1The HuangZaoSi Maize Genome Provides Insights into Genomic Variation and Improvement History of Maize显示文摘Maize is a globally important crop that was a classic model plant for genetic studies. Here, we report a 2.2 Gb draft genome sequence of an elite maize line, HuangZaoSi (HZS). Hybrids bred from HZS-improved lines (HILs) are planted in more than 60% of maize fields in China. Proteome clustering of six completed sequeneed maize genomes show that 638 proteins fall into 264 HZS-specific gene families with the majority of contributions from tandem duplication events. Resequencing and comparative analysis of 40 HZSrelated lines reveals the breeding history of HILs. More than 60% of identified selective sweeps were clustered in identity.by.descent conserved regions, and yield-related genes/QTLs were enriched in HZS characteristic selected regions. Furthermore, we dem on strated that HZS-specific family genes were not uniformly distributed in the genome but enriched in improvement/function.related genomic regions. 3Weaving 3D highly conductive hierarchically interconnected nanoporous web by threading MOF crystals onto multi walled carbon nanotubes for high performance Li-Se battery显示文摘Lithium-selenium(Li-Se)battery has attracted growing attention.Nevertheless,its practical application is still impeded by the shuttle effect of the formed polyselenides.Herein,we report in-situ hydrothermal weaving the three-dimensional(3 D)highly conductive hierarchically interconnected nanoporous web by threading microporous metal organic framework MIL-68(Al)crystals onto multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).Such 3 D hierarchically nanoporous web(3 D MIL-68(Al)@MWCNTs web)with a very high surface area,a large amount of micropores,electrical conductivity and elasticity strongly traps the soluble polyselenides during the electrochemical reaction and significantly facilitates lithium ion diffusion and electron transportation.Molecular dynamic calculation confirmed the strong affinity of MIL-68(Al)for the adsorption of polyselenides,quite suitable for Li-Se battery.Their hexahedral channels(1.56 nm)are more efficient for the confinement of polyselenides and for the diffusion of electrolytes compared to their smaller triangular channels(0.63 nm).All these excellent characteristics of 3 D MIL-68(Al)@MWCNTs web with suitable confinement of a large amount of selenium and the conductive linkage between MIL-68(Al)host by MWCNTs result in a high capacity of 453 m Ah/g at 0.2 C with 99.5%coulombic efficiency after 200 cycles with significantly improved cycle stability and rate performance.The 3 D MIL-68(Al)@MWCNTs web presents a good performance in Li-Se battery in term of the specific capacity and cycling stability and also in terms of rate performance compared with all the metal-organic framework(MOF)based or MOF derived porous carbons used in Li-Se battery.Chao Li Yingying Wang Hongyan Li Jing Liu Jianping Song Luca Fusaro Zhi-Yi Hu Yanxin Chen Yu Li Bao-Lian Su 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:4

5Position variability of the Kuroshio Extension sea surface temperature front显示文摘High spatial resolution sea surface temperature(SST) data from 1993 to 2013 are used to detect the position of the Kuroshio Extension sea surface temperature front(KEF) from 141°E to 158°E,and the seasonal,monthly and interannual-to-decadal variations of the KEF position are investigated.The latitudinal position of the KEF varies with longitudes:the westernmost part of the KEF from 141°E to 144°E is relatively stable,whereas the easternmost part from 153°E to 158°E exhibits the largest amplitude of its north-south displacement.In the light of the magnitudes of the standard deviations at longitudes,then the KEF is divided into three sections:western part of the KEF(KEFw,141°–144°E),central part of the KEF(KEFc,144°–153°E) and eastern part of the KEF(KEFe,153°–158°E).Further analysis reveals that the KEFw position is dominated by the decadal variability,while the KEFc and KEFe positions change significantly both on interannual and decadal time scales.In addition,the KEFw position is well correlated with the KEF path length.The possible mode leading to the decadal oscillation of the KEFw is further discussed.The KEFw position exhibits significant connections with the Pacific decadal oscillation(PDO) index and the north Pacific gyre oscillation(NPGO) index with a time lag of 40 and 33 months,respectively.WANG Yanxin YANG Xiaoyi HU Jianyu 2016Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,7:2
6Shallow Water Body Data Processing Based on the Seismic Oceanography显示文摘Physical properties of sea water,such as salinity,temperature,density and acoustic velocity,could be demarcated through degradation of energy caused by water absorption,attenuation and other factors.To overcome the challenging difficulties in the quick monitoring of these physical properties,we have explored the high resolution marine seismic survey to instantly characterize them.Based on the unique wavefield propagating in the sea water,we have developed a new approach to suppress the noise caused by the shallow sea water disturbance and obtain useful information for estimating the sea water structure.This approach improves seismic data with high signal-to-noise ratio and resolution.The seismic reflection imaging can map the sea water structure acoustically.Combined with the knowledge of local water body structure profile over years,the instant model for predicting the sea water properties could be built using the seismic data acquired from the specially designed high precision marine seismic acquisition.This model can also be updated with instant observation and the complete data processing system.The present study has the potential value to many applications,such as 3D sea water monitoring,engineering evaluation,geological disaster assessment and environmental assessment.LIU Huaishan HU Yi YIN Yanxin WANG Linfei TONG Siyou MA Hai 2013Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,3:2
