1Classification and regionalization of the forming environment of windblown sand disasters along the Tarim Desert Highway显示文摘Through the systematic field survey and observations, the factor quantification as well as setting the criteria, the sand disaster-forming environment along the Tarim Desert Highway can be divided into four grades by the classification and regionalization based on fuzzy mathematics. The length of the regions with significant sand disaster accounted for 37.1% of the total highway length. Particularly, the area along the Tarim Desert Highway, based on the sand disaster-forming environment classification as well as the difference in the five basic landform units along the highway, combined with the difference of wind regime, can be divided into five regions, in which the length of the regions suffering severe sand damage occupied 64.3% of the total highway length. 2Effects of natural covers on soil evaporation of the shelterbelt along the Tarim Desert Highway显示文摘The control of soil evaporation is one of important approaches to save water. The artificially simulated evaporation experiments have been conducted in the hinterland of the Taklimakan Desert to reveal the effects of the natural covers on the soil evaporation of the Tarim Desert Highway shelterbelt as well as provide some insights in the efficient utilization of water resources and optimization of irrigation systems. The results showed that (1) All the covers, including the sand deposit, the salt crust, the litter, the sand-litter mixed layer and so on, can significantly inhibit the soil water evaporation. Specifically, the daily evaporation, the total evaporation, and the evaporation rate in covered sands were much smaller than that of sands without cover. The cover inhibition effects increased with the cover thickness. Particularly, the soil evaporation of the covered sands was less affected by external and internal factors than that of the bare sands. Moreover, the variation of daily evaporation of covered sands was smaller than that of bare sands. The cumulative evaporation varied linearly with time in the covered sands whereas it varied logarithmically in the bare sands. In addition, the soil evaporation in the bare sands showed significantly different characteristics in the early and late stages of the evaporation. (2) All the covers exhibited the significant inhibiting effect on the soil evaporation, and the inhibition efficiency increased logarithmically with the cover thickness. However, as the cover thickness was above a certain value, the increase in the inhibition efficiency was slow. Particularly, at a cover thickness of 2 cm, there was no obvious difference in the inhibition efficiency among all kinds of covers. The maximum inhibition efficiency as calculated from the daily evaporation on the first day of irrigation was: sand-litter mixed layer (79.92%) > litter layer (78.96%) > salt crust (75.58%) > sand bed (74.11%), whereas the average inhibiting efficiency as calculated from the cumulative soil evaporation at the end of an irrigation cycle (the fourth day) was: salt crust (67.78%) > sand-litter mixed layer (66.72%) > sand deposit (63.28%) > litter layer (61.74%).ZHOU HongWei LI ShengYu SUN ShuGuo XU XinWen LEI JiaQiang LIU Shang DU WenYi YAN Zeng WANG YongChang 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,S2:11
3Progress in octahedral spherical hohlraum study显示文摘In this paper,we give a review of our theoretical and experimental progress in octahedral spherical hohlraum study.From our theoretical study,the octahedral spherical hohlraums with 6 Laser Entrance Holes(LEHs)of octahedral symmetry have robust high symmetry during the capsule implosion at hohlraum-to-capsule radius ratio larger than 3.7.In addition,the octahedral spherical hohlraums also have potential superiority on low backscattering without supplementary technology.We studied the laser arrangement and constraints of the octahedral spherical hohlraums,and gave a design on the laser arrangement for ignition octahedral hohlraums.As a result,the injection angle of laser beams of 50°-60°was proposed as the optimum candidate range for the octahedral spherical hohlraums.We proposed a novel octahedral spherical hohlraum with cylindrical LEHs and LEH shields,in order to increase the laser coupling efficiency and improve the capsule symmetry and to mitigate the influence of the wall blowoff on laser transport.We studied on the sensitivity of the octahedral spherical hohlraums to random errors and compared the sensitivity among the octahedral spherical hohlraums,the rugby hohlraums and the cylindrical hohlraums,and the results show that the octahedral spherical hohlraums are robust to these random errors while the cylindrical hohlraums are the most sensitive.Up till to now,we have carried out three experiments on the spherical hohlraum with 2 LEHs on Shenguang(SG)laser facilities,including demonstration of improving laser transport by using the cylindrical LEHs in the spherical hohlraums,spherical hohlraum energetics on the SGIII prototype laser facility,and comparisons of laser plasma instabilities between the spherical hohlraums and the cylindrical hohlraums on the SGIII laser facility.Ke Lan Jie Liu Zhichao Li Xufei Xie Wenyi Huo Yaohua Chen Guoli Ren Chunyang Zheng Dong Yang Sanwei Li Zhiwen Yang Liang Guo Shu Li Mingyu Zhang Xiaoying Han Chuanlei Zhai Lifei Hou Yukun Li Keli Deng Zheng Yuan Xiayu Zhan Feng Wang Guanghui Yuan Haijun Zhang Bobin Jiang Lizhen Huang Wei Zhang Kai Du Runchang Zhao Ping Li Wei Wang Jingqin Su Xuewei Deng Dongxia Hu Wei Zhou Huaiting Jia Yongkun Ding Wanguo Zheng Xiantu He 2016Matter and Radiation at Extremes2016,1,1:2

