| 1 | Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. | 2 | The altered expression of inflammation-related microRNAs with microRNA-155 expression correlates with Th17 differentiation in patients with acute coronary syndrome显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a novel class of small,non-coding RNAs that play a significant role in both inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases.Immune cells,especially T helper(Th)cells,are critical in the development of atherosclerosis and the onset of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).To assess whether inflammation-related miRNAs(such as miR-155,146a,21,125a-5p,125b,31)are involved in the imbalance of Th cell subsets in patients with ACS,we measured the expression of related miRNAs in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),unstable angina(UA),stable angina(SA)and chest pain syndrome(CPS);analyzed the relationship between miRNA expression and the frequency of Th cell subsets;and observed the co-expression of miR-155 and IL-17A in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of patients with ACS.The results showed that the expression of miR-155 in the PBMCs of patients with ACS was decreased by approximately 60%,while the expression of both miR-21 and miR-146a was increased by approximately twofold.The expression patterns of miRNAs in plasma correlated with those in PBMCs,except for miR-21,which was increased by approximately sixfold in the AMI group and showed no significant difference between the UA group and the CPS group.We also found that the expression of miR-155 inversely correlated with the frequency of Th17 cells(r520.896,P,0.01)and that miR-155 was co-expressed with IL-17A in patients with ACS.In conclusion,our study revealed the expression patterns of inflammation-related miRNAs in patients with ACS and found that miR-155 may be associated with Th17 cell differentiation. | Rui Yao Yulan Ma Youyou Du Mengyang Liao Huanhuan Li Wei Liang Jing Yuan Zhijun Ma Xian Yu Hong Xiao Yuhua Liao | 2011 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2011,8,6: | 32 |

| 4 | The study on the safety and efficacy of amnion graft for preventing the recurrence of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions显示文摘Transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA)is the standard treatment for the intrauterine adhesions,but the recurrence of adhesions is a tough problem for the gynecologist.In addition,the therapeutic strategy after TCRA about prevention of recurrence remains controversial especially for the patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions(IUAs).Hence,we designed this study to explore the safety and efficacy of fresh amnion grafts for preventing the recurrence after TCRA for patients with moderate to severe IUAs.One hundred patients with moderate to severe IUAs who presented with a history of hypomenorrhea,amenorrhea and infertility were included in the study from January 2015 to December 2017.Patients were divided into amnion group(52 patients)and chitosan group(48 patients).Fresh amnion grafts or intrauterine injections of chitosan were administered after TCRA.Transvaginal ultrasonography(TVUS)and hysteroscopy were performed at the first and third month after the operation.The surgical procedures for all patients were completed successfully without relevant complications.In amnion group,8 patients exhibited relapse in the first month and 2 patients in three months after surgery;in chitosan group,23 women exhibited relapse in the first month and 18 patients in three months after surgery.Statistical analysis revealed that the recurrence rate of adhesion in amnion group was significantly lower than those of chitosan group in the first and three months after surgery(P1=0.000,P2=0.000).After TCRA,fresh amnion graft plays a significant role in preventing further adhesions than injections of chitosan. | Changjiang Li Aiqi Cai Congcong Sun Benyuan Wu Xinpei Chen Yanhua Mao Yingfeng Zhang Yating Gou Jie Yu Yuhan Wang Huanhuan Yu Jia Wang | 2020 | Genes & Diseases2020,7,2: | 11 |
| 5 | Nitrogen Biological Cycle Characteristics of Seepweed(Suaeda salsa) Wetland in Intertidal Zone of Huanghe(Yellow) River Estuary显示文摘From April 2008 to November 2009,the nitrogen(N) cycle of plantsoil system in seepweed(Suaeda salsa) wetland in the intertidal zone of the Huanghe(Yellow) River estuary was studied.Results showed that soil N had sig-nificant seasonal fluctuations and vertical distribution,and the net N mineralization rates in topsoil were significantly different in growing season(p < 0.01).The N/P ratio(9.87 ± 1.23) of S.salsa was less than 14,indicating that plant growth was limited by N.The N accumulated in S.salsa litter at all times during decomposition,which was ascribed to the N immobilization by microbes from the environment.Soil organic N was the main N stock of plant-soil system,accounting for 97.35% of the total N stock.The N absorption and utilization coefficients of S.salsa were very low(0.0145 and 0.3844,respectively),while the N cycle coefficient was high(0.7108).The results of the N turnovers among compartments of S.salsa wetland showed that the N uptake amount of aboveground part and root were 7.764 g/m2and 4.332 g/m2,respectively.The N translocation amounts from aboveground part to root and from root to soil were 3.881 g/m2 and 0.626 g/m2,respectively.The N translocation amount from aboveground living body to litter was 3.883 g/m2,the annual N return amount from litter to soil was more than 0.125(-) g/m2(minus represented immobilization),and the net N mineralization amount in topsoil(0-15 cm) in growing season was 1.190 g/m2.The assessment of N biological cycle status of S.salsa wetland indicated that N was a very important limiting factor and the ecosystem was situated in unstable and vulnerable status.The S.salsa was seemingly well adapted to the low-nutrient status and vulnerable habitat,and the N quantitative relationships determined in the compartment model might provide scientific base for us to reveal the special adaptive strategy of S.salsa to the vulnerable habitat in the following studies. | SUN Zhigao MOU Xiaojie SUN Jingkuan SONG Hongli YU Xiang WANG Lingling JIANG Huanhuan SUN Wanlong SUN Wenguang | 2012 | Chinese Geographical Science2012,22,1: | 9 |
