1Biodegradation of nicosulfuron by a novel Alcaligenes faecalis strain ZWS11显示文摘A bacterial strain ZWS11 was isolated from sulfonylurea herbicide-contaminated farmland soil and identified as a potential nicosulfuron-degrading bacterium. Based on morphological and physicochemical characterization of the bacterium and phylogenetic analysis of the 16 S r RNA sequence, strain ZWS11 was identified as Alcaligenes faecalis. The effects of the initial concentration of nicosulfuron, inoculation volume, and medium p H on degradation of nicosulfuron were investigated. Strain ZWS11 could degrade 80.56% of the initial nicosulfuron supplemented at 500.0 mg/L under the conditions of p H 7.0, 180 r/min and30°C after incubation for 6 days. Strain ZWS11 was also capable of degrading rimsulfuron,tribenuron-methyl and thifensulfuron-methyl. Four metabolites from biodegradation of nicosulfuron were identified, which were 2-aminosulfonyl-N, N-dimethylnicotinamide(M1), 4, 6-dihydroxypyrimidine(M2), 2-amino-4, 6-dimethoxypyrimidine(M3) and2-(1-(4,6-dimethoxy-pyrimidin-2-yl)-ureido)-N,N-dimethyl-nicotinamide(M4). Among the metabolites detected, M2 was reported for the first time. Possible biodegradation pathways of nicosulfuron by strain ZWS11 were proposed. The degradation proceeded mainly via cleavage of the sulfonylurea bridge, O-dealkylation, and contraction of the sulfonylurea bridge by elimination of a sulfur dioxide group. 2QTL analysis of ear leaf traits in maize(Zea mays L.)under different planting densities显示文摘Modem maize varieties have become more productive than ever, owing largely to increased tolerance of high plant density. However, the genetics of ear leaf traits under different densities remains poorly understood. In this study, Zhongdan 909 recombinant inbred lines(RILs) derived from a cross between Z58 and HD568 were genotyped for 3072 single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs), and phenotyped for leaf length(LL), leaf width(LW), and leaf angle(LA) of the uppermost ear leaf under three planting densities(52,500,67,500, and 82,500 plants ha-1, respectively). A genetic map was then constructed using1358 high-quality SNPs. The total length of the linkage map was 1985.2 cM and the average interval between adjacent markers 1.46 cM. With increasing density, LL and LW decreased from 63.68 to 63.02 cm and from 8.56 to 8.21 cm, respectively, while LA increased from19.42° to 19.66°. All three traits had high heritabilities, of 0.75, 0.78, and 0.84, respectively.Using inclusive composite interval mapping, 23, 25, and 17 quantitative trait loci(QTL) were detected for LL, LW, and LA, respectively. Of these, 35 were simultaneously detected under two or three plant densities, while 30 were detected under only one. 3The Construction of Active Source Repeated Monitoring in the Qilian Mountain, Gansu Province显示文摘The exciting source of the active source repeated monitoring is located in the Xiliushui Reservoir in Zhangye,Gansu Province. The system began operating normally on July 9,2015,and we had completed a period of 40 days of continuous excitation experiment before November 10,2015. Our results reveal that the airgun source has good consistency and repeatability,and the detective system of active source can record signal clearly. The construction of active source repeated exploration projects has achieved some results,which can provide valuable experience for the research of active source repeated exploration. 7Experimental study of the settling of twin spherical particles released side by side: The impact of particle size, fluid viscosity, initial spacing, and particle density显示文摘The settling of solid particles in a fluid is an important process that needs to be considered in many fields of research.For example,the interactions among particles and between particles and the surrounding fluid are important topics in studying suspended sediment transport and water clarification.In this paper,the settling processes and interactions of twin spherical particles released side by side were experimentally studied.The Reynolds number varied in the range of 1-300,which is within the transition zone.Particle Tracking Velocimetry(PTV)and Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)were utilized to capture the settlement trajectory,and provide insight into the flow fields around the particles.The influences of particle size,fluid viscosity,initial spacing,and particle density on the settling process were systematically investigated.The experimental results reveal that the initial spacing between the twin particles(l_(0)*)and the Reynolds number(Re)are the two most important factors affecting particle settling.The interaction between particles comprises only repulsion when the initial spacing is small,while the density of particles has little effect on the final settling state when the initial spacing is not very small.The flow fields around different particles are similar for the same Re,leading to similar final settlement behaviors,except for the case of l_(0)*=0,when the influence of particle rotation cannot be ignored.Except for the case of l_(0)*=0,although the particle density has little effect on the final settling behavior,it affects the repulsive process during settling.The final repulsive distance between the twin particles is highly dependent on Re and l_(0)*.Two critical Re values exist(~10 and~100),where the repulsive distance is negatively correlated with Re when Re<10,but it is positively correlated with Re when Re>100.However,the repulsive distance is always negatively correlated with l_(0)*.These findings can improve understanding of more complex phenomena such as the particle group settling process and sediment transport.Yang Xiao Jieqing Liu Pei Zhang Jian Zhou Dongfang Liang Zhihao Wang Taotao Zhang Saiyu Yuan Hongwu Tang 2023International Journal of Sediment Research2023,38,1:1

