| 5 | Transport Accessibility and Spatial Connections of Cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area显示文摘Based on geographic information system(GIS) spatial analysis technology, the spatial pattern of raster grid transport accessibility for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area was studied and the states of spatial connectedness were simulated using highway passenger transport, railway passenger transport, port passenger transport and aviation passenger transport data. The result shows that transport accessibility within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area costs ‘one hour’ and the spatial distribution of accessibility in the area presents clear ‘core-periphery’ spatial characteristics, with Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen constituting the core. The transport accessibility of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao is high. Average accessibility of urban nodes as measured by travel time is 0.99 h, and the areas accessible within 1.42 h occupy 79.14% of the total area. Most of the areas with the lowest accessibility are found in the peripheral area, with the worst accessibility being 4.73 h. Compared with the west-side cities, the economically developed east-side cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area have higher connectivity with roads, railways, ports, and aviation transport. Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao are closely linked. Boundary layer theory is utilised to investigate the relationship between the comprehensive coefficient and Reynolds number in two regions, namely, higher and lower than pseudo-critical enthalpy. Results indicate that mass flux exerts a decisive negative influence on the coupling effect, and the impacts of pressure and heat flux are weak. The overall effect decreases rapidly as the mass flux increases, but it increases in the area behind the quasi-critical enthalpy. The coupling effect is also affected by specific heat ratio, thermal acceleration and buoyancy. | 8 | Niacin alters the ruminal microbial composition of cattle under high-concentrate condition显示文摘To understand the effects of niacin on the ruminal microbial ecology of cattle under high-concentrate diet condition, Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology was used. Three cattle with rumen cannula were used in a 3 x 3 Latin-square design trial. Three diets were fed to these cattle during 3 periods for 3 days, respectively: high-forage diet(HF; forage-to-concentrate ratio = 80:20), high-concentrate diet(HC;forage-to-concentrate ratio=20:80), and HC supplemented with 800 mg/kg niacin(HCN). Ruminal pH was measured before feeding and every 2 h after initiating feeding. Ruminal fluid was sampled at the end of each period for microbial DNA extraction. Overall, our findings revealed that subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA) was induced and the a-diversity of ruminal bacterial community decreased in the cattle of HC group. Adding niacin in HC could relieve the symptoms of SARA in the cattle but the ruminal pH value and the Shannon index of ruminal bacterial community of HCN group were still lower than those of HF group. Whatever the diet was, the ruminal bacterial community of cattle was dominated by Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. High-concentrate diet significantly increased the abundance of Prevotella,and decreased the abundance of Paraprevotella, Sporobacter, Ruminococcus and Treponema than HF.Compared with HC, HCN had a trend to decrease the percentage of Prevotella, and to increase the abundance of Succiniclasticum, Acetivibrio and Treponema. Increasing concentrate ratio could decrease ruminal pH value, and change the ruminal microbial composition. | 10 | Therapeutic effects of dental pulp stem