1Cu_2O nanowires as anode materials for Li-ion rechargeable batteries显示文摘Li-ion batteries are a key technology for multiple clean energy applications.In this study,Cu2O nanowires were obtained by the reduction of cupric acetate with pyrrole.The resulting Cu2O nanowires exhibited excellent reversible capacities of 470mAh g-1 at rate of 1 C after 100 cycles.The results show that the Cu2O nanowires had more capacity than materials previously reported.No fading was observed over 100 cycles of charging and discharging.The compound metal Cu and incorporation of the conducting polymer polypyrrole(PPy)improved the conductivity of Cu2O and enhanced the stability of the electrode during cycling.The results from this study imply that Cu2O nanowires with high capacity and good cycle retention could be excellent candidates as anode materials for Li-ion rechargeable batteries.CHEN Rui WANG Ying NULI YanNa YU Yuan GAO PengFei CHEN Qiang WEI LiangMing HU NaTao YANG Zhi GAO RunGang ZHANG LiLing ZHANG YaFei 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,6:3
2Dispersion of the Mechanical Parts Performance Indicators Based on the Concept of Random Vector显示文摘To solve the precision and reliability problem of various machinery equipments and military vehicles,some military organisations,the industrial sector and the academia at home and abroad begin to pay attention to the statistical distribution of machining dimensions,material properties and service loads,and the system reliability optimization design with constraints and reliability optimization design of various mechanical parts is studied in this way.However,the above researches focus on solving the strength and the life problem,and no studies have been done on the discrete degree and discrete pattern of other performance indicators.The concept of using a random vector to describe the mechanical parts performance indicators is presented;characteristics between the value of the vector variance matrix determinant and the sum of the diagonal covariance matrix in describing the performance indicators of vector dispersion are studied and compared.A clutch diaphragm spring is set as an example,the geometric dimension indicator is described with random vector,and the applicability of using variance matrix determinant and variance matrix trace of geometric dimension vector to describe discrete degree of random vector is studied by using Monte-Carlo simulation method and component discrete degree perturbation method.Also,the effects of different components of diaphragm spring geometric dimension vector on the value of covariance matrix determinant and the sum of covariance matrix diagonal of diaphragm spring performance indicators vector are analyzed.The present study shows that the impacts of the dispersion of diaphragm spring cone angle on every performance dispersion are all ranked first,and far exceed that of other dimension dispersion.So it must be strictly controlled in the production process.The result of the research work provides a reference for the design of diaphragm spring,and also it presents a proper method for researching the performance of other mechanical parts.XIA Changgao ZHU Pei ZHANG Meng GAO Xiang LU Liling 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1:1

4Linguistic Characteristics of Mandarin-Speaking Huntington’s Disease Patients显示文摘Objective Linguistic problem is common in Huntington’s disease(HD)patients.It has been studied before in native speakers of alphabetic languages,such as English.As a hieroglyphic language,Chinese differs from alphabetic languages in terms of phonology,morphology,semantics and syntax.We aimed to investigate the linguistic characteristics of manifest HD in native speakers of Mandarin.Meanwhile,we expected to explore the linguistic differences associated with cortical or subcortical pathology.Methods Five HD patients and five Alzheimer’s disease(AD)patients matched in age,gender,disease course and educational level were enrolled.All the participants were Mandarin native speakers.All finished history inquiry,physical examination,basic test,genetic test and neuropsychological assessment.Language evaluation was performed by Aphasia Battery of Chinese.Results HD patients had a mean disease course of 5.4±2.97(range,2-10)years.They showed a linguistic disorder close to transcortical motor aphasia.They exhibited prominent phonological impairment,as well as slight semantic and syntactic abnormality.Tonic errors were found in speech.Character structural errors and substitutions were detected in writing.In comparison,AD patients showed a more severe linguistic impairment,characterized by global aphasia with more semantic errors.Conclusion Mandarin-speaking HD patients have a transcortical motor aphasia-like disturbance with prominent phonological impairment,whereas AD patients have a more severe global aphasia with salient semantic impairment.Liling Dong Caiyan Liu Chenhui Mao Shanshan Chu Jie Li Xinying Huang Jing Gao 2020Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,3:0
5AGO2a but not AGO2b mediates antiviral defense against infection of wild-type cucumber mosaic virus in tomato显示文摘Evolutionarily conserved antiviral RNA interference(RNAi)mediates a primary antiviral innate immunity preventing infection of broad-spectrum viruses in plants.However,the detailed mechanism in plants is still largely unknown,especially in important agricultural crops,including tomato.Varieties of pathogenic viruses evolve to possess viral suppressors of RNA silencing(VSRs)to suppress antiviral RNAi in the host.Due to the prevalence of VSRs,it is still unknown whether antiviral RNAi truly functions to prevent invasion by natural wild-type viruses in plants and animals.In this research,for the first time we applied CRISPR-Cas9 to generate ago2a,ago2b,or ago2ab mutants for two differentiated Solanum lycopersicum AGO2s,key effectors in antiviral RNAi.We found that AGO2a but not AGO2b was significantly induced to inhibit the propagation of not only VSR-deficient Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)but also wild-type CMV-Fny in tomato;however,neither AGO2a nor AGO2b regulated disease induction after infection with either virus.Our findings firstly reveal a prominent role of AGO2a in antiviral RNAi innate immunity in tomato and demonstrate that antiviral RNAi evolves to defend against infection of natural wild-type CMV-Fny in tomato.However,AGO2a-mediated antiviral RNAi does not play major roles in promoting tolerance of tomato plants to CMV infection for maintaining health.Liling Zhao Yingfang Chen Xingming Xiao Haiying Gao Jiamin Cao Zhongkai Zhang Zhongxin Guo 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,5:0

7ASb(SO_(4))_(2)(A=Rb,Cs):Two short-wave UV antimony sulfates exhibiting large birefringence显示文摘Herein,two antimony sulfates,named RbSb(SO_(4))_(2)(1)and CsSb(SO_(4))_(2)(2),have been successfully synthesized with the introduction of Sb^(3+)cation with stereochemically active lone pairs(SCALP)into sulfates by the conventional hydrothermal method.Both two compounds endow short ultraviolet(UV)absorption edges(281 nm and 278 nm,respectively)and large birefringence(0.171@546 nm and 0.174@546 nm,respectively),which means that they are promising short-wave UV optical materials.Interestingly,though both of the two compounds exhibit similar 1D chained structures,and possess the same functional moieties including SbO4 seesaws and SO4 tetrahedral groups,they exhibit significantly opposite macroscopic symmetries,i.e.,compound 1 crystallizes in a centrosymmetric(CS)manner(P2_(1)/n)and compound 2 in a noncentrosymmetric(NCS)manner(P2_(1)2_(1)2_(1)),due to the size of cations[r(Rb+)=1.56 A˚,r(Cs+)=1.67 A˚]affects the orientation of SCALP of the adjacent Sb^(3+).Yang Lan Jinxuan Ren Pu Zhang Xuehua Dong Ling Huang Liling Cao Daojiang Gao Guohong Zou 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,1:0
