis,and discuss its possible link with other phytohormone pathways during the floral transition. | Shengjie Bao Changmei Hua Lisha Shen Hao Yu | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020，62，1： | 21 |
| 2 | Synthesis and biological evaluation of 8-substituted and deglucuronidated scutellarin and baicalin analogues as antioxidant responsive element activators显示文摘Flavonoids are important bioactive dietary compounds, which are proved to be antioxidant responsive element (ARE) activators to defend against electrophilic toxicants and oxidative stress. The activators induce ARE gene transcription through Nrf2 factor, a major transcriptional stimulator of cytoprotective genes, relieved from a Keap1 complex. In this report, based on the structures of two flavonoids, scutellarin and baicalin, which are extracted from two common Chinese plants Dengzhanhua (Erigeron breviscapus (vant) Hand-Mazz) and Huangqin (Scutellaria baicalensis Georigi), respectively, we synthesized several 8-substituted and deglucuronidated analogues and identified the ARE activation effects of these flavonoids. We found that the Baicalin, deglucurnonidated Baicalin and diaza cyclopenta derivative were more active. Their dose-dependent upregulation activities of ARE and NQO1 and induction effects of Nrf2 were testified. | 3 | Effect of Thermal Treatment on the Properties of TEMPO Oxidized Cellulose Film for the Flexible Substrate of Solar Cell显示文摘The 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl(TEMPO)oxidized cellulose film(TOCF)has been attempted to be used as a substrate in electronic and optoelectronic devices,but the changes in the TOCF properties before and after annealing treatment have usually been neglected during device fabrication.In this study,TOCF was treated in different atmospheres(air,vacuum,and N2)and at different temperatures,and the properties were investigated.The results indicate that the optical properties are slightly affected by atmosphere and temperature;only slight transmittance loss and haze increase have been observed when TOCF is exposed to an air atmosphere at temperatures of above 120℃.In contrast to the slight effects on the optical properties,cellulose degradation and a loss of film strength have been observed regardless of the atmosphere used when placed at temperatures of above 100℃.Specifically,TOCF was exposed to air,followed by N2 and vacuum atmospheres.Additional Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)results showed that increasing the temperature had no significant effect on the structure of TOCF.Therefore,the annealing temperature should be controlled at a temperature of lower than 100℃and a vacuum atmosphere is preferred. | Changmei Lin Hui Zhang Qidu Deng Liulian Huang Xiaojuan Ma Shilin Cao | 2020 | Paper And Biomaterials2020，5，3： | 2 |
