Review on the Technological Development and Application of UAV Systems显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) are products of deep integration of aviation technology and Information technology(IT). The core factor of why the UAV industry can become a relatively independent industry and experience rapid development is the full penetration of IT into the aviation industry. Under the networked environment, UAVs are now becoming datadriven mobile agents. With the development of information technology, information transmission networking, operation space digitizing, and flight platform intelligentizing will become the main trends of technological development of UAV systems. The application of UAV systems is not merely a paradigm in transportation, but will more importantly produce 'UAV+' novel production modes, service formats, and combat modes associated with UAVs.These emerging trends will have profound impacts on future economic and social development as well as the building of armed forces. | FAN Bangkui LI Yun ZHANG Ruiyu FU Qiqi | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,2: | 26
LORELEI-LIKE GPI-ANCHORED PROTEINS 2/3 Regulate Pollen Tube Growth as Chaperones and Coreceptors for ANXUR/BUPS Receptor Kinases in Arabidopsis显示文摘Pollen tube growth is crucial for successful fertilization. In Arabidopsis thaliana, the ANXUR(ANX)/BUPS receptor kinase complex controls and maintains pollen tube growth in response to autocrine rapid alkalin-ization factor 4/19(RALF4/19)signaling;however,the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the ANX/BUPS-mediated regulation of pollen tube growth remain unclear. In this study,we found that pollen-specific LORELEI-like GPI-anchored proteins 2 and 3(LLG2/3)promote pollen tube growth in vitro and in vivo.LLG2/3 interacte with ANX/BUPS in a RALF4-concentration-dependent manner, suggesting that ANX/BUPS and LLG2/3 might form a receptor-coreceptor complex for perceiving RALF peptide signals.Disruption of the ANX/BUPS-LLG2/3 interaction led to the cytoplasmic retention of ANX1/2,in either llg2/3 knockdown mutants or in anx1/2 mutants lacking the J region, which mediates the ANX/BUPS-LLG2/3 interaction. Moreover,we found that RALF4 induced the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),which stimulate pollen tube growth and reduce pollen burst rate.ROS levels are reduced in the pollen tubes of LLG2/3 RNAi lines, and application of exogenous H2O2 could partially rescue the defective pollen tube growth of LLG2/3 RNAi lines.Taken together, our study identifies LLG2/3 as novel regulatory components of pollen tube growth, and shows that they chaperone ANX/BUPS for secretion to the apical plasma membrane of pollen tube and act as coreceptors of ANX/BUPS in the acti-vation of ROS production for promoting pollen tube growth. | Hanqian Feng Chen Liu Rong Fu Minmin Zhang Hui Li Lianping Shen Qiqi Wei Xiang Sun Lin Xu Bin Ni Chao Li | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,12: | 10
A bHLH transcription activator regulates defense signaling by nucleo-cytosolic trafficking in rice显示文摘Crosstalk between plant hormone signaling pathways is vital for controlling the immune response during pathogen invasion.Salicylic acid(SA)and jas-monic acid(JA)often play important but antagonistic roles in the immune responses of higher plants. Here,we identify a basic helix-loop-helix transcription acti-vator,OsbHLH6,which confers disease resistance in rice by regulating SA and JA signaling via nucleo-cytosolic trafficking in rice(Oryza sativa).OsbHLH6 expression was upregulated during Magnaporthe oryzae infection.Transgenic rice plants overexpressing OsbHLH6 display increased JA responsive gene expression and enhanced disease susceptibility to the pathogen.Nucleus-localized OsbHLH6 activates JA signaling and suppresses SA signaling;however, the SA regulator OsNPR1(Nonexpressor of PR genes 1)sequesters OsbHLH6 in the cytosol to alleviate its effect. Our data suggest that OsbHLH6 controls disease re-sistance by dynamically regulating SA and JA signaling. | Fanwei Meng Chao Yang Jidong Cao Huan Chen Jinhuan Pang Qiqi Zhao Zongyi Wang Zheng Qing Fu Jun Liu | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,10: | 10
Evolution Characteristics of Government-Industry-University Cooperative Innovation Network of Electronic Information Industry in Liaoning Province, China显示文摘It is important to optimize the cooperative innovation network for the improvement of economic competence and innovative power. Based on the patent information services platform, we obtain invention patent data for the electronic information industry in Liaoning from 1985 to 2015. This paper analyzes the cooperative innovation network structure, its spatiotemporal evolution and the triple helix relationship of government-industry-university(GIU) by using the social network analysis method and the triple helix theory as well as UCINet, ArcGIS and NetDraw. The empirical results show that: 1) the number of the subjects of the electronic information industry GIU cooperative innovation network in Liaoning demonstrates a gradual increase from 1985 to 2015, with the same trend in concentration. In terms of its subject and its centrality, the universities have a higher position, and the industries have a lower position, while the status of the government is still unclear. 2) The cooperative innovation network presents a core-periphery structure, and the polarization effect of innovation subjects tends to be obvious. There is certain distance-decay regularity in the cooperative innovation network, and a strong geographical proximity to cooperative innovation. 3) The compactness shows a downward trend as a whole. In terms of the extent of participation, the industries are better than the government but worse than the universities. This means that the cooperative innovation network of GIU in the electronic information industry in Liaoning is in the initial stage of formation. | PENG Fei ZHANG Qiqi HAN Zenglin DING Yan FU Ningning | 2019 | Chinese Geographical Science2019,29,3: | 7
