1The AGL6-like gene OsMADS6 regulates floral organ and meristem identities in rice显示文摘Although AGAMOUS-LIKE6 (AGL6) MADS-box genes are ancient with wide distributions in gymnosperms and angiosperms, their functions remain poorly understood. Here, we show the biological role of the AGL6-1ike gene, OsMADS6, in specifying floral organ and meristem identities in rice (Oryza sativa L.). OsMADS6 was strongly ex- pressed in the floral meristem at early stages. Subsequently, OsMADS6 transcripts were mainly detectable in paleas, lodicules, carpels and the integument of ovule, as well as in the receptacle. Compared to wild type plants, osmads6 mutants displayed altered palea identity, extra glume-like or mosaic organs, abnormal carpel development and loss of floral meristem determinacy. Strikingly, mutation of a SEPALLATA (SEP)-like gene, OsMADS1 (LHS1), enhanced the defect of osmads6 flowers, and no inner floral organs or glume-like structures were observed in whorls 2 and 3 of osmadsl-z osmads6-1 flowers. Furthermore, the osmadsl-z osmads6-1 double mutants developed severely indetermi- nate floral meristems. 2Fabrication of the Superhydrophobic Surface on Magnesium Alloy and Its Corrosion Resistance显示文摘The superhydrophobic surface was fabricated on the AZ31 alloy by the combination of the hydrothermal treatment method and post modification with stearic acid. The superhydrophobic surface showed a static water contact angle of 157.6°. The characteristics of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The corrosion resistance of the superhydrophobic coatings was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). 3Functions and mechanisms of the CBL-CIPK signaling system in plant response to abiotic stress显示文摘To cope with environmental stimuli, plants have evolved precise regulatory mechanisms to perceive, transduce and respond to abiotic stresses that can negatively affect growth and development. The CBL-CIPK signaling system is a newly emerging plant-specific and Ca2+-dependent network mediating abiotic stress tolerance. CBLs may sense a Ca2+ signature triggered by abiotic stresses, and have specific interactions with novel CIPK-type kinases after binding Ca2+. The CBL/CIPK complexes may post-translationally phosphory-late downstream target proteins to regulate abiotic stress tolerance in a cell or tissue-specific manner. In some cases transcription factors are induced to activate stress-responsive genes that control adaptation reactions. The CBL-CIPK signaling system exhibits specificity, diversity and complexity. Meanwhile, cross talk also exists in the CBL-CIPK signaling. To date, significant progress has been made in the role of the CBL-CIPK signaling system in responding to salt, low K+ and to high pH, which will provide a fast and efficient method of molecular design breeding combined with the CBL/CIPK engineering of crop plants, for enhanced tolerance to abiotic stresses. 5Framework for Artificial Intelligence Analysis in Large-scale Power Grids Based on Digital Simulation显示文摘The planning,design,operation,control and scientific research of power systems all require a variety of simulation analysis.Thus power grid simulation analysis is a fundamental supporting technology of large-scale power grids.In power grid simulation analysis,in addition to simulation calculations,there are many links for analysis and decision-making,relying on specialists.The introduction of advanced artificial intelligence technology provides a new method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of power grid simulation analysis.Nevertheless,the research of the related artificial intelligence technologies face a great deal of new challenges due to the complexity of the largescale power grid simulation data,including massive volumes,high dimensionality,strong coupling and complex correlations.Also a great deal of knowledge and experience need to be integrated in the process of analysis.In order to deal with these challenges,based on the existing works,this paper focuses on the core scientific problem of artificial intelligence analysis and decision making related to the massive simulation results of large-scale power grids,and proposes an artificial intelligence analysis method framework for large-scale power grids based on digital simulation,which includes the power grid simulation analysis knowledge model with application method,the power grid simulation knowledge mining method and the artificial intelligence models with transfer learning ability of diversified grids as well as analyzing and calculation adjusting for largescale power grid simulation results,etc.This work is expected to open up a new technical approach for large-scale power grid simulation analysis and provide strong technical support for the safe and stable operation of large-scale power grids.Yong Tang Yanhao Huang Hongzhi Wang Can Wang Qiang Guo Wei Yao 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,4:12
