| 1 | A photocleavable low molecular weight hydrogel for light-triggered drug delivery显示文摘A photocleavable low-molecular-weight hydrogelator (LMWG) was synthesized based on coumarin derivative.~1H NMR and UV spectroscopy study suggested that the gelator had good gelling ability, and the driving force for the gelation were hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking. This molecular hydrogel exhibited satisfied photocleavage at C-N bond in 7-amino coumarin with the light irradiation (365 nm,77.5 mW/cm^2). | 2 | Naphthalimide-modified near-infrared cyanine dye with a large stokes shift and its application in bioimaging显示文摘Developing the novel fluorescent dyes with a larger Stokes shift is still a challenge in the research of fluorescence probes. In this work, a naphthalimide-modified near-infrared cyanine dye with an emission at 785 nm has been synthesized for lysosome-targeting imaging. This fluorescent dye showed a large Stokes shift(up to 165 nm) and favorable lysosome-targeting property, which facilitated it to be a potential candidate for studying of lysosomal functions. | 3 | Joint observation results of Na layer and ionosphere in Wuhan during the Total Solar Eclipse显示文摘During the total solar eclipse on July 22, 2009 in Wuhan, the joint observation test of Na layer and ionosphere was conducted by using the daytime observation atmospheric lidar and the GPS ionosphere detector. The results show that the full width at half maximum(FWHM) of Na layer density slightly narrowed during the total solar eclipse and broadened after the eclipse, while the height of Na peak slightly decreased in the eclipse and increased after the eclipse. These implying that Na layer changes reflect the rapid process of sunrise and sunset. The ionosphere total electron content(TEC) and the sky background light noise also presented an obvious fluctuation characteristic with the changes of solar irradiation during the process of total solar eclipse. The difference lies in that the changes of FWHM of Na layer atoms are much slower than that of ionosphere, the reason for this might be that the Na layer, after being disturbed by the total solar eclipse, will generate a series of complicated photochemical reactions and momentum transport processes, and then recombine the Na atoms. | 6 | Effects of doping FeCl3 on hydrogen storage properties of Li-N-H system显示文摘The effects of doping FeCl_3 on the LiNH_2-2LiH system were investigated systematically. FeCl_3 was prior to react with LiH during ball milling their mixtures. The metallic Fe, which is generated from metathesis reaction between FeCl_3 and LiH, plays an important role on improving the dehydrogenation kinetics of LiNH_2-2LiH system. The results indicated that the dehydrogenation peak and ending temperatures of the doped 1 mol%FeCl_3 sample shifted to low temperatures, and the dehydrogenation active energy changed from 102.45 k J/mol to 87.52 k J/mol. While increasing the amount of FeCl_3, an excess of LiCl, the by-product of metathesis reaction between FeCl_3 and Li H, can stabilize LiNH_2 and thus hinder hydrogen desorption. The dehydrogenation product is a new solid cubic phase solution of lithium imide-chloride. | 7 | New synthetic procedure for Na NH_2(BH_3)_2 and evaluation of its hydrogen storage properties显示文摘Tremendous efforts have been devoted to the synthesis of new light element hydrides for hydrogen storage.Ammonia borane(AB)is a promising candidate possessing high hydrogen capacity and low dehydrogenation temperature.The step-wise dehydrogenation and release of by-products,however,are obstacles to its practical application.Chemical modifications of AB to synthesize new compounds or its derivatives are of practical and fundamental importance.Here we report an improved synthesis of sodium aminodiborane(Na NH2(BH3)2,Na ABB),a derivative of ammonia borane.This procedure leads to high purity Na ABB by reacting Na NH2 and 2 eq.AB.The dehydrogenation properties have been investigated by means of temperature programmed desorption-mass spectrometry,volumetric release,nuclear magnetic resonance,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction.In a closed vessel,Na ABB can release^2 eq.H2 when heated at 271°C,forming solid products of Na BH4 and highly condensed polyborazylene. | Weidong Chen Zhenguo Huang Guotao Wu Ping Chen | 2015 | Science China Chemistry2015,58,1: | 1 |
