| 2 | The Predictive Value of Baseline HBs Ag Level and Early Response for HBs Ag Loss in Patients with HBe Ag-positive Chronic Hepatitis B during Pegylated Interferon Alpha-2a Treatment显示文摘Objective To explore the predictive value of baseline HBsAg level and early response for HBsAg loss in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B during pegylated interferon alpha-2a treatment. Methods A total of 121 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B who achieved HBsAg loss were enrolled; all patients were treated with PEG-IFNα-2a 180 μg/week. Serum HBV DNA and serological indicators(HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, and anti-HBe) were determined before and every 3 months during treatment. Results The median treatment time for HBsAg loss was 84 weeks(7-273 weeks), and 74.38%(90 cases) of the patients needed extended treatment(> 48 weeks). The correlation between baseline HBsAg levels and the treatment time of HBsAg loss was significant(B = 14.465, t = 2.342, P = 0.021). Baseline HBsAg levels together with the decline range of HBsAg at 24 weeks significantly correlated with the treatment time of HBsAg loss(B = 29.862, t = 4.890, P = 0.000 and B = 27.993, t = 27.993, P = 0.005). Conclusion Baseline HBsAg levels and extended therapy are critical steps toward HBsAg loss. | 4 | High-Efficiency Electromagnetic Interference Shielding of rGO@FeNi/Epoxy Composites with Regular Honeycomb Structures显示文摘With the rapid development of fifth-generation mobile com-munication technology and wearable electronic devices,electromagnetic interference and radiation pollution caused by electromagnetic waves have attracted worldwide attention.Therefore,the design and development of highly efficient EMI shielding materials are of great importance.In this work,the three-dimensional graphene oxide(GO)with regular honeycomb structure(GH)is firstly constructed by sacrificial template and freeze-dry-ing methods.Then,the amino functionalized FeNi alloy particles(f-FeNi)are loaded on the GH skeleton followed by in-situ reduction to prepare rGH@FeNi aerogel.Finally,the rGH@FeNi/epoxy EMI shielding com-posites with regular honeycomb structure is obtained by vacuum-assisted impregnation of epoxy resin.Benefitting from the construction of regular honeycomb structure and electromagnetic synergistic effect,the rGH@FeNi/epoxy composites with a low rGH@FeNi mass fraction of 2.1 wt%(rGH and f-FeNi are 1.2 and 0.9 wt%,respectively)exhibit a high EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)of 46 dB,which is 5.8 times of that(8 dB)for rGO/FeNi/epoxy composites with the same rGO/FeNi mass fraction.At the same time,the rGH@FeNi/epoxy composites also possess excellent thermal stability(heat-resistance index and temperature at the maximum decomposition rate are 179.1 and 389.0°C respectively)and mechanical properties(storage modulus is 8296.2 MPa). | Ping Song Zhonglei Ma Hua Qiu Yifan Ru Junwei Gu | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022，14，3： | 13 |
| 5 | Effect of heparin on apoptosis in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells显示文摘In order to study the mechanism of the effect of heparin on apoptosis in carcinoma cells, the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 was used to identify the effect of heparin on apoptosis associated with the expression of c-myc, bax, bcl-2 proteins by use of Hoechst 33258 staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL), agarose gel electrophoresis, and flow cytometry, as well as Western blot analysis. The results showed that heparin induced apoptosis of CNE2 cells including the morphologic changes such as reduction in the volume, and the nuclear chromatin condensation, as well as the “ladder pattern” revealed by agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA in a concentration-dependent manner.The number of TUNEL-positive cells was dramatically increased to 33.6±1.2% from 2.8±0.3% by treat ment with heparin in different concentrations (10~40 kU/L). The apoptotic index was increased to 32.5% from 3.5% by detecting SubG1 peaks on flow cytometry. | 6 | Clinical deep remission and related factors in a large cohort of patients with rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Background:Clinical remission is the treatment target in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).This study aimed to investigate clinical remission and related factors in a large cohort of patients with RA.Methods:This study composed of 342 patients with RA.Data were collected by face-to-face interview of 1049 patients with RA who visited the Department of Rheumatology of three teaching hospitals from September 2015 to May 2016.The patients with RA were clinically assessed by rheumatologists and a four-page questionnaire was completed on site.Subsequently,patients