6Vertical distribution characteristics of PM in the surface layer of Guangzhou显示文摘Measurements of particulate matter(PM),i.e.,PM10,PM2.5,and PMl,have been performed on the Canton Tower,a landmark building in Guangzhou,at heights of 121 and 454 m since November 2010,using a GRIMM 180 aerosol particle spectrometer(Germany).Analyses of data from November 2010 to May2013 showed that the annual average values of PM10,PM2.5,and PMl at the observation height of 121 m above the ground were 44.1,38.2,and 34.9μg/m3,respectively,and those at 454 m above the ground were 35.7,30.4,and 27.5 μg/m3,respectively.By considering the values of the secondary concentration limits given in the Ambient Air Quality Standards issued in 2012,it was observed that the annual average values of PM10 at the observation heights of 121 and 454 m,as well as those of PM2.5 at 454 m,reached those standards.Furthermore,the over-standard amplitude of the annual average value of PM2.5 at the observation height of 121 m was 9.1%.During the observation period,the maximum daily average values of PM10,PM2.5,and PM1 at the observation height of 121 m were 183.3,144.8,and 123.8 μg/m^3,respectively,and those at 454 m were 102.8,92.7,and 86.4 μg/m3.The daily average values of PM 10 at the observation height of 454 m were not above the standards.The over-standard frequencies of the daily average values of PM10 and PM2.5 at the observation height of 121 m were 0.6%and 10.7%,respectively,and the over-standard amplitudes were 9.0%and 24.4%,respectively.The over-standard frequency of the daily average value of PM2.5 at the observation height of 454 m was 2.0%,and the over-standard amplitude was 10.4%.Accordingly,it can be stated that the air at the observation height 454 m above the ground did not reach the secondary limit of the new standards.The pollution was most serious during winter,and the air was relatively cleaner during summer.Overall,the vertical distributions of PM 10,PM2.5,and PMl decreased with height.The lapse rates showed the following sequence:PM10 > PM2.5 > PM1,which indicates that the vertical distribution of fine particles is more uniform than that of coarse particles;the vertical distribution in summer is more uniform than in other seasons.Xuejiao Deng Fei Li Yuanhong Li Jianyong Li Hongzhi Huang Xiantong Liu 2015Particuology2015,13,3:10
7Real-time Tire Parameters Observer for Vehicle Dynamics Stability Control显示文摘The performance of the vehicle dynamics stability control system(DSC) is dominated by the accurate estimation of tire forces in real-time.The characteristics of tire forces are determined by tire dynamic states and parameters,which vary in an obviously large scope along with different working conditions.Currently,there have been many methods based on the nonlinear observer to estimate the tire force and dynamic parameters,but they were only used in off-line analysis because of the computation complexity and the dynamics differences of four tires in the steering maneuver conditions were not considered properly.This paper develops a novel algorithm to observe tire parameters in real-time controller for DSC.The algorithm is based on the sensor-fusion technology with the signals of DSC sensors,and the tire parameters are estimated during a set of maneuver courses.The calibrated tire parameters in the control cycle are treated as the elementary states for vehicle dynamics observation,in which the errors between the calculated and the measured vehicle dynamics are used as the correcting factors for the tire parameter observing process.The test process with a given acceleration following a straight line is used to validate the estimation method of the longitudinal stiffness;while the test process with a given steering angle is used to validate the estimated value of the cornering stiffness.The ground test result shows that the proposed algorithm can estimate the tire stiffness accurately with an acceptable computation cost for real-time controller only using DSC sensor signal.The proposed algorithm can be an efficient algorithm for estimating the tire dynamic parameters in vehicle dynamics stability control system,and can be used to improve the robustness of the DSC controller.LI Liang LI Hongzhi ZHANG Xiaolong HE Lin SONG Jian 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,5:10
8Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in chemotherapy-sensitive lymphoblastic lymphoma: treatment outcome and prognostic factor analysis显示文摘Objective: The study evaluated the effectiveness of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(AHSCT) in the treatment of lymphoblastic lymphoma(LL).Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data from 41 patients with chemotherapy-sensitive LL who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) from December 1989 to December 2009 in a single institution.Results: HSCT was conducted as first-line consolidation therapy and salvage therapy in 36 and 5 patients, respectively. The median follow-up was 97.1 months(range, 24.6-173.1 months). The 5-year overall survival(OS) and event-free survival(EFS) rate were 64% and 47% for the initially treated patients, respectively, and were both 20% for the relapsed ones. 10NbMoTiVSi_(x) refractory high entropy alloys strengthened by forming BCC phase and silicide eutectic structure显示文摘In order to improve mechanical properties of refractory high entropy alloys,silicide was introduced and NbMoTiVSi_(x)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,and 0.4,molar ratio) refractory high entropy alloys are prepared by vacuum arc melting.Phase composition,micro structure evolution and mechanical properties were systematically studied.Results show that the silicide phase is formed in the alloys with addition of silicon,and the volume