Latest Wuchiapingian to Earliest Triassic Conodont Zones and δ13 Ccarb Isotope Excursions from Deep-Water Sections in Western Hubei Province, South China显示文摘Deep-water facies sections have advantages of recording complete information across the Permian-Triassic boundary(PTB). Here we present a detailed study on the conodont biostratigraphy and carbon isotope profile ranges from the Wuchiapingian-Changhsingian boundary(WCB) to the PTB of two deep-water facies sections at Zhuqiao and Shiligou in the Middle Yangtze region, western Hubei, South China. Fifteen species and three genera are identified. Eight conodont zones are recognized which in ascending order are the Clarkina orientalis, C. wangi, C. subcarinata, C. changxingensis, C. yini, C. meishanensis, Hindeodus parvus and Isarcicella isarcica zones. The onset of deposition of the deep-water siliceous strata of Dalong Formation in western Hubei began in the Late Wuchiapingian and persisted to the Late Changhsingian. Carbon isotope negative excursions occur near both the WCB and PTB in both sections. The WCB δ13 Ccarb negative excursion is in the C. orientalis and C. wangi zones. The PTB δ13 Ccarb negative excursion began in the C. yini Zone and extended to the I. isarcica Zone. The absence of several Changhsingian zones may indicate the difficulty of extracting conodonts from siliceous strata or the presence of an intra-Changhsingian hiatus.Bo Yang Hanxiao Li Paul B. 2Study on the promotion of lymphocytes in patients with COVID-19 by broad-spectrum chemokine receptor inhibitor vMIP-Ⅱ and its Mechanism of signal transmission in vitro显示文摘Dear Editor,COVID-19 cases showed a significant decrease in the number of peripheral CD4^(+) and CD8^(+)T cells accompanied by overactivation of cells.1 HHV8-derived viral macrophage inflammatory protein vMIP-Ⅱ is the only broad-spectrum chemokine receptor inhibitor that binds to three subtribes of chemokine receptors, which can significantly increase the specific cell immune response in infected organisms and have an effect of reducing plasma viral load on the viremia period.24 Here we report the effect of vMIP-Ⅱ in COVID-19.Shiyu Li Shuting Liu Zhenyou Jiang Lixia Feng Yong Gao Youyu Chen Anding Xu Wenhua Huang Nuofu Zhang Hanxiao Sun 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4:5
Wave‑Shaped Piezoelectric Nanofber Membrane Nanogenerator for Acoustic Detection and Recognition显示文摘With the rapid development of internet of things and wearable electronics, how to conveniently power uncountable sensors remains a huge challenge.Energy harvesting strategy is suggested to collect and convert environmental energies into electrical energy.Thereinto, piezoelectric polymers are utilized as fexible harvesters to convert mechanical energy. The latter widely distributes in both our daily life and industrial environment.Intrinsic piezoelectric property further drives piezoelectric polymers to construct fexible self-powered strain sensors. However, relatively low piezoelectric performance restricts their application in detection and conversion of weak mechanical excitations.Herein,wave-shaped 3D piezoelectric device was fabricated by embossing electrospun polyvinylidene fuoride nanofbers. This 3D structured device presents better longitudinal and transverse piezoelectric performance than usual fat-type one. This wave-shaped piezoelectric device was developed for acoustic detection and recognition with a frequency resolution better than 0.1 Hz.This wave-shaped device was capable of frequency spectrum analyses of various sound sources from human and animals and well presents its potential for future wearable acoustic sensors and transducers.Fan Xu Jiang Yang Ruizhi Dong Hanxiao Jiang Conghuan Wang Weilin Liu Zaixiu Jiang Xiaoqing Zhang Guodong Zhu 2021Advanced Fiber Materials2021,3,6:2