Reductive damage induced autophagy inhibition for tumor therapy显示文摘Numerous therapeutic anti-tumor strategies have been developed in recent decades. However, their therapeutic efficacy is reduced by the intrinsic protective autophagy of tumors.Autophagy plays a key role in tumorigenesis and tumor treatment,in which the overproduction of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is recognized as the direct cause of protective autophagy.Only a few molecules have been employed as autophagy inhibitors in tumor therapy to reduce protective autophagy.Among them, hydroxychloroquine is the most commonly used autophagy inhibitor in clinics, but it is severely limited by its high therapeutic dose, significant toxicity, poor reversal efficacy, and nonspecific action.Herein,we demonstrate a reductive-damage strategy to enable tumor therapy by the inhibition of protective autophagy via the catalytic scavenging of ROS using porous nanorods of ceria(PN-CeO_(2))nanozymes as autophagy inhibitor. The antineoplastic effects of PN-CeO_(2)were mediated by its high reductive activity for intratumoral ROS degradation, thereby inhibiting protective autophagy and activating apoptosis by suppressing the activities of phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways in human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Further investigation highlighted PN-CeO_(2)as a safe and efficient anti-tumor autophagy inhibitor.Overall, this study presents a reductive-damage strategy as a promising anti-tumor approach that catalytically inhibits autophagy and activates the intrinsic antioxidant pathways of tumor cells and also shows its potential for the therapy of other autophagy-related diseases. | Yuqian Wang Yingjian Huang Yu Fu Zhixiong Guo Da Chen Fangxian Cao Qi Ye Qiqi Duan Meng Liu Ning Wang Dan Han Chaoyi Qu Zhimin Tian Yongquan Qu Yan Zheng | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 1

16S rRNA Cloning and Identification of a Strain Isolated from Intestinal Tract of Rex Rabbit显示文摘This study was conducted to identify bacterial strain He Nan-001 isolated from intestinal tract of healthy rex rabbit. The strain was identified by gram staining, and OD_(600) values at different culture time were measured to develop a bacterial growth curve. The metabolic pathways of the bacterium using sugar in fermentation was identified with biochemical tubes.Total RNA of the strain was extracted, and total cDNA was obtained by Oligo(dT) method.Primers were designed using Primer 5.0 bio-software according to the 16S rRNA sequence published in Gen Bank, through cloning, ligation to vector PMD18T,construction of PMD18T/16S rRNA vector and transformation into DH5α,plasmid was extracted and sequenced, and the sequencing result was compared with sequences in NCBI followed by drawing of phylogenetic tree. The strain was verified to be double-stranded gram-positive cocci, which could ferment glucose, mannose, maltose and sorbitol, producing acids production, but failed to ferment sucrose, serum inulin and β-galactosidase.The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the isolated bacterium shared the highest homology with an India isolate, and belongs to diplostreptococcus. This study provides significance experimental data and theoretical guidance for further development and utilization of the bacterial strain. | Guangjun GUO Yumao WANG Sufang LYU Jing HAN Xinming WU Hanjie ZHANG Qiqi ZOU Qiang FU Zhiqiang SHEN | 2016 | Agricultural Biotechnology2016,5,5: | 1

Engineered poly(A)-surrogates for translational regulation and therapeutic biocomputation in mammalian cells显示文摘Here,we present a gene regulation strategy enabling programmable control over eukaryotic translational initiation.By excising the natural poly-adenylation(poly-A)signal of target genes and replacing it with a synthetic control region harboring RNA-binding protein(RBP)-specific aptamers,cap-dependent translation is rendered exclusively dependent on synthetic translation initiation factors(STIFs)containing different RBPs engineered to conditionally associate with different eIF4F-binding proteins(eIFBPs).This modular design framework facilitates the engineering of various gene switches and intracellular sensors responding to many user-defined trigger signals of interest, demonstrating tightly controlled, rapid and reversible regulation of transgene expression in mammalian cells as well as compatibility with various clinically applicable delivery routes of in vivo gene therapy.Therapeutic efficacy was demonstrated in two animal models. To exemplify disease treatments that require on-demand drug secretion,we show that a custom-designed gene switch triggered by the FDA-approved drug grazoprevir can effectively control insulin expression and restore glucose homeostasis in diabetic mice. For diseases that require instantaneous sense-and-response treatment programs,we create highly specific sensors for various subcellularly(mis)localized protein markers(such as cancer-related fusion proteins)and show that translation-based protein sensors can be used either alone or in combination with other cell-state classification strategies to create therapeutic biocomputers driving self-sufficient elimination of tumor cells in mice. This design strategy demonstrates unprecedented flexibility for translational regulation and could form the basis for a novel class of programmable gene therapies in vivo. | Jiawei Shao Shichao Li Xinyuan Qiu Jian Jiang Lihang Zhang Pengli Wang Yaqing Si Yuhang Wu Minghui He Qiqi Xiong Liuqi Zhao Yilin Li Yuxuan Fan Mirta Viviani Yu Fu Chaohua Wu Ting Gao Lingyun Zhu Martin Fussenegger Hui Wang Mingqi Xie | 2024 | Cell Research2024,34,1: | 0
