1Anti-P-selectin lectin-EGF domain monoclonal antibody inhibits the maturation of human immature dendritic cells显示文摘Dendritic cells(DCs) are professinal antigen-presenting cells with the ability to initiate primary Tcell responses. While it iswell known that inflammatory stimuli induce the functional maturation of immature DCs, whether adhesion molecule selectins regulate DCmaturation is poorly understood. Using anti-P-selectin lectin-EGF domain monoclonal antibody (PsL-EGFmAb) that blocks the adhesionof P-, E-, and L-selectin, we demonstrate herein that selectins play important role in stimulating functional maturation of immature DCs.Immature DCs are generated from human cord blood CD34+hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells that were cultured in the presence of stemcell factor, Fms-like tyrosine-kinase-3 ligand, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor, and transform growth factor-β1. Whenstimulated with tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), immature DCs differentiated into mature DCs, producing increased levels of costim-ulatory molecules and interleukin (IL)-12 and obtaining the ability to potently activate naive Tcells. Interestingly, in contrast to matureDCs derived from TNF-α-induced immature DC cultures without PsL-EGFmAb, immature DCs treated with PsL-EGFmAb for7 days werecompletely blocked their maturation, as evidenced by decreased expression of costimulatory molecules CD80, CD86, and CD83, inhibi-ted production of IL-12, and inability to activate naive Tcellsin vitro. 3The Novel Spectrum Allocation Algorithm in Cognitive Radio System显示文摘In order to reduce the disturbance on an authorizing user and lower the competition between cognitive users, assure the normal communication of a cognitive radio system, reliability theory is applied to describe if a channel can be used by a cognitive user or not and the probability that the channel is continually used for a period. Three aspects including space, time domain and frequency domain are united for the research on the distribution of frequency spectrum. The simulation result shows that, in the space domain, time domain, frequency domain algorithm, the transmitted data volume and the total throughput of the system are superior to those in greedy algorithm and time domain—frequency domain algorithm, the novel algorithm is helpful to reduce the disturbance caused by a cognitive user to an authorizing user and lower the competition between cognitive users, this simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm is effective.Xiangqian Che Yupeng Xie Ye Tian Qijing Zhang Guizhi Sun 2017China Communications2017,14,3:2
4Effectiveness of herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture on polycystic ovary syndrome in patients with symptom pattern of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in patients with symptom pattern of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness.METHODS:Totally 62 PCOS patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.In the intervention group,acupoints were subjected to(43±1)℃herb-partitioned moxibustion and electroacupuncture treatment.In the control group,acupoints were subjected to(37±1)℃herb-partitioned moxibustion and sham electroacupuncture treatment.Treatment was provided 3 times per week for 12 weeks,and the treatment was stopped during menstruation.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score,basal body temperature(BBT)levels,menstrual cycle,and related sex hormone levels of the two groups were evaluated.RESULTS:Sixty patients were eventually included in the study(30 in the intervention group and 30 in the control group).There were not obvious between-group differences in the baseline efficacy parameters(all P>0.05).(a)After treatment,the two groups have improved in terms of clinical efficacy,TCM symptom pattern score,menstrual cycle and,BBT(P<0.01,<0.05),and the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.01,<0.05).(b)In the intervention group,the estradiol(E2)and P450 aromatase(P450 arom)levels were increased(all P<0.05),the testosterone(T)level was decreased(P<0.05),and the luteotropic hormone(LH)and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01).In the control group,E2 level was increased(P<0.05),and LH level was decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the T,LH,and AMH levels of the intervention group were decreased compared with those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the P450 arom level was increased(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture can effectively improve the related clinical symptoms of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture may inhibit the overexpression of AMH to increase the expression level of P450 arom in ovarian granulosa cells,thereby reconstructing the dependence of follicular development on FSH,and finally improving abnormal follicular development and hyperandrogenism in PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegmdampness.ZHAO Qingyi SUN Yi ZHOU Jing GAO Yanling MA Guizhi HU Zhihai WANG Yi SHI Yin 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,6:1

8Joint UAV 3D deployment and sensor power allocation for energy-efficient and secure data collection显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) are advantageous for data collection in wireless sensor networks(WSNs) due to its low cost of use,flexible deployment,controllable mobility,etc. However,how to cope with the inherent issues of energy limitation and data security in the WSNs is challenging in such an application paradigm. To this end,based on the framework of physical layer security,an optimization problem for maximizing secrecy energy efficiency(EE) of data collection is formulated,which focuses on optimizing the UAV’s positions and the sensors’ transmit power. To overcome the difficulties in solving the optimization problem,the methods of fractional programming and successive convex approximation are then adopted to gradually transform the original problem into a series of tractable subproblems which are solved in an iterative manner. 9养胃抗瘤冲剂合并化疗减毒增效的分子机理研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:We studied the molecular mechanisms of Yang Wei Kang Liu Power(YWKL,traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing stomach and anticancer) on anticancer and reducing chemotherapy side-effect in combination with chemotherapy.Methods:615 pre-cancer mouse model of YWKL for 10 days and CTX 1 time,semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) to detect bone marrow granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) gene and cancer proto-oncogene Bcl-2,c-myc expression.Results:YWKL in combination with chemotherapy could obviously promoted the expression of GM-CSF gene and inhibited the expression of Bcl-2 and c-myc oncogenes of FC 615 mice.Conclusion:The molecular mechanisms of anticancer and reducing chemotherapy side-effect of YWKL in combination with chemotherapy are to promote the expression of GM-CSF gene and inhibit the expression of Bcl-2 and c-myc oncogenes.Guizhi Sun Zhikui Wu Jinyu Lu Wenping Lu Xun Wang 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,5:0
10Construction of Arabidopsis thaliana ugt84a2/ugt84a4 Double Mutants Mediated by CRISPR/Cas9显示文摘[Objectives]The CRISPR/Cas9(Clustered regulatory interspaced short palindromic repeat/Cas9)gene editing technology is the third generation of'genome fixed-point editing technology'following the'zinc finger endonuclease(ZFN)'and'transcription activator effector nuclease(TALEN)'.Glucotransferase genes UGT84A2 and UGT84A4,can simultaneously convert hydroxycinnamate into 1-O-β-glucose esters as isozymes.The CRISPR/Cas9 technology was used to construct double mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana ugt84a2/ugt84a4.[Methods]A CRISPR/Cas9 double mutant expression vector was constructed using UGT84A2 and UGT84A4 as the target genes.The Agrobacterium-mediated dip dyeing method was used to transform wild-type A.thaliana,and the CRISPR/Cas9system was used to target and knock out A.thaliana UGT84A2 and UGT84A4 genes.[Results]The descendants of A.thaliana with the UGT84A2/UGT84A4 gene were sequenced and analyzed.Thirteen positively transformed plants obtained were analyzed according to the sequencing results,and the ugt84a2/ugt84a4 double mutants were screened.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for the functional study of UGT84A2 and UGT84A4 isoenzyme genes in other species,as well as strong theoretical and method support for accelerating the development and utilization of UGT84A2/UGT84A4 functional gene resources.Xiumei GONG Xuelin WU Kaixuan ZHOU Wei ZHAO Yuanyuan SUN Shaojie SANG Guizhi ZHANG Jundong HE 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4:0
