1Enhancing the antihepatitis B virus immune response by adefovir dipivoxil and entecavir therapies显示文摘Chronicity of hepatitis B(CHB)infection is characterized by a weak immune response to the virus.Entecavir(ETV)and adefovir dipivoxil(ADV)are effective in suppressing hepatitis B virus(HBV)replication.However,the underlying immune mechanism in the antiviral response of patients treated with nucleoside or nucleotide analogs is not clearly understood.In this study,regulatory T cells(Tregs)and intracellular cytokines,including IL-2,interferon(IFN)-γ,tumor-necrosis factor(TNF)-α and IL-4,were measured prior to and at 12,24,36 and 48 weeks after treatment with ETV or ADV.The cytokines were increased from 24 to 48 weeks after treatment.Higher levels of Th1 cytokines were observed with ETV(n=29)versus ADV(n=28)treatment.By contrast,the numbers of Tregs in both groups were decreased.The altered cytokine profile and cellular component was accompanied by a decrease in HBV DNA levels in both groups,which may contribute to their therapeutic effect in CHB infection.Our findings suggest that the antiviral effect of the drugs may be attributed not only to their direct effect on virus suppression but also to their immunoregulatory capabilities.Yanfang Jiang Wanyu Li Lei Yu Jingjing Liu Guijie Xin Hongqing Yan Pinghui Sun Hong Zhang Damo Xu Junqi Niu 2011Cellular & Molecular Immunology2011,8,1:16
2Design and control of methyl acetate-methanol separation via heat-integrated pressure-swing distillation显示文摘Design and control of pressure-swing distillation(PSD) with different heat integration modes for the separation of methyl acetate/methanol azeotrope are explored using Aspen Plus and Aspen Dynamics. First, an optimum steady-state separation configuration conditions are obtained via taking the total annual cost(TAC) or total reboiler heat duty as the objective functions. The results show that about 27.68% and 25.40% saving in TAC can be achieved by the PSD with full and partial heat integration compared to PSD without heat integration. Second,temperature control tray locations are obtained according to the sensitivity criterion and singular value decomposition(SVD) analysis and the single-end control structure is effective based on the feed composition sensitivity analysis. Finally, the comparison of dynamic controllability is made among various control structures for PSD with partial and full heat integration. It is shown that both control structures of composition/temperature cascade and pressure-compensated temperature have a good dynamic response performance for PSD with heat integration facing feed flowrate and composition disturbances. 4Genetic variation and selection of introduced provenances of Siberian Pine(Pinus sibirica) in frigid regions of the Greater Xing'an Range,Northeast China显示文摘Siberian Pine(Pinus sibirica) is an ecologically and economically important species in pristine forests throughout northern Russia. Four provenances of P. sibirica were introduced from Mongolia and Russia to the Greater Xing'an Range(the Daxing'anling), northeast China in 1993. The aim of this research was to study genetic variation and selection of the introduced four Pinus sibirica provenances. Heights(H), basal diameters(BD), survival rates(SR) and crown lengths(CL) of different families were measured as primary outcomes in different growth years. Results of data analyses demonstrated high coefficients of phenotypic variation(PCV) and heritability(H2) for H, BD and CL at 18 years after introduction. PCV and H2 increased with age. Correlations of growth traits between any two growth years were all significantly positive, but the correlation coefficient was smaller when the growth year interval was larger. Correlations between H and the original environment factors decreased gradually, indicating that with long-term subsistence in the new environment, the influence of the source environment declined. 5Dynamic microwave-assisted extraction combined with liquid phase microextraction based on the solidification of a floating drop for the analysis of organochlorine pesticides in grains followed by GC显示文摘A convenient,cost-effective and fast method using dynamic microwave-assisted extraction and liquid phase microextraction based on the solidification of a floating drop was proposed to analyze organochlorine pesticides in grains including rice,maize and millet.Twelve samples can be processed simultaneously in the method.During the extraction process,10%acetonitrile-water solutions containing 110μL of n-hexadecane were used to extract organochlorine pesticides.Subsequently,1.0 g sodium chloride was placed in the extract,and then centrifuged and cooled.The n-hexadecane drops containing the analytes were solidifi ed and transferred for determination by gas chromatography-electron capture detector without any further filtration or cleaning process.Limits of detection for organochlorine pesticides were 0.97–1.01μg/kg and the RSDs were in the range of 2.6%–8.5%.The developed technology has succeeded in analyzing six real grains samples and the recoveries of the organochlorine pesticides were 72.2%–94.3%.Compared with the published extraction methods,the developed method was used to analyze organochlorine pesticides in grains,being more environmentally friendly,which is suitable for the daily determination of organochlorine pesticides.Guijie Li Xu Zhang Tingting Liu Hongxiu Fan Hongcheng Liu Shangyu Li Dawei Wang Lan Ding 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3:4
6Depletion of VPS35 attenuates metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by restraining the Wnt/PCP signaling pathway显示文摘Vesicle Protein Sorting 35(VPS35)is a novel oncogene that promotes tumor growth through the PI3K/AKT signaling in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the role of VPS35 in HCC metastasis and the underlying mechanisms remain largely unclear.In this study,we observed that overexpression of VPS35 enhanced hepatoma cell invasion and metastasis by inducing epithelialemesenchymal transition(EMT)-related gene expression.Conversely,knockout of VPS35 significantly inhibited hepatoma cell migration and invasion.Furthermore,depletion of VPS35 decreased the lung metastasis of HCC in nude mice.By transcriptome analysis,we determined that VPS35 promoted HCC metastasis by activating the Wnt/non-canonical planar cell polarity(PCP)pathway.Mechanistically,VPS35 activated the PCP pathway by regulating membrane sorting and trafficking of Frizzled-2(FZD2)and ROR1 in hepatoma cells.Collectively,our results indicate that VPS35 promotes HCC metastasis via enhancing the Wnt/PCP signaling,thus providing a potential prognostic marker and therapeutic target for HCC.Yi Liu Haijun Deng Li Liang Guiji Zhang Jie Xia Keyue Ding Ni Tang Kai Wang 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,2:2