cells on vascular dementia in rat models显示文摘Dental pulp stem cells are a type of adult stem cells with strong proliferative ability and multi-differentiation potential. There are no studies on treatment of vascular dementia with dental pulp stem cells. In the present study, rat models of vascular dementia were established by two-vessel occlusion, and 30 days later, rats were injected with 2 × 10^(7) dental pulp stem cells via the tail vein. At 70 days after vascular dementia induction, dental pulp stem cells had migrated to the brain tissue of rat vascular dementia models and differentiated into neuronlike cells. At the same time, doublecortin, neurofilament 200, and Neu N m RNA and protein expression levels in the brain tissue were increased, and glial fibrillary acidic protein m RNA and protein expression levels were decreased. Behavioral testing also revealed that dental pulp stem cell transplantation improved the cognitive function of rat vascular dementia models. These findings suggest that dental pulp stem cell transplantation is effective in treating vascular dementia possibly through a paracrine mechanism. | 12 | PPARγ配体罗格列酮及其激动剂GW9662对脂肪细胞因子表达的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:脂肪组织是一个内分泌器官已逐渐得到了肯定,它能分泌多种信号分子如:脂联素和抵抗素。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome pro-liferator activated receptorγ,PPARγ)在脂肪组织高水平表达,胰岛素增敏剂-噻唑烷二酮类药物是它的选择性激动剂,噻唑烷二酮类药物如罗格列酮的胰岛素增敏作用部分是通过激活PPARγ调节脂联素(胰岛素增敏分子)和抵抗素(涉及胰岛素抵抗)表达介导的。但现在不同研究发现PPARγ激动剂对抵抗素的表达调控方向存在矛盾,我们的问题是当抵抗素表达增加的情况下脂联素的表达还能否上调。方法:用3T3-L1细胞株作为研究模型,分别用溶媒对照、罗格列酮(10μmol/L)、GW9662(5μmol/L)或罗格列酮+GW9662作用细胞,然后检测脂联素和抵抗素 mRNA表达变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,罗格列酮分别增加脂联素和抵抗素 mRNA水平1.77和1.66倍,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05) ;重要的是GW9662也增加脂联素水平(1.57倍,P<0.05)但对抵抗素无影响。罗格列酮和GW9662两者合用时,仍上调adiponectin mRNA水平(对照组的1.87倍,P<0.05) ,抵抗素的增加与罗格列酮单用比弱下降(对照组的1.31倍,P<0.05)。结论:本研究为PPARγ激动剂(罗格列酮)和拮抗剂(GW9662)都上调脂联素的转录提供了新的证据,两者合用时GW9662不阻断罗格列酮诱导的脂联素上调作用。综合这些数据提示噻唑烷二酮类药上调脂联素的机制可能不依赖于PPARγ。并且, GW9662在增加脂联素水平的同时不上调抵抗素水平的特性进一步支持PPARγ拮抗剂用于临床治疗胰岛素抵抗的可能性。降低抵抗素表达可能不是罗格列酮胰岛素增敏作用的重要机制。我们的结果为将来研究噻唑烷二酮类药物对人脂肪细胞因子表达在剂量和时间上提供了一定的基础。 | LIU Ying-zi Vural Ozdemir OUYANG Dong-shengI LIU Zhao-qian LIU Jie LI Zhi WANG Dan ZENG Fei-yue TAN Zhi-rong HU Dong-li ZHOU Hong-hao | 2007 | 中国临床药理学与治疗学2007,12,10: | 3 |

| 14 | Radial Anisotropy in the Crust beneath the Northeastern Tibetan Plateau from Ambient Noise Tomography显示文摘Through analysis of Rayleigh wave and Love wave Green's functions estimated from ambient noise tomography, we obtain radial anisotropy and shear wave velocity structure beneath the northeastern Tibetan Plateau. With two hundred and twenty three broadband seismic stations deployed by China Earthquake Administration, a collaborative seismic experiment of northern Tibet(ACSENT) experiment and northeastern Tibet seismic(NETS) experiment provide the unprecedented opportunity to resolve the spatial distribution of the radial anisotropy within the crust of the northeastern Tibetan Plateau. Discrepancies between Love(sh) and Rayleigh(sv) wave velocities show complex anisotropic patterns associated with the dynamic processes of the collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates:(1) In the upper crust, V_(sv)>V_(sh) anisotropy is dominant throughout the study area which probably reflects fossil microcracks induced by the uplift, folding and erosion geodynamic processes;(2) in the middle crust, V_(sh)>V_(sv) observed beneath the Songpan-Ganzi terrane and the northwestern Qilian orogen correlates well with a mid-crustal low velocity zone(LVZ);(3) at depths deeper than 40 km, V_(sh)>V_(sv) is still found in the Songpan-Ganzi terrane. This anisotropy could be caused by the sub-horizontal alignment of anisotropic minerals that has followed the collision between India and Eurasia.
