1Economic Dispatch of Power Systems with Virtual Power Plant Based Interval Optimization Method显示文摘Load prediction and power prediction uncertainties are inevitable aspects of a virtual power plant(VPP).In power system economic dispatch(ED)modeling,the interval is used to describe prediction uncertainties.An ED model with interval uncertainty is established in this paper.The probability degree definition is adopted to convert the interval-based economic dispatch model into a deterministic model for the purposes of solving the modeling problem.Simulation tests are performed on a 10-machine system using professional optimization software(LINGO).The simulation results verify the validity of the proposed interval-based scheme for the economic dispatch of a power system with VPP.Chongxin Huang Dong Yue Jun Xie Yaping Li Ke Wang 2016CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,1:17
2Recent Advances and Opportunities of Lead-Free Perovskite Nanocrystal for Optoelectronic Application显示文摘Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs),as a new class of light-emitting and light-harvesting materials,have recently attracted intensive attention for an impressive variety of optoelectronic applications.However,the lead toxicity and poor stability of such materials severely restrict their practical applications and future commercialization.Lead-free perovskite NCs and their derivatives,designed by the reasonable chemical substitution of Pb with other nontoxic elements,are recently booming as an attractive alternative to lead-based counterparts.In this review,we firstly present a comprehensive overview of currently explored lead-free perovskite NCs with an emphasis on their design routes,morphologies,optoelectronic properties,and environmental stability issues.Then,we discuss the preliminary achievements of lead-free perovskite NCs in versatile optoelectronic applications,such as light-emitting devices,solar cells,photodetectors,and photocatalysis.We finish this review with a critical outlook into the currently existing challenges and possible development opportunities of this rapidly evolving field.Fei Zhang Zhuangzhuang Ma Zhifeng Shi Xu Chen Di Wu Xinjian Li Chongxin Shan 2021Energy Material Advances2021,,1:3

4Stoichiometric effect on electrical and near-infrared photodetection properties of full-composition-range GaAs1−xSbx nanowires显示文摘As one of the most important narrow bandgap ternary semiconductors, GaAs1−xSbx nanowires (NWs) have attracted extensive attention recently, due to the superior hole mobility and the tunable bandgap, which covers the whole near-infrared (NIR) region, for technological applications in next-generation high-performance electronics and NIR photodetection. However, it is still a challenge to the synthesis of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs across the entire range of composition, resulting in the lack of correlation investigation among stoichiometry, microstructure, electronics, and NIR photodetection. Here, we demonstrate the success growth of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs with full composition range by adopting a simple and low-cost surfactant-assisted solid source chemical vapor deposition method. All of the as-prepared NWs are uniform, smooth, and straight, without any phase segregation in all stoichiometric compositions. The lattice constants of each NW composition have been well correlated with the chemical stoichiometry and confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Raman spectrum. Moreover, with the increase of Sb concentration, the hole mobility of the as-fabricated field-effect-transistors and the responsivity and detectivity of the as-fabricated NIR photodetectors increase accordingly. 12Near-infrared chemiluminescent carbon nanogels for oncology imaging and therapy显示文摘Carbon nanogels(CNGs)with dual ability of reactive oxygen species(ROS)imaging and photodynamic therapy have been designed with selfassembled chemiluminescent carbonized polymer dots(CPDs).With efficient deep-red/near-infrared chemiluminescence(CL)emission and distinctive photodynamic capacity,the H2O2-driven chemiluminescent CNGs are further designed by assembling the polymeric conjugate and CL donors,enabling an in vitro and in vivo ROS bioimaging capability in animal inflammation models and a high-performance therapy for xenograft tumors.Mechanistically,ROS generated in inflammatory sites or tumor microenvironment can trigger the chemically initiated electron exchange luminescence in the chemical reaction of peroxalate and H2O2,enabling in vivo CL imaging.Meanwhile,part of the excited-state electrons will transfer to the ambient H2O or dissolved oxygen and in turn lead to the type I and type II photochemical ROS production of hydroxyl radicals or singlet oxygen,endowing the apoptosis of tumor cells and thus enabling cancer therapy.These results open up a new avenue for the design of multifunctional nanomaterials for bioimaging and antienoplastic agents.Chenglong Shen Tianci Jiang Qing Lou Wenbo Zhao Chaofan Lv Guangsong Zheng Hangrui Liu Pengfei Li Lingling Dai Kaikai Liu Jinhao Zang Feng Wang Lin Dong Songnan Qu Zhe Cheng Chongxin Shan 2022SmartMat2022,3,2:1