6Ordering Strategy for Fresh Agricultural Products in External Financing Condition显示文摘This paper firstly introduced the two stage supply chain consisting of single agricultural product producer and fund restraint retailer.Then,it analyzed the influence of bank interest rate on order quantity,wholesale price and expected profit of retailer and producer on the condition of retailer taking external loan strategy.Studies have shown that when the bank interest rate is in(0,0.9),the order quantity of agricultural products is a decreasing function of bank interest rate; when the bank interest rate is in(0,1),wholesale price of agricultural products decreases with increase in the bank interest rate; when the bank interest rate is in(0,0.6),the expected profit of retailer is a decreasing function of bank interest rate; when the bank interest rate is in(0,1),the expected profit of producer decreases with increase in the bank interest rate.Finally,through simulation calculation examples,it verified suitability of the conclusion,in the hope of providing reference and application value for management of supply chain.Wenyi DU 2014Asian Agricultural Research2014,6,7:1

15First experimental comparisons of laser-plasma interactions between spherical and cylindrical hohlraums at SGⅢ laser facility显示文摘We present our recent laser-plasmas instability(LPI)comparison experiment at the SGIII laser facility between the spherical and cylindrical hohlraums.Three kinds of filling are considered:vacuum,gas-filling with or without a capsule inside.A spherical hohlraum of 3.6 mm in diameter,and a cylindrical hohlraum of 2.4 mm?4.3 mm are used.The capsule diameter is 0.96 mm.A flat-top laser pulse with 3 ns duration and up to 92.73 kJ energy is used.The experiment has shown that the LPI level in the spherical hohlraum is close to that of the outer beam in the cylindrical hohlraum,while much lower than that of the inner beam.The experiment is further simulated by using our 2-dimensional radiation hydrodynamic code LARED-Integration,and the laser back-scattering fraction and the stimulated Raman scatter(SRS)spectrum are post-processed by the high efficiency code of laser interaction with plasmas HLIP.According to the simulation,the plasma waves are strongly damped and the SRS is mainly developed at the plasma conditions of electron density from 0.08 n_(c) to 0.1 n_(c) and electron temperature from 1.5 keV to 2.0 keV inside the hohlraums.However,obvious differences between the simulation and experiment are found,such as that the SRS back-scattering is underestimated,and the numerical SRS spectrum peaks at a larger wavelength and at a later time than the data.These dif-ferences indicate that the development of a 3D radiation hydrodynamic code,with more accurate physics models,is mandatory for spherical hohlraum study.Yaohua Chen Zhichao Li Xufei Xie Chunyang Zheng Chuanlei Zhai Liang Hao Dong Yang Wenyi Huo Guoli Ren Jie Liu Xiaoshi Peng Tao Xu Yulong Li Sanwei Li Zhiwen Yang Liang Guo Lifei Hou Yonggang Liu Huiyue Wei Xiangming Liu Weiyi Cha Yukun Li Keli Deng Zheng Yuan Xiayu Zhan Haijun Zhang Baibin Jiang Wei Zhang Kai Du Xuewei Deng Yongkun Ding Xiaofeng Wei Wanguo Zheng Xiaodong Chen Xiantu He Ke Lan 2017Matter and Radiation at Extremes2017,2,2:0
16PDGFR kinase inhibitor protects against septic death via regulation of BTLA显示文摘Sepsis,defined as life-threatening organ failure caused by a dysregulated host response to severe infection,is a major cause of death among intensive care unit patients.Therapies targeting on immunomodulatory is a new research field in sepsis treatment.B-and T-lymphocyte attenuator(BTLA)is an inhibitory costimulatory factor molecule of B and T lymphocytes.Studies have shown that elevated expression of BTLA in lymphocytes can reduce mortality in sepsis,but its regulatory compounds and the underlying mechanism remains to be elucidated.Here,we show that treatment with CP-673451 significantly decreases mortality of septic mouse.CP-673451 is a PDGFR kinase inhibitor which can promote the expression of BTLA,inhibit the release of chemokines such as CXCL13,and reduce first the chemotaxis of B cells to the peripheral blood and vital organs.CP-673451 also inhibits both the release of cytokines and chemokines such as IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,CCL1,CCL2 and CCL7 and reduces both the chemotactic ability of T cells.This suggests that CP-673451 may prevent septic death by inhibiting lymphocyte chemotaxis and alleviating“cytokine storm”.In conclusion,our study provides a new therapeutic target and an effective compound for sepsis treatment.Qiang Wang Jin Deng Jianhui Sun Huacai Zhang Di Liu Chu Gao Jinchao Qiu Wenyi Liu Guoxin Qu Dalin Wen Juan Du Anqiang Zhang Ling Zeng Jianxin Jiang 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,10:0
