| 1 | Astragalus polysaccharide enhances immunity and inhibits H9N2 avian influenza virus in vitro and in vivo显示文摘This study investigated the humoral immunization of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS) against H9N2 avian influenza virus(H9N2 AIV) infection in chickens. The effects of APS treatment on H9N2 infection was evaluated by an MTT [3(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 3-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide] assay and analysis of MHC and cytokine mRNA expression. The effect on lymphocyte and serum antibody titers in vivo was also investigated. IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, LITAF, IL-12 and antibody titers to H9N2 AIV were enhanced in the first week after APS treatment. | 2 | Adsorptive desulfurization over hierarchical beta zeolite by alkaline treatment显示文摘Hierarchical beta zeolites with SiO2 /Al2O3 molar ratios of 16 to 25 were obtained by alkaline treatment in NaOH solution. The effects of treatment temperature on crystallinity, textural properties and chemical composites were studied by XRD, N2 sorption, FT-IR and XRF techniques. The desulfurization performance of parent and alkaline-treated beta zeolites was investigated by static absorption in four model fuels, containing four sulfur compounds of different molecular sizes like thiophene (TP), 3-methylthiophene (3-MT), benzothiophene (BT) and dibenzothiophene (DBT), respectively. The crystallinity was observed to be successfully maintained when the treatment temperature was below 50 C. Mesoporosity of beta zeolite was evidently developed with alkaline treatment. The formation of mesopore remarkably improved the desulfurization performance for TP, 3-MT, BT and DBT, especially for DBT with larger molecular diameter. Though the addition of toluene in the model fuels resulted in a significant drop of the desulfurization performance of mesoporous beta zeolite, the introduction of cerium ions to some extent mitigated the effect of toluene, which means that both the adsorbents porous structure and the adsorption mode are responsible for the desulfurization performance. | 3 | Effects of toluene on thiophene adsorption over NaY and Ce(IV)Y zeolites显示文摘Zeolites NaY and Ce(IV)Y were employed as adsorbents to remove organic sulfur compounds from model gasoline(MG) solutions with and without toluene in static adsorption experiments at room temperature(RT) and atmospheric pressure.The adsorbents were characterized by XRD,XRF and pyridine infrared spectrum(IR).The adsorption experiments show that the desulfurization performance of Ce(IV)Y is much better than that of NaY.The sulfur removal over both NaY and Ce(IV)Y decreases with the increase of toluene concentration in MG,however,the decline tendency on Ce(IV)Y is smooth,and it is steep on NaY.FT-IR spectra of thiophene adsorption indicate that thiophene molecules are mainly adsorbed on NaY via π electron interaction,but on Ce(IV)Y,in addition to the π electron interaction,both Ce4+-S direct interaction and protonation of thiophene also play important roles.Toluene molecules are adsorbed on NaY also via π electron interaction.Although the amount of Brnsted acid sites is increased due to the introduction of Ce4+ ions into NaY zeolite,it is not found to influence the adsorption mode of toluene over Ce(IV)Y.Compared with NaY zeolite,the improved desulfurization performance over Ce(IV)Y for removing organic sulfur compounds from MG solution,especially those containing large amount of aromatics,may be ascribed to the direct Ce(IV)-S interaction,which is much resistant to the influence resulted from toluene adsorption. | Yanchun Shi Xiaojian Yang Fuping Tian Cuiying Jia Yongying Chen | 2012 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012，21，4： | 9 |

| 6 | Pricking and penetrating moxibustion therapy in patients with refractory insomnia: a randomized and controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of pricking and penetrating moxibustion therapy on refractory insomnia.METHODS: Totally 60 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was treated with pricking and penetrating moxibustion therapy, the control group with penetrating moxibustion therapy, the treatment was given once every day, two groups of patients were treated 20 times,compared the efficacy, pinsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom, safety evaluation between the two groups.RESULTS: Compared with 10, 20 times after the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group(93.3%) higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(P < 0.05); Compared with beforetreatment, 20 times after treatment, the PSQI and TCM symptom pattern scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.01); Compared with 10, 20 times after the treatment, the treatment group are better than the control group in improving the total score and the integral of PSQI(P <0.05 or P < 0.01); The treatment group are better than the control group in improving the TCM symptom pattern score, difficulty in going to sleep, palpitation, amnesia, fidget, sweating, impaired concentration(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: The pricking and penetrating moxibustion therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory insomnia and the treatment can improve the curative effect of the therapy that uses penetrating moxibustion only. | Chen Yan Gao Xiyan Sun Cuiying | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018，38，5： | 4 |
| 7 | Genome-wide identification of droughtresponsive microRNAs in two sets of Malus from interspecific hybrid progenies显示文摘Drought stress can negatively impact apple fruit quality and yield.Apple microRNAs(miRNAs)participate in apple tree and fruit development,as well as in biotic stress tolerance;however,it is largely unknown whether these molecules are involved in the drought response.To identify drought-responsive miRNAs in Malus,we first examined the drought stress tolerance of ten F1 progenies of R3(M.×domestica)×M.sieversii.We performed Illumina sequencing on pooled total RNA from both drought-tolerant and drought-sensitive plants.The sequencing results identified a total of 206 known miRNAs and 253 candidate novel miRNAs from drought-tolerant plants and drought-sensitive plants under control or drought conditions.We identified 67 miRNAs that were differentially expressed in drought-tolerant plants compared with drought-sensitive plants under drought conditions.Under drought stress,61 and 35 miRNAs were differentially expressed in drought-tolerant and drought-sensitive plants,respectively.We determined the expression levels of seven out of eight miRNAs by stem-loop qPCR analysis.We also predicted the target genes of all differentially expressed miRNAs and identified the expression of some genes.Gene Ontology analyses indicated that the target genes were mainly involved in stimulus response and cellular and metabolic processes.Finally,we confirmed roles of two miRNAs in apple response to mannitol.Our results reveal candidate miRNAs and their associated mRNAs that could be targeted for improving drought tolerance in Malus species,thus providing a foundation for understanding the molecular networks involved in the response of apple trees to drought stress. | Chundong Niu Haiyan Li Lijuan Jiang Mingjia Yan Cuiying Li Dali Geng Yinpeng Xie Yan Yan Xiaoxia Shen Pengxiang Chen Jun Dong Fengwang Ma Qingmei Guan | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019，6，1： | 2 |

| 13 | Eutectic nucleation in Al-7 wt pct Si-Mg casting alloys显示文摘The nucleation of eutectic crystals of hypoeutectic Al-7 wt pct Si-Mg casting alloys modified by Ce and Sr was studied by using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). DSC results were applied to calculate the values of activity energy and nucleation work of eutectic nucleation for the alloys. These values were decreased and the eutectic nucleation frequency was increased with the addition of Ce and Sr to the alloys. Moreover, the morphology of eutectic silicon in the modified alloys was partially or fully modified as fine, fibrous or coral, and DSC plots show that the eutectic undercooling of Al-7 wt pct Si-Mg alloys were increased with additions of modified agents.