17Intelligent reflecting surface-assisted cognitive radio-inspired rate-splitting multiple access systems显示文摘Intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)has been widely regarded as a promising technology for configuring wireless propagation environments.In this paper,we utilize IRS to assist transmission of a secondary user(SU)in a cognitive radio-inspired rate-splitting multiple access(CR-RSMA)system in which a primary user's(PU's)quality of service(QoS)requirements must be guaranteed.Without introducing intolerable interference to deteriorate the PU's outage performance,the SU conducts rate-splitting to transmit its signal to the base-station through the direct link and IRS reflecting channels.For the IRS-assisted CR-RSMA(IRS-CR-RSMA)scheme,we derive the optimal transmit power allocation,target rate allocation,and successive interference cancellation decoding order to enhance the outage performance of the SU.The closed-form expression for the SU's outage probability achieved by the IRS-CR-RSMA scheme is derived.Various simulation results are presented to clarify the enhanced outage performance achieved by the proposed IRS-CR-RSMA scheme over the CR-RSMA scheme.Peixu Liu Gang Jing Hongwu Liu Liang Yang Theodoros A.Tsiftsis 2023Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,3:0
18前哨淋巴结活检术在结直肠癌中的应用研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) in colorectal cancer.Methods:Twenty patients of colorectal cancer were enrolled in this study.Endoscopic injection submucosally of 99mTc-DX was performed around the primary tumor 3 h before operation.Immediately after laparotomy, methylene blue was injected into subserosal layer adjacent to the tumor.Sentinel lymph nodes(SLNs) were defined as blue stained nodes or(and) those containing 10 times more radioactivity than surrounding tissue with a γ probe, all resected nodes were examined postoperatively by routine rapid frozen examination and HE stain.The diagnostic nodes metastasis states and false-negative rate of regional lymph node status on the basis of SLNs were calculated respectively.Results:SLNs were detected in 16 of 20 patients with a successful detection rate of 80%, the number of SLNs ranged from 1 to 3, with a mean value of 2.4 per case, metastasis rate of SLNs were 37.5%(18/48), the diagnostic sensitivity was 80%(16/20), the diagnostic accuracy was 83.3%(15/18), the false-negative rate was 20%(4/20).Conclusion:The SLN concept is validated in colorectal cancer.Combined-agent SLN mapping is an accurate diagnostic procedure for detecting lymph node metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer and may indicate rational extent of lymphadenectomy for colorectal cancer.Hongwu Li Hongbin Zhang Hong Yao Jian Liang 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,3:0
19Experimental investigation on scour topography around high-rise structure foundations显示文摘The current study aims to investigate the characteristics of scour topography around High-Rise Structure Foundations(HRSFs)via physical modeling tests.Clear-water scour tests with a uniform non-cohesive bed are modeled under the action of unidirectional steady flows.Time variations of the erosion and deposition topography are measured.The results show that deposition downstream of the first dune behind the HRSF is not located on the centerline of the wake.The deposition pattern indicates that a long steady wake region exists behind the permeable foundation.The scour depth around an HRSF is much less than that around a monopile because of the structural permeability,which gives rise to the bleed flow and a weakened downflow and horseshoe vortex.Additionally,the asymmetry of the HRSF affects the scour rate but not the final equilibrium scour depth.The average scour slope decreases along the direction of the flow.On the contrary,the scour radial distance increases along the direction of the flow,with the average value changing from 1.36De to 2.35De(where De is the equivalent diameter of the foundation).Furthermore,the scour hole around the HRSF is serrated rather than smooth owing to the presence of multiple piles.Empirical formulae are suggested for estimating the evolution of scour depth and volume.These laboratory experiments provide reference information for relevant numerical modeling studies and can be applied to guide engineering designs in an ocean area.Yang Xiao Hao Jia Dawei Guan Dongfang Liang Saiyu Yuan Hongwu Tang 2021International Journal of Sediment Research2021,36,3:0