| 6 | Targeted Mutagenesis of NAC Transcription Factor Gene,OsN AC041,Leading to Salt Sensitivity in Rice显示文摘Salinity is a major abiotic stress factor that seriously affects plant growth. Many genes are involved in the response to salt stress with various metabolism pathways. A number of plant transcription factor family genes have been found to be involved in the salt stress response, and NAM, ATAF and CUC(NAC) transcription factors are thought to act as active regulators during abiotic stress, especially salt stress. In this study, we detected a rice NAC transcription factor coding gene, OsNAC041, and confirmed that it influenced the germination of seeds under salt stress and salt tolerance of plants. OsNAC041 was primarily expressed in the leaves and located in the nucleus. Furthermore, the CRISPR/Cas9 method was used to obtain a targeted osnac041 mutant, of which the plant height was higher than that of the wild-type, showing increased salt sensitivity. Moreover, RNA-seq analysis revealed a number of differentially expressed genes(DEGs) involved in several important signaling pathways in the osnac041 mutant. Subsequently, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes annotation also revealed differential expression of DEGs associated with mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling, peroxisome, eukaryotictype ABC transporters, photosynthesis and plant hormones, which are involved in stress-related signaling pathways. Overall, our study suggested that OsNAC041 was involved in the salt stress response in rice. | 10 | Assessment of commutation failure in HVDC systems considering spatial-temporal discreteness of AC system faults显示文摘This paper presents a novel commutation failure(CF) assessment method considering the influences of voltage magnitude drop, phase shift, and spatial-temporal discreteness of AC system faults. The commutating voltage-time area is employed to analyze the spatial-temporal discreteness of AC system faults causing CF in high-voltage direct current systems, and the influences of fault position and fault time on CF are revealed. Based on this, a novel CF criterion is proposed, further considering the influence of voltage phase shift and the spatial-temporal discreteness. Then this research develops a new CF assessment method, which does not rely on electromagnetic transient simulations. | 11 | Distributed Vibration Sensor With Laser Phase-Noise Immunity by Phase-Extraction φ-OTDR显示文摘We have demonstrated a distributed vibration sensor based on phase-sensitive optical time-domain reflectometer (φ-OTDR) system exhibiting immunity to the laser phase noise. Two laser sources with different linewidth and phase noise levels are used in the φ-OTDR system, respectively. Based on the phase noise power spectrum density of both lasers, the laser phase is almost unchanged during an extremely short period of time, hence, the impact of phase noise can be suppressed effectively through phase difference between the Rayleigh scattered light from two adjacent sections of the fiber which define the gauge length. Based on the phase difference method, the external vibration can be located accurately at 41.01 km by the(φ-OTDR system incorporating these two lasers. Meanwhile, the average signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the retrieved vibration signal by using Laser I is found to be -37.7 dB, which is comparable to that of -37.5 dB by using Laser II although the linewidth and the phase noise level of the two lasers are distinct. | 12 | Elevated thyroid stimulating hormone levels are associated with metabolic syndrome in a Chinese community-based population of euthyroid people aged 40 years and older显示文摘This study investigated whether high-normal thyrotropin(TSH) levels are associated with metabolic syndrome in euthyroid Chinese people≥40 years old.Clinical and metabolic factors were assessed in 2,356 subjects(40-77 years old) with TSH levels in the normal range(0.35-5.00 mU/L).Using 2.50 mU/L as the cut-off point of TSH level within the normal range,we divided subjects into the high-TSH(2.50-5.00 mU/L;n= 1,064) and low-TSH(0.35-2.50mU/L;n= 1,292) group.The results showed that the mean levels of body mass index(BMI),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and fasting plasma glucose(FPG) were higher in the high-TSH group and TSH levels were significantly positively con-elated with BMI,LDL-C,TC,and FPG.The prevalence of central obesity,hypertriglyceridemia,low high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and high FPG(>5.60 mmol/L) was significantly higher in females and subjects with high-TSH levels.Metabolic syndrome was also more prevalent in the high-TSH group.People over the age of 40 years with high-normal TSH levels had a 1.2-fold increased risk of metabolic syndrome,compared with those with low-normal TSII levels,after adjusting for age and gender.In conclusion,high normal TSH is a risk factor for metabolic syndrome in people ≥40 years old. | Bojin Xu Hui Yang Zhixiao Wang Tao Yang Hongwei Guo Pei Cheng Wei He Min Sun Huanhuan Chen Yu Duan | 2016 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2016,30,6: | 4 |
