| 5 | Bioengineering extracellular vesicles as novel nanocarriers towards brain disorders显示文摘Despite noteworthy technological progress and promising preclinical trials,brain disorders are still the leading causes of death globally.Extracellular vesicles(EVs),nano-/micro-sized membrane vesicles carrying bioactive molecules,are involved in cellular communication.Based on their unique properties,including superior biocompatibility,non-immunogenicity,and blood-brain barrier(BBB)penetration,EVs can shield their cargos from immune clearance and transport them to specific site,which have attracted increasing interests as novel nanocarriers for brain disorders.However,considering the limitations of native EVs,such as poor encapsulation efficiency,inadequate targeting capability,uncontrolled drug release,and limited production,researchers bioengineer EVs to fully exploit the clinical potential.Herein,this review initially describes the basic properties,biogenesis,and uptake process of EVs from different subtypes.Then,we highlight the application of EVs derived from different sources for personalized therapy and novel strategies to construct bioengineered EVs for enhanced diagnosis and treatment of brain disorders.Besides,it also presents a systematic comparison between EVs and other brain-targeted nanocarriers.Finally,existing challenges and future perspectives of EVs have been discussed,hoping to bolster the research from benchtop to bedside. | Jie Wu Lei Ma Danni Sun Xinru Zhang Jiwei Cui Yingjiang Du Yumiao Guo Xue Wang Liuqing Di Ruoning Wang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 1 |

| 8 | High-member low-dimensional Sn-based perovskite solar cells显示文摘Sn-based perovskites are promising thin-film photovoltaic materials for their ideal bandgap and the eco-friendliness of Sn,but the performance of Sn-based perovskite solar cells is hindered by the short carrier diffusion length and large defect density in nominally-synthesized Sn-based perovskite films.Herein we demonstrate that a long carrier diffusion length is achievable in quasi-2D Sn-based perovskite films consisting of high-member low-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper(RP)phases with a preferred crystal orientation distribution.The key to the film synthesis is the use of a molecular additive formed by phenylethylammonium cations and optimally mixed halide-pseudohalide anions,which favorably tailors the quasi-2D Sn-based perovskite crystallization kinetics.The high-member RP film structure effectively enhances device short-circuit current density,giving rise to an increased power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 14.6%.The resulting device demonstrates a near-unity shelf stability upon1,000 h in nitrogen.A high reproductivity is also achieved with a count of 50 devices showing PCEs within a narrow range from minimum 13.0%to maximum 14.6%. | Hansheng Li Zihao Zang Qi Wei Xianyuan Jiang Mingyu Ma Zengshan Xing Jingtian Wang Danni Yu Fei Wang Wenjia Zhou Kam Sing Wong Philip C.Y.Chow Yuanyuan Zhou Zhijun Ning | 2023 | Science China Chemistry2023,66,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Single-atom Zn for boosting supercapacitor performance显示文摘Single-atom metal-incorporated carbon nanomaterials(CMs)have shown great potential towards broad catalytic applications.In this work,we show that N-doped porous CMs embedded with redox-able Zn atoms exhibit superior capacitive performance.High Zn(~2.72 at.%)/N(~12.51 at.%)doping were realized by incorporating Zn2+and benzamide into the condensation and carbonization of formamide and subsequent annealing at 900℃.The Zn and N species are mutually benefited during the formation of ZnN4 motif.The as-obtained Zn1NC material affords a very large capacitance of 621 F·g^(−1)(at 0.1 A·g^(−1)),superior rate capability(~65%retention at 100 A·g^(−1)),and excellent cycling stability(0.00044%per cycle at 10 A·g^(−1)).These merits are attributed to the high Zn/N loading,atomic Zn-boosted pseudocapacitive behavior,large specific surface area(~1,085 m^(2)·g^(−1)),and rich pore hierarchy,thus ensuring both large pseudo-capacitance(e.g.,~37.9%at 10 mV·s^(−1))and double-layer capacitance.Besides of establishing a new type of high Zn/N-loading carbon materials,our work uncovers the capacitive roles of atomically dispersed metals in CMs. | Zongge Li Danni Wang Huifang Li Mang Ma Ying Zhang Zifeng Yan Stefano Agnoli Guoxin Zhang Xiaoming Sun | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,3: | 0 |

| 11 | Single-phase formation mechanism and dielectric properties of sol-gel-derived Ba(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Sn_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Ce_(0.2))O_(3) high-entropy ceramics显示文摘Single-phase Ba(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Sn_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Ce_(0.2))O_(3)(BTZSHC) high-entropy ceramics(HECs) with the perovskite structure were successfully prepared via the sol-gel method.The results reveal that the as-prepared ceramics exhibit a single cubic phase belonging to the Pm3 m space group.The high entropy is the driving force of the formation of single-phase ceramics.A larger entropy(ΔS_(mix)) and a negative enthalpy(ΔH_(mix)) are conducive to the formation of single-phase compounds.Herein,ΔS_(mix)=0.323 R mole-1andΔH_(mix)=43.88 kJ/mol.The sluggish-diffusion effect ensures the thermal stability of high-entropy systems.Dielectric measurements reveal that the as-prepared BTZSHC high-entropy ceramics are relaxor ferroelectrics,and the degree of relaxor(γ) is 1.9.The relaxor behavior of the as-prepared ceramics can be ascribed to the relaxation and thermal evolution of their polar units(PUs).The findings of this work provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the preparation of single-phase high-entropy ceramics. | Jia Liu Cuiying Ma Lianli Wang Ke Ren Hongpei Ran Danni Feng Huiling Du Yiguang Wang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,35: | 0 |

| 13 | Identification of the lysine and histidine transporter family in Camellia sinensis and the characterizations in nitrogen utilization显示文摘In plants,the lysine and histidine transporter(LHT)family represent a class of proteins that mediate the uptake,translocation,and utilization of amino acids.The tea plant(Camellia sinensis)is a perennial evergreen with a relatively high level of amino acids.However,systematic identification and molecular characterization of the LHT gene family has rarely been reported in tea plants.In this study,22 CsLHTs were identified from the‘Shuchazao’genome and classified into two groups.The modeled three-dimensional structure and the conserved domains presented a high similarity among the LHTs proteins.Moreover,it was predicted that a few genes were conserved through the analysis of the physiochemical characters,structures and cis-elements in promoters.The expression patterns in tea plants revealed that CsLHT7 was mainly expressed in the roots,and CsLHT4 and CsLHT11 exhibited relatively high expression in both the roots and leaves.Moreover,the expression of all three genes could be induced by organic nitrogen.Additionally,heterogeneous expression of CsLHT4,CsLHT7 and CsLHT11 in Arabidopsis thaliana decreased the aerial parts biomass compared with that in WT plants while significantly increased the rosette biomass only for CsLHT11transgenic plants versus WT plants.Overall,our results provide fundamental information about CsLHTs and potential genes in N utilization for further analysis in tea plants. | Wei Huang Danni Ma Fawad Zaman Xulei Hao Li Xia E Zhang Pu Wang Mingle Wang Fei Guo Yu Wang Dejiang Ni Hua Zhao | 2024 | Horticultural Plant Journal2024,10,1: | 0 |
