1Vertical‐organic‐nanocrystal‐arrays for crossbar memristors with tuning switching dynamics toward neuromorphic computing显示文摘Memristors proposed by Leon Chua provide a new type of memory device for novel neuromorphic computing applications.However,the approaching of distinct multi‐intermediate states for tunable switching dynamics,the con-trolling of conducting filaments(CFs)toward high device repeatability and reproducibility,and the ability for large‐scale preparation devices,remain full of challenges.Here,we show that vertical‐organic‐nanocrystal‐arrays(VONAs)could make a way toward the challenges.The perfect one‐dimensional structure of the VONAs could confine the CFs accurately with fine‐tune resistance states in a broad range of 103 ratios.The availability of large‐area VONAs makes the fabrication of large‐area crossbar memristor arrays facilely,and the analog switching characteristic of the memristors is to effectively imitate different kinds of synaptic plasticity,indicating their great potential in future applications.Fangxu Yang Lingjie Sun Qingxi Duan Huanli Dong Zhaokun Jing Yuchao Yang Rongjin Li Xiaotao Zhang Wenping Hu Leon Chua 2021SmartMat2021,2,1:5

3A new method of preventing bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy显示文摘AIM: Of all the complications of laparoscopic cholectecystomy,bile duct injury (BDI) is the most serious complication. Theprevention of injury to the common bile duct (CBD) remainsa significant concern in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Different kinds of methods have been advanced to avoidthis injury but no single method has gained wide acceptance.Because of various limitations of current methodologieswe began a study using cold light illumination of theextrahepatic biliary system (light cholangiography LCP) tobetter visualize this area and thereby reduce the risk ofbile duct injury.METHODS: Thirty-six patients with cholelithiasis weredivided into two groups. Group I (16 cases) received LCPand group II (20 cases) received methelenum coeruleumcholangiography (MCCP). In group I cold light was used toilluminate the common bile duct by leading an optical fiberinto the common duct with a duodenoscope at the time ofLC. The light coming from the fiber in the CBD could clearlyilluminate the location of CBD and hepatic duct establishingits location relative to the cystic duct. This method wascompared with the dye injection technique using methelenumcoeruleum.RESULTS: In group I thirteen cases were successfullyilluminated and three failed. The cause of three failed caseswas due to the difficulty in inserting the fiber into the ampullaof Vater. No complications occurred in the thirteen successfulcases. In each of these successful cases the location of thecommon and hepatic ducts was clearly seen differentiatingthe ductal system from surrounding anatomy. In ten casesboth the left and right hepatic ducts could be seen and inthree only the right hepatic ducts were seen. In four of thethirteen cases, cystic ducts were also seen. In group II,eighteen of the twenty cases were successful. The locationof extrahepatic ducts became blue differentiating the ductalsystem from surrounding anatomy. Two cases failed dueto a stone obstructing the cystic duct, and extravisation ofthe dye turned the entire area blue. LCP showed thecommon and hepatic ducts more clearly than MCCP.CONCLUSION: LCP is the only technique that can clearlyand directly show the location of the extrahepatic biliarysystem and may be useful in selecting cases of uncertainanatomy in the prevention of bile duct injury.FangXu Cheng-GangXu De-ZhengXu 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,19:3
4A 40 Gb/s SerDes Transceiver Chip with Controller and PHY in a 65 nm CMOS Technology显示文摘A 40 Gb/s full serializer and deserializer (SerDes) transceiver with controller and physical layer (PHY) is presented.The controller mainly contains protocol transmission, forward error correction and user layer build-in self-test (BIST).The physical coding sub-layer (PCS) provides the functions of 64/66 encoder/decoder, PHY BIST, and polarity control.In the physical medium attachment (PMA), both transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) adopt quarter-rate architecture to relax the timing constraint and reduce power dissipation.The receiver utilizes the phase interpolator (PI) based clock and data recovery (CDR) with bang-bang phase detector (BBPD) to extract the synchronic clock for retiming and de-multiplexing.The multiple-MUX based 4-tap FFE and a two-stage cascade CTLE are employed to mitigate the inter-symbol interference (ISI).In addition, a proposed 4∶1 MUX is used to improve the output jitter performance and reduce the power consumption.Fabricated in a 65 nm CMOS technology, the full transceiver consumes 890 mW at 40 Gb/s and occupies 12 mm 2 .The measurement results show that this transceiver can achieve bit error rate (BER)< 10 -12 after a 15.3 dB loss channel at 20 GHz.Fangxu Lü Jianye Wang Xuqiang Zheng Ziqiang Wang Yajun He Hao Ding Yongcong Liu Chun Zhang Zhihua Wang 2019Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2019,26,3:1