7Leaching Behavior of Trace Elements in Coal Spoils from Yangquan Coal Mine, Northern China显示文摘The long-term dumping of coal waste piles has caused serious environmental problems. Release of trace elements(including rare earth elements, REEs) from coal spoils gobs was investigated at Yangquan coal mine, Shanxi Province, China. X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to analyze the mineral composition of the coal spoils. The minerals of the coal-spoil samples are mainly kaolinite and quartz, with a minor proportion of pyrite. The batch and column tests were employed to simulate the leaching behavior of trace elements from coal spoils. Elements V, Cr, Zn, As, Pb, and Cd are highly enriched in all coal spoils. The coal spoils also have elevated levels of Ga, Ge, Se, Sn, Hf, and Th. The leachate of coal spoils, fried coal spoils and CSFGM(coal spoils fire gas mineral) samples are acidic, with the p H values ranging between 3.0 and 6.6. The released elements with high concentrations(over 100 μg/L) include Fe, Mn, Co, Ni and Zn, while moderately-released elements are Cu, Se, Mo and As. A high content of heavy metals in batch-test leachate with CSFGM indicates an increased mobility of heavy metals in coal spoil combustion byproduct. Within the first hour washing with the electrolyte solution, a rapid rise of common cations, trace elements, and REEs content, as well as a drop of p H value, in effluent was observed. An increased leaching velocity favors the release of trace elements from coal spoils. 15Effect Blasting Excavation of Yujiapeng Tunnel on Stability of Nearby Giant Dangerous Rock Masses (DRM)显示文摘On the basis of the interpretation of engineering geology of the tunnel and of its adjacent dangerous rock masses (DRM), this paper presents the energy and vibration parameters of the explosion that propagates in different blasting modes according to the experimental formulas now usually employed. Then the stability checking computation of T 8-T 12 area, the most dangerous area of DRM, is conducted under the limited blasting condition and with the limited equilibrium method. 18Effect of Low-Temperature Thermal Oxidation on the Capillary Performance of Sintered Copper Powder Wicks显示文摘In this study,a composite powder capillary wick is prepared,manufactured by sintering copper powder and surface treated by low-temperature thermal oxidation.It is used to improve the performance of the capillary wick.The forced flow method and infrared imaging method are used to test the permeability and capillary performance of the samples.The effects of different oxidation temperatures on the performance of capillary wick are investigated.The experimental results show that the wetting performance of the oxidized samples is significantly enhanced.With the increase of oxidation temperature,the permeability decreases.The capillary height and velocity of the thermally oxidized samples are significantly higher than those of the untreated capillary wick.However,the oxidation temperature needs to be adjusted to obtain the best capillary performance.The highest capillary performance is found at oxidation temperature of 300℃,with an increase of 46% compared to the untreated ones.Comparisons with other composite wicks show that the sample with an oxidation temperature of 300℃ has competitive capillary performance,making it a favorable alternative to two-phase heat transfer device.This study shows that combining low-temperature thermal oxidation technology with powder sintering is a convenient and effective method to improve the capillary performance of powder wicks.ZHU Minghan FANG Runquan HU Yanxin ZHANG Jiangyun SHAO Dan HUANG Jin 2024Journal of Thermal Science2024,33,1:0

20Split-order consolidation optimization for online supermarkets:Process analysis and optimization models显示文摘The large-scale online supermarket is a newly emerging online retailing mode which brings great convenience to people.Online supermarkets are characterized by having large amounts of daily orders with potentially multiple items,diverse delivery times,and a high order-split rate.Multiple shipments for one order caused by order splitting result in high cost and disturbance and a large number of discarded consumable packages at online retailers and customers,causing severe damage to the environment.Accordingly,research on split-order consolidation fulfilment is critical for the advancement of the practice and theory in the context of highly complex online retailing.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and the challenges associated with the split-order consolidation problem that online supermarket is confronting and summarizes the new operational process of split-order consolidation fulfilment.Then,a time–space network optimization model is built,and its corresponding solution algorithm is presented to solve the questions of where and when to consolidate the split orders.Finally,the computation results of the numerical experiments are provided to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,and a sensitivity analysis of the relevant parameters is performed.This work highlights the effect of order consolidation processes and fulfilment methods on the order fulfilment decision-making for online supermarkets.The purpose of this article is to help pave the way for more effective online supermarket management and order implementation.Minfang HUANG Yuanyuan HAO Yanxin WANG Xiangpei HU Ludi LI 2023Frontiers of Engineering Management2023,10,3:0
