1Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-5Li-1Al sheets prepared by accumulative roll bonding显示文摘Ultrafine-grain and high-strength Mg-5Li-1Al sheets were prepared by accumulative roll bonding(ARB)process. Evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of ARB-processed Mg-5Li-1Al sheets was investigated.Results show that, during ARB process, the evolution of deformation mechanism of t Mg-5Li-1Al alloy is as follows: twinning deformation, shear deformation, forming macro shear zone, and finally dynamic recrystallization(DRX). The grain refining mechanism changes from twin DRX to rotation DRX. With the increase in ARB cycles, strength of the Mg-5Li-1Al sheets is enhanced, whilst elongation varies slightly.With the increase in rolling cycles, anisotropy of mechanical properties decreases. 2Measuring Recreational Value of World Heritage Sites Based on Contingent Valuation Method:A Case Study of Jiuzhaigou显示文摘World heritage possesses various kinds of use value and non-use value. Measuring the recreational value of world heritage sites is a key issue in the heritage tourism. This paper employs Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), which is an evaluation instrument on the basis of tourists′ attitude and preference, to measure the recreational value of Jiuzhaigou, one of the World Natural Heritage sites in China, and analyzes the biases in the survey. The results show that: 1) In 2009, Jiuzhaigou′s recreational value was 3.46×108 yuan (RMB), and the per capita Willingness to Pay (WTP) was 137.31 yuan by CVM. Compared with the results of other methods, this result is significantly low. 2) Among the factors that influence Jiuzhaigou tourists′ WTP, psychological perception factors have the greatest effect while demographic and socio-economic characteristics have a small effect on WTP. 3) The virtuality in CVM creates biases both from CVM itself and in the procedures that CVM was implemented. The former includes hypothetical bias, information bias, protest response bias, and strategic bias; and the latter includes the questionnaire design, population and sample definition, sampling and data processing. 3Microstructure and mechanical properties at elevated temperature of Mg-Al-Ni alloys prepared through powder metallurgy显示文摘Mg-Al-Ni alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy, and their microstructure and elevated temperature mechanical properties were investigated. Results indicate that, in addition to α-Mg matrix, both coarse Al_3Ni_2 particles and fine Al Ni nano-particles exist in the Mg-Al-Ni alloys. The strength at 150?C is improved with the increase in Ni content. Mg-18.3Al-8Ni alloy possesses a compressive strength of234.7 MPa and a yield strength of 146.5 MPa. Plasticity is also improved with a low concentration of Ni. Mg-11.3Al-2Ni alloy possesses a compression ratio of 17.3%. The phases of Al_3Ni_2 and Al Ni in the alloys block the movements of grain boundaries and dislocations during the deformation at elevated temperature. The existence of Al Ni phase provides a non-basal slip system, leading to the improvement in plasticity. 4The SmMYB36-SmERF6/SmERF115 module regulates the biosynthesis of tanshinones and phenolic acids in salvia miltiorrhiza hairy roots显示文摘Tanshinone and phenolic acids are the most important active substances of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and the insight into their transcriptional regulatory mechanisms is an essential process to increase their content in vivo.SmMYB36 has been found to have important regulatory functions in the synthesis of tanshinone and phenolic acid;paradoxically,its mechanism of action in S.miltiorrhiza is not clear.Here,we demonstrated that SmMYB36 functions as a promoter of tanshinones accumulation and a suppressor of phenolic acids through the generation of SmMYB36 overexpressed and chimeric SmMYB36-SRDX(EAR repressive domain)repressor hairy roots in combination with transcriptomic-metabolomic analysis.SmMYB36 directly down-regulate the key enzyme gene of primary metabolism,SmGAPC,up-regulate the tanshinones biosynthesis branch genes SmDXS2,SmGGPPS1,SmCPS1 and down-regulate the phenolic acids biosynthesis branch enzyme gene,SmRAS.Meanwhile,SmERF6,a positive regulator of tanshinone synthesis activating SmCPS1,was up-regulated and SmERF115,a positive regulator of phenolic acid biosynthesis activating SmRAS,was down-regulated.Furthermore,the seven acidic amino acids at the C-terminus of SmMYB36 are required for both self-activating domain and activation of target gene expression.As a consequence,this study contributes to reveal the potential relevance of transcription factors synergistically regulating the biosynthesis of tanshinone and phenolic acid.Qi Li Xin Fang Ying Zhao Ruizhi Cao Juane Dong Pengda Ma 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:2