fulfilled remission criteria were further analyzed.The practicability of different definitions of remission of RA was rated by a panel of rheumatologists.Sustained intensive disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) treatment was defined as a combination treatment with two or more DMARDs for at least 6 months.Results:In this cohort of 342 patients with RA,the proportions of patients achieving remission were 38.0%,29.5%,24.9%,21.1%,19.0%,18.1%,and 17.0%,based on criteria of disease activity score in 28 joints (DAS28) using CRP (DAS28-CRP),DAS28 using ESR (DAS28-ESR),routine assessment of patient index data 3 (RAPID-3),Boolean,simplified disease activity index (SDAI),clinical disease activity index,and the newly described clinical deep remission (CliDR),respectively.Boolean and CliDR are the best in practicability scored by rheumatologists (7.5 and 8.0,respectively).Compared with the non-sustained intensive group,sustained intensive treatment with DMARDs yielded higher remission rates of 25.6%,23.8%,and 21.3% in patients with RA based on Boolean (χ^2=3.937,P=0.047),SDAI (χ^2=4.666,P=0.031),and CliDR criteria (χ^2=4.297,P=0.038).The most commonly prescribed conventional synthesized DMARDs (csDMARDs) in patients with RA was leflunomide,followed by methotrexate,and hydroxychloroquine.Compared with the non-remission group,patients achieving remission had a longer median duration of DMARDs (45.0 [22.8–72.3] months,Z=-2.295,P=0.022).Conclusions:The findings in this study indicated that clinical deep remission is achievable in patients with RA.Sustained intensive DMARD treatment is needed to achieve a better outcome in RA. | Jia-Jia Liu Ru Li Yu-Zhou Gan Rui-Jun Zhang Jing Li Yue-Ming Cai Jin-Xia Zhao Hua Liao Jing Xu Lian-Jie Shi Ji Li Sheng-Guang Li Xiao-Lin Sun Jing He Xu Liu Hua Ye Zhan-Guo Li | 2019 | Chinese Medical Journal2019，，9： | 7 |
| 7 | The Association of Socioeconomic Status with the Burden of Cataract-related Blindness and the Effect of Ultraviolet Radiation Exposure: An Ecological Study显示文摘Objective To assess the association of socioeconomic status with the burden of cataract blindness in terms of year lived with disability(YLD) rates and to determine whether ultraviolet radiation(UVR) levels modify the effect of socioeconomic status on this health burden.Methods National and subnational age-standardized YLD rates associated with cataract-related blindness were derived from the Global Burden of Disease(GBD) study 2017. The human development index(HDI) from the Human Development Report was used as a measure of socioeconomic status.Estimated ground-level UVR exposure was obtained from the Ozone Monitoring Instrument(OMI)dataset of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA).Results Across 185 countries, socioeconomic status was inversely associated with the burden of cataract blindness. Countries with a very high HDI had an 84% lower age-standardized YLD rate [95%confidence interval(CI): 60%–93%, P < 0.001] than countries with a low HDI;for high-HDI countries, the proportion was 76%(95% CI: 53%–88%, P < 0.001), and for medium-HDI countries, the proportion was48%(95% CI: 15%–68%, P = 0.010;P for trend < 0.001). The interaction analysis showed that UVR exposure played an interactive role in the association between socioeconomic status and cataract blindness burden(P value for interaction = 0.047).Conclusion Long-term high-UVR exposure amplifies the association of poor socioeconomic status with the burden of cataract-related blindness. | 11 | Neural Mechanisms of Mental Fatigue Revisited: New Insights from the Brain Connectome显示文摘Maintaining sustained attention during a prolonged cognitive task often comes at a cost: high levels of mental fatigue. Heuristically, mental fatigue refers to a feeling of tiredness or exhaustion, and a disengagement from the task at hand;it manifests as impaired cognitive and behavioral performance. In order to effectively reduce the undesirable yet preventable consequences of mental fatigue in many real-world workspaces, a better understanding of the underlying neural mechanisms is needed, and continuous efforts have been devoted to this topic. In comparison with conventional univariate approaches, which are widely utilized in fatigue studies, convergent evidence has shown that multivariate functional connectivity analysis may lead to richer information about mental fatigue. In fact, mental fatigue is increasingly thought to be related to the deviated reorganization of functional connectivity among brain regions in recent studies. In addition, graph theoretical analysis has shed new light on quantitatively assessing the reorganization of the brain functional networks that are modulated by mental fatigue. This review article begins with a brief introduction to neuroimaging studies