11Phylogenetic relationship of Picea mongolica with other Picea species in the same area based on chloroplast gene variations显示文摘Picea mongolica is a conifer with a limited distribution in China and its taxonomic status is controversial.In order to explore genetic diff erences between P.mongolica and other nearby Picea species and to investigate its taxonomic status,phylogenetic relationships were analyzed between P.mongolica and Picea koraiensis,Picea meyeri and Picea wilsonii by three chloroplast gene sequences matK,chlB and atpA.The length of joint chloroplast sequence is 2379 bp.The fi fteen haplotypes were identifi ed by haplotype network analysis,among which two were major haplotypes and nine were unique.In addition,the genetic diversity of the sample collection species was inferred.Based on the haplotype network and Neighbor Joining phylogenetic tree analysis,P.mongolica was located on the basal clade of the phylogenetic tree which had more primitive taxa,and the genetic diversity of P.mongolica was highest.The signifi cant diff erences between P.mongolica and these other Picea species were identifi ed by this research.Hao Di Jingjing Ma Kuaikuai He Fangxu Han Yue Li Shihui Niu 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,1:1

13Pt-surface oxygen vacancies coupling accelerated photo-charge extraction and activated hydrogen evolution显示文摘Semiconductors-based heterogeneous photocatalytic water splitting has been extensively studied,but it still remains challenging to accelerate the separation of electron-hole pairs and facilitate the reaction kinetics.Here we report a general strategy to fabricate highly efficient Pt/TiO_(2)photocatalyst by coupling the Pt co-catalysts and surface oxygen vacancies(VO)of TiO_(2).TiO_(2)was pre-modified with alkali or alkaline earth metals ion solutions,which produce a large number of surface hydroxyl on TiO_(2).Subsequently,the photodeposited Pt sub-nanoparticles substitute surface hydroxyl and induce surface VO on TiO_(2).The coupling of Pt and surface VO on TiO_(2)can accelerate the extraction of photo-charges through the interaction of Pt-VO-Ti bonds and reduce the hydrogen evolution barrier,thereby promoting the photocatalytic activity.The synthesized Pt-VO-TiO_(2)sample exhibits a photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity as high as 1.5 L·g^(−1)·h^(−1),which is 2.2 times that of traditional Pt/TiO_(2).Our findings indepth understand the synergistic effect of co-catalysts and defects on photocatalysis and open up new possibilities for achieving robust photocatalytic water splitting.Fangxu Dai Mingming Zhang Mingzhong Mi Zhenjiang Li Jun Xing Lei Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1
14Taurolidine improved protection against highly pathogenetic avian influenza H5N1 virus lethal-infection in mouse model by regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway显示文摘Taurolidine(TRD),a derivative of taurine,has anti-bacterial and anti-tumor effects by chemically reacting with cell-walls,endotoxins and exotoxins to inhibit the adhesion of microorganisms.However,its application in antiviral therapy is seldom reported.Here,we reported that TRD significantly inhibited the replication of influenza virus H5N1 in MDCK cells with the half-maximal inhibitory concentration(EC_(50))of 34.45μg/mL.Furthermore,the drug inhibited the amplification of the cytokine storm effect and improved the survival rate of mice lethal challenged with H5N1(protection rate was 86%).Moreover,TRD attenuated virus-induced lung damage and reduced virus titers in mice lungs.Administration of TRD reduced the number of neutrophils and increased the number of lymphocytes in the blood of H5N1 virus-infected mice.Importantly,the drug regulated the NF-κB signaling pathway by inhibiting the separation of NF-κB and IκBa,thereby reducing the expression of inflammatory factors.In conclusion,our findings suggested that TRD could act as a potential anti-influenza drug candidate in further clinical studies.Chaoxiang Lv Yuanguo Li Tiecheng Wang Qiqi Zhang Jing Qi Mingwei Sima Entao Li Tian Qin Zhuangzhuang Shi Fangxu Li Xuefeng Wang Weiyang Sun Na Feng Songtao Yang Xianzhu Xia Ningyi Jin Yifa Zhou Yuwei Gao 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,1:0

20Flotation separation of wolframite from calcite using a new trisiloxane surfactant as collector显示文摘Since wolframite is usually associated with calcite,the separation and enrichment of wolframite by froth flotation remains a great challenge.Herein,a novel trisiloxane surfactant N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-ami nopropyltrisiloxane(AATS)was successful synthesized,which was used for the separation of wolframite from calcite for the first time.The flotation separation performance of AATS was studied by flotation test,and its adsorption mechanism was explored based on contact angle,infrared spectrum analysis(FTIR),zeta potential and density functional theory(DFT)calculation.The results of microflotation test and binary mixed ore flotation test pointed that AATS had excellent selectivity and more prominent collection capacity for the flotation of wolframite when compared with industrial reagent sodium oleate(NaOL).The measurement results of contact angle proved that AATS improved the hydrophobicity of the wolframite surface.The highly selective adsorption mechanism of AATS surfactant on mineral surfaces were further researched and analyzed by FTIR and zeta potential.The results revealed that AATS surfactant had significant adsorption effect on wolframite,yet almost no adsorption on calcite.DFT calculation indicated that AATS produced electrostatic adsorption with wolframite surface through—N+H3 group.Shuyi Shuai Zhiqiang Huang Vladimir E.Burov Vladimir Z.Poilov Fangxu Li Hongling Wang Rukuan Liu Shiyong Zhang Chen Cheng Wenyuan Li Xinyang Yu Guichun He Weng Fu 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,3:0
