| 6 | Selective immunoglobulin A deficiency(SIgAD)primarily leads to recurrent infections and autoimmune diseases:A retrospective study of Chinese patients in the past 40 years显示文摘Selective immunoglobulin A deficiency(SIgAD)is considered to be the most common human primary immune-deficiency disease in the world.However,the incidence in China is obviously lower than Caucasian races.The definition of SIgAD has changed over time with the progress of people’s understanding.The scientific community did not reach a consensus on the definition until 1999.As a result,many previously reported cases need to be excluded under the current definition.SIgAD can lead to several spectra of diseases including infections and autoimmune diseases.We retrospectively summarized the SIgAD patients in Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH),and summarized the Chinese SIgAD reported in China and abroad in past 40 years.Fourty three SIgAD patients were confirmed in the study,in which 9 were healthy without clinical symptoms.Of the 34 patients with clinical symptoms,recurrent infections were found in 29(85.3%)patients;13(38.2%)patients were with autoimmune diseases;6(17.6%)cases had allergic symptoms;3 patients(8.8%)were with tumors,only one case(2.9%)had a family history.Compared with other countries,sIgAD patients in China showed similar symptoms,but the rate of recurrent infections and autoimmune diseases were higher than some other countries;most of the allergic symptoms are drug allergy,different with the allergic sequelae reported in other countries,such as asthma,rhinitis,food allergy and atopic dermatitis;and it is rare to have family history in Chinese patients.We also figured out that more female SIgAD patients tend to have more autoimmune diseases than men(P=0.039). | Wei Wang Tianhao Yao Tianyi Zhang Meiying Quan Changyan Wang Chen Wang Lejia Zhang Xiaoyan Tang Shan Jian Hongmei Song | 2020 | Genes & Diseases2020,7,1: | 3 |
| 7 | Uniform single atomic Cu_(1)-C_(4)sites anchored in graphdiyne for hydroxylation of benzene to phenol显示文摘For single-atom catalysts(SACs),the catalyst supports are not only anchors for single atoms,but also modulators for geometric and electronic structures,which determine their catalytic performance.Selecting an appropriate support to prepare SACs with uniform coordination environments is critical for achieving optimal performance and clarifying the relationship between the structure and the property of SACs.Approaching such a goal is still a significant challenge.Taking advantage of the strong d-πinteraction between Cu atoms and diacetylenic in a graphdiyne(GDY)support,we present an efficient and simple strategy for fabricating Cu single atoms anchored on GDY(Cu_(1)/GDY)with uniform Cu_(1)-C_(4)single sites under mild conditions.The Cu atomic structure was confirmed by combining synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption spectroscopy,X-ray photoele ctron spectroscopy and density functional theory(DFT)calculations.The as-prepared Cu1/GDY exhibits much higher activity than state-of-the-art SACs in direct benzene oxidation to phenol with H_(2)O_(2)reaction,with turnover frequency values of 251 h^(-1)at room temperature and 1889 h^(-1)at 60℃,respectively.Furthermore,even with a high benzene conversion of86%,high phenol sele ctivity(96%)is maintaine d,which can be ascribed to the hydrophobic and oleophyllic surface nature of Cu1/GDY for benzene adsorption and phenol desorption.Both experiments and DFT calculations indicate that Cu_(1)-C_(4)single sites are more effective at activating H_(2)O_(2)to form Cu=O bonds,which are important active intermediates for benzene oxidation to phenol. | Jia Yu Changyan Cao Hongqiang Jin Weiming Chen Qikai Shen Peipei Li Lirong Zheng Feng He Weiguo Song Yuliang Li | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,9: | 3 |