on mental fatigue and the brain connectome, followed by a thorough overview of connectome studies on mental fatigue. | 13 | Using LaserSight Astrapro Planner 2.2 Z software in corneal topography-guided laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia with asymmetric corneal shape显示文摘AIM:To determine the clinical outcomes of laser insitu keratomileusis(LASIK)treatments using LaserSight AstraPro Planner 2.2 Z software for myopia with asymmetric corneal shape.METHODS:Four hundred and eighty-five eyes[243patients;spherical equivalent(SE),-5.93±1.88 diopters(D)]were treated with asymmetric ablations using LaserSight SLX laser(version 5.3,300Hz)were retrospectively analyzed and LaserSight AstraPro Planner2.2 Z software.Preoperative and postoperative uncorrected visual acuities(UCVA),spherical equivalent(SE)refraction,pachymetry,and corneal asphericity(Q value)and decentration were evaluated.RESULTS:At 12mo postoperatively,the decimal UCVA was 1.0 or better in 449(92.6%)eyes.Two eyes(0.4%)lost 1 line of the decimal best spectacle-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),316(65.2%)did not change,149(30.7%)gained 1 line,and 18(3.7%)gained 2 lines or more after surgery.Three hundred and thirty-two eyes(68.5%)were within 0.5 D in SE.The mean tissue saving ablation depth was 4.28±2.86(0-16)μm(median,4μm).The mean attempted remaining central corneal thickness was435.79±29.56μm,the mean postoperative pachymetry was 444.94±28.93μm.The mean preoperative Q value was-0.19±0.18,the postoperative was 0.30±0.48(P=0.000).The mean postoperative decentration was 0.39±0.19 mm.CONCLUSION:Topography-guidedLASIKwithAstraPro Planner 2.2 Z custom ablation planning software in an asymmetric ablation mode was an effective,safe,predictable,and stable refractive procedure for the myopia with asymmetric corneal topography. | Bing Liu Wei Chen De-Wang Shao Hua Wang Hai-Xia Ru Min Zhang Ying Wang Chun-Yan Yang | 2014 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2014，7，3： | 4 |

| 15 | Effect of sustained intensive therapy with disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in rheumatoid arthritis:a 5-year real-world consecutive study显示文摘Background:Intensive therapy with disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs(DMARDs)has been reported to improve the outcomes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).However,real-world study on the effect of intensive therapy on RA sustained remission is still lacking.This study aimed to investigate the outcome of sustained intensive DMARD therapy(SUIT)for RA in a real-world 5-year consecutive cohort.Methods:Based on a consecutive cohort of 610 out-patients with RA,remission of RA was assessed in 541 patients from 2012 to 2017,by dividing into SUIT,non-SUIT,and intermittent SUIT(Int-SUIT)groups.Changes in the disease activity scores were evaluated by 28-joint disease activity score based on erythrocyte sedimentation rate(DAS28-ESR),28-joint disease activity score based on C-reactive protein(DAS28-CRP),and clinical deep remission criteria(CliDR).Cumulative remission rates between different groups were compared using Kaplan-Meier curves and predictive factors of sustained remission were identified by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:The remission rates of the SUIT group decreased from 12.0%(65/541)to 5.6%(20/359)based on DAS28-ESR,from 14.0%(76/541)to 7.2%(26/359)based on DAS28-CRP,and from 8.5%(46/541)to 3.1%(11/359)based on CliDR,respectively,with a gradually decreasing trend during the 5 years.The SUIT regimen led to a significantly higher cumulative remission rate than non-SUIT regimen based on DAS28-ESR(39.7%vs.19.5%,P=0.001),DAS28-CRP(42.0%vs.19.6%,P=0.001),and CliDR(24.5%vs.8.7%,P=0.001).The cumulative remission rates of patients treated with SUIT regimen were significantly higher than those treated with Int-SUIT regimen based on DAS28-ESR(39.7%vs.25.7%,P=0.043)and CliDR(24.5%vs.14.2%,P=0.047),but there was no significant difference between the two groups based on DAS28-CRP(42.0%vs.27.4%,P=0.066).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the use of SUIT regimen was an independent favorable predictor according to different remission definitions(for DAS28-ESR:odds ratio[OR],2.215,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.271–3.861,P=0.005;for DAS28-CRP:OR,1.520,95%CI:1.345–1.783,P=0.002;for CliDR:OR,1.525,95%CI:1.314–1.875,P=0.013).Conclusion:Sustained intensive treatment of RA is an optimal strategy in daily practice and will lead to an increased remission rate. | Yue-Ming Cai Ru Li Hua Ye Jing He Xiao-Lin Sun Jia-Yang Jin Jia-Jia Liu Yu-Zhou Gan Xu-Jie You Jing Xu Lian-Jie Shi Gong Cheng Qing-Wen Wang Zhan-Guo Li | 2020 | Chinese Medical Journal2020，，12： | 3 |

The attenuating rules of blasting ground vibration on slope were developed.