7GENERATOR VIBRATION FAULT DIAGNOSIS METHOD BASED ON ROTOR VIBRATION AND STATOR WINDING PARALLEL BRANCHES CIRCULATING CURRENT CHARACTERISTICS显示文摘Rotor vibration characteristics are first analyzed, which are that the rotor vibration of fundamental frequency will increase due to rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault, air-gap dynamic eccentricity fault, or imbalance fault, and the vibration of the second frequency will increase when the air-gap static eccentricity fault occurs. Next, the characteristics of the stator winding parallel branches circulating current are analyzed, which are that the second harmonics circulating current will increase when the rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault occurs, and the fundamental circulating current will increase when the air-gap eccentricity fault occurs, neither being strongly affected by the imbalance fault. Considering the differences of the rotor vibration and circulating current characteristics caused by different rotor faults, a method of generator vibration fault diagnosis, based on rotor vibration and circulating current characteristics, is developed. 14Moment-independence global sensitivity analysis for the system with fuzzy failure state and its Kriging method显示文摘For the system with the fuzzy failure state, the effects of the input random variables and the fuzzy failure state on the fuzzy probability of failure for the structural system are studied, and the moment-independence global sensitivity analysis(GSA) model is proposed to quantitatively measure these effects. According to the fuzzy random theory, the fuzzy failure state is transformed into an equivalent new random variable for the system, and the complementary function of the membership function of the fuzzy failure state is defined as the cumulative distribution function(CDF) of the new random variable. After introducing the new random variable, the equivalent performance function of the original problem is built. The difference between the unconditional fuzzy probability of failure and conditional fuzzy probability of failure is defined as the moment-independent GSA index. In order to solve the proposed GSA index efficiently, the Kriging-based algorithm is developed to estimate the defined moment-independence GSA index. 17Groups-dependent phosphines as the organic redox for point defects elimination in hybrid perovskite solar cells显示文摘Lead(Pb)^(0) and iodine(I)^(0) point defects generated during perovskite solar cell(PSC)fabrication and photoconversion form deep band energy levels as the carriers’recombination centers.These defects not only deteriorate device efficiency,but also facilitate chemical degradation with ion migration,resulting in restricted device lifetime.Herein,we present a novel type of phosphines as the point defects stabilizer for hybrid perovskite solar cells with enhanced performances.Three phosphines with varied side groups of tributyl,trioctyl and triphenyl are exampled as the dopants in perovskite films.The group dependent redox properties were observed in the perovskite film,dependent on their molecular weights and steric hinderances of phosphines.The partially oxidized tributyl phosphine(TBUP)with additional tributyl phosphine oxides(TBPO)is efficient in reduction of lead(Pb)^(0) and iodine(I)^(0) concentrations during the device fabrication and operation.The device with TBUP-TBPO pair showed enhanced power conversion efficiency(PCE)to 20.48% and maintain 91.7% of their initial PCEs after 500 h at 65℃ thermal annealing.Thus,this work presents an efficient route of utilize the phosphine species to reduce point defects in the perovskite film,which promoting further development of novel phosphorous additives with defects stabilization,interface passivation and encapsulation for low-cost solution processed PSCs.Zhengli Wu Miao Zhang Yifan Liu Yuxi Dou Yinjie Kong Lin Gao Weitao Han Guijie Liang Xiao Li Zhang Fuzhi Huang Yi-Bing Cheng Jie Zhong 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:1

202D/2D covalent organic framework/CdS Z-scheme heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic H_(2) evolution:Insights into interfacial charge transfer mechanism显示文摘Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with high crystallinity and flexible designability have been consid-ered as promising candidates for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.However,the existence of unpropi-tious exciton effects in COFs leads to poor charge separation,and thus results in low photocatalytic effi-ciency.Herein,to improve the photoelectron migration efficiency,we designed a 2D/2D organic/inorganic direct Z-scheme COF-based heterojunction(TpTAP/CdS),by the in-situ growing of CdS nanosheets on the COF copolymerized via 2,4,6-tris(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,5-triazine(TAP)and 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(Tp).The femtosecond transient absorption(fs-TA)decay kinetics of TpTAP-COF and TpTAP/CdS further reveal the processes of shallow electron trapping and the recombination of the free photogenerated electron-hole pairs.In particular,the transient absorption traces for TpTAP-COF and TpTAP/CdS normal-ized to the photoinduced absorption peak can effectively verify the Z-scheme charge transfer between TpTAP-COF and CdS,which could enhance the charge mobility and separation,thus reducing the pho-tocorrosion of CdS.Additionally,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS),in-situ X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy(XPS),transient photovoltage measurements,and electron spin resonance(ESR)spec-troscopy further confirm the establishment of the internal electric field(IEF).This work demonstrates the important role of COFs in the construction of 2D/2D organic/inorganic direct Z-scheme heterojunctions and offers a new avenue to explain the criticality of dynamics of the photogenerated carriers for the construction of Z-scheme heterojunctions.Ruiqi Gao Junxian Bai Rongchen Shen Lei Hao Can Huang Lei Wang Guijie Liang Peng Zhang Xin Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6:1