5Wave‑Shaped Piezoelectric Nanofber Membrane Nanogenerator for Acoustic Detection and Recognition显示文摘With the rapid development of internet of things and wearable electronics,how to conveniently power uncountable sensors remains a huge challenge.Energy harvesting strategy is suggested to collect and convert environmental energies into electrical energy.Thereinto,piezoelectric polymers are utilized as fexible harvesters to convert mechanical energy.The latter widely distributes in both our daily life and industrial environment.Intrinsic piezoelectric property further drives piezoelectric polymers to construct fexible self-powered strain sensors.However,relatively low piezoelectric performance restricts their application in detection and conversion of weak mechanical excitations.Herein,wave-shaped 3D piezoelectric device was fabricated by embossing electrospun polyvinylidene fuoride nanofbers.This 3D structured device presents better longitudinal and transverse piezoelectric performance than usual fat-type one.This wave-shaped piezoelectric device was developed for acoustic detection and recognition with a frequency resolution better than 0.1 Hz.This wave-shaped device was capable of frequency spectrum analyses of various sound sources from human and animals and well presents its potential for future wearable acoustic sensors and transducers.Fan Xu Jiang Yang Ruizhi Dong Hanxiao Jiang Conghuan Wang Weilin Liu Zaixiu Jiang Xiaoqing Zhang Guodong Zhu 2021Advanced Fiber Materials2021,3,6:2

7Measured and Predicted Solubility Phase Diagrams of Quaternary Systems LiBr-NaBr-MgBr2-H2O and LiBr-KBr-MgBr2-H2O at 298.15 K显示文摘The stable phase equilibria of quaternary systems LiBr-NaBr-MgBrz-H2O and LiBr-KBr-MeBr-HO at 298.15 K were studied by both experimental measurement(isothermal solution saturation method)and theoretica prediction(Pitzer model).The solubilities of the saturated solution have been determined experimentally and two sta ble phase diagrams and relevant water diagrams of the two quaternary systems were obtained.Results show that qua ternary system LiBr-NaBr-MgBrz-H2O is hydrateⅡtype as NaBr and NaBr-2H2O coexistence.Its phase diagran consists of only one invariant point,four univariant curves,and five crystallization fields.The quaternary system LiBr-KBr-MgBr2-H2O is a complex type as the double salt KBr MgBrz-6H2O formed.In addition to this double salt the three single salts LiBr-2H2O,KBr and MgBr2:6H2O also crystallize.In this paper,the solubilities of phase equilibria in above quaternary systems were also calculated by the Pitzer's electrolyte solution model.All the neededparameters can be obtained from the literature or be fitted by experimental data.On the Basis of the experimental and alculated results,the phase diagram of the quaternary system was plotted for comparison.It shows that the calculation results are consistent with the experimental ones.CUI Ruizhi LI Wu DONG Yaping LI Jun 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,6:1
8Simultaneously improving mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of extruded Mg-Al dilute alloy via trace Er addition显示文摘Simultaneously improving the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of magnesium(Mg)alloys is a long-standing challenge to be solved in their engineering applications.In this work,we find that trace Er addition can improve the mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of Mg-1.4Al-0.4Mn-0.4Ca-0.3Er(wt%,AMXE)dilute alloy synergistically,especially reducing the corrosion rate(0.75 mm y-1)by one order of magnitude compared with the reference Mg-1.4Al-0.4Mn-0.4Ca(AMX)alloy and making it comparable to that of high-purity Mg.Adding trace Er reduces the dynamic recrystallization degree and increases the strengthening phase particles,which is mainly responsible for the increase of yield strength by 42 MPa.The addition of Er promotes the formation of much less noble Al8Mn4Er with effective Fe trapping ability and induces dislocation segregation,thus dramatically reducing micro-galvanic corrosion tendency.Meanwhile,Er addition promotes the formation of a more passivation and dense corrosion film.These two factors together lead to the extremely low corrosion rate of AMXE alloy.Our findings are expected to promote the development of low alloyed high performance Mg alloys.Zhi Zhang Jinshu Xie Jinghuai Zhang Hao Dong Shujuan Liu Xiaobo Zhang Jun Wang Ruizhi Wu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,19:0
9Potential contribution of increased soluble IL-2R to lymphopenia in COVID-19 patients显示文摘Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),more than 6 million cases are confirmed and over 300,000 cases are dead after infection.Dysfunction of immunity in COVID-19 patients has been considered as one of the fatal factors for patients,especially cytokine release syndrome and lymphopenia.1,2,3 The reduced number and increased exhaustion level of lymphocyte are associated with elevated inflammatory cytokines in COVID-19 patients.4,5 However,the mechanism of cytokine-induced lymphopenia in COVID-19 is very unclear.IL-2 is critical for the proliferation,differentiation,and function of T cells,including Tregs,CD4+,and CD8+effector cells.6 Here,we reported the negative relationship between the concentration of soluble IL-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and T-cell number in blood from COVID-19 patients.In vitro addition of recombinant CD25 could inhibit the proliferation and function of T cells from PBMC after stimulated with TCR signaling,which could be rescued by strong IL-2 signaling.Our data suggested the importance of IL-2 signaling in lymphopenia of COVID-19 patients.Yaguang Zhang Xiaojing Wang Xuezhen Li Dong Xi Ruizhi Mao Xiaohui Wu Shipeng Cheng Xiaoyu Sun Chunyan Yi Zhiyang Ling Liyan Ma Qin Ning Yiru Fang Bing Sun Di Wu 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,8:0