| 9 | Theoretical analysis of the limiting rate of phreatic evaporation for aeolian sandy soil in Taklimakan Desert显示文摘Phreatic evaporation is a great lose for shallow groundwater in the Taklimakan Desert. Given soil type and groundwater table, the limiting rate of phreatic evaporation is defined as the maximum of water transferred from groundwater to soil surface per unit time, which is a key parameter and control condition for phreatic evaporation model developing. The soil water characteristic curve for the aeolian sandy soil in the Taklimakan Desert was fitted with the least square method based on the formula of soil moisture characteristics curve proposed by Van Genuchten, using observed soil moisture and soil water suction data. The unsaturated hydraulic conductivity was determined by the instantaneous profile method in situ and the calculation formula for unsaturated hydraulic conductivity was established. According to the steady flow theory, the quasi-analytical solution of limiting rate of phreatic evaporation was derived on the basis of generalization of the formula of unsaturated hydraulic conductivity. | 10 | Oxygen vacancies induced narrow band gap of BiOCl for efficient visible-light catalytic performance from double radicals显示文摘In this work,a high-efficiency photocatalytic BiOCl material with a visible light absorption range was successfully prepared by one-pot molecular self-assembly and particle recrystallization method at room temperature.In the process of crystal growth,tartaric acid,as a structure control agent,gradually transforms the stacked two-dimensional nano-sheet-like BiOCl into a hierarchical structure composed of petallike nano-sheets through hydrogen bonding.Besides,the acid etching of organic carboxylic acid on the crystal surface increases the number of micropores and mesopores,thereby the reaction interface.The thiourea(TU)molecules adsorbed on the BiOCl surface with a strong electronic effect introduce oxygen vacancies(OVs)under the condition of low oxygen content.The synergistic effect of hierarchical structure and OVs reduces the recombination of photogenerated carriers,but absorbs more O_(2)and OH−to generate a large number of superoxide radicals(·O_(2)−)and hydroxyl radicals(·OH)effectively.The photocatalytic performance of the synthesized BiOCl material has been significantly improved,and it can effectively degrade 94.15%of rhodamine B(RhB)within 20 min.Furthermore,90.95%of tetracycline(TC),93.76%of ciprofloxacin(CIP),and 85.53%of methyl orange(MO)can be removed in 80 min.Therefore,our work provides an effective method for preparing BiOCl with visible light catalytic activity,which,of course,can be used to treat and repair actual environmental problems under mild conditions. | Changyan Chen Ting Jiang Jianhua Hou Tingting Zhang Geshan Zhang Yongcai Zhang Xiaozhi Wang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,19: | 2 |

| 16 | Dynamic evolution of nitrogen and oxygen dual-coordinated single atomic copper catalyst during partial oxidation of benzene to phenol显示文摘Single atom catalysts(SACs)with metal_(1)-N_(x)sites have shown promising activity and selectivity in direct catalytic oxidation of benzene to phenol.The reaction pathway is considered to be involving two steps,including a H_(2)O_(2)molecule dissociated on the metal single site to form the(metal_(1)-N_(x))=O active site,and followed by the dissociation of another H_(2)O_(2)on the other side of metal atom to form O=(metal_(1)-N_(x))=O intermediate center,which is active for the adsorption of benzene molecule via the formation of a C-O bond to form phenol.In this manuscript,we report a Cu SAC with nitrogen and oxygen dual-coordination(Cu1-N3O1 moiety)that doesn’t need the first H_(2)O_(2)activation process,as verified by both experimental and density function theory(DFT)calculations results.Compared with the counterpart nitrogen-coordinated Cu SAC(denoted as Cu1/NC),Cu SAC with nitrogen and oxygen dual-coordination(denoted as Cu1/NOC)exhibits 2.5 times higher turnover frequency(TOF)and 1.6 times higher utilization efficiency of H_(2)O_(2).Particularly,the coordination number(CN)of Cu atom in Cu1/NOC maintains four even after H_(2)O_(2)treatment and reaction.Combining DFT calculations,the dynamic evolution of single atomic Cu with nitrogen and oxygen dualcoordination in hydroxylation of benzene is proposed.These findings provide an efficient route to improve the catalytic performance through regulating the coordination environments of SACs and demonstrate a new reaction mechanism in hydroxylation of benzene to phenol reaction. | Weiming Chen Hongqiang Jin Feng He Peixin Cui Changyan Cao Weiguo Song | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 1 |