| 13 | Improved hemostatic effects by Fe^(3+)modified biomimetic PLLA cotton-like mat via sodium alginate grafted with dopamine显示文摘The development of an excellent,bioabsorbable hemostatic material for deep wound remains a challenge.In this work,a biodegradable cotton-like biomimetic fibrous mat of poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)was made by melt spinning.Subsequently,SD composite was prepared by cross-linking sodium alginate(SA)with dopamine(DA).It was immobilized on the fibre surface,which inspired by mussel byssus.Finally,Fe^(3+)was loaded onto the 0.5SD/PLLA composite by chelation with the carboxyl of alginate and phenolic hydroxy of dopamine.The haemostasis experiment found that the hemostatic time 47 s in vitro.However,the bleeding volume was 0.097 g and hemostatic time was 23 s when 20Fe^(3+)-0.5SD/PLLA was applied in the haemostasis of the rat liver.As a result of its robust hydrophilicity and bouffant cotton-like structure,it could absorb a large water from blood,which could concentrate the component of blood and reduce the clotting time.Furthermore,the addition of Fe^(3+)in the 0.5SD/PLLA had a significant effect on improve hemostatic property.It also displayed excellent antibacterial property for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Notably,it possesses superior hemocompatibility,cytocompatibility and histocompatibility.Hence,20Fe^(3+)-0.5SD/PLLA has high potential application in haemostasis for clinical settings due to its outstanding properties. | Caili Lv Linlong Li Zixue Jiao Huanhuan Yan Zongliang Wang Zhenxu Wu Min Guo Yu Wang Peibiao Zhang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,8: | 3 |

| 16 | Magmatic Processes of Ashi Volcano, Western Kunlun Mountains, China显示文摘The Ashikule volcanic cluster(AVC) in western Kunlun Mountains is located in a graben region at the convergence of the Altun and Kangxiwa fault zones, and consists of more than 10 main volcanoes and dozens of volcanelloes. The Ashi volcano lies in the central part of the volcanic cluster. The lithology, chemical composition and texture of Ashi volcanic rocks were studied in detail, and their implication in magmatic processes was discussed. The phenocrysts in Ashi volcanic rocks consist mainly of plagioclase and pyroxene, and the statistical results of phenocryst contents show that the rocks can be subdivided into two groups. In group A, the content of pyroxene phenocrysts is generally higher than that of plagioclase phenocrysts, but an inverse relation occurs in group B. In TAS diagram, the compositions of both groups fall into the trachyandensite field, but they are obviously concentrated into two clusters. The two clusters exist also in the oxide diagrams. The pyroxene phenocrysts comprise augite, bronzite and hypersthene, and their Mg# histogram shows two peaks. Plagioclase phenocrysts with reaction rim are observed in rocks of both groups. The An values of the core are generally 30–40, and those of the rim are 44–48, which are closer to those of euhedral plagioclases. The bronzites are in equilibrium with the melt, and two sets of magma depths, i.e., 18–25 km and 13–18 km, can be estimated by using thermobarometer proposed by Putirka. The hypersthenes are not in equilibrium with the melt, and can be assigned to xenocrysts. The crystal size distribution(CSD) curves of plagioclase appear as kinked lines indicative of magma mixing. The above analyses show that two magma pockets might exist beneath the Ashi volcano. It is likely that they are connected with each other. The one has more evolved and contains more acidic magma, and the other is a trachyandensite magma pocket characterized by layering. Holding times of 5, 60, 180, and 480 seconds for an intercritical annealing temperature of 820 ℃ were adopted to investigate the evolution of the microstructure and mechanical properties of ferrite-bainite dual-phase steel. The ferrite-bainite dual-phase steel was characterized by high strength and low yield ratio due to the presence of the constituents(polygonal ferrite, bainite, martensite and retained austenite) of the steel microstructure. Specimen 3 exhibits the highest value of A50(7.67%) and a product of Rm × A50(10453MPa%) after a 180 s holding. This is likely attributed to the presence of a C-enriched retained austenite in the microstructure. And the effect of martensite islands and carbide precipitate is thought to be able to contribute in strengthening the present steel. It is expected that equilibrium of austenite fraction would be reached for reasonable intercritical holding period, regardless of the heating temperature. The results suggest that long increasing holding times may not be needed because the major phase of the microstructure does not change very significantly. When the pump power increases from 130.4mW to 378mW, the repetition rate increases from 13.33kHz to 26.6kHz, and the pulse duration decreases from 10.67p,s to 7.11 (is. The maximum pulse energy is 468.03 nJ, to the best of our knowledge, which is the highest pulse energy produced from Q-switched fiber laser based on BP-SA at 1.5 pm.