fraction of silicide increases from 0 to 8.3 % with increasing of silicon.Microstructure observation shows that the morphology of dendrite changes from columnar to near equiaxed,eutectic structure is formed at grain boundaries and composed of secondary BCC phase and silicide phase.The average length of the primary and second dendrites decreases with the increasing of silicon.Whereas,the ratio of eutectic structure increases from 0 to 19.8 % with the increment of silicon.The refinement of microstructure is caused by heterogeneous nucleation from the silicide.Compressive tests show that the yield and ultimate strength of the alloys increases from 1141.5 MPa to 2093.1 MPa and from 1700.1 MPa to 2374.7 MPa with increasing silicon content.The fracture strain decreases from 24.7 %-11.0 %.Fracture mechanism is changed from ductile fracture to ductile and brittle mixed fracture.The improvement of the strength is caused by grain bounda ry strengthening,which includes more boundaries around primary BCC phase and eutectic structure in grain boundary,both of them is resulted from the formation of silicide.Qin Xu Dezhi Chen Chongyang Tan Xiaoqin Bi Qi Wang Hongzhi Cui Shuyan Zhang Ruirun Chen 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,1:9

12Revealing the hidden performance of metal phthalocyanines for CO2 reduction electrocatalysis by hybridization with carbon nanotubes显示文摘Metal phthalocyanines(MePcs)have been considered as promising catalysts for CO2 reduction electrocatalysis due to high turnover frequency and structural tunability.However,their performance is often limited by low current density and the performance of some systems is con troversial.Here,we report a carb on nano tube(CNT)hybridizati on approach to study the electrocatalytic performa nee of MePcs(Me=Co,Fe and Mn).MePc molecules are anchored on CNTs to form the hybrid materials without noticeable molecular aggregations.The MePc/CNT hybrids show higher activities and better stabilities than their molecular counterparts.FePc/CNT is slightly less active than CoPc/CNT,but it could deliver higher Faradaic efficiencies for CO production at low overpotentials.In contrast,the catalytic performance of MePc molecules directly loaded on substrate is hin dered by molecular aggregati on,especially for FePc and MnPc.Our results suggest that carbon nano tube hybridization is an efficient approach to construct advaneed MePc electrocatalysts and to understand their catalytic performance.Zhan Jiang Yang Wang Xiao Zhang Hongzhi Zheng Xiaojun Wang Yongye Liang 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:9
13Self-Assembled Silane Film and Silver Nanoparticles Coating on Magnesium Alloys for Corrosion Resistance and Antibacterial Applications显示文摘Contamination resulting from microbial adhesion on magnesium alloys is very common in many applications.Self-assembly technology was employed to prepare an antibacterial composite coating by fixing silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)onto the surface of magnesium alloys.The AgNPs were immobilized on the surface of3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APTMS)-modified magnesium alloy AZ31(APTMS/Mg)through electrostatic inter-attraction between partially protonated amino groups and negatively charged citrate-capped AgNPs,resulting in the AgNPs attached APTMS/Mg(AgNPs/APTMS/Mg)substrate.The prepared Ag colloid and functionalized AZ31 alloy were characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and electrochemical methods.Finally,the bactericidal activity of AgNPs/APTMS/Mg substrate against Escherichia coli was assessed by the inhibition zone.The results demonstrated that Si-O-Si covalent bonds existed on the substrate with the formation of inorganic Si-O-Mg bonds.AgNPs were immobilized and well-dispersed,forming a uniform submonolayer on the silane film in two dimensions.The AgNPs/APTMS-pretreated AZ31 alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance and excellent antibacterial performance.Rongchang ZENG Lijun LIU Shuoqi LI Yuhong ZOU Fen ZHANG Yanan YANG Hongzhi CUI En-hou HAN 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6:8
14Analysis of thin plates by the weak form quadrature element method显示文摘The recently proposed weak form quadrature element method(QEM) is applied to flexural and vibrational analysis of thin plates.The integrals involved in the variational description of a thin plate are evaluated by an efficient numerical scheme and the partial derivatives at the integration sampling points are then approximated using differential quadrature analogs.Neither the grid pattern nor the number of nodes is fixed,being adjustable according to convergence need.The C1 continuity conditions characterizing the thin plate theory are discussed and the robustness of the weak form quadrature element for thin plates against shape distortion is examined.Examples are presented and comparisons with analytical solutions and the results of the finite element method are made to demonstrate the convergence and computational efficiency of the weak form quadrature element method.It is shown that the present formulation is applicable to thin plates with varying thickness as well as uniform plates.ZHONG HongZhi YUE ZhiGuang 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,5:8

