| 2 | Fabrication of Nanoscale Step Height Structure Using Atomic Layer Deposition Combined with Wet Etching显示文摘The current techniques used for the fabrication of nanosteps are normally done by layer growth and then ion beam thinning. There are also extra films grown on the step surfaces in order to reduce the roughness. So the whole process is time consuming. In this paper, a nanoscale step height structure is fabricated by atomic layer deposition(ALD) and wet etching techniques. According to the traceable of the step height value, the fabrication process is controllable. Because ALD technology can grow a variety of materials, aluminum oxide(Al_2O_3) is used to fabricate the nanostep. There are three steps of Al_2O_3 in this structure including 8 nm, 18 nm and 44 nm. The thickness of Al_2O_3 film and the height of the step are measured by anellipsometer. The experimental results show that the thickness of Al_2O_3 film is consistent with the height of the step. The height of the step is measured by AFM. The measurement results show that the height is related to the number of cycles of ALD and the wet etching time. The bottom and the sidewall surface roughness are related to the wet etching time. The step height is calibrated by Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt(PTB) and the results were 7.5±1.5 nm, 15.5±2.0 nm and 41.8±2.1 nm, respectively. | 3 | Effect of Anodization Parameters on Morphology and Photocatalysis Properties of TiO_2 Nanotube Arrays显示文摘Highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated via electrochemical anodization of high purity Ti foil in fluoride-containing electrolyte. The effects of applied anodization potential, anodization time on the formation of TiO2 nanotube arrays and the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB) were discussed. The TiO2 nanotube arrays calcined at 500 °C for 2 h show pure anatase phase. The pore diameters of TiO 2 nanotube arrays can be adjusted from 30 to 90 nm using a different anodization voltage.Anodization time mainly influenced TiO 2 tube length, and by increasing the anodization time, the nanotube length became longer gradually. When the anodization potential was 40 V, the average growth rate of TiO 2 nanotube was about 4.17 μm/h. Both anodization potential and time had important effects on the photocatalytic efficiency. | 4 | Comprehensive Assessment of Urbanization Coordination:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province, China显示文摘In order to make assessment on urbanization coordination, we developed a comprehensive model by integrating entropy weight method(EWM), coupling degree model(CDM), coupling coordination degree model(CCDM), multi-index grading method(MIGM) and Remote Sensing & Geographic Information System(RS & GIS) technology. Then we applied this integrated model to a case study in Jiangxi Province, China. Our study finds that: 1) EWM, CDM and CCDM can evaluate the temporal dynamic of urbanization. Urbanization process of Jiangxi Province can be divided into three periods, the stable development period(1990–2001), the accelerated development period(2002–2009) and the rapid development period(2010–2015). Coordinated development of urbanization in Jiangxi Province can be divided into two phases, an increasingly coordinated phase(1990–2003) and an increasingly incongruous phase(2003–2015). The state transition was due to low development rate of population urbanization. 2) RS & GIS technology is an effective tool for detecting urban growth. Urban construction land area of Jiangxi Province increased from 615.8 km^2 in 1990 to 2896.8 km^2 in2015, and the per capita urban construction land area(PCUCLA) reached 122.9 m^2, with the maximum value of 343 m^2 in Gongqingcheng City. 3) MIGM and RS & GIS technology can analyze spatial difference of urbanization. There is a significant spatial difference in socioeconomic development at county scale, with the maximum value six times the minimum value for both PCUCLA and per capita GDP in 2015. Population urbanization lag and excessive land use are the main reasons for uncoordinated urbanization. There were 15 counties with a lag in demographic urbanization and 33 counties where PCUCLA exceeded the national standard in 2015, among which 20 exceeded the national standard of PCUCLA by 50%(≥165 m^2). | 6 | Colonization of endophyte Acremonium sp. D212 in Panax notoginseng and rice mediated by auxin and jasmonic acid显示文摘Endophytic fungi can be beneficial to plant growth. However, the molecular mechanisms under-lying colonization of Acremonium spp. remain unclear. In this study, a novel endophytic Acremonium strain was isolated from the buds of Panax notoginseng and named Acremonium sp. D212. The Acremonium sp. D212 could colonize the roots