Roadian-Wordian(Middle Permian)Conodont Biostratigraphy,Sedimentary Facies and Paleotemperature Evolution at the Shuixiakou Section,Xikou Area,Southeastern Qinling Region,China显示文摘Focusing on the Shuixiakou Section(Xikou area,Zhen’an County,Shaanxi Province, southeastern Qinling region,China),the Roadian-Wordian conodonts are investigated.More than 2000 conodont elements including 6 genera and 14 species have been obtained.Based on these materials, the Guadalupian Jinogondolella nankingensis and J.aserrata zones have been recognized. The Roadian-Wordian boundary is tentatively defined by the first occurrence of J.aserrata in the lower part of UnitⅢin the Shuixiakou Formation. The sedimentary succession of Xikou area records similar sea-level changes to those observed in Laibin area(South China). The 40 m-thick bioclastic limestone of UnitⅣin this section can be correlated with the reefs of Bed 114 in Laibin area.A temperature drop indicated byδ18Oapatite values suggests this Wordian interval coincides with a period of glaciation and global regression.Baojin Wu Hanxiao Li Michael M.Joachimski Paul B.Wignall Haishui Jiang Lina Wang Xianlang Wu Xulong Lai Jiaxin Yan 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,3:1
Image Super-Resolution Based on Generative Adversarial Networks: A Brief Review显示文摘Single image super resolution(SISR)is an important research content in the field of computer vision and image processing. With the rapid development of deep neural networks, different image super-resolution models have emerged.Compared to some traditional SISR methods, deep learning-based methods can complete the super-resolution tasks through a single image. In addition, compared with the SISR methods using traditional convolutional neural networks,SISR based on generative adversarial networks(GAN)has achieved the most advanced visual performance. In this review,we first explore the challenges faced by SISR and introduce some common datasets and evaluation metrics. Then,we review the improved network structures and loss functions of GAN-based perceptual SISR.Subsequently, the advantages and disadvantages of different networks are analyzed by multiple comparative experiments. Finally,we summarize the paper and look forward to the future development trends of GAN-based perceptual SISR.Kui Fu Jiansheng Peng Hanxiao Zhang Xiaoliang Wang Frank Jiang 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,9:1

Structure, function, and pathology of Neurexin-3显示文摘Neurexin-3 is primarily localized in the presynaptic membrane and forms complexes with various ligands located in the postsynaptic membrane.Neurexin-3 has important roles in synapse development and synapse functions.Neurexin-3 mediates excitatory presynaptic differentiation by interacting with leucine-rich-repeat transmembrane neuronal proteins.Meanwhile,neurexin-3 modulates the expression of presynapticα-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole propionic acid receptors andγ-aminobutyric acid A receptors by interacting with neuroligins at excitatory and inhibitory synapses.Numerous studies have documented the potential contribution of neurexin-3 to neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, addiction behaviors, and other diseases, which raises hopes that understanding the mechanisms of neurexin-3 may hold the key to developing new strategies for related illnesses. This review comprehensively covers the literature to provide current knowledge of the structure, function, and clinical role of neurexin-3.Rui Zhang HanXiao Jiang YuanJie Liu GuiQiong He 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,5:0
Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of Poly(Aspartic Acid-Itaconic Acid) Copolymer and Its Characterization显示文摘Poly(aspartic acid-itaconic acid) copolymer was synthesized from aspartic acid(Asp) and itaconic acid(Ita) under microwave irradiation. The effects of microwave power, microwave irradiation time, molar ratio of itaconic acid and aspartic acid, catalyst type, catalyst and organic solvent content on copolymer yield, and the performance for inhibition of CaCO_3 fouling were investigated. It was found that the product yield achieved a highest record of 95% when the amount of catalyst Na H_2PO_4 was 0.012 mol, the amount of organic solvent propylene carbonate was 16 m L, the molar ratio of Asp/Ita was 3:1, the microwave output power was 1200 W and the irradiation time was 5.5 min. And the product performance for inhibition of calcium carbonate also reached a highest value of 94.38%.