16Road Friction Estimation under Complicated Maneuver Conditions for Active Yaw Control显示文摘Road friction coefficient is a key factor for the stability control of the vehicle dynamics in the critical conditions. Obviously the vehicle dynamics stability control systems,including the anti-lock brake system(ABS),the traction control system(TCS),and the active yaw control(AYC) system,need the accurate tire and road friction information. However,the simplified method based on the linear tire and vehicle model could not obtain the accurate road friction coefficient for the complicated maneuver of the vehicle. Because the active braking control mode of AYC is different from that of ABS,the road friction coefficient cannot be estimated only with the dynamics states of the tire. With the related dynamics states measured by the sensors of AYC,a comprehensive strategy of the road friction estimation for the active yaw control is brought forward with the sensor fusion technique. Firstly,the variations of the dynamics characteristics of vehicle and tire,and the stability control mode in the steering process are considered,and then the proper road friction estimation methods are brought forward according to the vehicle maneuver process. In the steering maneuver without braking,the comprehensive road friction from the four wheels may be estimated based on the multi-sensor signal fusion method. The estimated values of the road friction reflect the road friction characteristic. When the active brake involved,the road friction coefficient of the braked wheel may be estimated based on the brake pressure and tire forces,the estimated values reflect the road friction between the braked wheel and the road. So the optimal control of the wheel slip rate may be obtained according to the road friction coefficient. The methods proposed in the paper are integrated into the real time controller of AYC,which is matched onto the test vehicle. 19DUXAP8, a pseudogene derived lncRNA, promotes growth of pancreatic carcinoma cells by epigenetically silencing CDKN1A and KLF2显示文摘Background:Recent studies highlight pseudogene derived long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)as key regulators of cancer biology.However,few of them have been well characterized in pancreatic cancer.Here,we aimed to identify the association between pseudogene derived lncRNA DUXAP8 and growth of pancreatic cancer cells.Methods:We screened for pseudogene derived lncRNAs associated with human pancreatic cancer by compara-tive analysis of three independent datasets from GEO.Quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to assess the relative expression of DUXAP8 in pancreatic cancer tissues and cells.Loss-of-function approaches were used to investigate the potential functional roles of DUXAP8 in pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis in vitro and in vivo.RNA immunoprecipitation,chromosome immunoprecipitation assay and rescue experiments were performed to analyze the association of DUXAP8 with target proteins and genes in pancreatic cancer cells.Results:Pancreatic cancer tissues had significantly higher DUXAP8 levels than paired adjacent normal tissues.High DUXAP8 expression was associated with a larger tumor size,advanced pathological stage and shorter overall survival of pancreatic cancer patients.Moreover,silencing DUXAP8 expression by siRNA or shRNA inhibited pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistic analyses indicated that DUXAP8 regulates PC cell proliferation partly through downregulation of tumor suppressor CDKN1A and KLF2 expression.Conclusion:Our results suggest that tumor expression of pseudogene derived lncRNA DUXAP8 plays an important role in pancreatic cancer progression.DUXAP8 may serve as a candidate biomarker and represent a novel therapeutic target of pancreatic cancer.Yifan Lian Jiebin Yang Yikai Lian Chuangxing Xiao Xuezhen Hu Hongzhi Xu 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:7
20Mining the key regulatory genes of chicken inosine 5'-monophosphate metabolism based on time series microarray data显示文摘IMP(inosine 5'-monophosphate) is a compound that enhances the flavor of poultry meat.IMP has become a new breeding trait to improve poultry meat quality.We tried to identify several potential regulatory genes,and construct their predicted regulatory relationships.Time series gene expression profiles of thigh muscle tissues of Rugao chicken,a famous indigenous breed in China,were performed for analysis of genes that are co-expressed or correlated with the concentration of IMP.We found 15 crucial co-expression genes,which are Hspa2,Pten,Gabpa,Bpi,Mkl1,Srf,Cd34,Hspa4,Etv6,Bmpr2,Gde1,Igfbp5,Cd28,Pecam1 and Gja1,that may directly or indirectly regulate IMP metabolism.Eventually,we computed the correlation coefficient between 19 IMP Genes and 15 CGs(15co-expression genes),and we identified and constructed a predicted regulation network.In conclusion,variation of IMP concentration was primarily connected with the muscle development process.During this process,15 CGs were identified that may have significant influence on IMP metabolism.In particular,Bmpr2,Pten and co-expression genes correlated with Entpd8 might play important roles in regulating IMP de novo synthesis,decomposition and salvage synthesis.Teng Ma Lu Xu Hongzhi Wang Jing Chen Lu Liu Guobin Chang Guohong Chen 2015Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2015,6,3:6
