1DFT study on the interaction of HCHO molecule with S-doped TiO_(2) (001) surface without and with water and oxygen molecules显示文摘The interactions of formaldehyde(HCHO)molecule with S-doped anatase TiO_(2)(001)surface without and with water and oxygen were studied by density functional theory(DFT).The adsorption energy of HCHO adsorption on S-doped TiO_(2) surface with water and oxygen(-709.62 kJ/mol)is much larger than that without water and oxygen(-312.14 kJ/mol).For HCHO adsorption system without water and oxygen,one CeH bond of HCHO molecule is broken.The oxygen and carbon atoms of HCHO are bonded to the titanium and sulfur atoms of SeTiO_(2) surface,respectively,and form a CH_(2)OS structure.For the system with water and oxygen,H_(2)O and HCHO molecules are both dissociated.HCHO molecule not only interacts with TiO_(2) surface,but also combines with O_(2) molecule.Two CeH bonds of HCHO are broken,one hydrogen atom(H1)is bonded to the sulfur atom(S)of TiO_(2) surface doping,while another hydrogen atom(H_(2))is bonded to the O atom(O_(2))of O_(2) molecule.The remaining CeO bond can be oxidized to form CO_(2) in subsequent action by oxygen from the atmosphere.The surface doping of sulfur have significant impact on the degradation of HCHO molecule on anatase TiO_(2)(001)surface with H_(2)O and O_(2).Guofei Wu Cuihua Zhao Xi Zhou Jianhua Chen Yuqiong Li 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,4:3
2Surveillance of pine wilt disease by high resolution satellite显示文摘Pine wilt disease caused by the pinewood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus has led to the death of a large number of pine trees in China.This destructive disease has the characteristics of bring wide-spread,fast onset,and long incubation time.Most importantly,in China,the fatality rate in pines is as high as 100%.The key to reducing this mortality is how to quickly find the infected trees.We proposed a method of automatically identifying infected trees by a convolution neural network and bounding box tool.This method rapidly locates the infected area by classifying and recognizing remote sensing images obtained by high resolution earth observation Satellite.The recognition accuracy of the test data set was 99.4%,and the remote sensing image combined with convolution neural network algorithm can identify and determine the distribution of the infected trees.It can provide strong technical support for the prevention and control of pine wilt disease.Hongwei Zhou Xinpei Yuan Huanyu Zhou Hengyu Shen Lin Ma Liping Sun Guofei Fang Hong Sun 2022Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,4:2

13Deleterious processes of a diode-pumped cesium vapor hollow-core photonic-crystal fiber laser显示文摘A diode-pumped alkali laser(DPAL) provides the significant promise for high-powered performances. In this paper, a mathematical model is introduced for examination of the kinetic processes of a diode-pumped cesium vapor hollow-core photonic-crystal fiber(HC-PCF) laser, in which the cesium vapor is filled in the center hole of a photonic-bandgap fiber instead of a glass cell. The influence of deleterious processes including energy pooling, photo-ionization, and Penning ionization on the physical features of a fiber DPAL is studied in this report. 14Experimental evaluation of temperature distribution of a vapor cell using a Hilbert transform procedure显示文摘A diode-pumped alkali vapor laser(DPAL) is one of the most promising candidates of the next-generation high-powered laser source. As the saturated number density of alkali vapor is highly dependent on the temperature inside a vapor cell,the temperature distribution in the cross-section of a cell will greatly affect the homogeneity of a laser medium and the output characteristics of a DPAL. In this paper, we developed an algorithm based on the regime concluding quasi-Hilbert transform to evaluate the phase aberration of a wavefront when the probe beam passes through the vapor cell placed in one arm of a Mach–Zehnder interference setup. According to the theoretical algorithm, we deduced the temperature distribution of a cesium vapor cell for different heating conditions. 16Von Hippel-Lindau protein and respiratory diseases显示文摘Von Hippel-Lindau protein(p VHL) was first identified as a tumor suppressor gene as mutations in the VHL gene predispose individuals to systemic benign or malignant tumors and cysts in many organs, including renal cell carcinoma of the clear-cell type and hemangioblastoma. Although p VHL is best known to act as a component of ubiquitin protein ligase for the proteasomal degradation of hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)-α, p VHL also interacts with extracellular matrix proteins and cytoskeleton, regulating extracellular matrix assembly, cell signaling, and many other cellular functions. Recent studies suggest that p VHL contributes to many lung diseases, including pulmonary arterial hypertension, lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Mutation or loss of function of p VHL activates HIF and induced expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, endothelin-1, and Fox M1, leading to pulmonary arterial hypertension. Loss of p VHL in lung cancer cells promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition and cancer migration and invasion while decreasing lung cancer cell proliferation and colonization. In patients of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, elevated expression of p VHL induces expression of fibronectin/integrin α5β1/focal adhesion kinase signaling, resulting in fibroproliferation and fi-brosis. In alveolar epithelial cells, p VHL mediates Na, K-ATPase degradation in an HIF independent pathway, causing decreased edema clearance during hypoxia.