of P. notoginseng, enhance the resistance of P. notoginseng to root rot disease, and promote root growth and saponin bio-synthesis in P. notoginseng. Acremonium sp. D212 could secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and jasmonic acid (JA), and inoculation with the fungus increased the endogenous levels of IAA and JA in P. noto-ginseng. Colonization of the Acremonium sp. D212 in the roots of the rice line Nipponbare was dependent on the concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) (2–15μmol/L) and 1-naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) (10–20μmol/L). Moreover, the roots of the JA signaling-defective coi1-18 mutant were colonized by Acremonium sp. D212 to a lesser degree than those of the wild-type Nipponbare and miR393b-overexpressing lines, and the colonization was res-cued by MeJA but not by NAA. It suggests that the cross-talk between JA signaling and the auxin biosynthetic pathway plays a crucial role in the colonization of Acremonium sp. | 8 | The Novel Spectrum Allocation Algorithm in Cognitive Radio System显示文摘In order to reduce the disturbance on an authorizing user and lower the competition between cognitive users, assure the normal communication of a cognitive radio system, reliability theory is applied to describe if a channel can be used by a cognitive user or not and the probability that the channel is continually used for a period. Three aspects including space, time domain and frequency domain are united for the research on the distribution of frequency spectrum. | 14 | A flexible and wearable NO_(2)gas detection and early warning device based on a spraying process and an interdigital electrode at room temperature显示文摘Flexible sensors used to detect NO_(2) gas generally have problems such as poor repeatability,high operating temperature,poor selectivity,and small detection range.In this work,a new spraying platform with a simple structure,low cost,and good film-forming consistency was designed and built to make a sensitive film(rGO/SnO_(2))for NO_(2) gas sensors.The relationship between the solid content of rGO and SnO_(2)nanoparticles,annealing temperature,and sensor performance was studied.The results show that the interdigital electrode-sensitive film formed by spraying 0.25 ml of a 0.4 wt%rGO/SnO_(2)mixture and annealing at 250℃exhibited the best comprehensive performance for NO_(2) detection.The sensor's response value for 100 ppm NO_(2) gas was 0.2640 at room temperature(25℃),and the response time and recovery time were 412.4 s and 587.3 s,respectively.In the range of 20-100 ppm,the relationship between the response and NO_(2) concentration was linear,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9851.In addition,a soft-monitoring node module with an overlimit warning function for NO_(2) gas was designed and manufactured based on flexible electronics.Finally,the flexible sensor and node module were embedded into woven fabric that could be used to make a mask or a watch that could detect NO_(2) gas,realizing the practical application of flexible NO_(2) gas sensors in the field of wearable electronics. | Fuzheng Zhang Qijing Lin Feng Flan Zuowei Wang Bian Tian Libo Zhao Tao Dong Zhuangde Jiang | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,2: | 1 |

| 20 | A large-area bionic skin for high-temperature energy harvesting applications显示文摘For the large amount of waste heat wasted in daily life and industrial production,we propose a new type of flexible thermoelectric generators(F-TEGs)which can be used as a large area bionic skin to achieve energy harvesting of thermal energy.With reference to biological structures such as pinecone,succulent,and feathers,we have designed and fabricated a biomimetic flexible TEG that can be applied in a wide temperature range which has the highest temperature energy harvesting capability currently.The laminated free structure of the bionic F-TEG dramatically increases the efficiency and density of energy harvesting.The F-TEGs(single TEG only 101.2 mg in weight),without an additional heat sink,demonstrates the highest output voltage density of 286.1 mV/cm^(2)and the maximum power density is 66.5 mW/m^(2) at a temperature difference of nearly 1000℃.The flexible characteristics of F-TEGs make it possible to collect the diffused thermal energy by flexible attachment to the outer walls of high-temperature pipes and vessels of different diameters and shapes.This work shows a new design and application concept for flexible thermal energy collectors,which fills the gap of flexible energy harvesting in high-temperature environment. | Zhaojun Liu Bian Tian Yao Li Jiaming Lei Zhongkai Zhang Jiangjiang Liu Qijing Lin Chengkuo Lee Zhuangde Jiang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
